Northeast Asia Nations introduced each single window system for simplifying the customs clearance procedures in order to prevent the rekeying the customs and trade-related data. A single window is a means for enabling users to complete all the necessary import/export procedures in a single input and by single transmission by linking the related system. WCO recommends CDM, UCR, ACI that completed by WCO's own projects for assist to establish the single window for customs clearance. Northeast Asia Nations such as Korea, China, Taiwan, Japan undertook trade process reengineering for introducing single window for customs clearance. Korea and Japan introduced a e-customs systems as a good single window system. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to construction of the efficient single window system for customs clearance by studying e-customs cases in Northeast Asia Nations.

As one of the 31 e-Government project, BPR/ISP on e-Trade has been carried out during December 2003 and June 2004. The purpose of the project was designed to facilitate e-Trade by establishing Single Window for e-Trade. Elimination of legal obstacles is a condition precedent for activation of e-Trade. Thus this article is focused to present the way to revised the laws relating to e-Trade.

Recently, many companies want to accept and operate ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system in their fields ERP does not only include business, but also include finance, account, trade, personnel and BPR(Business Process Reengineering). Especially, it is necessary to have ERP system for companies which have lots of external businesses such as trade and communication sector. In modern society, the manufacture field faces on variable chances of Environment. For this situation, the application of Information technique is one of the main point maintain competitive power. The company should chose a proper method for their future and build Unified Information System on its suitable situation. Nowadays, Adjustment and application of technical method for Internet/Intranet and raised and more advanced Extranet gains its force at the moment. The Unification of ERP and POP system under the distributed environment like this will have a huge influence to us. In this subject, I will think about POP system for operating EPR system and improve its defects that can operate more effective sales, circulation, demand plan. Also, I suggest a proper POP system can handle seperated resources in each part of factory for a plan of shot period, order operating, factory inventory, process control.

And then, in this paper, I will think about OLTP (On-Line Transaction Processing) system for operating ERP system and improve its defects that can operate more effective sales, circulation, demand plan. But it is regrettable that I can not make a comparative analysis with other systems because the ERP system is still on the introductory stage for the company studies and the benefits have not been realized yet. Another limitation of this research is its narrow scope of study in which only the raw material inventory system for a single company is covered. In the future, however, ERP system would be adopted by many corporations, which would help us to launch a comparative study on the results of ERP system implementation as a future direction of research.

Nowaday the supply chain competitiveness is emphasized more and more than a company's own competitiveness. One of the most important processes in import and export is a publication over the Bill of Loading. In the publication of those bills S/R(shipping request) and check B/L for reviewing are circulated among consignors, forwarders, shipping companies and airlines by fax and e-mail. Or there should be expensive a One to One system, like an EDI. Each party has to re-input S/R data to their own systems and check it several times. The S/R data are converted digital to analog type and analog to digital repeatedly to check in the process. As the process goes by there can be not only input data errors but also waste of time and cost. ECR(electronic character recognition) is a technology can solve the Problem. Considering the data structure of documents in many systems used ECR samples SIR data from documents written in the digital type. But it is not enough with it only. To make N to N composition in reality more efficient we make a documents hub on the web reengineering the existing process to One to One relation. The ECR documents hub system has given us beneficial effects over a year throughout a field test.
