The purpose of this study is to analyze the vocabulary related to safety accidents based on the reports recorded on the violation of safety rules at the construction sites. We used Word2Vec and Topic Model as natural language processing techniques to analyze the safety accidents presented in the reports of the large enterprise. The words that appeared based on the occupational accident types such as the fall, falling objects, and others were derived and visualized. We derive the frequency and similarity of the words and topics of the accident that occur at the construction site. In future studies, we will be able to proceed with the generation of texts from pictures based on images and this reports.

Purpose: This study examined the suitability of using text network analysis (TNA) methodology for topic analysis of academic papers related to nursing. Methods: TNA background theories, software programs, and research processes have been described in this paper. Additionally, the research methodology that applied TNA to the topic analysis of the academic nursing papers was analyzed. Results: As background theories for the study, we explained information theory, word co-occurrence analysis, graph theory, network theory, and social network analysis. The TNA procedure was described as follows: 1) collection of academic articles, 2) text extraction, 3) preprocessing, 4) generation of word co-occurrence matrices, 5) social network analysis, and 6) interpretation and discussion. Conclusion: TNA using author-keywords has several advantages. It can utilize recognized terms such as MeSH headings or terms chosen by professionals, and it saves time and effort. Additionally, the study emphasizes the necessity of developing a sophisticated research design that explores nursing research trends in a multidimensional method by applying TNA methodology.

모바일 기기는 사용자가 늘 지니고 다니기 때문에 사용자의 주변 환경이나 행동 양상에 대한 매우 유용한 정보를 얻을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이들 정보를 하루 단위로 수집하여 하룻동안에 있었던 사용자의 행동에 대한 주제를 추출하고 이를 이용해 자동으로 일기를 생성하는 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 (1) 모바일 기기에서 사용자 행동 양상에 대한 정보를 모두 수집하고 (2) 수집한 정보로부터 개체명과 주제 연관 정보를 추출해 사용자가 그 날 있었던 일에 대한 주제를 추출한다. (3) (2)의 결과로부터 주제와 연관된 사건인 에피소드를 결정하고 (4) 문장 템플릿을 이용하여 문장을 생성한 후, 주제별 혹은 시간별로 스토리를 구성한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 기존의 방법보다 간단하기 때문에 모바일 기기 내에서도 수행이 가능하므로 개인 정보를 유출할 수 있는 문제를 최소화 할 수 있다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 문장의 형태로 정보를 제공하기 때문에 보다 많은 정보를 표현할 수 있다. 그리고 문장 생성 과정에 생성되는 주제 정보는 사용자의 행동 양상을 파악하는 자료로 이용할 수 있으므로 이를 바탕으로 한 사용자 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Steganography based on text generation has become a hot research topic in recent years. However, current text-generation methods which generate texts of normal style have either semantic or syntactic flaws. Note that texts of special genre, such as poem, have much simpler language model, less grammar rules, and lower demand for naturalness. Motivated by this observation, in this paper, we propose a text steganography that utilizes Markov chain model to generate Ci-poetry, a classic Chinese poem style. Since all Ci poems have fixed tone patterns, the generation process is to select proper words based on a chosen tone pattern. Markov chain model can obtain a state transfer matrix which simulates the language model of Ci-poetry by learning from a given corpus. To begin with an initial word, we can hide secret message when we use the state transfer matrix to choose a next word, and iterating until the end of the whole Ci poem. Extensive experiments are conducted and both machine and human evaluation results show that our method can generate Ci-poetry with higher naturalness than former researches and achieve competitive embedding rate.

최근 화두가 되고있는 MZ세대가 사회적으로 다양한 역할을 수행하는 주요 세대로 접어듦에 따라, MZ세대의 눈높이에 맞춘 효율적인 교육 방법과 컨텐츠 제작에 대한 연구 필요성이 지속 제기되고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 현실 속에서 보안 교육용 컨텐츠에 대한 수준 제고와 발전 방향에 대한 논의를 위해 서술되었다. 이를 위해 현재 사회적으로 활용되고 있는 보안 교육 컨텐츠에 대한 효용성을 분석하고, 발전방안으로서 웹툰에 게이미피케이션 개념을 접목한 게임툰이라는 컨텐츠를 설명, 교육효과에 대해 리커트 척도를 통해 검증하였다. 나아가 보안 교육 컨텐츠에 적용 가능한 발전 방향도 함께 제시하여 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 제안하였다.

