Sudden increase exceeding 30million in the number of smart phone users, and rising interest in the technology of augmented reality, is now trying to combine it with AR technology in other areas very much. The field of cultural heritage, which has been constructed by the Internet and 3D technology, is not unusual and this field is now rapidly changing thanks to the AR technology which can make users experience cultural heritage with high reality. The Palaces in Seoul, however, use fragmentary tools of information - lack of heritage commentators, leaflet, etc, even though the number of visitors is gradually increasing. Therefore, three-dimensional and comprehensive cultural heritage information service is needed with the guidance in the mobile era. This study utilizes the AR technology for building the Deoksugung Tourist Information Service Application(App.) applying the markerless-based recognition technology which is a more advanced tool than the location-based AR technology. This new AR technology can switch perceived real images such as the tablet of the King in the Palace of in the real world, patterns and pedestals into virtual world, which can reproduce the damaged cultural assets as 3D. This also composes photos of the past with the current buildings, which can increase people's interest and absorption of the contents, and helps them understand and be aware of Korean traditional culture and cultural heritage effectively. In addition, convergence between IT new technology, Augmented Reality(AR) and humanities through storytelling based implementation of cultural heritage in smart phone is attempted to demonstrate that there is strength in which augmented reality technique exerts infinite creativity based on actual reality world.
During the China's long history, many ethnic groups have developed their own traditions of local music which is an important part of their precious cultures. Meanwhile, each ethnic group developed its own worldview and music culture according to its unique living environment, special lifestyle and mode of production. The clarinet is a Western instrument, and has been influenced to some extent by Chinese minority culture while being introduced to China. Therefore, musicians tried to find ways of using Western musical instruments to express various elements of Chinese minority music. Focusing on two clarinet works 'The Song of Grazing Horses' by Wang Yan and 'The Sound of Pamir Clarinet Concerto' by Hu Bijing, this paper aims to analyze the musical characteristics of minority groups expressed by the clarinet in two aspects: the formation of the music style, the artistic characteristics conveyed through the works. Specifically, it consists of five parts: ethnic mode and tonality, rhythm, time signature, melody making, and imitation of animals. It also analyzes the cultural characteristics of Tajik and Mongolian music reflected in the two works in combination with living environment, mode of production, life style, and ethnic emotions. This study aims to provide a theoretical basis for composers and performers who want to understand and acquire the musical style of modern Chinese clarinet works. It also helps to find a better way to play traditional Chinese music with Western instruments.

EBS has been producing numerous educational contents with traditional virtual studio production systems since the early 2000s and applied AR video production system in October 2020, twenty-years after. Although the basic concept of synthesizing graphic elements and actual image in real time by tracking camera movement and lens information is similar to the previous one but the newly applied AR video production system contains some of advanced technologies that are improved over the previous ones. Marker tracking technology that enables camera movement free and position tracking has been applied that can track the location stably, and the operating software has been applied with Unreal Engine, one of the representative graphic engines used in computer game production, therefore the system's rendering burden has been reduced, enabling high-quality and real-time graphic effects. This system is installed on a crane camera that is mainly used in a crane shot at the live broadcasting studio and applied for live broadcasting programs for children and some of the videos such as program introductions and quiz events that used to be expressed in 2D graphics were converted to 3D AR videos which has been enhanced. This paper covers the effect of introduction and application of the AR video production system on EBS content production and the future development direction and possibility.

This study evaluate the quality characteristics and antioxidative properties of acorn mook containing seoritae powder(0%, 2%, 4%, 6%). Among them the results of moisture content, Hunter color system, Texture, and antioxidant activity by making a section different Acorn Mook. The moisture content of samples 70.83%~81.77%, as the Seoritae powder Level in the formulation increased. As the Seoritae powder Level in the formulation increased, L-value of samples decreased, a-value of samples 7.29~7.79 increased and b-value decreased. According to the texture evaluation results, as the Seoritae powder level in the formulation significant decreased, the hardness, adhesivness, chewiness and cohesiveness, chewiness of acorn mook decreased. Seoritae powder level in the formulation increased Total phenol contents increased, Total flavonoid contents, DPPH free radical scavenging activity and ABTS radical scavenging activity of acorn mook decreased. The sensory results, the 2% samples received high taste, color, elasticity, chewiness, overall acceptability scores. In addition the 4% added samples of Seoritae powder showed a good overall evaluation compared to the control samples, so if acorn mook is manufactured by adding 2%~4% of Seoritae powder, it is thought that there is a possibility of commercialization of Seoritae acorn mook. We have the above results adding Seoritae powder to make a traditional food mook will help to use it as basic data for making acorn mook with excellent antioxidant activity.
