본 연구는 근대문화유산관련 호텔을 연구하기 위하여 첫째, 문헌분석을 통한 역사적 접근을 시도하여 근대호텔 발전사를 정립하였다. 둘째, 대불호텔 복원관련 자료와 관계자의 인터뷰를 통해 관광산업적 활용사례를 조사하여 관광산업적 활용방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 근대호텔 복원을 위한 관광산업적 활성화 방안을 제시하면 첫째, 각 지역의 근대문화유산의 근대호텔 복원계획은 철저한 당위성 검토와 콘텐츠 개발계획으로 이루어져야 한다. 둘째, 각 지역의 근대호텔 복원은 지자체의 행정적 관리체계 구축과 의지가 있어야 한다. 셋째, 근대호텔 복원은 역사적 의미와 가치가 있는 것으로 각 지역의 관광활성화 기여 및 경제적 효과, 고용촉진 등에 기여할 수 있는 사업으로 추진되어야 한다. 넷째, 근대호텔 복원에 대한 지속적·적극적 홍보 수단 마련이 필요하다.

With the rapid development of the tourism economy, large-scale construction of tourist attractions to achieve resource utilization and ensure the healthy development of the tourism industry has become a hot topic. However, there are still issues with resource utilization and coordinated management in the economic development of the tourism industry, which in turn affects the coordinated development of the tourism industry economy. Therefore, this study utilizes self-organization theory to explore the structure, organizational mechanism, conditional driving force of evolution, and evolutionary operation mechanism of the tourism system, analyze the current tourism situation in Hunan Province and related regions, and construct a self-organization evolution model of the tourism system. The result shows that the cumulative variance contribution rate of tourism areas in Hunan Province is 78.8%, with Zhangjiajie having the highest industrial management factors and tourism resource levels in the province, with 1.6 and 3.2 respectively. Hunan Province has abundant tourism resources but overall uneven development, with a comprehensive score of -1.03. Therefore, it is necessary to leverage the coordination advantages of various departments and industries to promote sustainable and healthy development of tourism areas. The self-organizing evolution of the tourism system not only discovers the current problems of the tourism industry, but also provides theoretical support and mechanism suggestions for the tourism system.

In this paper, first of all, the driving performance of QCCs(Quality Control Circles) that are stagnant during 10 years are reviewed. And the usage realities and utilization degree of quality improvement tools in the domestic activities of QCCs are empirically analyzed into size of company and type of business. Thus, this empirical study compares the results of past period in 1997${\sim}$1999 with the results of 6 sigma non-adapting period in 2000${\sim}$2003 through examining the collections of presentation for Korea Quality Control Circle Meetings. Also, according to the introduction of 6 sigma in QCCs activities the difference of utilization degree for quality improvement tools are analyzed to compare the results of 6 sigma non-adapting period in 2000${\sim}$2003 with the results of 6 sigma adapting period in 2004${\sim}$2006. Finally, the utilization degree of 6 sigma tools which follow the driving steps of 6 sigma, DMAIC, are analyzed.

Purpose: In the 4th industrial revolution, services that incorporate various smart technologies in the tourism sector have begun to gain popularity. Accordingly, academic discussions on smart tourism have also started to become active in various fields. Despite recent research, the definition of smart tourism is still ambiguous, and it is not easy to differentiate its scope or characteristics from traditional tourism concepts. Thus, this study aims to analyze the perception of smart tourism exposed online to identify the current point of smart tourism in Korea and present the research direction for conceptualizing smart tourism suitable for the domestic situation. Research design, data, and methodology: This study analyzes the perception of smart tourism exposed online based on 20,198 news data from portal sites over the past six years. Data on words used with smart tourism were collected from the leading portal sites Naver, Daum, and Google. Text mining techniques were applied to identify the social awareness status of smart tourism. Network analysis was used to visualize the results between words related to smart tourism, and CONCOR analysis was conducted to derive clusters formed by words having similarity. Results: As a result of keyword analysis, the frequency of words related to the development and construction of smart tourism areas was high. The analysis of the centrality of the connection between words showed that the frequency of keywords was similar, and that the words "smartphones" and "China" had relatively high connection centrality. The results of network analysis and CONCOR indicated that words were formed into eight groups including related technologies, promotion, globalization, service introduction, innovation, regional society, activation, and utilization guide. The overall results of data analysis showed that the development of smart tourism cities was a noticeable issue. Conclusions: This study is meaningful in that it clearly reflects the differences in the perception of smart tourism between online and research trends despite various efforts to develop smart tourism in Korea. In addition, this study highlights the need to understand smart tourism concepts and enhance academic discussions. It is expected that such academic discussions will contribute to improving the competitiveness of smart tourism research in Korea.

본 연구는 다양한 빅데이터를 지역관광 정책에 활용한 제주특별자치도의 사례를 토대로, 관광빅데이터의 활용성과와 과제를 제시하였다. 가장 큰 활용성과는 관광빅데이터를 통해 급변하는 관광트랜드와 관광업계의 동향을 시의성있고 구체적으로 파악할 수 있게 되었고, 기존 관광통계를 정교화하는데 활용할 수 있었다는 점이다. 여기서 더 나아가 제주는 빅데이터의 활용 범위를 관광 현상 이해의 수준을 넘어 실시간 맞춤형 서비스 플랫폼 구축까지 영역을 확장하였다. 이것이 가능했던 이유는 데이터 수집 및 분석 환경 구축과 산·관·학의 협력적 거버넌스가 조성되었기 때문이다. 향후 해결해야 할 과제는 첫째, 민간 데이터셋 위주의 분석으로 예산 의존적이라는 한계와 둘째, 스마트관광의 궁극적 목표인 개인맞춤형서비스 구축을 위한 개인수준 데이터 수집 인프라, 개인정보보호법 등의 제도적인 문제의 해결이다. 마지막으로, 데이터 분석과 데이터 연계에 도달하기까지의 전문성과 기술적 한계들이 남아 있다.

