전시회 서비스에 대한 주최자의 중요도와 참관객의 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Exhibition Services Organizer's Perception and Participant's Satisfaction)

  • This research is to 1) examine the perception of an exhibition organizer in holding an exhibition and its time, and 2) find out participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services according to time and purposes of visiting. The questionnaire was distributed to employees who work for exhibition companies, and exhibition visitors that have participated in any kind of international exhibitions which were held in COEX from 27, March to 2, May, 2003. The results of this study are as follows; First convenience facilities nearby, promotion, parking facilities strongly affected participants' overall satisfaction. Secondly, the purposes and time of visiting showed significant factors on the participants' satisfaction in the exhibition services. In turn, buying merchandise and obtaining useful information significantly affected convenience facilities nearby. Also, simple visiting purposes affected the cost of staying and service related to tourism. Finally, the number of workers, time and occupation of exhibitions are showed as important factors for the perception of an exhibition provider in the exhibition services.

모바일 관광정보 서비스특성이 지각된 가치 만족도 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effect of Mobile Tourism Information Service Features on Perceived Value, Satisfaction, and Using Intentions)

  • Purpose - Due to the rapidly changing environment, the needs of information distribution are emphasized more than ever before. As information changes to cater to diversity, professionalism, and detailed segmentation, this information is produced exponentially. Many researchers working in intelligence agencies are feeling the need to establish a comprehensive information management and information distribution system in a systematic and more effective manner. Mobile marketing is based on communication when consumers can access information using GPS systems whatever their location may be when they are on a trip. Until recently, Korean companies have been struggling to perform well in the larger mobile tourism information service (MTIS) for Chinese tourists, which is regarded as a blue ocean area. The principal dimensions of the characteristics of a mobile tourism information service were analyzed, and the influence on perceived value and satisfaction was identified. Moreover, the relationship among the variable satisfaction and using intentions was empirically analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examined the structural relationship among mobile tourism information features, perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. It is based on analyzed data from questionnaires involving advanced research. A questionnaire survey targeting Chinese students using a mobile tourism information service in Korea was conducted. A total of 230 questionnaires were circulated, and 221 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis, excluding invalid data. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling with SPSS 21.0 statistic package reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis were implemented, and the effects of the mobile tourism information service features on perceived value, satisfaction, and using intentions were presented. Results - First, mobile tourism information service features have a direct positive effect on the practical value, and do not affect the hedonic value. Second, perceived value has a statistically positive effect on satisfaction. Third, perceived value has a positive effect on behavioral intentions. Fourth, satisfaction has a direct positive effect on behavioral intentions. Conclusion - MTIS (mobile tourism information service) involves personal, social, and technical characteristics. We have analyzed the effects of mobile tourism information service on perceived value, and on satisfaction and using intentions. First, the study shows that the characteristics of mobile tourism information service and perceived value in relation to mobile tourism information service usage are important for marketing in the Chinese market. Moreover, after using a mobile tourism information service, the effect on practical value is more than on hedonic value. We could not analyze the program for tourism information service extensively, and used only questionnaires from Chinese students in Korea. In the future, there should be research on the programs for a tourism information service. We expect to study the MTIS program in greater detail, and to improve the quality and reputation of MTIS through the analysis of its program. We hope that this research will allow an evaluation of the relationship between Korea and China regarding MTIS.

SNS 관광정보의 신뢰 및 만족수준에 따른 정보공유 및 사용의도 차이 (The Differences of Sharing and Use Intention of SNS Tourism Information according to the Level of Trust and Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 SNS 관광정보의 신뢰와 만족수준에 따른 사용자의 정보공유 및 이용의도의 차이를 조사, 분석함으로써 SNS를 통해 관광정보를 제공하는 회사들과 관련 서비스 운영자들에게 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 문헌연구를 통해 SNS 관광정보에 대한 사용자의 신뢰와 만족, 관광정보의 공유의도 및 사용의도에 대한 선행연구들을 조사하고, 표본조사법을 통해 SNS 관광정보 이용경험자들의 의견을 수집, 통계적 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, SNS 관광정보의 신뢰와 만족수준에 따라 사용자의 정보공유 및 사용의도에 모두 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나, SNS를 통해 관광정보를 제공하는 기업들 및 서비스 제공자들에게 이와 관련한 시사점을 제시하였다.

