Objectives: Cynanchi wilfordii Radix has commonly been used with or instead of Polygoni multiflori Radix in Korea. The purpose of this study was to investigate their history in the traditional Oriental medical literature and quantitative determination of conduritol F from Cynanchi wilfordii Radix according to various harvest times. Methods: We conducted studies of the traditional Oriental medical literature and analysis of the component, conduritol F, simultaneously. Efficacy and origin of Cynanchi wilfordii Radix in literature study, time of harvest in component research. Chromatographic analysis performed using Silica(2) 100A column (Phenomenex 5 um, 250 mm 4.6 mm) with a mixture of acetonitrile and water (98 : 2)(v/v). The analyses detected at UV (210 nm). Results: Conduritol F was detected in Cynanchi wilfordii Radix, but in Cynanchi auriculati Radix was not. We indicate that conduritol F is as a distinguishable indicator with other materia medica. We think the proper harvesting time is October and November. Conclusions: Measures of trunk control were significantly related with values of dynamic balance and gait. Based on these results, trunk control is an essential core component of balance and gait. Trunk control training programs after stroke should be developed and emphasized.

우리가 살아가는 사회는 무엇보다 우리들의 정신과 육체를 자유롭게 건강하게 유지하고자 하는 웰빙에 대한 기대가 확산되면서 헬스케어(health care)라는 의미가 빅데이터, IoT, AI, 블록체인 등의 4차 산업혁명의 핵심적인 융합기술 등을 활용하여 고도화된 의료정보 서비스산업의 발전을 도모하고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어는 인공지능, 빅데이터, 클라우드와 같은 정보기술에 힘입어 전통 의료·헬스케어 산업의 디지털 전환(Digital transformation)으로 추진되어, 보건, 의료, 복지 등에서 그 필요성은 점진적으로 확대되고 있는 경향이다. 그러나 디지털 헬스케어 의료정보의 효율적 운용을 통하여 인간의 자유로운 삶의 행복 추구와 스마트 의료산업으로의 발전을 추구하고자 하는 데는 인적, 물리적 요인의 어려움이 존재하는 것이 현실이다. 나아가 디지털 헬스케어의 글로벌 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 헬스케어 의료정보 관련 첨단기술력과 양질의 데이터 확보, 관련 콘텐츠 개발과 이에 적합한 비지니스 모델을 발굴하는 데 적극적인 투자와 연구가 요구되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 우선, 디지털 헬스케어 의료정보의 일반적인 의미와 현황 등을 살펴보고, 이어, 디지털 헬스케어 의료정보를 활성시키기 위한 발전적 과제 등을 중점적으로 분석, 검토하여 앞으로 디지털 헬스케어 의료정보의 활용성을 제고하는데 목적을 두고 있다.

Purpose. Because traditional statistics approach had limitations in learning future forecasting and major factors causing occupational injuries in each industry, this paper develops a model forecasting and evaluating occupational injury rate by using a system dynamics model through the analysis of the industry injury statistics and the project for industry injury prevention. Method. The model of this paper consists of 12 total models such as a model of employees, of industrial disaster victims, of injury rate, etc.; In the analysis of firm size, it is classified and developed according to 12 groups on the basis of the number of employees, and in the analysis of industrial classification, it is done according to 10 total business fields such as manufacturing business, construction one, etc. Results. This paper suggests the methodology which forecasts industry injury rate by business field and size on the basis of developed model, and evaluates an industry injury prevention project from various angles. Conclusions. This paper deduced problem through the analysis of an industry injury by business fields and a comparative analysis of foreign cases, and analyzed to affect industry injury prevention by industry. And it also analyzed actual condition of industry injury, and did a difference in the level of safety consciousness according to the general characteristics of workers and occupational safety and health education related characteristics. In result, this paper suggests that analyzing occupational injury related factors, a safety budgetary allocation, and industry injury related factors can reduce illness costs such as employees' injury and medical care, and also assist cost for a disability.

