Acting an important risk management tool for main contractors, pre-qualification has served a key marketing tool for subcontractors in various industries. Current industrial environment has required the time intensive pre-qualification ability to small and medium-size subcontractors as a matter of competitive business. In order to support the subcontractors, this paper proposes a database model for pre-qualification management system (PQMS) that automates the pre-qualification process by using information technologies. The modeling process consists of specifications for its requirements, functional modules, and a database model for the PQMS.

In this study, we developed for processing complex features using CAM software that satisfies precision for example practice and related qualification tests suiTable for CNC training purposes. In addition, functions such as location control, speed control, and processing path generation, which are the main functions of CNC machining machines, were constructed using small equipment parts, servo motors, inverters, general purpose PCs, and commercial NC software and researched with the goal of developing low-cost education equipment. In the static accuracy inspection, the degree of machine when measuring the parallelism of the X, Y and Z axes and the vibration of the main shaft did not reach the allowable value. However, we have obtained a finished product that satisfies the CNC machine book sample shape machining, detailed functions of the position control function of the CNC machine tool, linear interpolation function, circular interpolation function, and tool offset function. In the qualification test shape processing, a shape with a degree of 1/100 mm was processed to obtain position accuracy that satisfied the tolerance.

항공기 소프트웨어를 개발하는 도구는 도구에서 생성된 결과물에 오류가 있으면 항공기 소프트웨어에 에러를 유입할 수 있기 때문에 항공기 소프트웨어와 동일한 수준의 안전성이 요구된다. 본 논문은 한화시스템의 A661UAGEN 도구를 통해 ARINC 661 표준 UA 정의 파일과 CDS 설정 파일을 생성 시에 도구의 입력과 출력 파일에 대한 유효성 확인을 통해 항공기 소프트웨어의 일부가 되는 도구 산출물의 신뢰성을 확보하는 방법에 대해 기술한다. A661UAGEN 도구의 입력인 XML 파일에 대한 스키마 정의를 통해서 XML 데이터의 구조와 내용이 유효한지를 확인하는 방법을 제시하였다. 그리고 출력인 바이너리 데이터는 자료 구조의 유효 값에 대한 마스크 데이터를 생성하여 유효성을 확인하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이와 같이 A661UAGEN 도구의 입력과 출력에 대한 유효성 확인을 통해 항공기 소프트웨어에 통합되는 바이너리 DF와 CF의 신뢰성을 향상시켜 항공기 소프트웨어 개발자가 도구를 활용하여 OFP를 개발 시에 안전성을 보장할 수 있도록 하였다.

The purpose of this study which was conducted by framing of standardized advanced emergency care instructor qualification course outline and training competent instructor Course development based on following educational principle and it would be expected more improved aspect. Advanced Emergency care Instructor Qualification Course Development (1) based on advanced emergency care instructor job analysis and paramedic job description. (2) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is continuous. It is important to begin at the learner's level of knowledge and to relate new learning to information the learner needs. (3) Learning of emergency care instructor qualification course is purposeful and must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must make sense to the learner. Progress in learning must be constantly appraised through feedback. The purpose of learning BLS information and skills must be kept in sharp focus. (4) Learning involves as many senses as possible. The more stimulating a learner activity is to the senses, the longer the information will be retained. Conservative figures indicate that 75% of what is heard is for-gotten after 2 days. It has been said that learners remember (5) Learning activities must be appropriate for the emergency situation through the PBL educational method. In BLS lecture skill learning, the greatest proportion of class time should be spent in manikin practice, using performance sheets as a learning tool or guide. (6) Learning must be stimulating. Instructors can motivate learners by helping them achieve higher levels of proficiency and encouraging other levels of course completion, such as instructor and instructor trainer. (7) Learning is affected by the physical and social environment. The physical environment should be conducive to both the kind of learning taking place and the activities used for learning. Advanced emergency care instructor qualification course organized educational psychology, educational methodology I,II,III, educational material making skill, lecture & conversational skill, BLS theory & pratice lecture skill, minic lecture designed PBL module. test of minic lecture & pratice lecture skill. Advanced emergency care instructor qualification course continued to active instructor training and motivated to active EMS system.