스마트 관광에서의 항공·호텔 온라인 리뷰 이용자의 감정반응 요인이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Air·Hotel Online Review Media Users' Emotional Response Factors on Intention to Continue Use in Smart Tourism)

  • Recently, the tourism industry faced a crisis due to COVID-19. Smart tourism that combines information and communication technology (ICT) is rapidly growing to overcome the crisis in the tourism industry. In order to revitalize the tourism industry after COVID-19, such as non-face-to-face and non-contact, smart tourism incorporating information and communication technology (ICT) is actively encouraged and promoted. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify how perceived pleasure, perceived awakening, and perceived domination, which are three important variables of emotional response theory, affect the intention to continue use through perceived usefulness, expectation, and satisfaction. The survey was conducted for two weeks from November 1 to 15, 2020. A total of 175 surveys were collected during the period and used for analysis. As a result of the study, first, perceived pleasure did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, expectation, satisfaction, and intention to continue use. Second, perceived awakening had a significant effect on expectations, but did not significantly affect perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and continued use intention. Third, perceived domination had a significant effect on perceived usefulness, expectation, and continued use intention. However, it did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fourth, perceived usefulness did not significantly affect satisfaction. Fifth, expectations had a significant effect on perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Sixth, satisfaction had a significant effect on the intention to continue use. Through this, companies and developers that provide online review content for aviation and hotels should know what part of the content is actually focused on and provide it to customers. In addition, content should be provided in consideration of the emotional aspects that aviation and hotel online review users feel while watching videos.

체험관광 방문동기가 관광지 이미지의 방문 만족에 따른 국내 관광 활성화 정책 연구 (Domestic Tourism Revitalization Policies According to the Satisfaction of Visitation with the Image of Tourist Attraction for Experiential Tourism)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 체험 관광 방문 동기가 관광지 이미지 및 방문 만족에 따른 국내 관광 활성화에 의해 극대화 될 수 있는지를 고찰하기 위해 수행되었다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 체험 관광지에 방문한 체험 관광객들의 교육적 동기, 체험적 동기, 문화적 동기, 친교적 동기의 4가지 요인과 관광지 이미지, 방문만족을 통한 국내 관광 활성화할 수 있는 제안점을 제시하고자 하였다. 첫째, 코로나 시대에 국내 체험관광객의 방문 동기와 관광지 이미지, 방문 만족과 관련한 결과를 본 연구에 맞게 개념을 정립함으로써 이론적 의의를 찾을 수 있다. 체험관 광객의 방문 동기에 대한 4가지 요인을 통한 체험 관광지 이미지와 방문 만족에 관한 연구로 관광객 눈높이에 맞는 체험 관광프로그램을 제공함으로써의 팬데믹 코로나 시대에 관광객들의 체험 관광 방문 동기에 참여하는 새로운 변화를 추진해 나가는데 필수적인 조건임을 시사해 주고 있다. 둘째, 국내 체험 관광 사업기업체에서 운영하는 체험 관광프로그램 측면에서는 가능한 비대면 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 언택트 서비스의 특성을 살린 안전한 관광지 이미지를 알릴 수 있도록 해야 한다. 또한 팬데믹 코로나 시대에 체험 관광활동의 방문이 다소 제한적인 거시적 환경에서 비대면 서비스 확대를 통해서 지역의 직접적인 체험 프로그램 발굴 및 개발에 대한 인식 전환으로 국내 관광과 지역경제 활성화하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

기술수용모델(TAM)의 확장을 통한 모바일 관광 앱의 사용의도에 관한 연구 (Use Intentions of Mobile Tour Apps through Expansion of the Technology Acceptance Model)

  • Purpose - Following the speedy development of the smart phone industry, tourism companies started to increase their brand recognition and sales volume by adopting mobile applications. However, applications for tourism industries are still insignificant. This study tries to analyze empirical evidence from Korean and Chinese consumers who have used mobile tour applications. By using an expansion of the technology acceptance model (TAM), this study will find what factors have effects on user intention for mobile tour applications. The findings will be helpful for the development of mobile tour applications and the tourism industries. Research design, data, and methodology - This study uses the TAM, which was presented by Davis in 1989. This study uses consumer acceptance level, consumer choice attitude, and use intention as the basic variables to fit to the TAM, and adopts choice content quality, brand value, and usage motivation as additional variables to analyze. This study has developed several hypotheses and collected data from 620 users who used mobile applications for tourism during April 1 to April 30, 2015. A total of 612 valid questionnaires were collected and used in the data analysis. The data was analyzed with structural equation modeling using SPSS Win/pc and Amos 22.0. Results - The findings can be summarized as follows: First, the content quality affects the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude. Second, the brand value has a directly positive effect on the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude. It is clear that the content quality and brand value play important roles in raising consumer acceptance and choice attitude. Third, usage motivation has no effect on the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude. Fourth, the acceptance degree does not have any effect on the consumer choice attitude. Fifth, the acceptance degree affects the use intention. Last, the consumer choice attitude affects the use intentions. This indicates that consumer acceptance and choice attitude must both be achieved to induce use intention among consumers. Finally, the effects of the mobile tour application content quality and brand value on consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude were confirmed. Additionally, the effects of the consumer acceptance degree and choice attitude on use intentions were analyzed. Conclusion - It is not meaningful for tourism marketing to launch tour applications in the mobile market without understanding tourism consumer characteristics. When developing mobile tour applications, companies should focus on the characters of consumer choice attitudes as high quality, high brand value, usefulness, and ease of mobile tour applications. This study has limitations in that it did not consider negative factors such as perceived risks or analyze whether there are differences between Korean and Chinese consumers. In the future, we will consider equipping the same mobile tour applications commonly used by both Korean and Chinese consumers, and then examine negative factors as well as the differences in mobile tour applications between Korean and Chinese consumers.

