제어법칙 간 상호 전환 시 과도응답 최소화를 위한 전환시간에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Conversion Time to Minimize of Transient Response during Inter-Conversion between Control Laws)

  • The inter-conversion between different control laws in flight has a lot of risk. The SWM(Switching Mechanism) including logic and stand-by mode is designed to analyze the transient response of aircraft during inter-conversion between different control laws, based on the in-house software for non-real-time and real-time simulation. The SWM applies the fader logic of TFS(Transient Free Switch) to minimize the transient response of an aircraft during the inter-conversion, and applies the reset '0' type of the stand-by mode to prevent surface saturation due to integrator effect in the disengaged flight control law. The transition time is also important to minimize the objectionable transient response in the inter-conversion, as well as the transition control law design. This paper addresses the results of non-real-time simulation for the characteristics of transient response to different transition time to select the adequate transient time, and the real-time pilot evaluation, using SSWM(Software Switching Mechanism) and HSWM(Hardware Switching Mechanism), which is met for Level 1 flying qualities and assures safety of flight.

엣지 클라우드 시스템 기반 버스 정보 시스템의 지연시간 분석연구 (A Study on the Latency Analysis of Bus Information System Based on Edge Cloud System)

  • 실시간 관제 시스템은 IoT, 이동통신과 같은 기반 기술의 발달과 공장관리, 차량 운행 체크 등 실시간성이 중요시되는 서비스가 증가함에 따라 급격히 성장하고 있다. 이 시스템의 시간적 민감성을 높이기 위해 다양한 솔루션이 제시되어 왔으나, 현재 대부분의 실시간 관제 시스템은 관제소 등에 위치한 로컬 서버와 다수의 클라이언트로 구성되어 있고, 이들은 다양한 단계를 거쳐 관제 시스템이 위치한 로컬 서버로 전송되고, 그 대응 역시 동일한 단계를 거쳐 진행되는 등 기존 네트워크 및 시스템의 구조적 한계가 있다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 관제 시스템 중 하나인 버스 정보 시스템이 정보를 수집한 시점에서 사용자에게 해당 정보를 제공하기까지 소모되는 시간을 줄일 수 있는 엣지 컴퓨팅 기반 실시간 관제 모델을 제안하였다. 기존 모델과 엣지 컴퓨팅 모델을 시뮬레이션 한 결과, 엣지 컴퓨팅 모델은 사용자에게 데이터를 전송하기 위한 코스트가 기존 모델에 비해 최소 10% 에서 최대 80%까지 감소함을 확인하였다.

A cross-domain access control mechanism based on model migration and semantic reasoning

  • Access control has always been one of the effective methods to protect data security. However, in new computing environments such as big data, data resources have the characteristics of distributed cross-domain sharing, massive and dynamic. Traditional access control mechanisms are difficult to meet the security needs. This paper proposes CACM-MMSR to solve distributed cross-domain access control problem for massive resources. The method uses blockchain and smart contracts as a link between different security domains. A permission decision model migration method based on access control logs is designed. It can realize the migration of historical policy to solve the problems of access control heterogeneity among different security domains and the updating of the old and new policies in the same security domain. Meanwhile, a semantic reasoning-based permission decision method for unstructured text data is designed. It can achieve a flexible permission decision by similarity thresholding. Experimental results show that the proposed method can reduce the decision time cost of distributed access control to less than 28.7% of a single node. The permission decision model migration method has a high decision accuracy of 97.4%. The semantic reasoning-based permission decision method is optimal to other reference methods in vectorization and index time cost.

  • Recently, in sequence control systems, high flexibility and maintenance of control software are required. This is because product life cycles become shorter and control specification must be changed frequently. The authors extend the concept of Safe Petri Net to develop the design and analysis tool for sequence control systems taking the safeness and notation of input/output functions into consideration. Extended Safe Petri Net (S-Net) is proposed as such a new graph model and real time scanning algorithm based on S-Net is developed.

