  • The value of 21 century travel originnate from increasing hate about environment pollution and contirmation of quality of life. Therefore the role of travel industry will developo into travel industry that travel information and knowledge unite with service under computer Reservation system out of basic travel work(counsel, agency, mediation, service, sale) So, a view of the travel industry that it is as following. 1.   • This research evaluated the present condition of the family voluntary service group and healthy family campaign, which was being carried out as one of the healthy family culture businesses of the Healthy Family-Support Center. Furthermore, it suggests ways to improve these business activities. Research centered on the analysis of business documents created between December 2006 and November 2007. The results were as follows. First, the family voluntary service group and the healthy family campaign business in the Center must be able to have specificity or individuality. Second, the Center must manage the scale, frequency, and contents of the businesses systematically. Third, the businesses must concern themselves with family life in general, make better use of the advisory committee or steering committee, concern variety of business performing system.

  • Now a days, people are interested in tourism and leisure activity more and because of the increase of pastime and disposable income as a result of current economic growth. The importance of service industry in getting more serious thereby food industry, especially fastfood, is becoming popular in Korea. Food industry in Korea has been showing high growth rate in both quantity and quality for 10 years and fastfood chains maintains radical growth with 50% being forecasted that they will make huge market in Korea. Therefore, fastfood industry seems to be promising industry which has high potentials. This rapid growth of fastfood industry has been solving a lot of problems such as insanitation, low nutrition, and bad service quality and its positive aspects which make revolutional changes in production and sales are emphasized because it made industrialization with innovative system. So various menu development and service marketing strategy are really need to manage chains for the situation in Korea. Thus, the competitiveness of fastfood clams is dependent on the location of restaurant and the quality of various products. If the marketing strategy for fastfood industry need to established. constant studies should be done to resolve these problems.

  • 생태 관광이란 우수한 자연자원과 주변의 역사, 문화 자원 체험을 통해 느끼고 관찰하는 관광을 말하며, 현재 국민들의 여가생활 패턴이 변경됨에 따라 자연을 찾는 힐링(healing) 여행이 활성화 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 계절에 따라 변화하고 특정한 시기에만 관람이 가능한 생태 관광 프로그램의 문제점을 해결하고 지속 가능한 생태 관광이 이루어 질 수 있는 관광 콘텐츠 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 관광 콘텐츠 시스템은 이미지 촬영 단말기에서 매일 촬영한 생태 관광 이미지 파일을 수거하여 동영상으로 변환 후 서버에 업로드 하면 관광객이 생태 관광 객체에 도착했을 때, 스마트폰을 이용하여 알려주고 식물의 성장 과정 등을 동영상으로 관람할 수 있도록 설계하였다.

  • 최근 e-러닝의 확산 속도에 따른 많은 문제점도 발생되고 있으며 그중 가장 큰 이슈가 e-러닝 사이트에 대한 평가인데 즉, 제공하는 사이트의 서비스품질이 사용자들에게 얼마만큼의 성과를 통한 만족을 가져다 줄 수 있는지에 대한 문제이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-러닝의 사업 분류 중 일반인과 학생을 교육대상으로 하는 B2C e-러닝 사이트의 서비스품질 결정요인이 개인성과, 사용자만족, 재이용의향 등에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 분석하고자 한다. 이러한 연구목적에 따른 결과를 토대로 e-러닝 사이트의 벤더가 사용자들에게 고품질의 서비스를 제공하기 위해 최우선적으로 고려해야 할 요인들과 전략적 시사점을 제시하여 실제적인 e-러닝의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

A Study of General Reducing Criteria of Customer -Oriented Perceived Gap for Hotel Service Quality

  • In recent years, speedy development of Taiwan's hotel industry intensifies market competition, customers' demands on hotel services quality also increase with the increase of their consumption consciousness, and their demands on hotel types diversify, therefore hotel industry should concern on their unique management services quality brought by their different hotel types. The current designed service system or service transmission process may fail to meet customers' demands owing to emphasizing degree gap in service quality. What is worse, it is difficult for hotel industry to actualize complete customer segregation and to provide customized services, therefore comprehensive understanding of customers' demands on the service quality of different types hotels would contribute to operating management improvement of Taiwan hotel industry. This paper divides Taiwan hotels into three types: international tourism commercial type, holiday type and motel, the general hotels. It studies the emphasize degree gap in service quality between the industry and the customers. Data analysis shows that service quality gap (perceived gap) of hotels of different types exists in several quality aspects; what's more, the perceived gaps, service quality aspects, and its items of different types of hotel are also different. After an integrated analysis, this paper puts forward a general and customer-oriented quality item suitable for hotel industry to shorten the perceived gap of service quality, so that the hotel industry could design a service system and service transfer system, which could meet most lodging customers' demands in the context of pluralized customer sources.

