정서적 지능이 직무만족과 조직 몰입에 미치는 영향 - 특 1급 호텔 근무자의 사례를 중심으로 - (The Effects of Emotional Intelligence upon Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment - A Case of Five Star Deluxe Hotel Employees -)

  • 호텔산업에서 직원의 성과를 예측할 수 있는 주요 변인으로 크게 조직적 차원과 개인적 특성으로 나누어 연구되어 오고 있다. 특히 개인적 특성은 고용시점에서 고려사항으로서 더 깊이 연구되어야 할 변인으로 보아진다. 이에 본 연구는 개인적 특성의 하나로서 감정을 조절하는 능력인 정서지능을 주요 변인으로 채택하였다. 본 연구의 실증적 목적은 정서지능이 구조적 모델 안에서 직무태도의 변인인 직무만족과 조직몰입에 주는 영향관계를 검증하고자 시행되었다. 연구 목적을 위해, 편의 표본추출 방식으로 한국의 특1급호텔의 근무자를 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며 데이터분석을 위해 SPSS와 AMOS 4를 이용한 구조 모형방정식을 통해 연구가설의 유의성을 측정하였다. 그 연구 결과, 정서지능의 감정 인지와 감정이해 요인이 모든 직무만족 요인에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 상대적으로 감정 인지가 직무만족 각각의 하위 변수에 더 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러, 조직몰입은 동료와 호텔 내 커뮤니케이션에 대한 만족에 의해 직접적인 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과 통해, 해당호텔에 적합한 심리요법 또는 이에 상응하는 호텔 교육프로그램을 직원교육 콘텐츠의 하나로 적용시킬 필요성이 제안된다. 왜냐하면 정서지능은 훈련 등을 통해 발전될 수 있기 때문이다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 당구 숙련자와 비 숙련자를 대상으로 당구 스트로크 시 근활성도와 뇌파를 비교 분석함으로써 두 집단 간의 차이를 규명하여 객관적이고 과학적인 데이터를 통해 당구의 효과와 효율적인 훈련 방법을 위한 기초 데이터를 제시하는데 있다. 연구결과 숙련자와 비숙련자간에 근활성도에는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며 뇌파에서도 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 당구 스트로크 시 숙련자와 비숙련자 간의 근활성도와 뇌파에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 원인은 연구대상자의 부족, 일회적인 실험, 그리고 심리적 및 생리적인 실험 통제를 완전히 하지 못했기 때문이라고 생각되며 이와 관련하여 본 연구에 대한 기전을 보다 명확하게 밝히기 위해서는 추후 생리 및 심리적인 실험통제가 이루어진 상황에서의 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

쌀보리, 겉보리 및 밀엿기름에 의한 식혜 제조시 특성 (Characteristics of Sikhe Produced with Malt of Naked Barley, Covered Barley and Wheat)

  • 전통음료로서 각광을 받고 있는 식혜의 품질을 향상시키는 목적으로 식혜 제조시 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 엿기름을 밀, 쌀보리, 겉보리로 각각 소재를 달리하여 제조 후 이를 이용하여 식혜제조시의 그 특성을 비교하였다. 밀, 쌀보리와 겉보리를 이용하여 제조한 엿기름에 함유 되어있는 amylase는 $60^{\circ}C$에서 46178 units, 39888 units, 27673 units로 공히 최대치를 보였다. 열 안정성은 $60^{\circ}C$에서 1시간 이상 가열 처리시 amylase 역가는 감소하기 시작하였으며, $70^{\circ}C$에서는 2시간 가열처리시 20%이하의 낮은 열안정성을 보였다. 식혜 제조시 당화시간에 따른 glucose, maltose와 maltotriose의 생성량은 당화시간이 증가할수록 점차 그 양이 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 maltose의 생성량은 glucose나 maltotriose에 비해 높았다. 밀 엿기름을 이용한 경우 역시 6시간 당화시 maltose는 4.46%, maltotriose는 0.9%로 쌀보리와 겉보리 엿기름을 이용하여 제조한 식혜에 비해 비교적 높은 생성량을 보였다. 당도를 굴절계를 이용하여 측정한 결과, 6시간 당화시 밀 엿기름을 이용한 경우 11.3%, 쌀보리와 겉보리 엿기름을 이용하여 제조한 경우 11.1%와 10.4%의 당도를 보였다. 쌀보리를 이용하여 제조한 식혜가 관능적으로 우수한 평가를 받았다.

