NCS의 교육훈련특성이 교육전이에 미치는 영향 - 진로태도성숙을 매개변인으로 - (The Mediating Effect of Career Attitude Maturity on the Relationship Between Characteristics of Educational Training Based on NCS and Educational Transfer)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine educational performance of key competencies in the situation by introducing NCS of junior college. And also, this study aimed at investigating the effects of individual characteristics on the relationship between characteristics of key competencies based on NCS and educational transfer. Data was collected from samples of 389 freshman and sophomore students who took the classes about communication skills and problem solving skills of key competencies. All of the students major in secretarial science. Based on the collected data, this study analyzed structural equating model, using AMOS Graphics. The result of analysis showed that there was a significant positive effect of educational training characteristics on educational transfer in some research models planned in this study. The findings in analysis of mediating effect showed that there was a full mediation effect of determinacy of career attitude maturity, and there was a partial mediation effect of readiness of career attitude maturity. Based on the result, this study proposed theoretical and practical ways considering individual characteristics for establishment and development of NCS.

학습전이와 상사 리더십의 효과적 팀 성과를 위한 모델 개발의 실증적 연구 (An Empirical study into the relationship of team performance and learning transfer influenced by leadership types)

  • In order to promote social responsibility, a company reads to engage in various activities to increase their competitiveness to ensure stable and continuous development. One of the activities is to input human/material resources in order to draw and develop the core abilities of member for the productivity improvement of the company. This study is concerned with capability improvement of members in relation to core company performance, the focus of the study is to identify how education training in a company may contribute to team performance by leaning transfer through empirical study. As a result of this study, it was found that the personality of members, as well as the training programs, within the company can be a significant factor for improving productivity and performance of the company. In addition, team members noted that learning transfer take place when effectively lead through the leadership of a boss and identified that this leadership ultimately has a significant effect on team performance.

Mid-level Feature Extraction Method Based Transfer Learning to Small-Scale Dataset of Medical Images with Visualizing Analysis

  • In fine-tuning-based transfer learning, the size of the dataset may affect learning accuracy. When a dataset scale is small, fine-tuning-based transfer-learning methods use high computing costs, similar to a large-scale dataset. We propose a mid-level feature extractor that retrains only the mid-level convolutional layers, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced computing costs. This mid-level feature extractor is likely to provide an effective alternative in training a small-scale medical image dataset. The performance of the mid-level feature extractor is compared with the performance of low- and high-level feature extractors, as well as the fine-tuning method. First, the mid-level feature extractor takes a shorter time to converge than other methods do. Second, it shows good accuracy in validation loss evaluation. Third, it obtains an area under the ROC curve (AUC) of 0.87 in an untrained test dataset that is very different from the training dataset. Fourth, it extracts more clear feature maps about shape and part of the chest in the X-ray than fine-tuning method.

A Comparison of Meta-learning and Transfer-learning for Few-shot Jamming Signal Classification

  • Typical anti-jamming technologies based on array antennas, Space Time Adaptive Process (STAP) & Space Frequency Adaptive Process (SFAP), are very effective algorithms to perform nulling and beamforming. However, it does not perform equally well for all types of jamming signals. If the anti-jamming algorithm is not optimized for each signal type, anti-jamming performance deteriorates and the operation stability of the system become worse by unnecessary computation. Therefore, jamming classification technique is required to obtain optimal anti-jamming performance. Machine learning, which has recently been in the spotlight, can be considered to classify jamming signal. In general, performing supervised learning for classification requires a huge amount of data and new learning for unfamiliar signal. In the case of jamming signal classification, it is difficult to obtain large amount of data because outdoor jamming signal reception environment is difficult to configure and the signal type of attacker is unknown. Therefore, this paper proposes few-shot jamming signal classification technique using meta-learning and transfer-learning to train the model using a small amount of data. A training dataset is constructed by anti-jamming algorithm input data within the GNSS receiver when jamming signals are applied. For meta-learning, Model-Agnostic Meta-Learning (MAML) algorithm with a general Convolution Neural Networks (CNN) model is used, and the same CNN model is used for transfer-learning. They are trained through episodic training using training datasets on developed our Python-based simulator. The results show both algorithms can be trained with less data and immediately respond to new signal types. Also, the performances of two algorithms are compared to determine which algorithm is more suitable for classifying jamming signals.

IT 프로젝트 성과에 대한 지식이전의 매개효과에 관한 연구 (The Mediation Effect of Knowledge Transfer on IT Project Performance)

  • Recently, knowledge transfer has been recognized as one of the major factors for success of IT projects but little investigated in Information Systems research. IT project, which needs collaboration between organization's IT project team and external partner, is an critical source for a firm to acquire external knowledge and to achieve its competitive advantage. Based on this recognition on knowledge transfer under IT project, we investigate a mediation role of knowledge transfer to IT project performance after identifying its antecedents such as project team capabilities and partner capabilities. The research model is tested by analyzing 161 sample data gathered from firms' employees who have participated IT projects within last two years. The results reveal that knowledge transfer has full-mediation effect between its antecedents and IT project performance. Moreover, project team capabilities have more impacts on knowledge transfer than partner capabilities do.

