4C 인재육성을 위한 코딩 강사 양성과정 교육콘텐츠 개발 (Development of Educational Contents for a Coding Instructor Training Program to Foster 4C Talent)

  • 컴퓨팅 사고와 프로그래밍 능력을 갖춘 인재에 대한 요구가 증가하면서 코딩 교육의 중요성도 커지고 있다. 이에 전국적으로 코딩교육 강사양성 프로그램이 다양하게 실시되고 있으나 강사양성 프로그램의 운영 현황 및 내용을 분석한 연구는 충분하지 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 '4C 인재육성을 위한 코딩 강사 양성과정'의 설계, 개발 과정과 운영 전략을 제시하였다. 코딩 강사 교육과정은 입문 과정과 코딩 실무과정으로 구성하여, 입문 과정에서 코딩 강사에게 요구되는 기본 소양을 갖춘 후 실무과정으로 넘어가 유치부터 고등과정을 교육하는 데 필요한 지식과 기술을 체계적으로 학습하도록 하였다. 본 논문에서 소개한 개발사례는 앞으로 코딩 강사 양성과정을 기획·운영하는 교육 주체에게 유용한 정보를 제공할 것으로 기대 한다.

Automated Assessment System for Train Simulators

  • Numerous train operating companies provide training by means of driving simulators. A detailed analysis in the course of the rail research project 2TRAIN has shown that the simulation technology, the purposes of training and the overall concept of simulator-based training are rather diverse (Schmitz & Maag, 2008). A joint factor however are weak assessment capabilities and the fact that the simulator training is often not embedded into the overall competence management. This fact hinders an optimal use of the simulators. Therefore, 2TRAIN aims at the development of enhanced training and assessment tools. Taking into account that several simulators are already in use, the focus lays on the extension of existing simulation technology instead of developing entirely new systems. This extension comprises (1) a common data simulation interface (CDSI), (2) a rule-based expert system (ExSys), (3) a virtual instructor (VI), and (4) an _assessment database (AssDB). The foundation of this technical development is an assessment concept (PERMA concept) that is based on performance markers. The first part of the paper presents this assessment concept and a process model for the two major steps of driver performance assessment, i.e. (1) the specification of exercise and assessment and (2) the assessment algorithm and execution of the assessment. The second part describes the rationale and the functionalities of the simulator add-on tools. Finally, recommendations for further technical improvement and appropriate usage are given. based on the results of a pilot study.

A Study on the Student Perception Survey to Improve the Quality of Field Practice

  • The purpose of this study was to propose ways to improve the library field practice of Department of Library and Information Science to improve the field environment and educational content, enhance students' field practice, increase efficiency, and increase students' satisfaction. To this end, a survey and interview survey were conducted on students who were going to do field training, and the results are as follows. First, students were well aware of what preparations should be made at school before going to field training. Second, students showed high awareness of their rights guarantees and requests for action in the event of problems at field training institutions. Third, students showed a high demand that field training should guarantee the minimum hourly wage. What is an issue in this regard is that policies that can satisfy both the burden of universities for continuous student guidance and evaluation, the burden of training institutions to conduct education while paying practical expenses, and the rights of students to be protected. This study was aimed at students, but it seems that realistic field practice policies should be presented from various angles as research on government ministries or university authorities is added.

우리나라 VTS 운영요원의 교육훈련 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Training Course for VTS Operators in Korea)

  • This stud was projected to develop the training course for VTS operators in Korea. The studying method was literature survey and questionnaire. It was properly used and analyzed that such as the concerned literature international symposium results and letters from Canada USA Japan and other countries in order to compare their contents This study proposed the basic training course for VTS operators in Korea on the basis of these data. and also concluded as followings. First the number and level of Korea VTS should be decided. Second the training organization and staff should be build and pointed. Third the VTS trainee should selected and the training level & period should be eatablished, Fourth The training should be the VTS training curriculum. Fifth The VTS operator certificate should be issued by proper test. But this need further study through the analysis for the questionnaire regarding to Korea VTS Training Program.

조종사 실기시험 표준자료에 관한 연구;비행교육 및 평가에 필요한 표준자료를 중심으로 (A study on Standards for Pilot Practical Test;Focused on the references for flight training and evaluation)

  • The purpose of the study is to show the need for the development of standard materials which can be used for flight training and pilot practical tests in the future. In this paper the flight training and evaluation references of flight training institutes certified by the Ministry of Construction and Transportation(MOCT) are compared with references of the international organization such as ICAO and FAA. As a result it is found that the flight schools certified by the MOCT have used different references for flight training and evaluation. Therefore, this study suggests creation and operation of an expert advisory group to develop new standards for flight training and evaluation, so called " Flight Training Manual", in Korea.