보건기관(保健機關)의 방문보건사업(訪問保健事業) 담당인력(擔當人力)들의 사업(事業)에 대한 태도(態度) 견해(見解)와 환자관리(患者管理) 양상(樣相) (Attitude and Management Contents of Health Workers Engaged in Visiting Health Service)

  • This study was conducted to use the feedback of health personnel to improve the Visiting Health Service. The data was collected from 471 Home Health Workers serving 24 local health organizations in the Kyung-Pook province. 62.5% of the respondents were men under thirty-nine years of age. 92.8% of the respondents are married. 47.1% had degrees from junior colleges. It was ascertained 52.7% of the workers visited their patients six to twelve times within a six month period. And one to three patients were visited per day by one worker. Workers of older age, higher job position, and more experience were more positive in their feedback about the program. In addition, local health center employees, including nurses, were more positive about the program. Younger workers with a higher level of education, less experience, and lower job position had more insight into the problems of the program. Deeper insight into these problems led to a more negative conception of the program. Older workers with higher ranking jobs were found to be most competent. in their jobs. Workers at the main health center were assessed higher than the workers at the health sub-center or the primary health post. In addison nurses at all centers were found to be slightly more competent than the nurses' aide. The primary health post established the highest degree of patient satisfaction. It was discovered that the more positive the workers felt about the program, the higher their patient satisfaction feedback. There was a positive correlation between management assessment and patient satisfaction. This means that better program management was found to produce higher patient satisfaction. Workers feel being more educated about patient management would lead to better service. However, they take no action to produce these results. Where the problems of the system are most commented upon, the need for further education is greatest. Through multiple regression analyses it is apparent that the assessment of patient management is the greatest variable affecting patient satisfaction of patients is dependent on the management by the visiting health worker. Therefore, the development of the visiting health program is highly dependant on the feedback of those workers with a negative conception of the program. So the development of programs, motivation, education and training must be established. These works would lead to active participation by visiting health workers in the improvement of the Visiting health program.

산욕부와 신생아의 가정간호 사례연구 (A Case Study of Home Health Care for Postpartum Women and their Newborns)

  • Presently there is an increasing demand for home health care services due to changes in the demographic structure as a result of an increasing elderly population, socio-economic improvements, and changes in the family structure, as well as the growing number of people with degenerative diseases. In addition to these reasons, rising medical costs and there a shortage of patient beds space in the hospital, particularly since introduction of national medical insurance. There has been an increasing demand for health care health care services. This study was done to identify the basic data for home health care management. It focused on developing client selection criteria, assessment tools, and recording methods. This was accomplished by the researchers visiting the patients in their homes. The research process included preparation investigation, tool development, training of the project researcher, and visiting the clients in their homes. The research tools are as follows : 1. Record development : a) The selection criteria tool for home health care of postpartum women was a structured tool and consisted of four parts. b) The structured assessment tool consisted of a general items, obstetric history, past medical history, methods of feeding, medications taken before admission, laboratory test results, discharge instructions, discharge medications, family tree, economic status, environmental status, a map, health assessment of postpartum women and their newborns. c) The visit note I consisted of the frequency of visits. Visit note II consisted of the date ; nursing problems ; nursing process including the initial assessment ; nursing goal ; visit plan ; postpartum women and their neonate health status, diagnosis, goal, implementation, evaluation, summary, next plan, for visit revision. d) Problem note consisted of the date, problem numbers, nursing diagnosis, problem appearance date problem resolution date. The research results are as follows : 1. Nursing problems : The nursing problems of the postpartum women and their neonates were evaluated by the number of nursing diagnoses and the change in the pattern of nursing diagnosis related to the number of visits. a) Nursing diagnosis The nursing diagnosis was classified according to physical function, psychosocial function, family system maintained function. b) The changes of nursing diagnosis related to the number of visits. As the type of nursing diagnosis changed related to the number of visits the number of nursing diagnoses decreased. 2. Contents of home health care : The content was categorized according to assessment, direct care, counseling, education, family care, reporting to with the attending doctor. The recommendations based on the research results are as follows : 1. Tool development Replication of this study is needed to test the validity of the assessment tools used. 2. Home visit a) Home health care nurses should be licensed and qualified. A referral form from the attending doctor is needed for legal protection of nurses. b) The first home visit need to be within 24 hours of discharge from the hospital to decrease the anxiety of frightened postpartum women. c) When the changes occur in the newborn's status, home health care nurses should consult a pediatrician. Communication within the home healthcare team is essential and needs to consistent and done smoothly. 3. Home health care A Study is required to develop protocols for education of staff and for operation of all aspects of this program.