신임소방공무원의 교육 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Education Satisfaction of Entry-Level Firefighters)

  • 본 연구는 신임소방공무원의 교육과정에 참여한 예비소방공무원을 대상으로 교육만족도에 대한 조사 연구를 통해 그들의 교육만족 요소 중에서 어떤 요소가 교육과정에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고, 교육과정의 만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 신임소방공무원의 교육 만족도에 영향을 미치는 독립변수로는 교육환경, 교육내용, 교수, 교수-교육생 관계, 교육생 동료관계 등으로 설정하였다. 연구의 분석결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 정책적 제언을 제시한다. 신임소방공무원 교육의 전이효과를 가져올 수 있어야 하고, 다양한 방법을 시도할 수 있도록 수요자 중심교육이 이루어져야 한다. 또한, 교육생과 교수와 상호 공감할 수 있도록 감성 교육을 활성화하고, 교수는 전문성 향상을 위해 끊임없이 정진해야 하며, 다양한 분야의 융복합적인 교육이 이루어져야 한다.

  • 컴퓨터를 이용한 가상훈련체계를 구현하는데 있어, 청각적인 요소는 시각적인 요소 다음으로 인간의 중요한 인지 능력을 담당한다. 특히 청각 능력의 향상은 훈련 시의 성과와 밀접한 관련을 가지고 있으며, 훈련 효과 향상에 기여하는 바가 높다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 가상훈련체계를 구축하는데 있어 반드시 필요한 음향시스템을 기존에 단순한 재생이 아닌 사용자 혹은 개발자가 필요로 하는 음원을 직접 저작할 수 있는가에 초점을 두었으며, 머리전달함수(HRTF: Head Related Transfer Function)를 이용한 음원을 수정 및 편집하고 사용할 수 있는 시험체계를 개발하였다. 체계 성능 평가를 위하여 기능 및 청감 테스트를 실시하였다.

중소기업의 관리시스템과 지식경영의 관계 및 분권화와 공식화의 조절효과 (The Relationship Between Managerial System and Knowledge Management, and the Moderating Effects of Decentralization and Formalization in Small Business)

  • 지식정보사회의 출현으로 기업은 지식정보에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 지식을 창출, 이전 및 활용하는 지식경영에 많은 관심을 갖고 있다. 특히 중소기업은 대기업에 비해 자본과 전문인력이 부족하기 때문에 지식경영의 활성화를 통해 변화에 대응하려는 노력이 요구된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 관리시스템과 지식경영활동의 관계를 실증분석하며, 그러한 관계에서 조직구조의 조절효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 실증 분석을 위한 자료수집은 강원 영서지역에 입지한 227개 중소기업에 대한 설문의 배부 및 회수를 통해 이루어졌다. 관리시스템이 지식경영에 미치는 효과 및 조직구조로서 분권화와 공식화의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 최고경영층지원과 교육훈련은 지식획득과 지식이전에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 관리시스템(최고경영층지원, 보상체계, 교육훈련)과 지식경영의 관계에서 분권화와 공식화의 조절효과에 대한 분석결과 분권화는 교육훈련이 지식이전에 미치는 긍정적 효과를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 공식화는 최고경영층지원과 보상체계가 지식획득에 미치는 긍정적 효과를 감소시키며, 보상체계가 지식이전에 미치는 긍정적 효과도 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 최고경영층지원과 교육훈련이 지식획득과 지식이전에 긍정적 영향을 미친다는 점에서 최고경영층은 구성원들의 제안이나 아이디어 창출을 장려하고, 수평적 의사소통채널을 활성화하여 생성된 지식과 정보가 구성원들에게 폭넓게 전파되도록 하는 것이 필요하다. 그리고 교육훈련을 업무상 아이디어 창출과 관련된 기법을 습득하도록 하며, 교육훈련 이후의 전파교육을 통해 지식생성과 지식이전을 촉진하도록 설계할 필요가 있다. 분권화는 관리시스템이 지식경영활동에 미치는 긍정적 효과를 촉진하는데 반해 공식화는 긍정적 효과를 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 권한위임과 재량권 위양을 통한 분권화를 지향하고, 규정과 절차에 따르기 보다는 조직간소화를 추진함이 바람직하다.

  • Problems in the embryo transfer techniques and their practical a, pp.ication have been settle to some extent. However, with theorganic cooperation between universities and the related institutes for more active works on the training of embryo transfer technicians, quarantine procedures of embryos when they are imported and exported and the future researches related to the embryo transfer, the embryo transfer techniques in Korea will be more practically, a, pp.ied to animal industries. Universalization of embryo transfer techniques to the extent of artificial insemination will greatly contribute to the improvement of farm animals and multiplication of superior stocks and will save money by the import of relatively cheap embryos instead of expensive live animals.

외국인 농업연수생의 근로조건과 직무만족도 (A Study on Working Conditions and Job Satisfaction of Foreigner Agricultural Trainee)

  • This study was carried out to analyze the working conditions and Job Satisfaction of foreigner agricultural trainees. Foreigner training program is governmental project to decrease the shortage of labor resources in farm household and increase of income for trainees, to transfer the agricultural technology to sending country. For this purpose, data were gathered from 110 foreigner agricultural trainees consisted of 91 Uzbekistanian and 19 Mongolian by interview with questionnaire. The results are as follows: 1) the trainee answered to increase the income and technical training regardless of nationality, age, wedding, and types of agriculture. 2) the trainee felt crucial difficulties in language usage and homesick during the training program, 3) Training program should be concretized in working schedule.
