수명주기가 짧은 상품들에 대한 시퀀스 기반 개인화 서비스 (A sequence-based personalized service for the short life cycle products)

  • 대부분의 신상품들은 시장에서 급격히 사라질 뿐만 아니라 기존 상품들의 매출감소를 불러온다. 이처럼 수명주기가 짧은 상품으로 인해 소매상들은 과다한 재고를 보유하게 될 뿐만 아니라 소비자들은 자신들의 선호를 맞는 제품들을 발견하는데 어려움을 겪는다. 이런 문제를 해결에 하는데 있어서 추천 시스템은 좋은 해결방법이 될 수 있다. 그러나 대부분의 추천 시스템들은 소비자의 고정된 선호를 이용하기 때문에 변화하는 소비자의 선호를 반영하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 시간에 따라 변화하는 소비자의 선호를 반영한 추천 방법론을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법론은 소비자의 동적 선호 프로파일 작성, 네이버 형성, 추천 리스트 작성의 3 단계로 구성되어 있으며, 모바일 이미지 거래 데이터를 이용하여 제안된 방법론의 유용성을 검증하였다. 시험결과 제시된 방법론의 추천 정확도가 전통적인 협업필터링의 정확도 보다 높았다. 이러한 결과를 통해, 본 연구에서 제한한 방법론이 짧은 수명주기를 가진 제품을 추천하는데 효과적이라는 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 따라서 향후 제안된 방법론을 현업에 적용하여 실제적 유용성을 검증할 필요가 있다.

한국 성인의 삶의 질에 따른 만성질환 유병율, 건강관련 생활습관 및 영양섭취 실태 조사 - 2008년 국민건강영양조사를 근거하여- (A Study on the Prevalence of Chronic Diseases, Health-related Habits and Nutrients Intakes according to the Quality of Life in Korean Adults)

  • This study was done to analyze the chronic diseases prevalence and dietary intake status according to the health related quality of life and to identify its significant properties. This study was conducted based on 2906 subjects ranging from 20~64 years old, out of 9704 total subjects from the 4th Korean National Health and Nutrition Survey in 2008. The average quality of life (QL) score was 0.915, where 983 subjects were below the average (low QL group) and 1923 subjects were above (high QL group). In the high QL group, there was more likely to be young, male, and with higher income and education. For high QL group, the self-related health score was high, and the subjective stress level was low. The prevalence of diabetes was significantly higher in the low QL group and anthropometric and biochemical measures were not shown differences between the two groups but waist circumference was significantly higher in the low QL group. The QL score was significantly negative correlated with the waist circumference and the body mass index. As for the recognition rate of Nutrition Guideline, there were no significant differences but high QL group had higher scores in "Eat a variety of foods", "Avoid too much Sodium", and "Enjoy meals and Eating a breakfast". Carbohydrate intake was significantly lower in the high QL group than in low QL group and the high QL group showed higher intake in legumes, meat and poultry, fruits, daily products and beverages. Overall results suggest that increased diabetes prevalence in people with low quality of life might be affected by the diets based on high carbohydrate, increased waist circumference, and lower rate of practice nutritional guideline.

Assessment of Water Quality Calibration Criteria for Field-Scale Water Quality Model

  • The objective of this study was to assess the statistics and associated criteria for field-scale model used to simulate nutrient concentrations in paddy field. CREAMS-PADDY, a modified version of the field-scale CREAMS model, simulates the hydrologic, sediment, and nutrient cycles in paddy fields was applied in this study. The model was calibrated and validated using data from study rice paddy fields in Republic of Korea. The calibration statistics include mean and the minimum-maximum range associated with a "temporal window" that spans a period of several days. Because nutrient concentrations in paddy filed are typically sampled infrequently (on a weekly basis, at best) and represent only an instant in time, it is not reasonable to expect any model to simulate a daily average concentration equal to an observed value on a particular day. The 5-day window and related calibration statistics were applied in this study and the applicability of this concept was tested for field-scale water quality model. As a result of calibration and validation, the ponded water nutrient concentration values showed only small changes except the fertilization period. Because of the small changes in ponded water concentration, the size of 5-day window was too small to capture the observed values. Further study is required to establish the 5-day window calibration method for field-scale water quality modeling.