'나트륨 줄이기 참여 건강음식점'의 나트륨 저감화 실태 (Study on Sodium Reduction: 'Healthy Restaurant for Sodium Reduction')

  • This study compared total sodium amounts in 'Healthy Restaurant for Sodium Reduction' menu items located in Seoul, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang in 2011 and 2012. In addition, this study explored reduced sodium cooking methods in 'Healthy Restaurant for Sodium Reduction'. This study monitored and collected menu samples from a total of 103 restaurants participating in 'Healthy Restaurant for Sodium Reduction' in 2011 and 2012. We also surveyed restaurant employees to identify reduced sodium cooking methods in 2012. The results showed significant reductions in total amounts of sodium in menu items of restaurants located in Seoul, Chungcheong, and Gyeongsang between 2011 ($310.8{\pm}156.8mg/100g$) and 2012 ($211.6{\pm}110.3mg/100g$). Amounts of sodium in all seven foodgroups showed significant reductions between 2011 and 2012: 'Gook/Tang' (from $226.6{\pm}127.7mg/100g$ to $168.5{\pm}74.3mg/100g$), 'Jjigae/Jeongol' (from $385.8{\pm}111.7mg/100g$ to $257.1{\pm}82.53mg/100g$), 'Noodle/Dumpling' (from $263.8{\pm}116.9mg/100g$ to $194.1{\pm}55.6mg/100g$), 'Gui' (from $390.3{\pm}120.6mg/100g$ to $258.8{\pm}92.7mg/100g$), 'Steamed dish' (from $305.3{\pm}124.3mg/100g$ to $175.6{\pm}76.6mg/100g$), 'Bob' (from $273.7{\pm}162.5mg/100g$ to $167.1{\pm}93.1mg/100g$), and 'Stir-fried dish' (from $368.6{\pm}116.6mg/100g$ to $219.0{\pm}72.4mg/100g$). The survey results showed that responses for 'Reducing salt amount' were 75.7%, responses for 'Using enchovy stock, shrimp, radish, or fruit soup' were 64.1%, and responses for 'Liking the taste because it is bland' were 50%. This study indicates that 'Healthy Restaurant for Sodium Reduction' nutrition policy was successful for reducing sodium contents of restaurant menu items, and also consumers were satisfied with the tastes.

그린커피교육 교과과정 기준 모형 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on the Curriculum standards model of Green Coffee Education)

  • 커피는 산지와 재배 환경에 따라 그 특성이 달라지고 결정되어지므로, 커피의 향미와 품질은 그린커피에서부터 시작된다는 것은 주지의 사실이다. 하지만 현재 커피교육은 커피 로스팅, 추출, 서비스 등의 바리스타 실무교육에만 주력하고 있고 그린커피에 대한 전문적인 지식교육은 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 향후 그린커피 교육을 위하여 교과과정을 계획하고 설계하는데 도움을 주고자 교과과정 개발의 기초 자료를 마련하는 데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서, 전국의 커피교사를 대상으로 설문하여 그린커피에 대한 인식 정도와 교육 현황을 살펴본 후 그린커피교육의 요구사항을 분석하였고, 또 현재 커피교육을 받고 있는 학생을 대상으로 그린커피교육의 필요성과 교육현황을 설문하였다. 또한 커피전문가를 대상으로 인터뷰하여 그린커피의 교육 방향 및 학습 요인도 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 그린커피 교육의 목표를 설정하고 교육내용을 선정하였으며 교과명 및 학습 단원을 조직하여 교수-학습이 이루어지기 위한 체계적인 교과과정을 제안하였다.

지역사회발전을 위한 지역신문의 역할 (A Study on the Role of the Local Newspaper for Community Development)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the sole of local newspaper for community development in Korea. Specific objectives of the study were : 1) to identify the role of local newspaper in community development, 2) to analyze problems and situations on local newspapers in Korea, and 3) to suggest desirable roles of local newspaper for the community development. To attain the above objectives, this study was carried out through literature review, contest analysis of selected local newspapers, and the questionnaire survey of selected readers of local newspaper. The data were collected from 267 readers of local newspaper who participated in the farmers` training session in the Rural Development Administration, by using questionnaires developed by the researcher, and total of 263 questionnaires were analyzed. The statistical techniques used for the study were frequence, percentile, standard deviation utilizing the $SPSS/PC^+$. The major findings of the study were as follows : 1. The major roles of functions of local newspapers identified in this study were summarized as to reinforce the community consciousness, to form community opinion, to watch and to monitor community environment, to provide education and entertainment, and to contribute to the conveyance and promotion of community culture. 2. The general characteristic of local newspaper readers surveyed were; a) average distance from town to their village was 9.3 Km, b) average age was 29 years, c) about 75% of them were senior high school graduates, and d) about 96% of them participated in group activities. 3. About 45% of the respondents used television or radio for their moor sources of local news were TV or radio, while about 31% respondents used immunity newspaper for their moor sources of local news. About 67% of the respondents kept their readership over two years, and about 40% of them read community newspaper regularly at their home. 4. The results of content analysis showed drat the local newspapers were dealing with articles on cultural affairs, community consciousness, administrative and civic affairs, however, there were not enough educational news, and various kinds of general news in the community. 5. Survey also showed the most needed news were ; 1) political news including administrative and civic affairs, 2) economic news including sales and distribution, 3) social news including social problems on environmental pollution and community development works, 4) educational news including technology and information, 5) cultural news including guide to cultural and historical sites and local brief news. 6. In the evaluation of local newspaper, the readers were generally positive in valued roles of local newspaper in community relations, community development, promoting community cohesion and understanding of community members, and about 40% of the respondents were positive in predicting the bright future perspectives of local newspapers. 7. In the readers` evaluation of local newspaper, readers responded that local newspapers were very closely related to the community and residents, reflecting the current concerns of local population and recognizing the value of community media, and the contents of local newspaper were positively related to daily lives of community residents and opinions of overall community.

