  • The purpose of this study is to analyze how servant service factor of service marketing factors affects to customer's satisfaction, relationship quality, and commitment and consequently to see how these factors affect to revisit intention which is the hotel performance. The empirical results showed that technical factor and customer orientational factor had a significant influence on customer satisfaction and relationship quality, and functional factor affected to only relationship quality. Also customer and relationship quality had a significant influence, and commitment had a significant influence on revisit intention which is a performance factor. Specifically relationship quality built by the interrelationship between the purchasers and the suppliers showed higher influence than customer satisfaction's influence on the commitment. That is, when there is an interaction between trust on the employees and customer satisfaction, there is a greater synergy effect on the commitment. Although the degree of customer satisfaction is low, the commitment can be high with high effort of service providers. This implies that the attitude of service providers is the critical factor on the degree of commitment of service users.

But the Oeam folk village, a experiential cultural tourist destination representing Chungcheng-do seems to confront the stagnancy in the part of growth. It has to grow in two sides of quantity and quality. On the ground of this critical mind, 3 assumptions were established after analyzing previous studies. Additionally, market segmentation using satisfaction factors was practiced. In order to verify assumptions, A questionnaire was made and a survey was practiced. Out of statistic analyses, cluster analysis was practiced to do market segmentation targeting people who visit Oeam folk village and regression analysis to verify established assumptions. The assumption 1 was adopted that satisfaction factors influence whole satisfaction. The assumption 2 was partly adopted that satisfaction factors(sightseeing efficiency, sightseeing convenience, traditional house and experience factor) except food and souvenir factor influence behavior intention. The assumption 3 was adopted that whole satisfaction influences behavior intention. These were similar with the results of previous studies. As the result of cluster analysis to confirm the difference of demographic characteristics according to the market, 2 clusters was classified and classified clusters showed the difference of demographic characteristics.

Since the result of the overall model analysis demonstrated a good fit, we could further analyze our data. The results of this study are as follows: First, information sharing of relationship learning had a significantly positive effect on long-term orientation. • This study attempted to secure competitiveness in the cosmetics market and provide basic data needed to promote sales and PR after reflecting consumer demands and needs in the development of cosmeceuticals. For this, it investigated their perception regarding the ingredients and efficacies of cosmeceuticals and repurchase intention among a total of 193 adults in their 20-50s who have had prior experience of buying these types of products from an online shopping mall as the importance of cosmeceuticals is emerging. According to a survey on consumer perceptions regarding the ingredients of cosmeceuticals by gender, there was a clear difference between men and women. In particular, when asked about the ingredients of whitening cosmetics, the percentage of male respondents was as low as 30.8% with a significant difference between men and women (t=31.688,p<0.001). In addition, most consumers were very aware of the efficacies of the ingredients of cosmeceuticals on the skin. In terms of actual repurchase intention, however, a significant difference was found by gender and product type in 3 different cosmeceuticals. In other words, men were lower than women in terms of awareness of cosmeceuticals and repurchase intention. Therefore, the development of a plan which satisfies both men and women, easily labels ingredients and meets consumer needs and demands through proper pricing policy are needed during the development of cosmeceuticals.