인간생명존중에 대한 중.고등학교 교과서 내용분석 (Analysis of Life Respect-related Content Portrayed in the 7th to 10th Grade Textbooks in Middle and High Schools)

  • 목적 본 연구의 목적은 한국 국민공통기본교육기간(초등학교 1학년부터 고등학교 1학년까지) 중에서 중 고등학교 교과서에 포함된 인간생명 존중 관련 내용을 분석하여 중, 고등학생을 위한 인간생명존중 교육프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 방법 중 고등학교 교과서에서 다루고 있는 인간생명존중에 대한 내용을 분석한 서술적 조사연구이다. 결과 중학교 과정인 7-9학년 교과서를 분석한 결과 생명존중 관련 내용은 총 6개로 범주화되었고 해당내용은 총 222개였다. 6개 범주는 빈도가 높은 순으로 "사고예방과 응급처치", "정신건강", "성과 건강", "약물 오남용 및 흡연음주예방"," 일상생활과 건강"," 사회와 건강"이었다. 고등학교 과정인 10학년 교과서를 분석한 결과, 인간생명존중 관련 내용은 총 6개로 범주화되었고 해당 내용은 82개였다. 6개의 범주는 빈도가 높은 순으로 보면" 약물 오남용, 흡연, 음주와 건강"," 성과 건강", "정신건강", "생명과학과 인간생명경시", "일상생활과 건강", "사회와 건강"으로 구분되었다. 결론 본 연구에서 중 고등학교과정에서 다루고 있는 생명존중교육내용은 인간의 소중함에 대한 개념과 실천적인 이해, 자신의 본래의 가치 및 소중함과 진정한 삶의 의미 발견 등의 인간생명존중에 대한 보다 근원적인 이해보다는 방법론적인 면에 치중되어 있음이 확인되었다. '공존하기 위한 경쟁' 논리에 근거한 생명존중교육이 자신과 사회에 대한 정체성이 확립되어야 하는 청소년기 교육과정에 총체적 돌봄을 제공해야 하는 보건교과를 중심으로 보다 집중적으로 이루어짐으로써 자신의 고유한 가치가 인식되며 진정한 삶의 의미가 실현될 수 있는 교육이 이루어질 수 있어야겠다.

산란계의 열환경별 특이음에 대한 음성학적 분석 (Acoustic Analysis for Thermal Environment-related Vocalizations in Laying Hens)

  • 본 연구는 산란계가 적정 환경, 더운 환경 그리고 추운 환경에서 특이하게 내는 특이음을 분류한 후 이들을 음성학적으로 판별할 수 있는지를 규명하고자 수행되었다. 일반 발성음은 총 5가지 형태, 더위stress 특이음은 1가지 형태, 그리고 추위stress 특이음은 총 3가지 형태로 각각 나타났다. 기본주파수, 음의 강도, 음의 길이 및 포먼트에 대하여 열환경별 발성음간 유의차를 분석한 결과 모든 parameter에서 유의차가 인정되었으나, Discriminant 분석을 실시하였을 때 음의 길이, 제 1포먼트, 제 3포먼트 및 제 4포먼트가 다른 parameter들 보다 유용한 parameter로 나타났다. 이상의 결과들을 종합해 볼 때, 산란계는 열환경 변화에 따라 특이음을 내었으며, 이들 특이음은 기본주파수, 음의 강도, 음의 길이 및 포먼트 등과 같은 parameter들에 의하여 음성학적으로 판별될 수 있었다.

농촌 그린빌리지 계획을 위한 풍력에너지 자원분석 (Assessment of Wind Power Resources for Rural Green-village Planning)

  • Wind energy, which is one of renewable energy, would be useful resources that can be applied to making energy recycling villages without using fossil fuels. This study analyzed energy potential on wind power considering weather condition in three rural villages and compared with energy consumption surveyed. A wind turbine system in the 5kW class can generate 26.1%, 73.9% and 39.5% of the yearly mean consumption of electric power per house in Makhyun, Boojang and Soso respectively. A 750kW wind turbine system can generate 1.7%, 30.3% and 22.1% of the total amount of electric power consumption in three study villages respectively. Wind power energy density was too low in Makhyun and Soso, so it is determined that the application of wind turbine system is almost impossible. Wind energy potential was generally low in Boojang either, but it is evaluated that there is a little possibility of wind power generation relatively. For practical application of renewable energy to rural green-village planning, assessment of energy potential for the local area should be preceded.

