4차 산업 혁명으로 해양산업은 해사 관련 기술 및 시스템, 특히 선원의 역할에 상당한 변화가 생길 것으로 예상됩니다. 특히, 자율운항선박(MASS)은 인적과실에 의한 안전사고의 예방과 해상 작업 환경의 개선을 위하여 개발되고 있습니다. IMO는 교육 및 훈련 분야를 포함한 모든 분야에서 MASS의 도입에 대한 준비작업을 하고 있습니다. 이에 반해 국내지정교육기관은 아직 MASS에 탑승할 선원을 육성하기 위한 자격기준이나 교육훈련에 대한 계획을 수립하지 못하고 있는 상황입니다. 따라서 본 논문은 MASS의 특성과 적용기술을 검토하고, AI, 빅 데이터, 사이버 보안 등 급변하는 기술 환경에 최적화될 수 있는 스마트 선원의 능력 및 교육 훈련에 대한 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.

Objectives: The study was to analyse health educator system of Japan and to suggest some implications to certification system of health education specialist in Korea. Methods: A content analysis carried out for the study which is an establishment the central operating organization, and curriculum of health educator system of Japan. Related documents of Japanese Association of Health Education were reviewed and personnel of the central operating body was interviewed in 2005. Result: Major findings were as follows: 1. Health educators in Japan were trained and certified through a non governmental organization, named Health Educator Training Organization in cooperation with Japanese Society of Health Education and Promotion. 2. Certification system was developed by Japanese Society of Health Education and Promotion, and health educators were certified through fulfillment of professional training and examination administered by Health Educator Training Organization. 3. The professional training sessions were held twice a year and the credential should be renewed every five years. 4. The eligibility of participation in the professional training sessions and renewal requirement were defined in the regulations of Health Educator Training Organization. 5. There were two kinds of health educators in Japan. The first one was a practical health educator, and the other was a professional health educator. The training for a professional health educator was more intensive than the practical one and consigned to a graduate school designated by Health Educator Training Organization. Conclusion: Review of operating system, clarity of operating process, and the development of renewal system of health education specialist would be necessary for the improvement of certification system in Korea.

Background: The main purpose of this study was to survey the education and training of certified gynecologic oncologists and fellows in Thailand. A secondary objective was to study the problems in fellowship training regarding palliative care for gynecologic cancer patients. Materials and Methods: A descriptive study was conducted by sending a questionnaire regarding palliative care education to all certified gynecologic oncologists and gynecologic oncology fellows in Thailand. The contents of the survey included fellowship training experience, caring for the dying, patient preparation, attitudes and respondent characteristics. Statistics were analyzed by percentage, mean and standard deviation and chi-square. Results: One hundred seventy completed questionnaires were returned; the response rate was 66%. Most certified gynecologic oncologists and fellows in gynecologic oncology have a positive attitude towards palliative care education, and agree that "psychological distress can result in severe physical suffering". It was found that the curriculum of gynecologic oncology fellowship training equally emphasizes three aspects, namely managing post-operative complications, managing a patient at the end of life and managing a patient with gynecologic oncology. As for experiential training during the fellowship of gynecologic oncology, education regarding breaking bad news, discussion about goals of care and procedures for symptoms control were mostly on-the-job training without explicit teaching. In addition, only 42.9 % of respondents were explicitly taught the coping skill for managing their own stress when caring for palliative patients during fellowship training. Most of respondents rated their clinical competency for palliative care in the "moderately well prepared" level, and the lowest score of the competency was the issue of spiritual care. Conclusions: Almost all certified gynecologic oncologists and fellows in gynecologic oncology have a positive attitude towards learning and teaching in palliative care. In this study, some issues were identified for improving palliative care education such as proper training under the supervision of a mentor, teaching how to deal with work stress, competency in spiritual care and attitudes on responsibility for bereavement care.

