Hand Tracking and Calibration Algorithm Using the EPIC Sensors (EPIC 센서를 이용한 Hand Tracking 및 Calibration 알고리즘)

  • In this paper, we research the hand tracking and calibration algorithm using the EPIC sensor. We analyze the characteristics of EPIC sensor to be more sensitive in the around E-filed, and then we implement the 2-dimensional axis-transformation using the difference of detected amplitude between EPIC sensors. In addition, we implement the calibration algorithm considering the characteristics of EPIC sensor, and then we apply the Kalman filter to efficiently track a target. Thus, we implement the environment of window applications for verification and analysis the implemented algorithm. In turn, we use the DAQ API to extract the analog data. The DAQ hardware has the function of measuring and generating an electrical signal. Moreover, we confirm the movement of mouse cursor by detecting the potential difference depending on the movement of the user's hands.

  • This study develops the System(MetaGene) to create meta-data for learning object based on SCORM including meta-data of Assets. SCO, Contents Aggregation and metadata of Contents Package. API function cocle is embeded in Learning Object for interfacing API adopter in LMS to support SCORM and for tracking on learning process based on data models. Also, the learning objects are packaged the PIF(Packaged Interchange File) to transmit with LMS. MetaGene is verified by $SCORM^{(TM)}$ Conformance TestSuite for meta-data of learning objects, manifest file of Contents Packaging.

  • In this study, the intellectual property rights of digital contents (creations) are protected by using block chain technology that cannot be damaged or forged. So, we build a blockchain-based content sales revenue tracking system and platform that activates the transaction and distribution of digital content (creation). We developed an API server that can be used for content registration and revision history management smart contract, license management smart contract according to content purchase, content inquiry function through files and hashes, and web and APP services. Through this, it is possible to prove the relationship between the rights of the creators of digital content creations and protect the rights of the creators.

Development of Material Deformation Measurement System using Machine Vision (머신 비전을 활용한 재료 변형 측정 기술 개발)

  • In this study, the deformation of materials was measured using the video and tracking API of OpenCV. Circular markers attached to the material were selected the region of interests (ROIs). The position of the marker was measured from the area center of the circular marker. The position and displacement of the center point was measured along the image frames. For the verification, tensile tests were conducted. In the tensile test, four circular markers were attached along the longitudinal and transverse directions. The strain was calculated using the distance between markers both in the longitudinal and transverse direction. As a result, the stress-strain curve obtained using machine vision is compared to the stress-strain curve obtained from the DIC results. RMSE values of the strain from the machine vision and DIC were less than 0.005. In addition, as a measurement example, a bending angle and springback measurement according to bending deformation, and a moving position measurement of a punch, a blank holder, and a die by time change were performed. Using the proposed method, the deformation and displacement of the materials were measured precisely and easily.

  • The goal of this study is to develop a mobile application so that a person who is new to chemistry can easily acquire the knowledge necessary for chemical structure learning using image tracking technology. The point of this study is to provide a new chemical structure learning experience by recognizing a two-dimensional picture, augmenting the chemical structure into a three-dimensional object, showing it on the user's screen, and using a service that simultaneously provides related information in multiple fields. characteristic. Login API and real-time database technology were used for safe and real-time data management, and an application was developed using image tracking technology for image recognition and 3D object augmentation service. In the future, we plan to use the chemical structure data library to efficiently load and output data.

  • M2M can provide the bi-directional services between applications and objects which have the attached telecommunication module. It consists of the objects, platform, and (web based) applications. M2M can realize In-Transit Visibility and Asset Visibility combined with GIS. Although many applications of M2M, such as metering, monitoring, controlling, tracking et al., are being serviced, the interoperability among the M2Ms is not considered. In this paper, we described the interoperability. Specially, ROA, which is the state of art technology in mash-up, more than SOA, and URN, which is based on Open API in RESTful service, more than URL are studied. As the message protocol between platform and applications, MPM was defined.

A Close Contact Tracing Method Based on Bluetooth Signals Applicable to Ship Environments

  • There are still outbreaks of COVID-19 across the world. Ships increase the risk of worldwide transmission of the virus. Close contact tracing remains as an effective method of reducing the risk of virus transmission. Therefore, close contact tracing in ship environments becomes a research topic. Exposure Notifications API (Application Programming Interface) can be used to determine the encountered location points of close contacts on ships. Location points of close contact are estimated by the encountered location points. Risky areas in ships can be calculated based on the encountered location points. The tracking of close contacts is possible with Bluetooth technology without the Internet. The Bluetooth signal can be used to judge the proximity among detecting devices by using the feature that Bluetooth has a strong signal at close range. This Bluetooth feature makes it possible to trace close contacts in ship environments. In this paper, we propose a method for close contact tracing and showing the risky area in a ship environment by combining beacon and Exposure Notification API using Bluetooth technology. This method does not require an Internet connection for tracing close contacts and can protect the personal information of close contacts.

  • Recently, intelligent Android malicious codes have become difficult to detect malicious behavior by static analysis alone. Malicious code with SO file, dynamic loading, and string obfuscation are difficult to extract information about original code even with various tools for static analysis. There are many dynamic analysis methods to solve this problem, but dynamic analysis requires rooting or emulator environment. However, in the case of dynamic analysis, malicious code performs the rooting and the emulator detection to bypass the analysis environment. To solve this problem, this paper investigates a variety of root detection schemes and builds an environment for bypassing the rooting detection in real devices. In addition, SDK code hooking module for Android malicious code analysis is designed using Xposed, and intent tracking for code flow, dynamic loading file information, and various API information extraction are implemented. This work will contribute to the analysis of obfuscated information and behavior of Android Malware.

  • 본 논문은 국내의 저출산 및 인구 감소로 인한 병역자원 감소와 부대 통합의 문제에 대응하기 위해 NFC 기술을 활용한 군 장병의 동선 파악 시스템을 제안하고 개발하였다. NFC 태그를 사용하여 군 장병의 이동경로를 실시간으로 파악할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하였으며, 아두이노 기반의 NFC 리더기와 웹 소켓, REST API를 활용하여 데이터의 전송과 처리를 수행한다. 이를 통해 안전 체크 누락 방지, 동선 관리 개선, 사고 예측 등 다양한 기능을 제공하여 군 장병의 안전과 효율적인 관리를 돕는 중요한 도구로 활용될 수 있다. 이 시스템은 제한된 환경에서도 유동인구 파악을 간편하게 하며, 번거로움과 거부감을 낮추는 효과를 가져올 것으로 기대된다.

  • Recently, the missing due to the heinous crimes occurred in succession has been the focus of attention, so measures for these are urgently needed. So, it is necessary that we need to check and take care the weak like children, women, the elderly with dementia and insane person to prevent these social problems. This study is location-based service that suggests the tracking system and way to guard a family and property from the various risk factors which are possible in our life. To acquire the location of the user who is in motion, a communications network technologies were integrated and the system will be able to be monitoring in real time through the website. So, it is convenient and safe because it is possible to use anywhere. Concretely, it was described around location-based service, GPS system, tracking system, process of the service solution and composition for the system. Also, the way to activate the system will be suggested. The final suggested system was verified the possibility through the placement. With this, i will offer effective measures which is more convenient to use and reliable.