직장영역의 가족친화제도 도입과 성과, 그리고 과제 (Introductions, Results and Suggestions of the Family-Friendly System in the Field of Working Place)

  • This study reviews a family-friendly system of companies from the viewpoint of family resource management. The concept of a family-friendly system in the workplace means that the strategy 'supports the family' or 'is sensitive to the family life' and recognizes a need for balance between work and family. The suggestions proposed in this study were as follows: First, the direction of a family-friendly system must reflect the needs of the family members positively and recognize diversity. Second, it must consider efficient methods relating to the matter of the gender because a corporate culture enabling men to use childcare leave has not grown, even in family companies. Third, the directions to check the present developing process of our society and to develop the suitable way to each company must be shown. This study has proposed that the subjects must solve immediately in the future with understanding the contents and looking around the status of the enforcement at the inside and outside of the country for a family-friendly system to handle the balance between work and family in the workplace. The problems were the context of the introductions and the results of balancing between work and family no matter whether the introduction of the system by company or not.

패밀리 레스토랑의 관계마케팅활동이 만족, 전환행동 및 점포 애호도에 미치는 영향관계 (A Study on the Relationship Marketing of Family Restaurant Toward Customers' Satisfaction, Switching Behavior and Store Loyalty)

  • The purpose of this study is to highlight the importance of relationship marketing which has been developed as an alternative way of handling marketing in family restaurants. This study focused on the consumers' behavior - mainly their switching behavior and loyalty toward relationship marketing activities exercised by from family restaurants. 269 usable questionnaires were collected from customers patronizing three family style restaurants in Seoul. Several statistical methods were used including descriptive analysis, reliability test, covariance analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and covariance structural analysis. The result drawn from empirical test proved that relationship marketing activities actually are the significant determinants of relationship quality and thus to the customers' behaviors toward the restaurants they patronize. Managerial implications can be drawn from the result findings that restaurant companies can identify the activities of relationship marketing to continue the long-term relationship with their customers. Also restaurant companies can use the activities of relationship marketing as differentiating strategies, and allocate their resources into the activities of relationship marketing.

호텔 기업의 지식공유문화와 전략이 MZ세대 종사원의 심리적 주인의식과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Knowledge Sharing Culture and Strategy of Hotel Companies on the Psychological Ownership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior of MZ Generation Employees )

  • 본 연구는 호텔 기업의 지식공유문화가 MZ 세대 종사원의 지식공유를 매개로 심리적 주인의식, 조직시민행동에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 검증하고자 한다. 또한 추가적으로 암묵지와 형식지 등 두가지 지식유형에 따른 각기 다른 경영전략이 지식공유문화와 지식공유를 조절하는 효과가 있을 것이라 가정하였다. 수도권 호텔에 종사하는 종사원 138명을 대상으로 데이터 수집 후 실증분석을 수행한 결과 호텔 기업의 지식공유문화는 지식공유에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 더 나아가 심리적 주인의식과 조직적시민행동에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 호텔 기업의 경우 형식지 지향 전략보다 암묵지 지향 전략이 종사원들의 지식공유를 유도하는데 효과적인 것을 보아 기업이 다양한 형태의 암묵지 전략을 이용하여 지식공유문화를 제공한다면 MZ세대 종사원의 조직 시민행동과 심리적 주인의식을 높일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

가족친화지수 추세분석에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Transition of the Family-Friendly Index)

  • This study analyzes the transition of the Family-Friendly Index from 2007 to 2012. This index was developed using a questionnaire survey that is distributed to listed companies and public institutions every year by the Ministry of Gender Equality & Family(MOGEF) and the Family-Friendly Support Center. The Family-Friendly Index contains an introduction to and the practical use of family-friendly regulations and programs, such as flexible working systems, parental leave, family leave, EAP, and family-friendly culture. The number of companies involved in the Family-Friendly Index is increasing every year, and has increased from 41.7 in 2007 to 58.9 in 2012. In particular, family-friendly companies testimonialized by the MOGEF are using more family-friendly programs than other company.
