U-City 추진방법론에 대한 고찰(Top Down vs Bottom Up 모델) (A Study on Methodology of U-City Promotion(Top-Down vs Bottom-Up Approach Model))

  • 최근 국내의 많은 지방자치단체에서는 정보통신 기술과 도시개발 기술을 융합하여 유비쿼터스 도시(U-City)를 건설하려고 하며, 세계적으로도 많은 도시들이 도시의 경쟁력 강화와 도시민의 삶의 질 향상을 위해 U-City를 개발하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 흐름에 따라 각 지방자치단체와 사업 시행자는 최적의 U-City를 구축하기 위하여 많은 방법론을 개발하고 있으며, 기존의 도시개발 방식과 정보화 구축 방식을 연계시키는 등 다양한 개발 절차를 모색하고 있다. 가장 많이 사용되고 있는 방안으로는 도시개발 계획 당시에 개발 될 도시의 정보화 전략계획(ISP)을 수립하는 것이다. 다양한 도시의 환경과 구축기간, 예산, 정보화 기술 등 여러 변수들이 있어 동일한 방법으로 모든 경우에 대한 구축 방안을 수립하기는 어렵다. 따라서 도시 비전과 전략, 서비스와 요소기술의 선정 등에 대한 방안이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 U-City를 위한 비전, 전략 수립모형을 만들고 이를 구축할 수 있는 방안으로 하향식 그리고 상향식 접근방법을 제시한다. 또한 U-City를 건설하기 위한 일반적인 추진방법론에 대해서 분석하고 이러한 방법론 안에서 도시 비전 수립을 위하여 두 개의 접근방법을 구성하는 방안에 대하여 논한다.

  • Underground structure construction in the downtown is very difficult despite the development of construction technology. We have been a lot of research in order to solve the problem, it was a remarkable achievement. But there are still many difficulties. This study is to analyze the construction technology to demolish the existing underground structures and to build new building applied topdown method at the same time. This technology was effective to suppress interference between the exsisting structure and new building. Therefore, this technology is expected to be able to be used in similar cases in the future.

  • Nuclear power plants in Korea are usually built based on a duplicated model; so the project cost data of the preceding unit can be used as reference when estimating the project cost for the succeeding unit. However, since the contracting method is oriented towards the price, empirical factors such as making top-down estimations using the reverse calculation method based on the completion cost of the preceding unit is dominant. In order to develop a project cost database to resolve such problems, the detailed cost boundary of the project cost data must be categorized by project and by system. This study proposes a method to connect the code of account with the base quantities and the IAEA account, and proposes a database structure for the development of a project cost estimation system. The estimation system developed in the future is expected to utilize the proposed project cost data structure.

  • Three numerical analysis carried out for the design of a diaphragm wall were examined by the results of field observation data. Utilizing the wall stiffness, supporting system and construction sequence, the relative merits of those factors on the analysis of diaphragm wall have been investigated and their effects are compared tilth the observed behaviour of the wall. The predicted bending moment and wall displacement by elasto-plastic method agreed well with the observed values. The rigid slab supported system (i.e Top-Down Method) found to be the most effective way of controlling ground movement.

  • The purpose of this study is promote perfect of construction and progress of packing ability through comparison and analysis with quality, as placing ways and placing direction are changed. Kinds of concrete are general, high fluidity, and high performance concrete. Classified with concrete as placing ways - direct ways, sheath way - and placing directing - flange direction, web direction - is analyzed section and strength of hardened concrete. The results of this study is belows the more fluid of concrete, the more useful to top-down method.

  • The Case Study prepared by PCPA and Lift Group will identify a growing development problem in urban areas; high value project sites that are restrictive in size or "tight" are underutilized and underdeveloped. In an effort to remedy this problem, our team will evaluate a design program through the lens of both conventional construction and Core Cantilever Construction. It is also important to differentiate between Core Cantilever construction and the plagued "Lift Slab" construction method as they may be confused, due to the top down construction sequence. This article will demonstrate that constraints inherent to conventional construction techniques prohibit economically viable development of these project sites, while Core Cantilever construction methods increase the projects value by reducing construction timelines and increasing the useable floor area.

  • The waterproofing in slab and wall of underground structure, have a couple of construction methods which are inside waterproofing methods for inner surface, and outside waterproofing methods for out wall and slab surface waterproofing. In resent years, however, it has been adapted the inside waterproofing construction method, as increasing of construction expenses cost and low workability and technology, nevertheless, outside waterproofing has set a most high value construction method. In inside waterproofing construction method, it is difficult to repair and assure durability and safety for concrete which has direct water-press. So, It is necessary for adopt the outside waterproofing method. For that reasons, this study based on the application for outside waterproofing method on the under ground structure, to more increase durability, to introduce mono adhesive sheet waterproofing materials. as considering chemical, physical properties.

재조합을 위한 Bottom-up 공간정보제품 제작 방법 (A Study on a Recombination Method for the Bottom-up Construction of Spatial Information Products)

  • 본 연구는 예측하기 어려운 미래의 다양한 수요를 수용하기 위하여 재조합방법을 통한 공간정보제품 제작방법을 제안한다. 현재의 측량중심의 공간정보제품의 생산방안은 특정 지도제품 중심의 Top-down방식이므로 공간정보의 활용 확산 관점에서는 한계점을 가지고 있다. 이는 불특정 다수를 위한 공간정보의 활용성 관점보다는 모두를 위한 지도라는 관점에서 다양한 수요를 만족시키기에는 한계가 있다. 이런 한계점을 해결을 위해 사용자 맞춤형의 Bottom-up방식 공간정보 생산과 재조합을 통한 공간정보 제품 제작이 요구되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 기존의 Top-down 방식의 결과인 수치지도와 재조합을 통한 공간정보제품의 제작에 대한 이론적 고찰과 비교를 통해 보완 방안을 제안하였다. 이는 공간정보를 기초속성을 가지는 형태와 관계된 속성정보를 가지는 데이터로 재분류하고 각 데이터에 관계성 및 관리에 관한 속성을 부여하는 방안이다. 이 방법의 실효성 증명을 위해 기존 수요의 만족 가능성과 미래 수요의 대응 가능성을 중심으로 적용사례를 도출하였다, 그리고 기존의 국가기본도, 주제도, 향후 수요 예측 제품의 해당 대표제품을 제작하여 확인하였다.

  • Underground structures are built into concrete like a architecture and public works. Concrete has watertightness as such, But buildings are leaking from the cracks. Recently, construction method do a lot of close construction in the downtown area. So architects are using the method for the outer layer of a two-layer wall to save spaces. They have been using Top-down method and waterproof agent method and others to outer layer of a two-layer wall method. But, There are many leakage in underground structure from lack on requirements performance of materials. Therefore, I hope to test the outside Waterproof Method of Ground using Wire-mesh and Non-hardening Viscosity Waterproof. In addition to, I wish to apply as outside waterproof method for the section for the outer layer of a two-layer wall in underground structure.

  • We constructed Seal type waterproofing with adhesive and swelling properties in the field of construction work as yet. But we have many problems of seal type waterproofing with adhesive and swelling properties for construction. Because it has high viscosity, so wokers are too adhered for the work. So, we developed and applied about the high temperature and spray equipments of piston type better than before. We able to be expect that cost reduction and increase construction ability by high temperature and spray equipments of piston type.
