우리나라는 3면이 바다이면서 북한의 대남도발의 가능성이 높기 때문에 항만보안의 중요성을 간과할 수 없으며, 국제범죄의 증가와 기법의 발달 등으로 인하여 외국으로부터 국내로의 위협요소의 유입을 차단하기 위한 실질적인 보안활동이 항만과 인접 해상구역에서 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 항만보안의 실질적이며 효율적인 수행을 담보하기 위해서는 항만보안 담당 인력의 전문성이 담보되어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 항만보안 인력에 대한 교육시스템이 제대로 정립되어 있어야 한다. 항만 또한 국가중요시설로서 이에 대한 위협과 안전사고 방지 및 국가안보와 질서유지를 위한 실질적인 보안활동이 이루어져야 하며, 이를 위한 선결조건이 바로 보안인력의 전문화이며, 전문성을 확보한 인력의 배출은 바로 교육을 통해서 이루어지게 된다. 그러나 현행 항만보안 인력에 대한 교육체계는 일원화되어 있지 않으며, 항만보안의 특수성에 맞춘 교육은 시행되고 있지 않고 있으므로 항만보안 인력의 전문화를 확보하기 위한 교육시스템이 개선되어야 한다. 그 방안으로 첫째, 항만보안에 대한 일원화 체계화 된 입법이 이루어져야 하며, 이를 토대로 항만보안 교육지침이 수립되어야 하며, 둘째, 항만보안 인력의 업무별 특화된 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 마지막으로 항만보안 인력의 전문성을 갖추기 위한 관련 자격제도가 도입되어야 한다.

The use of flight training simulators has been increased remarkably during the past 20 years stimulated by the benefit that simulators can contribute to safety and training efficiency. Simulators have incorporated higher and higher levels of reality to provide more realistic training. Now, however, users are beginning to question how such reality is enough. Especially, it has raised question about the need for a notion system in the aircraft simulator. To help answer this question, this report describes notion cue requirements and types of motion system, and finally presents the assessment of the effectiveness of three different notion system alternatives.

Objective: The aim of this study is to identify the training requirements of new nuclear power plant by a comprehensive literature review. Background: The design of instrumental and control systems for New NPP is applied fully digitalized systems. For example, soft-control, large display panels(LDP), and an advanced alarm system were applied to the APR-1400 or SMART. Method: The NUREG-0711 and international guideline of training program was analyzed from the following four phases of SAT(Systemic Approach to Training): Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. Results: To identify the requirement of training program, 'Feedback' phase was considered and each phase of SAT was classified. Conclusion: A more systematic requirement of training program is needed which considers the computerized system was applied to the new NPP. Application: The results of the publishing can be useful for standardization of the systematic training program for the operators of NPP.

컨설팅장학은 2010년 교육지원청의 조직과 기능이 개편되면서 학교교육의 질 향상을 위한 교육개혁 시스템으로 학교현장에 자리매김 해가고 있다. 그러나 현재는 컨설팅장학에 관한 전반적인 기능을 통합적으로 관리하여 제공할 수 있는 전용 온라인 포털시스템이 구축되어 있지 않다. 학교현장에서 컨설팅장학의 성공적인 운영을 위해서는 교사들이 컨설팅장학의 방법과 전문성을 습득하여 컨설턴트로 양성될 수 있도록 지원하는 온라인 컨설턴트 교육 시스템의 개발 또한 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문에서는 LAMS(Learning Activity Management System)와 액션 러닝(Action Learning)에 기반한 다양한 전문가 양성 학습활동 도구를 제공하는 온라인 컨설턴트 교육 시스템을 개발하여 소개한다. 온라인 컨설턴트 교육 시스템은 컨설턴트의 전문성을 강화하기 위한 4개의 단계(관리역량, 분석역량, 해결역량 및 실행평가역량 단계)로 구성되어 있으며, 각 역량의 머리글자를 인용하여 이를 MASA(Management, Analysis, Solution, Action)로 명명하였다. 전문가 양성을 위한 학습활동 도구는 브레인라이팅, SWOT분석, 5Whys, 의사결정그리드, PMI(Plus, Minus, Interesting), 블랙차트 등의 기법을 개발하여 제공하였다.

This paper proposed a Web-based training service for product data management by supporting an integrated product data management system, various technical documents. and efficient communication systems. It also supports a general product development process and a consistent product data model that enable participants to experience management of consistent product information during the product development life cycle. The Web based environment of the service also provides participants with a collaborative workplace with other participants and a Web portal for all the components of the service.

