This study was performed with 239 dwellers who live in the city, visited rural tourism village. This study investigated the relationship of servicescape perception of rural tourism village and tourist satisfaction and behavior intention. The servicescape factors of rural tourism village consist of artificial factors and social factors. Social factors affect more total satisfaction, service satisfaction and environmental satisfaction more than artificial factors, but facilities satisfaction is more affected by artificial factors than Social factors. Total satisfaction and service satisfaction and environmental satisfaction influence behavior intention but facilities satisfaction does not. Total satisfaction has the biggest influence on behavior intention. This means that for successful rural tourism village development, social factors should be considered than artificial factors.
Many Papers of Customer Satisfaction are issued. Kano who have proposed 'Quality Dualism' for grasping of Customers' potential needs and Timko who have proposed 'Customer Satisfaction Coefficient' that made up for the weak points of Kano's model. The Measure of Timko which have weak points as well that does not consider the indifferent quality of the Kano's model. In this paper, we propose 'Total Customer Satisfaction Coefficient' that made up for the weak points of Timko's Customer Satisfaction Coefficient also Kano's Quality Dualism. And we have applied suggested method to department store.
The purpose of this study was to improve job satisfaction and welfare of the employees in the long-term mental health care facilities. This study was conducted to examine the job satisfaction of 102 employees in the long-term mental health care facilities. Data were collected through education programmes held in Seoul National Hospital at June, 1. The job satisfaction of employees is $2.60\pm0.40$ in total average score. The job satisfaction in the physical environment item is the highest score, $2.76\pm0.62$. The peer relation item value is the lowest, $2.00\pm0.45$. 2. In the case of consideration of job satisfaction by general characteristics, there was no differences in job satisfaction. According to the job satisfaction by types of licences, by the director's efforts, there was significant differences. Comparing to other employees, the employees who doesn't have any licence were more satisfied. Also the director's efforts was significant variable to improve job satisfaction. 3. The total satisfaction level was influenced by the variables of working condition (0.738), welfare (0.728), allowance(0.714), pride(0.701). The total satisfaction level showed positive correlation of this variables. 2002. The questionnaires included items about general character. facility character. and job satisfaction items of employees. The results of this study were summarized as follows.

Purpose: This study was done for the purpose of identifying the relationship between work stress and job satisfaction of nurses who were evaluating medical insurance. Method: The participants in the study were 154 nurses who were in charge of evaluating medical insurance in 32 hospitals in Korea. Data were collected for 1 month from April 20 to May 20, 2001. Result: The mean total work stress score was 93.79. In comparison with work stress scores according to the work stress factors, 'work overload'(2.95) had the highest work stress score. The mean total job satisfaction score was 69.56. The total work stress scores did not show significant differences for any of the variables. The total job satisfaction score showed significant differences for the variables of age (F=3.51, p=.01), position (F=3.16, p=.02) and reason for transfer from one department to another (F=3.40, p=.003). Conclusion: The total work stress score showed a inverse correlation(v=-.36, p=.001) with the total job satisfaction score.
This study was intended to investigate and analyze the satisfaction of military meals service which was recognized by air force soldiers who were familiar to the society's meals service, and to make suggestions for the analysis results. For the study, the questionnaire survey was conducted for 460 air force soldiers who performed military duties in Chungcheong area for 23 days from June 3, 2003 to June 26, 2003. Total 460 copies of questionnaire were distributed. But, among them, 431 questionnaires except 29 copies which included dishonest and untrustful answers were analyzed for the study. In terms of the soldiers' rank in demographical characteristics, 43.2% (186 respondents) of total respondents were the airman first class, and 29.7% (128 soldiers) of total respondents were the airman second class. In terms of an education level, 66.1% (285 respondents) of total respondents had the undergraduate school or higher education level. Also, in terms of the growth area, 56.8% (245 respondents) of total respondents came from large cities. Among 20 items about the military meals service, in the question of cooking soldier's kindness degree, respondents answered that they were satisfied with the cooking solders' kindness at a medial level. The survey showed the average 2.95 in this item. The satisfaction level of actions taken at the lack of foods, was 2.94 on the average. Respondents answered that the soldiers' satisfaction on the actions taken at loss of foods was in the medial level. The average was 2.94 and respondents answered that this satisfaction was in the average level. In the item of daily menu placement, the average was 3.19. respondents showed the little higher satisfaction than the average. As the result of investigating whether the castor's seasoning materials were frequently replaced, there was the satisfaction of average level with 3.00 on the average. The satisfaction level of hot foods' temperature was 3.52 on the average. Respondents answered that they were relatively satisfied with the hot foods' temperature preservation. Also, the survey indicated that the nutritional satisfaction had the most influence.
This study explored the spousal financial communication, the household financial satisfaction and their relationships among couples living in Iksan-si, Chunlabuk-do. As results of this study, the differences in financial satisfaction were significant for couples, and between full-time housewives and employed wives, but not for two groups of husbands by spouse's employment. Openness of financial communication was significantly explained by personal income ratio to total family income and conflicts of it was done by age, total family income, personal income ratio to total family income, white-color workers. Generally, financial satisfaction was significantly explained by educational level, total family income, and white-color workers.