DO-330 소프트웨어 도구 자격증명 고려사항은 항공기에 탑재되는 소프트웨어 및 하드웨어를 개발/검증 하기 위해 사용되는 도구 개발 프로세스에 적용하기 위한 지침이다. 이 지침 상의 도구 개발 프로세스 중 검증 프로세스는 DO-330을 준수하기 위해 달성해야 하는 목표 중 많은 비중을 차지하고 있어 상당히 중요하다. 특히, 도구의 안전성 수준이 높은 개발 도구의 시험 목표들은 독립적으로 수행되어야 하기 때문에 많은 시간, 비용, 그리고 인력이 투입되어야 한다. 시험 절차를 잘 수립 해 놓았을 지라도 시험의 복잡도가 높아지면 인적 오류가 발생할 확률이 높아진다. 본 논문에서는 한화시스템에서 개발한 A661UAGEN 도구의 효율적인 DO-330 검증 프로세스를 진행하기 위한 스크립트 기반의 시험 자동화 에이전트 소프트웨어 구조를 제시하고 평가하였다. 그 결과 스크립트 기반의 시험 자동화 에이전트를 통해 자동화 된 시험이 테스트 엔지니어에 의한 수동 시험 보다 시험 수행 시간은 87.5%가 감소되었고, 시험 생산성은 43.75%가 향상되었음을 확인하였다.

The present study aims to demonstrate that it is possible to objectively evaluate the competency (referred to as graduate attributes or program outcomes) of graduates of engineering education programs. To strengthen the link between engineering education accreditation and the qualification/certification system of engineering professionals, referred to as K-Engineering Professional (K-EP), individually assuring the quality of accredited graduates using multiple-choice test as main assessment tool is proposed. Test questions related to the basic vocational skills of NCS are developed for seven of the 10 program outcomes of the ABEEK KEC2015. The three program outcomes, PO1, PO3, and PO5, which need to fully accommodate the characteristics of each disciplinary field, are excluded. A pilot test involving graduates of eight accredited programs is conducted. Applying on Rasch model based on Item Response Theory (IRT), the item difficulty, fit and discrimination of multiple choice test are demonstrated. The pilot study strongly suggests that individual competency evaluation is possible at a certain level for seven program outcomes tested. For PO1, PO3, and PO5, however, questions that address the characteristics of each disciplinary field need to be devised. If a suitable pool of questions is built, it can be used as a program outcomes assessment tool by the accredited programs.

Since the implementation of the LMO Law in Korea, the importance of the design qualification of BSL3 lab. is emphasizing. In this study, multizone simulation for three kind of biohazard scenarios using CONTAM is performed for design qualification of BSL3 lab. Also, in the case of unexpected spread of contaminants such as Influenza A virus(H1N1) in BL3 zone, the design qualification is carried out for diffusion and decontamination of contaminants according to differential pressure of BSL3 anteroom and door area of BSL3 lab. Also, in this study, appropriateness of laboratory room differential pressure and air flow rate to maintain pressure difference between laboratory rooms, and energy consumption due to air change rate variation according to door area in BL3 lab. Simulation results show that these approach methods are used as a tool for the design and verification of BL3 lab.

Purpose: This study was to explore the degree of quality of life (QOL) in hospice volunteers and identify related factors Methods: A total of 243 subjects was recruited from eight hospitals of the Catholic University in Korea. Research tool used to measure QOL was questionnaires developed by You-Ja, Ro in 1988. The data obtained was analyzed using the SAS program to compute a t-test, ANOVA, and Stepwise multiple regression. Results: The mean score of QOL was $3.65{\pm}0.39$. The QOL was significantly increased with perceived health status, satisfaction to the hospice volunteer activity, family response on volunteer activity, qualification as a hospice volunteer, and needs of education. Among six domains of QOL, self-esteem had the highest score. Conclusions: It would be necessary for hospice volunteers to provide an program considered health status, satisfaction to the hospice volunteer activity, family response on their activity, qualification as a hospice volunteer, and needs of education to increase their QOL.

엔진 내구성시험(AMT : Accelerated Mission Test : 또는 임무 가속시험) 기법을 이용한 엔진 부품의 국산화에 따른 품질 보증 시험이 수행되었다. 엔진 내구성시험 기법은 엔진의 개발/구성품 개량, 부품의 기술변경에 따른 인정시험이나, 입증시험을 위한 시험방법으로 1976년부터 적용되기 시작하였다. 본 논문은 국내에서 수행되었던 시험경험을 바탕으로 아직 국내에서 생소한 내구성시험에 대한 개념, 시험수행 절차와 방법 그리고 시험평가 수행 방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 통하여 엔진 부품의 국내 개발/생산시 품질인증을 위한 시험/평가 가능성을 제시하였다.
