The various designs are preferred as well as IT appliances development of the internet based with consumer needs. It's real that the tool development technology of shortened lead time is also requested for production tool fabrication for the launch of new products. A process technology for shortening tool development period was one of the very important practical education from tooling suppliers related to mold development, and we are in competition with having the three elements of short due date, the quality and the production cost for new products. In this paper, the tooling development education and training program with current product development won't be systematic, and we hope to improve educational training process lacking in the reality and to advance the application model of practical centered education and training program of practical technology ability improvement and process technology improvement for shorting tool development period which can be performed at the workplace substantially.

In the conventional casting and forging method, there is a disadvantage that a mold is an essential addition, and a production cost is increased when a small quantity is produced. In order to overcome this disadvantage, a metal 3D printing production method capable of directly forming a shape without a mold frame is mainly used. In particular, overseas research has been conducted on various materials, one of which is a metal printer. Similarly, domestic companies are also concentrating on the metal printer market. However, In this case of the conventional metal 3D printing method, it is difficult to meet the needs of the industry because of the high cost of materials, equipment and maintenance for product strength and production. To compensate for these weaknesses, printers have been developed that can be manufactured using sand mold, but they are not accessible to the printer company and are expensive to machine. Therefore, it is necessary to supply three-dimensional casting printers capable of metal molding by producing molds instead of conventional metal 3D printing methods. In this study, we intend to reduce the unit price by replacing the printing method used in the sand casting printer with the FDM method. In addition, Ag paste is used to design the output conditions and enable ceramic printing.

This study is concerned with an effect of frictional condition in a forward/backward combined extrusion process. Generally, the material flow of the billet is influenced by the corners of the die cavity, the ratio in reduction in area, and thickness ratio of backward can thickness to forward can thickness. In addition, the frictional condition in contact area between the billet and the punch/die also affect the material flow. This paper investigated the effect of frictional condition for variable friction factors. The FEM simulation has been carried out in order to examine the effect of frictional condition. Deformation patterns and flow characteristics were examined in terms of design parameters such as extruded length ratio etc. Die pressure exerted on the die-workpiece interface is calculated by the simulation results and analyzed for safe tooling. Therefore the numerical simulation works provide a combined extrusion process of stable cold forging process planning to avoid the severe damage on the tool.
CAD tools that has the common data base system are important to design for the VLSI. Each CAD tools are used to design for the VLSI, and to reduce the complexity, man-error, design-time for the IC design. CIF, a layout description language, was proved to be effective in this point. In this article, the program which translates pattern generation data for the mask tooling into CIF data was described. This program has its character in the unification of physical design data base for a design automated CAD system. The output format of CIF data is fitting to the input of the kgraph that is graphic layout editor, and the name of each layer and the output file is extended as a user's option.

Distributed agile software development faces difficulties for instance lack of visibility across development and delivery processes, complex and disjointed development processes, inability to capitalize on business opportunities, lack of communication agility between disconnected owners, development teams, and users or clients. However these difficulties are solved with the help of cloud computing services. This study proposes a framework to provide a skeletal or structural environment for distributed agile software development in cloud computing environment. The framework guide towards the best tooling to deliver a consistent, automated, governed, and unified agile software development process with reduced technical debt, and minimized project backlog. In addition to this, the study highlights the benefits of cloud computing in agile software development.
The preform design of forging processes plays a key role in improving product qualities, such as defect prevention, dimensional accuracy and mechanical strengths. In the industry, preforms are generally designed by the iterative trial-and-error approach, but it results in significant tooling cost and time. It is thus necessary to minimize lead-time and human intervention through an effective preform design method. In this paper, the equi-potential lines designed in the electric field are introduced to find the preform shape, and then the optimization process is used to choose the equi-potential lines that will keep the die wear to a minimum Because, in the forging process, the die wear is a function of various important factors, such as forming stress and strain, microstructure and mechanical properties of a Product.
Hydroforming has attracted a great deal of attention in the manufacturing industries for vehicles and transportation systems. Hydroforming technology contributes to weight reduction, increased strength, improved quality and reduced tooling cost. Hydroformed automotive parts used as structure components in vehichle body frame often have to be structurally joined at some point. Therefore it is useful if the hydroformed automotive parts can be given a localized attachment flange. For a given flange shape, a parting plane for the dies is established relative to which the various surfaces of the flange shape, in cross section, have no significant reverse curvature. In this study, hydroforming process for flange forming was proposed. FE analysis to form flanged circular shape and flanged rectangular shape was preformed with Dynaform 5.5. To accomplish successful hydroforming process design, thorough investigation on proper combination of process parameters such as tool geometry and hydraulic pressure has been performed and optimized. The results show that flanged automotive parts can be successfully produced with tube hydroforming.
This study has been focused on an effective surface finishing method combining ELID (ELectrolytic In-process Dressing) and MAP (Magnetic Assisted Polishing) for the nano-precision mirror grinding of glass-lens molding mould. ELID grinding is an excellent technique for mirror grinding of various advanced metallic or nonmetallic materials. A polishing process is also required for elimination of scratches present on ELID grinded surfaces. MAP has been used as polishing method due to its high polishing efficiency and superior surface quality. It also presents some techniques for achieving the nanometer roughness of the hard material such as WC-Co, which are extensively used in precision tooling material.
A Sand blasting technology has been used to address via and trench processing of glass wafer of optic semiconductor packaging. Manufactured sand blast that is controlled by blast nozzle and servomotor so that 8" wafer processing may be available. 10mm sq test device manufactured by Dry Film Resist (DFR) pattern process on 8" glass wafer of $500{\mu}m's$ thickness. Based on particle pressure and the wafer transfer speed, etch rate, mask erosion, and vertical trench slope have been analyzed. Perfect 500 um tooling has been performed at 0.3 MPa pressure and 100 rpm wafer speed. It is particle pressure that influence in processing depth and the transfer speed did not influence.
Formability simulation of automotive panels at early design phases can reduce product and tooling development time and cost. However, for the simulation to be effective in leading the design process, fast and reliable results should be achieved with limited design definition and minimum modeling effort. In this paper, nonlinear finite element analysis is used to develop an automated process for the formability simulation of automotive body panels at early design phases. Due to the limited design definition at early design phases, the automated simulation process is based on the plane strain analysis for selected number of typical sections along the panel. Therefore, an entire panel can be analyzed with few sections. The state of plane strain can be easily induced, during simulation through symmetry and applied boundary conditions that simplify the modeling process. To study the reliability and effectiveness of the developed simulation process, the analytical results are compared with measured results of production automotive body side panels. The comparison demonstrates that the developed simulation process is reliable and can be effective for analyzing sheet metal formability, in early vehicle development phases.