The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between empowerment and satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students. The instrument of this study was a structured questionnaire included empowerment and satisfaction of clinical practice. The data was collected from september 28, 1999 to March 31, 2000 and analyzed by Cronbach alpha, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and simple regression by using SPSS Win program. The result of research were as follows: 1. There was significant difference according to the general characteristic factor. The total empowerment was predicted by meaning of nursing, university and college, relationship of peer, clearance of study purpose. Satisfaction of clinical practice was predicted by university and college, clearance of study purpose. 2. There was a significant correlation between empowerment and satisfaction of clinical practice(r=0.442, p=0.000). 3. Empowerment was the highest factor predicting satisfaction of clinical practice. A total of 19.5% of the variance was explained in the total satisfaction of clinical practice. It was found that the higher the degree of perceived empowerment, the higher the degree of satisfaction of clinical practice. Therefore, nursing faculty should plan interventions to inspire satisfaction level of clinical practice by empowerment.
Purpose: This study involeved a descriptive survey to identify clinical practice satisfaction, self-esteem, and nursing professionalism of nursing college students and determined the factors that affected their nursing professionalism. Methods: Data were collected through a survey of conducted from December 4 to December 20, 2019 (N=186). The relationship among variables was analyzed using Pearson's coefficient correlation and affecting factors for turnover intention were identified by using multiple linear regression. Results: The research results demonstrate that the mean of nursing students' clinical practice satisfaction mean was 3.64 (5 total), the mean of self-esteem was 3.84 (4 total), and the mean of nursing professionalism mean was 3.89 (5 total). Nursing professionalism was significantly different by age and satisfaction with major. Nursing professionalism had positive relationships with clinical practice satisfaction, self-esteem, and satisfaction with major, but had a negative relationships with age. Clinical practice satisfaction, self-esteem, satisfaction with major, and age were identified as influencing factors in turnover intention, and the explanatory power was 43.3%. Conclusion: A strategy to increase clinical practice satisfaction and to enhance self-esteem in nursing college students is necessary. Likewise, further analysis and programs to improve clinical practice environments and training systems should be implemeted.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of nursing competency of nurses on job satisfaction and nursing performance. Method: Using a structured questionnaire, data were collected from 368 nurses. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test and pearson correlation coefficient with SAS package were used for data analysis. Results: The total mean score for nursing competency was 2.65, with scores for subcategories as follows: ethical competency 2.74, personal competency 2.65, esthetical competency 2.64, and scientific competency 2.61. The mean score of total job satisfaction was 3.18 on a 5 point scale, and nursing performance was 2.97 on a 4 point scale. Total nursing competency and total subcategories of nursing competency perceived by nurses were positively related to job satisfaction and nursing performance. Conclusion: In conclusion, nursing competency of nurses influence job satisfaction and nursing performance. With these result, it is necessary to concentrate on improving nursing competency of nurses to increase job satisfaction and nursing performance.

This Study carried out for the purpose of basic data collection school teachers in Korea during September 2000 at Seoul, Kangwon province and JeonRaBuk province. 534 teachers among 600 school health teachers was analyzed by SPSS program. The major findings is as follows; 1. Mean score of Job-satisfaction is $25.52{\pm}4.46$ as 50 total point. Staff cooperation $2.96{\pm}.93$ is the highest score and promotion system $2.02{\pm}1.06$ is the lowest score as 5 total point by Job-satisfaction factor 2. Age-specific mean scores are $20.63{\pm}4.44$ at age of $20{\sim}29$, $25.77{\pm}4.15$ at age of $30{\sim}39$, $27.69{\pm}4.63$ at age of $40{\sim}49$ and $27.11{\pm}5.26$ at age of more than 50. 'Promotion', 'Health education', 'Cooperation of school physician', 'Allocation of professional' and 'Professional skill' are significantly different by age group. 3. Job-satisfaction of long period working teachers is higher than that of short workers, 'Salary system' and 'Professional skill' by factor are significantly different. 4. Job satisfaction by area is not significantly different, and 'Professional skill' as a factor of urban is higher than rural area. 5. Job-satisfaction by school level is not significantly different, and 'Health budget', 'Cooperation of school physician', 'Allocation of professional' and 'Professional skill' are significantly different by level of school. 6. Job-satisfaction of big size school is higher than that of small school and 'Health education' of big size school is high. 7. Job-satisfaction of low education is low score and 'Salary', 'Textbook for health education', 'Health facility' and 'Professional skill' are differnt. 8. 'Educational background', 'Size of school' and 'Level of school' are significantly affected to 'Salary system', this three varialbles explained 13.8% of the total. 'Age group', 'Working period' and 'Size of school' are affected to 'Cooperation of school physician', and three variables explain 13.2% of total.