본 연구는 관광단지의 실태를 분석하고, 관광단지의 활용 및 관리를 개선하기 위해 IoT 기반 통합관리시스템을 관광단지에 적용하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 관광수요자들은 관광활동에서 관광지를 선책하기 위해서 다양한 필요하며 이러한 필요한 모든 정보는 인터넷이나 여행사, 신문, 주위의 경험자들의 정보 등 여러 경로로 통해 수집하게 된다. 최근 정보기술의 발달로 인터넷을 통한 정보 제공이 큰 비중을 차지하고 있으며, IoT 기술을 접목한 시스템들이 구축되고 있다. IoT 기술의 대중화로 인해 정보의 다양성과 접근성, 편리성이 향상되고 사용도 편리해지고 있기 때문이다. IoT 기반 시스템을 활용한 관광정보 서비스의 중요성과 향후 연구방향에 대해 제시하고자 한다. IoT 기술의 효율성을 고려하여 IoT 기반 시스템 구축에 대한 선행연구도 검토되었다. 관광단지의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 IoT 기반 관광단지 운영체계를 개선하여 운영관리를 수행하였다. IoT 기반 경영시스템은 관광단지 플랫폼으로서 운영에 있어 개선될 것으로 기대되며, 전반적인 경영 사례와 경험으로 개선될 것으로 기대된다.

세계의료관광 서비스의 시장 규모는 날로 커지고 있으며, 국내 의료관광 시장 또한 높은 성장세를 보이고 있다. 그러나 다양한 정보와 서비스가 정형화되어 있지 않고 정상적인 가격경쟁의 불가 등 의료 서비스 제공으로 인한 문제점이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 이렇게 정형화 되지 않은 의료 서비스 제공으로 인한 문제점이 대두되고 있으며, 이를 개선하기 위해 본 논문에서는 의료 생태계 조사를 통하여 ICT 기반 한국형 의료관광 서비스 모델을 설계하였다. 우선적으로 국내외 의료 생태계 현황 분석을 진행하여 국내 시장에서의 의료관광 문제점을 파악하고 개선을 위한 주요한 방향성을 제시하여 전략을 수립하였다. 이를 반영하여 국내 실정에 맞으며 고객이 접근 가능하고 편리한 ICT 기반 의료관광 서비스 모델, 클라우드, O2O 서비스 기반 역경매 시스템, 빅데이터 기반 라이프사이클 관리 그리고 모바일 중심 헬퍼 서비스를 설계하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 의료관광 서비스 모델은 고객에게 편리함을 제공하며 향후 한국 의료관광 문제점들을 해결하고 활성화에 기여하며 산업적으로도 파급력 있는 효과를 기대한다.

본 논문은 지식기반사회에서 중요성이 강조되고 있는 인적자원개발의 중요성을 알아보고, 인적자원개발의 전략과 유형에 따른 효과를 종합적으로 검토하기 위해 진행하였다. 특히, 대표적인 서비스산업으로 인적자원의 활용이 핵심을 이루는 관광산업을 중심으로 세부적인 전략을 검토하여, 관련 분야의 활성화와 인적자원개발 정책이 나아갈 방향을 제시하였다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 인적자원개발영역별 투입요소와 산출요소에 대한 분석을 수행한 결과 개발영역에 따른 차별화된 효과를 검토할 수 있었다. 특히, 관광개발사업의 경우에는 다른 영역에 비해 높은 취업자를 배출하였으며, 지역특성화 지원 영역에서는 다른 영역에 비해 많은 수료자를 배출하는 것으로 나타났다. 이후 관광산업분야를 중심으로 투입 및 산출요소에 대한 통계적 접근을 수행하여 개발 영역에 따른 차별화된 유형과 전략을 검토 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 향후에는 각 영역이 갖는 특성과 목적을 바탕으로 차별화된 인적자원개발 전략의 수립 사업운영이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

The Consultation about Energy Use Plan is prescribed by the Energy Use Rationalization Act. In order to reset Examination Criteria for Energy Use Plan, consultation case analysis from 2001 to 2010 were carried out and National Energy Master Plan was reviewed. This study proposes that Examination Criteria for Energy Use Plan be should divided into Urban & Tourism complex development project and Industrial complex development project for the prevention of civil complain. Also predicts that effect of energy savings calculated by Reset Examination Criteria on $1^{ST}$ energy demand BAU at 2030 is 2.2%, effect of new & renewable energy utilization at 2030 is 3% and the rate of $CO_2$ reduction to greenhouse gas emission BAU at 2020 is 1.1%.

One of the core keywords in the fourth industrial revolution is convergence, and the convergence of the production, distribution, and consumption processes of services is particularly important. The convergence of user services is underway in various industrial fields including mobile communications, healthcare, mobility, artificial intelligence, etc. In order to offer these converged services efficiently, it is necessary to provide accurate user-centric location information, which can be obtained by employing the global navigation satellite system (GNSS). In addition, as we have entered the post-COVID era, the demand for various fields such as a healthcare, customized tourism services, and aviation services based on accurate location information is exploding. In this paper, we present the results of a case study on the current research trends of GNSS used in telemedicine services and AI & IoT fields, and also analyze these results.