이 연구의 목적은 교육청의 교원연수체제를 개발하는 사례를 정리함으로써 단위 교육청 교원연수체제를 개발을 위한 기초적인 자료와 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 A교육청의 교원연수체제 개발 사례를 방법, 근거, 결과 중심으로 정리하였고, 이러한 사례를 통하여 시사점을 도출하였다. A시의 특성과 요구에 맞는 교원연수체제의 개발을 위해 실태 분석과 요구 분석, 국내외 교원연수 및 기업 사례 분석, 문헌 조사 및 전문가 집단 자문의 방법을 활용하여 교원연수체제의 모형을 설계하였고 이를 근거로 하여 프로그램(안)을 개발하였다. A교육청 교원연수체제의 모형은 비전(인재상)과 목표(세부 인재상), 추진방향으로 구성되어 있으며, 이를 기초로 연수프로그램(안)인 4S 프로젝트가 개발되었다. 이러한 개발 사례를 통하여 교육청의 비전과 인재상에 기초한 교원연수의 비전 수립, 교원연수의 비전에 부합하는 프로그램 개발, 실행을 위한 추진전략 제안 등을 시사점으로 제시하였다.

우리나라의 해양계열 대학교 실습선은 적절한 계획에 의하여 연안항해 및 원양항해를 실시하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 연안항해 및 원양항해가 과연 학생들에게 어느 정도의 교육효과가 있는지에 대한 연구는 없다. 이러한 교육효과에 대한 첫 번째 연구인 본 연구는 실습선 운항일정(운항기간)에 의하여 실습교육 효과를 파악하고 분석하여 효율적인 실습교육에 기초 자료로 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위하여 2005학년도 1학기 한국해대 실습선 한바다호에 승선한 학생들을 대상으로 실습기간별 평가를 6회에 걸쳐 실시하였으며 평가방법으로는 해기교육 평가와 관련한 3급 항해사 문제집에서 무작위로 선별하여 평가를 하였다. 평가 결과에 따르면 학부의 학점이 우수한 학생들의 평가점수가 좋은 것으로 분석되었으며, 평가기간에 따라서는 원양항해실습이 종료된 직후의 평가점수가 가장 뛰어난 것으로 나타났다. 또한 실습기간의 증가에 따라 각 개인의 능력차이가 많은 것으로 분석되었다.

The purpose of this study lies in finding out a betterment of ongoing experimental training program in science for the secondary science teachers to increase their training ability more effectively. For this, from 2010 July to September, a preliminary study on secondary science experiment training, questionnaire on the satisfaction of 128 secondary teachers in U metropolitan city with the training program were carried out which were contributive to the preparation of a better plan for the training program to be helpful for the teachers at schools. Following are the study results. First, the class theme should be selected by the teachers who participate in the experiment for the year to raise their training ability for experiment class. Second, the direct activity of the teachers' joining in experiment training for the development of experiment training module, and the demonstration with the developed module-used experiment class need to be included to the program Third, the assessment for the demonstration of experiment attitude, the development process of experiment training module, would be more advisable compared with that for written examination for the teachers joined in the experiment training to concentrate more on the experimental activities and to get richer experiment experience As this study results show, the theme selection, class method and assessment method involved in ongoing experiment training need for betterment for the science teachers to apply it at schools and this improved experiment training program proposed by this study is suitable for that under a condition it has to be modified and supplemented to the distinct features of every city and province.

최근 확장현실(XR) 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 확장현실(XR) 기술을 활용한 교육훈련체계 개발 및 활용이 크게 늘고 있다. 특히 군사훈련 및 대테러 훈련과 같이 큰 위험성을 동반하고 많은 비용이 발생하는 분야에서는 확장현실(XR) 기술을 활용해 실제 훈련과 유사한 훈련환경을 조성함으로써 훈련성과는 높이고, 훈련에 소요되는 비용은 줄이며, 실제훈련에서 발생할 수 있는 안전사고의 위험을 최소화할 수 있는 확장현실(XR) 기반 모의훈련체계가 대안으로 떠오르고 있다. 본 논문에서는 육군사관학교 주관의 콘소시움에서 기(旣)개발한 5G 기반 증강현실(AR) 통합 지휘통제플랫폼을 기반으로 대한민국 경찰의 테러상황 대응 능력을 향상시키기 위한 확장현실(XR) 기반 초실감 대테러 교육훈련체계 구축방안 및 효과 검증방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 체계는 초실감 콘텐츠 및 훈련 시나리오를 바탕으로 대테러 능력향상을 위한 개인 및 팀 단위 가상훈련이 가능하고, 나아가 모의훈련장 및 실제 작전현장과 연계하여 현장 지휘통제소로도 즉시 활용이 가능하다.