서울.경기지역 보육시설 및 유치원 대상 어린이급식관리지원센터 지원 요구도 분석 (Child-Care Facility and Kindergarten's Demands on Foodservice Support by Center for Child-Care Foodservice Management (CCFSM) in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences between child-care facilities and kindergartens towards the need for foodservice support by Center for Child-Care Foodservice Management (CCFSM). For this study, questionnaires were sent out from August of 2008 to April of 2009 to directors of 1,478 child care facilities and 299 kindergartens in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do via postal service. A total of 267 questionnaires were usable with 203 (13.7%) of child-care facilities and 64 (21.4%) of kindergartens. Statistical data were analyzed by SPSS 15.0 for descriptive analysis and t-test. For political and administrative support, government funding for foodservice was the highest need and hiring nutritionists was significantly different by type of facility (p < 0.01). Both child-care facilities (4.29) and kindergartens (4.41) demanded the balanced menu from CCFSM. There were significant differences of "information about food material sanitation management" (p < 0.05), "hygiene safety management method according to working process" (p < 0.05), "hygiene safety management method of foodservice facilities and equipment" (p < 0.05). In education and training contents from center, "types and methods to manage foodservice facilities and equipment" for directors, "dietary education by age" for teachers, and "the rules of personal sanitation and working process" and "gas, electricity and fire prevention" for culinary workers had the highest mean score of requirements.

특성화고 산학일체형 도제교육을 위한 금형제작원의 DACUM 직무분석 (DACUM Job Analysis of Die and mold makers for Apprenticeship education of Specialized high school)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 DACUM 직무 분석기법을 활용하여 특성화고 산학일체형 도제교육을 위한 금형제작원 직무를 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 내용은 금형제작원의 직무를 구성하는 임무와 수행 작업을 도출하여 순서를 매기기한 후, 수행 작업별 중요도, 난이도, 빈도를 정하고 산업체에 취업할 당시 수행할 수 있는 최소한의 작업을 구분하여 제시하는 것이다. 최종적으로 직무분석 결과를 토대로 산학일체형 도제학교의 금형제작원 DACUM 차트를 개발하였다. DACUM 직무 분석을 위한 DACUM 위원회는 Level-I 라이센스를 취득한 DACUM 분석가 1명, 5년 이상 경력을 가진 데이컴 위원 9명, 서기 1명, 실무자 1명으로 구성하여 직무분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산학일체형 도제학교의 금형제작원이란 설계된 도면에 따라 원자재와 부자재를 사용하여 가공기계와 공구로써 금형을 사상, 가공, 조립하는 자로 정의하였다. 둘째, 금형제작원의 직무 영역은 12개의 임무(duties)와 86개의 수행 작업(tasks)이 도출되었다. 12개 임무(금형 설계 검토, 원자 부자재 입고 확인, 사출 금형 가공, 가공품 완성 여부 확인, 사출 금형 래핑 습합, 조립 시 사출, 프레스 금형 가공, 프레스 금형 사상 조립, 다이 스포팅, 금형 트라이 아웃, 품질 육성, 금형 출하) 중에서 가장 많은 수행 작업을 도출한 임무는 '프레스 금형 사상 조립'으로 9개의 수행 작업이 확인되었다. 셋째, 각 작업마다 중요도, 난이도 및 빈도를 정도에 따라 각각 높음(A), 보통(B), 낮음(C)으로 구분하고, 전문가들의 합의를 통해 입직 초기에 갖추어야 할 핵심 능력인지의 여부를 구분하였다. 넷째, 직무 분석 결과를 토대로 산학일체형 도제학교의 금형제작원 DACUM 직무분석 차트를 개발하였다. 또한 금형제작원 직무에 종사하면서 필요한 일반 지식과 능력, 사용되는 공구, 기계, 자재 및 소모품의 목록을 끌어내고, 금형제작원의 장래 직업의 전망과 특성을 제시하였다.