e-Health/u-Health has generally been considered as an expansion of current medical and medical relevant segments. However. as e-Health/u-Health has been known to have typical attributes and characteristics of services supporting a physically and mentally well-balanced life of its users, we can rationally assume that e-Health/u-Health can be not only an expansion of the existing medical field but also a result of the complex and sophisticated convergence among diverse industries such as the ICT industry. traditional care-relevant segments, etc. Thus, in this study, we carefully and cautiously consider e-Health/u-Health in accordance with both possible scenarios: 1) an expansion of a typical industry, and 2) a result of a convergence among various industries. The advent of new technologies, rapid development of current technologies, and convergence trends in various fields are creating dramatic innovations in the next generation health services market. Consumerism as a characteristic of c-Health/u-Health can be expected to find a solution of the existing healthcare service problems. In the initial phase. mainly due to the absence of a vanguard, as well as to various legalistic and regulative limitations, the role of the government would be immensely critical for the successful early settlement of the e-Health/u-Health industry. Both the government and private sector need to practice continuous and effective public education and publicity mainly to increase the overall recognition and usability of e-Health/u-Health services. Nursing as a unique professional discipline should be well aware of the new paradigm shift of the healthcare market, and make maximum use of the possibility of this trend to the advent of the professional nursing's new role.

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to explore the CSR activities of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry in South Korea. Since previous research on CSR activities has considerably focused on large enterprises whereas small enterprises have relatively less attention, this study aims to explore the characteristics of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry and their CSR activities. Research design, data, and methodology - The population of interest for this study was social enterprises registered in Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency (2016), and it was used to verify the social enterprises which has a certification for social enterprises. From 1672 companies in total, the sampling frame was a database with 117 companies in hospitality and tourism industry. This study investigates social enterprises' CSR activities on the company's official websites (e.g., company reports, magazines, the news articles, and interviews). The websites of the selected enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry were analyzed for examining CSR activities by the quantitative content analysis. All of the CSR activities in small social enterprises were classified into six dimensions based on the stakeholder theory. Results - The findings of this study provide the characteristics of the 117 small social enterprises and their specific CSR initiatives. A total of eight main business lines were identified: 1) fair travel, 2) leisure/sports, 3) accommodation/camping, 4) medical tourism, 5) exhibitions/art events/cultural events, 6) leisure activities for vulnerable social groups, 7) Korean traditional culture, and 8) ecotourism/agricultural tourism. The CSR initiatives were classified into six dimensions: 1) environment, 2) employment, 3) multicultural families and vulnerable social groups, 4) local community, 5) economic prosperity, and 6) product. Conclusions - This study revealed the special CSR initiative examples of small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry. Small social enterprises participate in CSR activities mainly related to their own business lines. Moreover, these enterprises are more closely embedded in their local community development, job creation and education for local residents and vulnerable social groups, and traditional heritage preservation. The findings of this study provide theoretical and practical implications and they can contribute to enrich CSR with literature for small enterprises in hospitality and tourism industry.

본 연구는 전통의학문헌에 나타난 재래닭 관련 의안을 분석하여 재래닭의 약리작용 성분을 정리하는데 목표를 두고 있다. 민간치료 자료의 처방과 기존의 한의서에 기술된 다양한 재래 닭 처방과의 상이성 및 공통점을 찾아 분석하여 과학적 검증이 가능한 내용에 대하여 정리하고자 한다. 분석된 내용을 구분 정리하여 DB를 구축하고, 전통의서에 수재된 처방, 한약, 생약 및 특수 치료 방법에 대한 유용성 평가를 통하여 닭 관련 제품개발과 다양한 기능성 식품개발의 근거를 마련하고자 한다. 또한, 국가 지식자원의 지속적인 확충과 전문인력 양성 및 지식문화 관련사업의 부가가치 창출을 통한 미래 신성장 동력산업을 육성하고자 한다. 재래닭 관련 처방지식에 대한 검색 및 정보 관리체계의 정형화가 난해하므로 규격화, 개념화, 형식화한 전통의학 재래닭 처방지식 DB를 구축하여 다학제간의 연구시스템을 통한 고의학 서적의 약학적 유용성을 평가하고 대체의학이나 기능성 식품개발의 실용화 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

본 연구는 코로나 시대이후로 가속화된 뷰티분야의 4차 산업들과 융합으로 산업에서 요구되는 실무능력을 교육하기 위한 교육과정 개발을 목적으로 진행되었다. 여러 문헌의 탐색적 조사와 전문가의견을 수렴한 결과 뷰티산업은 앞으로 단일 아이템 또는 서비스 제공이 아닌 의료, 바이오, ICT, 인공지능 기술 등이 결합된 개인맞춤형 서비스 제공 산업으로 분야가 확장될 것으로 분석되었다. 분석 내용을 바탕으로 전통적인 뷰티산업에서 요구하는 기본 직무 능력 외에 갖추어야 할 디지털 활용능력을 추가하여 교육과정을 구성하고 과목을 도출하였다. 코로나 이후의 시대는 4차 산업혁명을 기반으로 다양한 산업의 변화를 가져올 것이며 이러한 변화에 대응하여 뷰티산업의 발전과 지속가능성을 위한 인재 개발을 위해 대학에서는 산업의 변화에 항상 주목해야 할 것이다.