Robust Controller Design for a Stabilized Head Mirror

  • In this paper, LMI (Linear Matrix Inequality) based on H$\_$$\infty$/ controller for a lire of sight (LOS) stabilization system. It shows that the proposed controller has more excellent stabilization performance than that of the conventional PI-Lead controller. An H$\_$$\infty$/ control has been also applied to the system for reducing modeling errors and the settling time of the system. The LMI-based H$\_$$\infty$/ controller design is more practical in view of reducing a run-time than Riccati-based H$\_$$\infty$/ controller. This H$\_$$\infty$/ controller is available not only to decrease the gain in PI-Lead control, but also to compensate the identifications for the various uncertain parameters. Therefore, this paper, shows that the proposed LMI-based H$\_$$\infty$/ controller had good disturbance attenuation and reference input tracking performance compared with the control performance of the conventional controller under any real disturbances.

  • In this paper we describe the 6-axes robot's position determination using a stereo vision and an image based control method. When use a stereo vision, it need a additional time to compare with mono vision system. So to reduce the time required, we use the stereo vision not image Jacobian matrix estimation but depth estimation. Image based control is not needed the high-precision of camera calibration by using a image Jacobian. The experiment is executed as devide by two part. The first is depth estimation by stereo vision and the second is robot manipulator's positioning.

LonWorks/IP 가상 디바이스 네트워크에서 외란관측기와 ZPETC를 이용한 추종제어 (Tracking Control using Disturbance Observer and ZPETC on LonWorks/IP Virtual Device Network)

  • LonWorks/IP VDN은 LonWorks 디바이스 네트워크와 IP(데이터) 네트워크와의 통합네트워크로 산업현장에 대한 유비쿼터스 접근을 제공하여 설비에 대한 예지 및 예방보전을 가능하게 한다. 산업현장에 대한 예지 및 예방보전을 위한 실시간 분산제어 환경에서 즉각적인 응답은 필수불가결한 요소이다. LonWorks/IP 가상 디바이스 네트워크(VDN) 상에서 불확실한 시간지연은 산업현장에 대한 실시간 예지 및 예방보전을 위해 분산 제어를 수행할 때 시스템의 안정성과 성능을 악화시킨다. 따라서 네트워킹 된 분산제어시스템의 안정성을 보장하고 성능을 개선하기 위해서는 시간에 따라 가변적인 불확실한 시간지연을 보상할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 LonWorks/IP VDN와 같은 분산제어 환경 하에서 서보 제어를 수행하는 경우에 외란관측기와 위상지연 보상기로 ZPETC(Zero Phase Error Tracking Controller)를 도입한 제어구조가 제시되고 컴퓨터 모의실험이 수행된다. 제안된 제어기의 성능은 컴퓨터 모의실험을 통하여 외란관측기를 도입한 Smith 예측기 기반의 내부모델제어기(IMC)의 제어결과와 비교 제시된다. 제안된 제어기는 외란과 잡음에 강인한 특성을 가지며, 주기적인 신호에 대한 추종성능을 상당히 개선시키므로 가변적인 시간지연을 갖는 LonWorks/IP VDN 상에서 주기적인 작업 수행에 필요한 분산 서보제어에 매우 적합하다.

  • This paper focuses on design of nonlinear power plant controller using immune based multiobjective fuzzy approach. The thermal power plant is typically regulated by the fuel flow rate, the spray flow rate, and the gas recirculation flow rate. However, Strictly maintaining the steam temperature can be difficult due to heating value variation to the fuel source, time delay changes in the main steam temperature. the change of the dynamic characteristics in the steam-turbine system. Up to the present time, PID Controller has been used to operate this system. However, it is very difficult to achieve an optimal PID gain with no experience, since the gain of the PID controller has to be manually tuned by trial and error. These parameters tuned by multiobjective based on immune network algorithms could be used for the tuning of nonlinear power plant.

  • This paper concerns 3-D graphical modeling and simulation techniques for design and control of automated equipment for construction and facility maintenance. A case study on the use of 3-D graphics techniques for developing a power plant maintenance robot is presented. By simulating equipment operation within the 3-D geometry models of the work environment the environment design was improved. The 3-D graphical models of the equipment and the work environment were further utilized for the control of the robot from a remote distance. By presenting the real-time updated equipment configuration and the work environment to the operator, the graphical model-based equipment control system helped the operator overcome the problems associated with spatial perception. The collision between the robot and the plant structures was also avoided based the real-time analysis of the dynamically updated graphical models.