Hotel Reservation Service, Customer Expectations, Brand Attachment, and Brand Loyalty: Effects of Package Product Reservation

  • Purpose - This study examines various reservation service components that would increase customers' brand attachment and loyalty, while discussing how reservation service components would affect the customer behaviors. Research design, data, and methodology - This study theoretically analyzed the hotel package product reservation system, the customer expectations, the brand attachment, and the brand loyalty, while reviewing previous studies. Results - This study analyzed the distribution channels of the hotel package products from various angles and, as for more extensive research, the study explained the different results caused by each different reservation system type that may be preferred by each individual customer. Conclusions - It was confirmed that, of the hotel reservation service components, the convenience factors, the reliability factors, the information factors, and the other factors other than the human factors, have a significant influence on the customer expectations. Further, the study also revealed that the customer expectation has an important effect on the brand attachment. In addition, the study improved the prevailing understanding on the relation between the brand attachment and the brand loyalty.

비콘을 활용한 개인 맞춤형 한식과 관광지 추천 관리 시스템 제안 (Proposal of Personalized Recommendation for Korean Food and Tour Using Beacon System)

  • 비콘(Beacon)은 근거리에 있는 스마트 기기를 자동으로 인식하여 필요한 데이터를 전송할 수 있는 무선 통신장치이다. 4차 산업혁명 시대에 대표적인 사물인터넷(IoT) 설비로 근거리 정보 전달, 모바일 위치서비스, 쇼핑, 마케팅 등 다양한 분야에 활용되고 끊임없이 진화하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 관광위치 기반 추천 정보 제공 서비스를 바탕으로, 비콘 기술을 접목하여 사용자의 관심 또는, 선호도 등에 따라 맞춤형 정보를 추천하는 시스템을 제안한다. 즉, 관광객인 사용자가 원하는 정보를 알려 주는 정보 대행자의 역할을 한다. 관광객의 니즈를 충족시키기 위해서는 지능형 관광 추천 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 제안한 비콘 기술을 활용한 개인 맞춤형 한식과 관광지 추천 관리 시스템은 한국을 찾는 외국인뿐 아니라 내국인 관광객들에게 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

대학급식소 종사원의 직무만족과 고객지향서비스 수행도 (Job Satisfaction and Customer-oriented Service Performance of University Foodservice Employees)

  • The aims of this study were to estimate the level of job satisfaction and customer-oriented service performance in university food service employees Two hundreds-six food service employees working in Seoul were enrolled and the response rate was 85.8%. Of respondents, 85.9% was female and most of the respondents were 40 years up (70.8%). Generally, respondents had approximately 5 years job experience and high school level. Mean score of job satisfaction was 3.23 score out of 5.00. The highest and lowest items on job satisfaction were responsibility and commitment(4.00). and promotions opportunity(2.69), respectively. Considering job satisfaction; relationships of supervisors, employment and career were significantly different in age(P<0.05), job-system and wage(P<0.05), respectively. Mean score of customer-oriented service performance was 3.75. The highest and lowest items on customer-oriented service performance were delivering on time(4.02) and service information for customers(3.21), respectively. Customer-oriented service performance was significantly different in age and wage(P<0.05). Job satisfaction had positive correlation to customer-oriented service performance. Relationship of supervisors was positively correlated with relationship of coworkers and career.

A Study on the Automated Payment System for Artificial Intelligence-Based Product Recognition in the Age of Contactless Services

  • Contactless service is rapidly emerging as a new growth strategy due to consumers who are reluctant to the face-to-face situation in the global pandemic of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and various technologies are being developed to support the fast-growing contactless service market. In particular, the restaurant industry is one of the most desperate industrial fields requiring technologies for contactless service, and the representative technical case should be a kiosk, which has the advantage of reducing labor costs for the restaurant owners and provides psychological relaxation and satisfaction to the customer. In this paper, we propose a solution to the restaurant's store operation through the unmanned kiosk using a state-of-the-art artificial intelligence (AI) technology of image recognition. Especially, for the products that do not have barcodes in bakeries, fresh foods (fruits, vegetables, etc.), and autonomous restaurants on highways, which cause increased labor costs and many hassles, our proposed system should be very useful. The proposed system recognizes products without barcodes on the ground of image-based AI algorithm technology and makes automatic payments. To test the proposed system feasibility, we established an AI vision system using a commercial camera and conducted an image recognition test by training object detection AI models using donut images. The proposed system has a self-learning system with mismatched information in operation. The self-learning AI technology allows us to upgrade the recognition performance continuously. We proposed a fully automated payment system with AI vision technology and showed system feasibility by the performance test. The system realizes contactless service for self-checkout in the restaurant business area and improves the cost-saving in managing human resources.