베이비 부머 세대가 고령인구로 진입하면서 기존의 시니어와는 달리 활동적인 모습을 보이는 시니어들이 액티브 시니어라는 신조어로 불리며 새로운 소비자 층으로 떠오르고 있다. 많은 국가들과 기업들도 이들을 주목하고 관련 정책이나 서비스를 제공하고자 하지만 액티브 시니어 트렌드에 대한 연구는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 액티브 시니어에 대한 특징과 이들이 생산하고 소비하는 온라인 미디어 콘텐츠 트렌드를 파악하여, 액티브 시니어를 적극 포용하고 지원할 수 있는 온라인 미디어에 대한 정책 및 서비스 방향성을 제시하고자한다. 이를 위해 소셜 미디어에서 액티브 시니어를 수집 키워드로 2018년 1월 1일부터 2021년 6월 31일까지 8,740건의 데이터를 수집하여 키워드 빈도 분석, TF-IDF 분석, LDA 토픽 모델링 분석을 하였다. 키워드 빈도 분석 및 TF-IDF 분석을 통해서 액티브시니어에 대한 관심도가 급증하고 있다는 것을 파악하였으며 LDA 토픽 모델링 분석을통해서 온라인 콘텐츠의 주제 영역을 10가지로 분류하고 라이프 스타일, 혜택, 쇼핑, 정부 사업, 정부 교육, 건강, 사회/경제, 케어 산업, 실버 주택, 여가로 명명하였다.

지난 수년 동안 세대현상에 대한 관심이 증대하였다. 이와 같은 발전은 무엇보다 기존의 집단적 정체성의 형성에 영향을 미치는 요인들과 조건들이 변화하였기 때문이다. 그러나 세대에 대한 일반적 관심의 상승에도 불구하고 이에 대한 과학적 탐구는 일종의 저발전 상태에서 벗어나지 못하는 실정이다. 이는 무엇보다 개념 자체의 모호성과 다의성에 기인한다. 이 글의 목적은 세대개념에 내재된 다의성과 모호함을 개념의 사용맥락에 따라 분석적 구분을 통해 통제함으로써, 사회변동과 혁신을 파악할 수 있는 세대개념과 세대사회학의 위상을 재정립하는데 있다.

Entrepreneurship has become an important topic for governments to shape and influence the quantity and quality of entrepreneurship and improve policy toward the entrepreneurial economy. This study investigates the factors affecting the entrepreneurial decision of nascent entrepreneurs belonging to Generation Y in Vietnam. A mixed-method including both qualitative and quantitative methodologies was utilized. A focus group was carried out with 11 participants for exploring, reviewing, and testing content validity of constructs and measurement items. The conceptual model and hypotheses were developed using data collected by a questionnaire survey. The cross-sectional survey method was applied. A sample of 221 respondents was constituted, by both electronic and paper surveys with non-probability and convenience sampling techniques. SmartPLS 3 software was employed to analyze the data collected. The results show that nine factors were affecting the entrepreneurial decision of nascent entrepreneurs belonging to Generation Y in Vietnam, including entrepreneurial education, family background, entrepreneurial ecosystem, perceived behavioral control, social valuation, perceived opportunity, attitude, entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intention. The findings show the importance of entrepreneurial education, social value, and ecosystems. Therefore, in order to promote successful entrepreneurship, it is necessary to strengthen entrepreneurship education and have a strategy for the improvement of the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

As the world population increases and technology advances, the energy consumption and need for more energy increase. Communities and governments regularly address these needs and set policies for future energy generation and uses. This paper reviews current energy policies of the USA and the current trends in research and development efforts, for sustainable and renewable energy sources. Furthermore, the recent topic of IEEE's Smart Grid initiatives is discussed, and its role in the dielectrics and electrical insulation research is presented.

The nonlinear three-wave interaction is an interesting topic having various applications in nonlinear optics, hydrodynamics, acoustic waves, and plasma physics. The resonant interaction between two laser pulses and a plasma wave plays important roles in plasma heating, laser reflection in the inertial confinement fusion (ICF), plasma wakefield generation, and ultra-intense laser pulse amplification and pulse compression using stimulated Raman backscattering (RBS).
