미들웨어 독립적인 분산 컴포넌트 성능측정 도구 설계 (Design of a Platform Independent Performance Measurement Tool for Distributed Components)

  • 컴포넌트 기반 소프트웨어에서는 사용될 컴포넌트의 성능이 개발되는 소프트웨어의 품질 확보에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 컴포넌트 성능에는 흔히 컴포넌트 모델이나 미들웨어에 종속적인 성능측정 도구가 이용된다. 이러한 성능측정 방법에서는 소프트웨어의 개발환경이 변경될 경우 측정 도구도 함께 수정되어야 한다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 또한, 여러 가지 다른 모델의 컴포넌트들을 한 시스템으로 통합하는 경우에도 유사한 어려움이 존재한다. 본 논문은 이러한 문제에 대한 해결 방법으로 컴포넌트 모델이나 미들웨어에 독립적인 성능측정 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 미들웨어에 공통적으로 적용 가능한 성능측정기 모델에서 특정 미들웨어를 위한 성능측정기 모델로의 모델변환 과정을 통해 성능데이타간의 상호운용성을 보장한다. 이 방법을 이용하면 동일한 컴포넌트 모델에 따른 컴포넌트들뿐만 아니라 서로 다른 컴포넌트 모델을 기반으로 하는 컴포넌트들에 대한 성능측정이 가능하다.

초정밀가공기용 오차보상시스템 및 기상측정장치 개발 (Development of Error Compensation System and On the Machine Measurement System for Ultra-Precision Machine)

  • This paper present an error compensation system and On-Machine Measurement(OMM) system for improving the machining accuracy of ultra-precision lathe. The Fast-Tool-Servo(FTS) driven by a piezoelectric actuator is applied for error compensation system. The controller is implemented on the 32bit DSP for feedback control of piezoelectric actuator. The control system is designed to compensates three kinds of machining errors such as the straightness error of X-axis slide, the thermal growth error of the spindle. and the squareness between spindle and X-axis slide. OMM is preposed to measure the finished profile of workpiece on the machine-tool using capacitive sensor with highly accurate ruby tip probe guided by air bearing. The data acquisition system is linked to the CNC controller to get the position of each axis in real-time. Through the experiments, it is founded that the thermal growth of spindle and tile squareness error between spindle and X-axis slide influenced to machining error more than straightness error of X-axis slide in small travel length. These errors were simulated as a sinusoidal signal which has very low frequency and the FTS could compensate the signal less than 30 m. The implemented OMM system has been tested by measuring flat surface of 50 mm diameter and shows measurement error less than 400 mm

  • As various manufacturing technology of optical glass is developed, the aspheric lenses are supplied to many fields. Electronic or measuring instruments equipped with aspheric lens have recently been used since aspheric lens is more effective than spheric one. However, it is still difficult manufacture glass lens because of high cost and the short life of core. The demands of the aspheric glass lenses increase since it is difficult to obtain the desirable performance in the plastic lens. For the mass production of aspheric lens, specific molds with precisely machined cores should be prepared. In order to obtain competitiveness in the field of industrial manufacturing, a reduction in the development period for the batch machining of products is required. It is essential to analyze the stress distribution and deformations of machining system which is used for manufacturing the aspheric lens using FEM software ANSYS. Finite element simulations have been performed in order to study the influence of machining system which is developed in this study on structures. It is very important to understand the structural behavior of machining system. This paper investigated the static analysis and dynamic analysis of machining system for aspheric lens to predict the damage due to loading.

사회기반시설 정비효과계측을 위한 GIS지원시스템 (GIS-Supported System for Measuring the Effect of Social Infrastructure Improvements)

  • 본 연구에서는 사회기반시설의 정비효과계측을 위한 GIS지원시스템을 구축하였다. 정비효과를 계측하기 위한 평가수법으로써는 간이헤도닉접근법과 로젠의 2단계접근법을 동시에 적용함으로써 평가결과의 객관성을 확보하고자 하였다. 두 접근법에 필요한 각종의 토지속성데이타는 GIS지원환경속에서 보다 효율적으로 수집 또는 자동생성할 수 있었다. 또한 GIS를 이용함으로써 보다 객관적이고 정확한 데이타를 제공할 수 있었으며, 사회기반시설의 정비에 따른 편익을 실제위치상에서 계측할 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템을 활용하여 동경도시권내에 현재 계획중인 죠반신선(瀏晨竊猜)의 정비효과계측에 적용함으로써, 본 시스템의 실용성을 확인할 수 있었다. 사회기반시설의 편익계측작업을 GIS와 통합시킴으로써 본 개발시스템은 사회기반시설계획등의 평가에 유용한 툴(tool)이 될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This paper presents the way to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the Compound motor and 3 phase slip ring motor using VIS (Virtual Instrument System) and Agilent VEE, GUI(Graphics User Interface) tool. This method is composed of real time measuring of various characteristics, which can't measure using analog meter and analyzer, and presenting and analyzing the static and dynamic characteristics by table, which calculates the measured parameter. Also, this can apply to the various parts.

  • The most product is manufactured by mould in usual life. From drawing to manufacturing is to be automatically. But inspection is handwork usually. An alternative idea of this problem is reverse engineering. In this study, press forming is measured by 3D non-contact coordinate measuring machine and problem will be analyzed by comparing with 3D data Through the study, it will achieve improvement of press mould process.

  • This study deals with CARS (Computer Aided ROMUM System) which is a computer version of ROMUM (RObot Modularization of the Unit Motion). ROMUM was a method developed by the concept of modularization of the unit motion of robots. Because CARS is a computer assisted method of menu-driven type for human interface, this method can be easily applied for analyzing the work motion and measuring the execution time of robots. Therefore, it will be helpful for reducing the analysis effort and time of robot work.

  • An accuracy of theodolite system may be affected by a measurement environment and a measurement distance change from theodolite to scale bar and/or targets. This study was performed for measuring an accuracy when the distance from thodolite system to scale bar was changed $2\~6m$ on the distance 4m between two theodolites. The results showed that an accuracy was ${\pm}0.025mm$ or better when the distance from theodolite system to targets was 3, 4 and 5m. According to the results, it was found that the best distance from theodolite system to scale bar was $3\~4m$ when the collimation distance was $3\~4m$.

원통형 단조금형의 정렬을 위한 측정시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement System for Alignment of Cylindrical Forging Die)

  • In most multi-stage forging processes, the die spotting process or alignment of punch and die depends on the manual operation. It results a very tedious and inefficient procedure, thus the proper measurement system is needed to improve productivity and accuracy. This paper proposes a measurement system for alignment of die and punch which has a cylindrical holder, and describes the system concepts using 3 eddy-current displacement transducers and precise measurement jig. In order to apply this measurement system to real situations, the measuring procedures and system calibration method, etc. are proposed. Finally, the accuracy and productivity of this measurement system are investigated in this paper.

  • In this study, we will try to develop the 3D automatic design program of limit gauge. When users, who Have some mechanical information input some date, they can do 3D-modeling easily like expert. This is one of the merit in automatic design program and the automatic design program can compare the limit gauge made in this study with processed the bolt and nut model. This demonstrates the effective value of automatic design model. Limits gauge of sort divide into ring gauge of measuring bolt and pin gauge of measuring nut.