육군은 교육훈련 효과를 향상시키기 위해 노력을 경주하고 있다. 그러나 실제 훈련 시 많은 제한사항으로 인해 실전적인 교육훈련이 제한된다. 이러한 제한사항을 극복하기 위해 가상현실 기술을 활용하고 있다. 가상현실 기술은 다양한 유형으로 발전하고 있으며, 육군은 비용 대 교육효과를 고려하여 가상현실 훈련체계를 도입할 필요가 있다. 육군은 실제 장비와 유사하게 제작된 고비용의 시뮬레이터형을 주로 사용하고 있다. 최근에는 HMD(Head Mounted Display, 이하 HMD)를 착용한 저비용의 몰입형 가상현실 훈련체계도 사용 중이다. 본 연구는 육군 방공학교에서 운영중인 시뮬레이터형과 몰입형 가상현실 훈련체계에 대한 비용 대 교육효과를 분석한다. 연구 방법은 첫 번째, 계층적 분석기법(AHP : Analytic Hierarchy Process, 이하 AHP)으로 교육효과를 분석한다. 두 번째, 비용은 가상현실 훈련체계의 제작 비용을 적용하여 비용 대 교육효과를 분석한다. 분석결과, 비용 대 교육효과는 몰입형이 시뮬레이터형보다 3.4배 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 이번 연구결과를 통해 가상현실 훈련체계의 비용 대 교육효과 분석을 위한 기초자료로 활용이 가능 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to explore and investigate: the direct impact of training on entrepreneurial performance and self-efficacy, the direct impact of leadership attitudes on entrepreneurial performance, and self-efficacy, the direct impact of self-efficacy on entrepreneurial performance, self-efficacy as a mediator of the effect of training on entrepreneurial performance, and self-efficacy as a mediator of the effect of leadership attitudes on entrepreneurial performance. This study purposively involved 131 entrepreneurs in Village-Owned Enterprises, Kuningan, Indonesia. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The data obtained was analyzed using Path Analysis with SPSS statistical software. This study has several findings. First, training has a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance and self-efficacy. Second, leadership attitudes have a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance and self-efficacy. Third, self-efficacy has a significant effect on entrepreneurial performance. Fourth, self-efficacy mediates the effect of training on entrepreneurial performance. Fifth, self-efficacy mediates the effect of leadership attitudes on entrepreneurial performance. The findings demonstrated that using self-efficacy-based training and leadership attitudes can enhance entrepreneurial self-confidence and assist them to improve their performance.

본 연구는 인구 교육의 기초 이론에 대한 이해를 심화시키기 위한 교사 직무 연수 프로그램을 개발하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 윤인경 외(2006)의 연구를 기반으로 하여 인간 존중, 인구, 가족, 복지, 교수 학습 방법 및 교재 개발의 5개 영역으로 60시간에 해당되는 연수 프로그램을 개발하고 연수 강사진은 시 도교육청 장학사, 교과 교육 전문가, 교과 내용 전공자, 보건복지부 담당자 등 다양하게 구성하였다. 연수 프로그램은 초등학교 교사와 중등학교 교사 59명을 대상으로 2008년 8월 13일(월)~22일(금)까지 9일 동안 진행되었으며, 연수를 실시한 후 프로그램의 만족도를 평가하기 위하여 리커드 척도 형태의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문조사 분석 결과 인구교육 연수 프로그램 구성, 내용, 강사진에 대한 만족도가 4.25로 매우 높게 나타났으며, 2기 연수 프로그램을 원하는 것으로 나타났다. 연수생들의 만족도 평가와 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 본 연구에서 개발한 초등학교용, 중학교용 교사용 연수 프로그램을 수정 보완하였다.