훈련과정종합정보망은 훈련과 관련된 모든 훈련 과정을 검색할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 수강 신청, 학습, 훈련 성과 분석, 훈련 이력 관리까지를 원스톱으로 처리할 수 있는 통합 학습시스템이다. 이와 같은 훈련과정종합정보망을 개발하고 운영함으로써 훈련생의 자기 주도적 훈련 선택권의 강화, 훈련 과정의 다양화 및 경쟁을 통한 훈련의 질 제고를 할 수 있다. 훈련과정종합정보망의 운영을 위하여서는 적극적인 홍보와 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 정보 제공 서비스, 그리고 풍부한 콘텐츠와 이용자 개인과 기관에 대한 관리가 필요하며, 안정적인 재정지원과 개인정보보호, 훈련과정에 대한 저작권보호 등이 이루어져야 한다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the problem on safety and health training system in Occupational Safety and Health Act(OSHA) and to find countermeasures to improve it in the construction industry. The questionary survey was done on aiming at tracing the legal drawbacks of safety and health training system. The questionary was prepared to target on site workers, management supervisors, and safety supervisors in various construction sites. After analyzing the answers from the survey, realistic and optimal countermeasures on derived problems were proposed. These should be included on the next revision of OSHA.

The purpose of this study was to provide guidelines for the effective operation of Web-Based Training (WBT) for early childhood teachers. Based on content analysis and questionnaires administered to the 174 current trainees, this research analyzed (1) the educational effectiveness and learner satisfaction, (2) the operation and management, and (3) the system, interface, interaction and communication, motivation and content design of $WBT^{***}$. Results showed that most trainees were very satisfied with the WBT because the program provided plentiful professional information enabling them to pursue their educational objectives along with flexibility of time and space. On the other hand, system stability, communication, motivation, and content design need to be improved. Based on the research results, 8 strategies of effective management of web-based early childhood teacher training were proposed.

This research investigates how a Virtual Reality (VR)-based simulation could be used to train safe operation skills for forklift operators. Forklift operation is categorized as high-risk work by many occupational health and safety regulators and authorities due to high injury and fatality rates involved with forklifts. Therefore, many safety guidelines have been developed for forklift operators. Typically, forklift operation safety training is delivered based on instructional texts or videos, which have limitations in influencing people's safety behavior. Against this background, we propose a VR-based forklift simulator that can enable safe operation skills training through a feedback system. The training program consists of several modules to teach how to perform the basic tasks of forklift operation, such as driving, loading and unloading, following the safety guidelines. The system provides instantaneous instructions and feedback regarding safe operation. This training system is based on the model of "learning-by-doing". The user can repeat the training modules as many times as necessary before being able to perform the given task without violating any safety guidelines. The last training module tests the user's acquisition of all safety skills required. The user feedback from several demonstration sessions showed the potential usefulness of the proposed training system.

본 연구는 증강현실 홈 트레이닝 시스템을 통해 가상 참여자의 존자개 사용자에게 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로, 가상의 참여자가 제공되는 경우와 아닌 경우의 몰입, 인지된 경쟁, 그리고 정보 습득의 욕구의 차이에 대해 살펴보았다. 자동으로 실험 참여자들의 자세에 따른 정확도와 피드백을 제공하는 홈 트레이닝 시스템을 직접 개발하였고, 이를 활용하여 다음의 세 가지 가설을 실증하였다. 첫째, 가상의 참여자를 보며 트레이닝 시스템을 사용하면 그렇지 않은 경우보다 몰입이 더욱 높을 것이다. 둘째, 가상의 참여자를 보며 트레이닝 시스템을 사용하면 그렇지 않은 경우보다 인지된 경쟁이 더욱 높을 것이다. 셋째, 가상의 참여자를 보며 트레이닝 시스템을 사용하면 그렇지 않은 경우보다 정보 습득의 욕구가 더욱 높을 것이다. 실험을 통해 세 가지 가설이 모두 지지되었으며, 가상의 참여자가 이용자에 영향을 미침을 확인할 수 있었다. 기존 연구가 가상 트레이닝 시스템 그 자체에 대한 효과를 보는 것에 반해, 본 연구가 가상 트레이닝 시스템을 이용할 때 다른 운동 참여자가 나오는 영상을 보는 것이 유의한가에 대한 답을 하고 있다는 점에서 시사점을 제공한다.
