교육기관에서 개인정보의 보호가 중요한 이슈로 부각됨에 따라, 교육과학기술부(현재의 교육부)는 2012년 9월 교육기관 종사자를 대상으로 정보보호교육을 실시하는 교육센터를 4개(사이버센터 1개 포함) 개소하였다. 정보보호교육센터의 취지를 잘 살리기 위해서는 교육수요자의 수요를 반영한 교육과정을 개발하고 장기적인 교육이수경로를 제공할 수 있어야 하며, 정보보호교육의 전문성을 확보할 수 있도록 전문적인 기술교육과정을 편성함은 물론 자질있는 강의인력을 확보하여야 한다. 본 논문은 정보보호교육센터의 개소가 국내 교육기관 및 교육종사자들의 정보보호 수준향상의 직접적인 계기가 될 수 있도록 '교육기관의 운영 효율성' 평가 관점에서 교육내용 및 교육운영을 중심으로 교육기관 평가지표를 개발하고 평가지표의 가중치를 산정하여 제시하였다.

Background : In oriental medicine, the status of the tongue is an important indicator to diagnose the condition of one's health, such as physiological and the clinicopathological changes of internal organs. A tongue diagnosis is not only convenient but also non-invasive, and therefore widely used in Oriental medicine. However, the tongue diagnosis is greatly affected by examination circumstances, patient's posture, and doctor's diagnosis criteria. Objectives : This study was designed to assure the necessity for standardization of tongue diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria of tongue coating thickness (TCT). Methods : Thirty tongue photographs were acquired and analyzed by digital tongue diagnosis system (DTDS) which measured the percentage of TCT on the tongue surface. Fifteen oriental medical doctors evaluated TCT in 30 photographs. Afterward, the 15 assessors were trained for diagnostic criteria of TCT and evaluated the photographs again. The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was used to obtain the agreement rate among the 15 assessors and the agreement rate between assessors' TCT scores and DTDS values. Results : The agreement rate among the 15 assessors after training was higher than before training. The agreement rate between assessors' TCT scores and DTDS values after training was also higher than before training. Furthermore, the difference of the agreement rate between before and after training was significant (p<0.05). Conclusions : The standardization of diagnostic criteria of TCT increased the agreement rate among the assessors and the agreement rate between assessors' TCT scores and DTDS values. Therefore, the standardization of diagnostic criteria is expected to contribute to the objectification and quantification of the tongue diagnosis system.

소방인력의 전문성 제고 및 역량 강화를 도모함과 동시에 소방인력의 손실 저감을 위하여 소방교육훈련의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며 동시에 소방교육훈련시설의 확충이 추진 중에 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소방교육훈련시설 확충에 있어서 핵심시설이라 할 수 있는 화재진압 교육훈련시설에 대한 국내외 현황 및 설치기준에 대한 비교연구를 통하여 국내 소방교육훈련시설 설치기준의 필요성 및 내용에 관한 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 향후 추진될 화재진압 교육훈련시설의 설치기준은 국제기준과 동등수준의 성능을 담보하는 내용으로 구성하되, 구체적인 훈련목적 및 구조물 최소요구사항을 규정하여야 하며, 이는 훈련 간 훈련생과 교관의 안전을 최우선적으로 고려하여 결정되어야 한다. 또한 소방 표준작전절차 상에 제시된 시나리오의 적극적인 반영을 통하여 훈련 효과성 제고에 주목하여야 하며, 다른 소방교육훈련시설의 설치기준과 상호 유사성 및 호환성을 확보하여 전체 기준의 균형감을 유지해야 한다.

선박들은 목적에 따라 건조되어 개별의 목표를 가지고 운영된다. 운영상 목표는 선박의 설계에 반영되어 필요한 선박능력을 결정하는 주요 기준이 된다. 일반적으로 화물선과 여객선은 수송능력을 중심으로 선박의 운항부분과 화물 또는 여객의 수용능력부분으로 선박능력이 객관적으로 평가되고 있다. 필요한 선박능력을 감안하여 건조된 선박은 안정성과 같은 기본적인 특성 외에 경제성, 친환경성 등의 효과들 또한 기대 할 수 있다. 이에 따라 국내 해기사 양성에서 중추적인 역할을 하고 있는 각 기관의 실습전용선박 관리 분야에서도 선박능력 개념의 효과적인 활용이 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 최근 시차를 두고 건조된 한국해양수산연수원의 실습전용선박 2척의 선박내부 공간 분석을 통하여 실습전용선박의 선박능력 평가 기준에 대해 기초적인 방향성을 확인하였으며 국내의 실습전용선박 또는 범용 실습선박 건조 과정 중 예산확보와 설계에서 선박능력 기준의 활용 가능성을 도출하였다.