Gyeongsanjain Dano Festival is a local festival of Yeongnam that was initially designated as Intangible Cultural Heritage No. 44 "Hanjanggun Nori" in 1971 and finally became Gyeongsanjain Dano Festival in 2007. At first, few parts of it were designated for preservation and it was succeeded as a whole without connections between each part. Problems also rise from the fact that it has not been closely studied. Gyeongsanjain Dano Festival is mostly classified into five parts: Keungut, Yeowonmu, Hojanggut, Hanmyoje, and Jainpalgwangdae. This study has closely discussed each part as follows: 1. Jainpalgwangdae Nori 1) Similarity with Newly Created Shows 2) Problems with the Name of Palgwangdae 3) Difference with the Composition of Other Mask Dances 4) Dances and Movements Distinguished from Other Mask Dances in Yeongnam The following are the solutions suggested for Gyeongsan Jain Dano Festival. First, for the restoration of Gyeongsanjain Dano Festival, Dano festivals and Byeolsinje of nearby areas with clear traditions could be benchmarked. Second, the major content of Gyeongsanjain Dano Festival is 'Hanjanggungut,' and it has to be the leading content of the festival. Third, the structural principle of Korean festival must be adopted and the process and principle must correspond to those of other traditional shows. Fourth, as Gyeongsanjain Dano Festival is the comprehensive form of art, folk, and festival, each part must be closely related in a well-planned scenario. Fifth, Intangible talents and successful training must be widely acknowledged for successful transmission and responsible performances. Sixth, traditional festivals must be restored along with the discovery and development of various festival repertories and spectacles such as tour programs and experiential tours that contribute to local economy.

In Korea, many types of traditional grape wine have existed starting from seven hundred years ago and horse-blossom-like-grape (mayu-podo) was mainly cultivated. Korean traditional wine (KTW) was manufactured by a unique method in which grape juice-added porridge made from glutinous rice was fermented by nuruk as a starter for brewing. Unfortunately, KTW making was discontinued in 20th century; thus, restoration of Korean wine culture is needed. KTWs were prepared by four traditional methods, and their qualities were compared to commercial wine made by sugaring grape juice. Ethyl alcohol contents, total acidity, pH and amino acid of the four KTWs were $9.2{\sim}11.2%$, $0.93{\sim}1.20\;mg$/100 mL, $3.02{\sim}3.48$ and $0.80{\sim}0.88\;mg$/100 mL respectively. The KTWs showed higher values in total acidity and amino acid than those of commercial grape wine. KTWs were rich in maltose, acetic acid and lactic acid. L, a and b value in Hunter's color value ranged $3.59{\sim}3.69$, $20.63{\sim}38.06$, and $1.20{\sim}1.56$, respectively. Sensory quality properties in color, flavor, taste and overall of KTWs were not different from commercial dry wine. Contents of total phenolic compounds and free radical scavenging activity using DPPH of KTWs were $599.6{\sim}652.2\;mg$/100 mL and $50.59{\sim}56.75%$, respectively.

The objective of this study is to promote alternative plans on the prejudiced and distorted parts in school textbooks in the aspect of multi-functionality of agriculture and rural community. This was done through analysis of the contents in 44 kinds of schoolbooks in Korean language (30 of elementary school, 12 of middle school and 2 of high school). This will lead to promote the understanding about the multi-functionality and form the proper value system related to agriculture and rural community for children and juveniles using schoolbooks. A content analysis which is a research tool to classify all contents of materials containing the properties to become the object of interest in a systematic way, was employed to examine to what extent the contents on agriculture and rural community were reflected in the textbooks for elementary school, middle school and high school. The content analysis was done in two categories, namely; application method and function view. Application method had four types of texts, cases, figures pictures, and activities, while function view emphasized the relevance for the multi-functionality of agriculture and rural community (i.e., function of environment preservation, function of rural scenery and rural traditional culture conservation, function of maintenance and development of local society, and function of food security). The results of application method in elementary school showed that the textbook of the second-year class having a large amount of figures pictures related to agriculture and rural community, had the highest frequency in all six grades. In the function view, the environment preservation function was most abundant among a variety of multi-functionalities. In middle school, the average frequency had shown a rapid decrease. However, the function of environment preservation in the function view and the texts by application method were most frequent. in the first-year class. In high school, however, any mention related to agriculture and rural community was not made, in spite of the fact that the ten parts of textbook contained a lot of contents with a reasonable level. Based on the results of content analysis, findings and recommendations by part in textbooks for elementary school, middle school and high school have been drawn, and several examples for the content development to be included in the textbooks were listed.