  • For the proper decision making and responsibility enhancement for an unexpected accident in large-scale facilities, it is important to train operators or first responders to minimize potential human errors and consequences resulted from them. Simulation technologies, including human-computer interaction and virtual reality, enables personnel to participate in simulated hazardous situations with a safe, interactive, repetitive way to perform these training activities. For the development of accident response training simulator, it is necessary to define components comprising the simulator and to integrate them for the given training purpose. In this paper, we analyze requirements of the training simulator, derive key components, and design the training simulator. Based on the design, we developed a prototype training simulator and verified the simulator through experiments.

현장성 강화를 위한 현장직무연수에 대한 운영 및 분석 (Operation and Analysis of field-oriented training to enforce the field education)

  • 최근 산업구조가 고도화됨에 따라 기술의 변화가 크게 일어나고 있으며 특성화고 및 마이스터고의 교육에 있어서도 이와 같은 기술변화에 맞는 교육이 필요로 되고 있다. 이와 같은 요구에 따라 특성화고 및 마이스터고 전문교과 교원에 대한 현장역량강화 및 기업과의 인적 교류 확대를 위하여 현장직무연수 프로그램이 개발되어 운영되었다. 본 연구에서는 한국기술교육대학교 능력개발교육원에서 2013년도 운영된 단기 및 중 장기의 현장직무연수 프로그램을 분석하고 그 문제점과 개선방안을 도출하였다. 분석결과 현장직무연수에 대한 만족도가 상당히 높게 나왔으며 앞으로 산업과 기술의 변화에 대응할 수 있는 연수 프로그램으로 정착될 수 있도록 개선방향을 도출하였다.

  • 기술공학 분야 직업훈련에서 체험, 실습 중심의 학습을 위한 가상훈련 콘텐츠 개발과 활용이 증가하고 있다. 가상훈련은 실제 장비, 작업 환경과 유사한 학습 환경에서 반복적으로 안전하게 교육이 가능하고, 이는 학습자들이 실제 작업 현장에서 장비를 구동하는 데에 도움이 된다는 장점을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 가상현실 기술을 활용하여 이론 학습과 다양한 상황에서의 실습이 가능한 "토탈스테이션과 GNSS를 이용한 측량" 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 이에 대한 사용자 경험을 탐색하고자 하였다. 사용자들은 본 콘텐츠에 높은 흥미와 몰입감, 인지된 학습 효과성, 만족도를 보였다.

금형개발기간 단축을 위한 공정기술의 실무교육 프로그램 적용 (Application of Practical Education Program of Process Technology for Shortening Tool Development Period)

  • 인터넷기반의 IT기기의 발달과 함께 다양한 디자인을 선호하는 소비자니즈에 따른 새로운 제품의 출시를 위해서 이에 필요한 생산도구인 금형제작에 있어서도 리드타임이 짧은 금형개발기술의 필요성이 절실히 요구되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 금형개발기간 단축을 위한 공정기술이 금형개발 산업체에서의 매우 중요한 실무교육 중 하나이고, 신제품에 대한 납기단축, 품질 및 원가 세 가지 요소가 고루 갖춰지지 않는다면 경쟁에서 힘들기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 제품개발에 따른 금형개발 교육훈련 프로그램이 체계적이지 못하고, 그리고 현실성이 부족한 교육훈련과정을 개선하여 실질적으로 현장에서 이행될 수 있는 실무기술능력 향상과 금형개발기간 단축을 위한 공정기술개선으로 실무중심 교육훈련 프로그램을 적용한 모형으로 발전시켜보고자 한다.

전산수치해석 기반 화재훈련 VR 시뮬레이터의 개발 (A Development of Fire Training Simulator Based on Computational Fluid Dynamics Simulation)

  • An experience based training system concerning various fire situations which may result many casualties has been required to make rapid decision and improve the responsiveness. Recently, the necessity of virtual reality (VR) based training system which can replace a dangerous full-scale fire training and be easily adopted to the training or evaluation process is increasing. This study constructed tile virtual environment according to pre-defined scenarios, utilized the FDS(Fire Dynamics Simulator), three dimensional computational fire analysis program, to derive numerically simulated data on the propagation of fire. Finally, by visualizing the realistic fire and smoke behavior through virtual reality technique and implementing real-time interaction, we developed a VR-based fire training simulator. Also, in order to ensure the sense for tile real of a virtual world and reaI-time performance at the same time, we proposed appropriate data processing and space search algorithms, demonstrate d the value of proposed method through experiments.