Purpose: To make a contribution to raising the quality of nursing and home healthcare services through reviewing the present state of home healthcare nurse specialist training institutions and education programs and creating concrete measures to establish high-quality education courses. Method: International comparative study of accreditation criteria and curriculum in home healthcare nurse specialist program. Result: The Authorization Standards of home healthcare nurse training institutions consists of 8 items, 23 evaluation criteria and 72 evaluation indexes. Proposal to develop a specialist training program: Curriculum. Modify and complement a present homecare nurse education program. Curriculum I. Designate two forms of certification. The first certification has been granted the authority to serve as a manager and open a home healthcare agency to nurses having masters degrees and clinical experience for five years. The second certification is allowed to perform general home healthcare after having completed a short term training course. Currculum 2. To meet increasing demands, granting a certification to perform home healthcare to registered nurses having clinical experience of more than three years. Conclusion: These results can be utilized in the home healthcare educational program for raising the quality of nurses and home healthcare services.

Low-frequency geological natural disaster events such as Pohang earthquake have been occurred. As a results, there's a growing recognition on the importance of education and training for low frequency geological disasters in Korea. In spite of many years of scientific researches on volcanic disaster prevention and preparedness on Baekdusan volcano, the results do not provide the proper scenario for the training for volcanic ash event. Fall 3D volcanic ash diffusion model was run based on wind field data for the last five year, assuming Aso Mountain's explosion with volcanic explosion index 5 for seventy two hours. The management criteria values for proper actions in the previous studies were applied to make a scenario for thirteen groups of the disaster response teams such as train transportation, water supply, electrical facilities and human health. The models on the relationship between education and training for disaster prevention and response were suggested to fulfill the scientific and practical training at local level.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to select a cognitive training game that can evaluate five cognitive domains and to study their validity with existing cognitive evaluation tools. Design: Methods: Delphi survey was conducted through the 2nd questionnaire for 30 experts to select games suitable for training 5 cognitive domains. Five cognitive training games and Mini Mental State Examination - Korea(MMSE-K), and cognitive impairment screening test(CIST) were conducted for 82 elderly in the community. Pearson correlation analysis was performed to find out the correlation of the three tests. The ROC curve was used to calculate the selection criteria for the game results for the screening evaluation of the presence or absence of mild cognitive impairment. Results: The coefficient of variation to evaluate the stability of the Delphi survey was less than 0.50 in most game items. The 'correct answers' and 'level' of the five final selected game items showed a statistically significant positive correlation with the CIST and MMSE-K scores. CIST score and 'time' of all game items except 'number making_time' showed a statistically significant negative correlation. Conclusions: The validity of the cognitive training program using smart devices was evaluated, and the criteria for classifying the cognitive domain and distinguishing the presence or absence of cognitive impairment were confirmed.

With an increasing awareness of information security, the market demand for better information security goods and services causes shortage in well trained information security manpower. This study analyzes the priorities of the options available to the qualitative information security manpower training policy. The analysis is conducted through four hierarchies: goals, criteria, sub-criteria and alternatives for each of which priorities are developed through the rating approach of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). 3 criteria and 8 sub-criteria are involved in the four hierarchies. The analysis result indicates that the fundamental information security technology is the most desirable.

Purpose: To discuss the records and legal standards of emergency medical technician training institutions in Korea and abroad, to identify the problems, and to provide the basic resources for improving the EMT-basic training institutions. Methods: We received advice through an advisory meeting of experts (professors of department of emergency medical technicians) and interested parties (Korean Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, officials of emergency medical technician training institutions) and referred to various reports published by governments, official institutions, and other trustworthy organizations. Also, we communicated with the related experts abroad (3 countries) on the phone or by email for surveys. Results: Compared to the abroad, it is necessary to categorize the standards and procedures of designating the emergency medical technician training institutions in Korea and improve the management of training institutions to train competent emergency medical technicians. Conclusion: It is necessary to designate and manage continuously the emergency medical technician-basic training programs for the systematic primary healthcare service.

As the domestic aviation industry develops, demand for pilots is increasing. As a result, the demand for flight training using flight simulation training devices that implement the same or similar interior of aircraft is also increasing. Despite this increase in demand, domestic laws, regulations and management systems related to flight simulation training devices have remained unchanged since 2009. As a result, the criteria for designation of new or developed flight simulation training devices are ambiguous. In addition, proper improvement of the current system should be prioritized for designation of new devices such as UAM and VR, along with developing flight simulation training devices. It is intended to present measures to improve the domestic flight simulation training system by investigating and analyzing advanced cases overseas.