From the aspect that design should respond to the necessity of various cultural bases, design is important to be grafted to Korean traditional culture. This circumstance leads this study to clarify the plan of multimedia contents development of 'paintings and original forms of shaman spirit' in Korean shamanism as one of realistic re-illumination works for Korean cultural original forms. The main study results are conduded as followings through literature reviews, internet searches and case studies. First, 'the planning process' necessary for the development of scenarios, characters and multimedia contents are suggested based on the establishment of hierarchy structure among shaman spirits which are classified into necromancer, human being, nature and life after death. Second, relating to execution of process above, it is suggested that 'the strategic. plan by business items and its genres' such as blessing fancy goods, characters for mobile or game, scenarios for game or animation, online digital exorcisms, e-cards, e-talismans and so on. Finally, as future industrialization concerns, 'the industrial development plan' is suggested which can be extended to scenario-based original businesses such as game scenarios for online or mobile and heroism fictions. The study results highlight the fact that multimedia design approach are considered for expanding the target and scope of creative material for Korean cultural original forms. Future researches, based on the results of the study, are expected to be expanded to the various designerly-thinking approaches into 'Shaman' themes and rather to be re-illuminated to the development of Korean cultural original forms as a nation's strategic standpoint.
Sanjo has a quintessential value not only because of its musical depth but also because of its style of music that best expresses Korean sentiment. However, new values are being established from different viewpoints as time passes so Sanjo's values need a modification in order to encompass a contemporary value that is required and accepted by modern society. In this context, while focusing on communication with the public, I contemplated the developmental direction of Sanjo in five perspectives; The Social realization of value, The Experimental and social transformation, The Social diffusion of creation, The Leap of fusion and harmony and finally The Socialization of contents. In the perspective of 'social realization of value', Sanjo refers to creative activity as a new 'duneum' which allows traditional and creative activity to deviate freely while still being under the Sanjo guideline. Either way, it has a periodical value because new forms with new rhythms are the only ways to communicate with the modern public. When these values can be understood by modern society can Sanjo be revived and be acknowledged as an infinite value. Secondly as an experiment and social transformation, there is a transformation of musical instruments in the 21th century. Our musical instruments should be transformed to effectively perform our music rather than to perform Western music. Third, social diffusion of creation should be the 'new Sanjo festival in 21th century' which can facilitate the communication with the public. Fourth, regarding leap of fusion and harmony, I suggest a performing culture consisting of 'Storytelling Sanjo' and 'Media Art' which will ceaselessly evolve Sanjo performance as a medium to communicate with the public. Finally, in regards to the socialization of contents, I emphasize that Sanjo should have contents of mass media as a way of means to help utilize mass media.
To estimate the nutritional values and the optimum cooking method of the Cow's rumen-reticulum (tripe) which is a Korean traditional food, the nutrients of raw tissue of tripes, the changes in total N, ${\alpha}-amino$ N, calcium and phosphorus contents and nucleotides and their related compounds contents in soup stock prepared of tripe tissues according to various boiling time period with saucepot or pressure cooker and various ratios of the water to the tripe (wt/wt) were measured. No significant difference was observed in nutrients contents between rumen (1st stomach) and reticulum (2nd stomach) which contained 83% moisture, 0.4-0.5% ash, 3% fat, 13% protein, 50-56 mg% calcium, 75-76 mg% phosphorus. 75-77 mg% ${\alpha}-amino$ N on fresh weight basis. The results obtained show that the significant loss of nutrients observed after removing epitherial cell layer from tripe, and in aspect of the nutrients contents, the nucletides contents, and the sensory evaluation score in soup stock, the optimum cooking time period of tripe was 8 hours in boiling in saucepot and 1 or 2 hours in cooking in pressure cooker, and the ratio of the water to the tripe (wt/wt) was above ten.