빅데이터 기술이 발전하면서 데이터가 전 산업의 혁신 성장을 가속하는 초연결 지능화 사회로 빠르게 진입하고 있다. 고품질의 다양한 데이터를 보유하고 활용하는 융복합 산업이 새로운 성장 동력으로 자리매김하고 있으며, 다양한 전통 산업군에 빅데이터가 융합되어 데이터 기반의 혁신을 통해 디지털 전환이 이루어지고 있다. 특히 의료 분야에서는 전자의무기록 데이터와 같은 정형 데이터와 CT, MRI 등의 비정형 의료 데이터를 함께 활용함으로써, 질병 예측 및 진단의 정확도를 높이고 있다. 현재 의료 산업에서 비정형 데이터의 중요성과 규모는 나날이 증가하고 있지만, 종래의 데이터 보안 기술과 정책은 정형 데이터 중심이며, 비정형 데이터의 보안성과 활용성에 대한 고려는 미비하다. 향후 빅데이터를 활용한 진료가 활성화되려면 데이터의 다양성과 보안성이 데이터 구축, 유통, 활용 단계에서 내재화되고 유기적으로 연계되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 데이터 보안 제도와 기술 현황을 분석한다. 이후 의료 분야에서 비정형 데이터가 활발히 사용될 수 있도록 비식별조치 가이드라인에 비정형 데이터 중심의 비식별 기술과 산업에서의 기술 적용 사례를 추가하고, 비정형 데이터에 대한 개인정보 판단 기준을 수립할 것을 제안한다. 더 나아가 개인정보를 침해하지 않고, 비정형 데이터에 활용할 수 있는 객체 특징 기반의 식별 ID를 제안한다.

본 연구는 업종별 혁신체제론의 입장에서 한의학산업을 보지만, 한의학산업의 혁신체제 자체가 아니라 혁신체제에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 요인인 서양의학과의 갈등을 중심으로 살펴 본 것이다. 한국의 의료시스템은 서양의학과 한의학을 이분법 체계로 구분함에도 한의학과 서양의학의 의료행위에 대한 명확한 정의를 하지 않고 있다. 이에 따라 판례로 두 의학이 구분되는데, 의료시스템에서도 또한 약제시스템에서도 서양의학의 의료행위를 너무 강하게 설정해 한의학의 혁신을 저해하고 있다. 한의학산업에서는 첫째, 현대 의공학의 발전으로부터 도출된 대부분의 의료기기를 사용할 수 없다. 이 의료기기들은 대부분 서양의학의 학문적 뿌리에 기원하고 있다는 판단에서이다. 둘째로, 한의학적인 기반을 가지고 개발된 천연물 신약도 허가를 받는 순간 한의학산업에서는 처방할 수 없다. 셋째로, 한의학 기반 약제가 가진 안전성 문제는 약재 자체의 오염문제가 있고, 처방된 한약의 간 독성 문제가 있다. 전자는 재배과정이나 수입과정에서의 품질 및 안전검사로 해결될 문제이지만 후자는 서양의학쪽의 일방적인 매도라는 것이 한의계의 지적이다.

Success of any business solely is dependant on how to satisfy clients in healthcare-related industry. In the short history of Korea pet-care industry, there were not many guidelines on client satisfaction management of companion animal hospitals. The studies on many pet healthcare facilities were conducted based on their cost-benefits and the advantages of medical operation within special features of the traditional hospital management system. However the companion animal hospitals recently need to improve the service quality and client closed communication in keen competition on pet healthcare market. This study explores client satisfaction management could be the new issue of the veterinary hospital business. And it finally suggests of the critical factors affecting successful client satisfaction management of companion animal hospital based on the eight case studies.