말기 대장암환자에서 중상을 통한 예후 측정 및 증상조절 (Predicting Life Span for Terminal Colon Cancer using Clinical Symptoms)

  • Accurately estimating survival times in terminal cancer patients is very difficult for palliative care clinicians. But a reasonably accurate estimate of survival would permit the medical team to : Plan the ideal therapeutic strategy between overtreatment and too early discontinuation of specific therapy. Answer any questions asked by the patient or family. Organize adequate assistance for the patient concerned. Decide on the eligibility of the patient for clinical trials and whether to begin a treatment, the effects of which will not be immediate. This case was a 79 year-old male patient with colon cancer. He complained of dry mouth, anorexia, weight loss and showed KPS $40{\sim}50$ on admission day. 40 days later he died. To improve patient/family quality of life, it is necessary to improve the ability to estimate accurately a patient's length of survival.

Zigbee의 저전력화와 채널간섭 분석 (Analysis of Low Power and Channel Interferences for Zigbee)

  • 무선PAN(Wireless Personal Area Network, WPAN)에서 Zigbee의 저전력화와 채널간섭을 개선하고자, Zigbee망의 전력소모와 통신패턴을 분석하였다. Zigbee의 ad-hoc특성인 토폴로지 변화로 인한 동적 망구성시 토폴로지의 저전력화를 위해 종단장치(end device)들이 채널검색주기를 설정할 때 종단장치의 배터리 수명을 고려한 통신패턴을 분석하였다. 또한, Zigbee의 Random Back off 통신방식에서 무선랜(WLAN)과 채널간섭을 고려한 통신패턴도 분석하였다. 이로서, Zigbee의 종단장치의 배터리 수명을 연장하고자 종단 장치의 채널검색 주기를 설정하는 통신패턴을 설정하였으며, Zigbee의 협력장치(coordinator)와 종단장치 사이의 최적의 통신패턴의 분석을 통해 채널간섭을 최소화 할 수 있었다.

Effect of heat treatment of digestion-resistant fraction from soybean on retarding of bile acid transport in vitro

  • In this study, we investigated the heat effect of digestion-resistant fraction (RF) from soybean on retarding bile acid transport in vitro. The RFs from soybean retarded bile acid transport. A raw, unheated RF of soybean (RRF-SOY) was significantly more effective than the heated RF of soybean (HRF-SOY). The RS1 which physically trapped in milled grains and inaccessible to digestive enzyme after 18 hrs incubation level of content in RRF-SOY was found to be as high as 24.1% and after heating the RS1 of HRF-SOY was significantly reduced to 16.8%. The X-ray diffraction pattern of RF from soybean was altered after heat treatment. The RFs from soybean were characterized by peak at diffraction angles of $12.0^{\circ}$ and $20.0^{\circ}$ corresponding to RS content. Cellulose contents of RRF-SOY was 5% higher than that of HRF-SOY and pentosan contents of RRF-SOY was 5% higher than that of HRF-SOY, too. Whereas the hemicellulose content of RRF-SOY was 13% lower than HRF-SOY.

체외순환중 용량반응곡선을 이용한 헤파린과 프로타민 투여량의 결정 (Individualization of Heparin and Protamine Dosage using a Dose-response Curve during Extracorporeal Circulation)

  • The adequacy of anticoagulation with heparin during cardiopulmonary bypass, and precise neutralization with protamine at the conclusion of cardiopulmonary bypass, were important. In sixty children undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass, ACT and heparin dose-response curve were studied. Total dose of heparin before bypass were 2.80$\pm$0.74 mg/kg and the amount of protamine administered after bypass were 3.0$\pm$1.23 mg/kg. So protamine: heparin ratio was 1.07: l.c After administration of protamine which dose is calculated with heparin dose-response curve, ACTs were returned to normal range[mean 114.8 $\pm$13 second]. The heparin sensitivity and its half-life do not have relationship with age, weight, height, surface area and urine amount during operation. And there are too much individual variations in heparin sensitivity and its half-life. So conventional heparin protocols can overestimate or underestimate the amount of heparin and protamine. Heparin dose-response curve makes it possible to maintain anticoagulation in a safe range during bypass with adequate amount of heparin individually. At the conclusion of bypass, this curve can be used to predict the precise amount of protamine amount of protamine needed for neutralization of the heparin. But heparin dose-response curve to be used clinically, further studies will be needed about relationship between ACT and heparin level in the high range, influence of hemodilution and hypothermia to ACT and discrepancy between true adequate amount of protamine and calculated amount by heparin dose-response curve.
