After coming to power, Xi Jinping has continuously announced his political conviction, novel view of values, new thoughts and theories through the various kinds of mass media. A comprehensive understanding of these contents allows us to examine Xi Jinping's intention of building Chinese national ideology, and the process of change and settlement of his ideas. This paper aims to explore the following issues based on the Xi Jinping's statements. Chapter 2 examines the process and time-background where the ideas of Marx·Mao Zedong, and China specific ideology of Socialism become the sources of Xi Jinping's Ideology formation. Chapter 3 deals with the contents and function of the China dream which is the fundamental aim of Xi Jinping's Ideology formation. Chapter 4 focuses on the historical value of Xi Jinping's Ideology formation.

Purpose: This research investigated the daily experiences of patients' lives to develop a formal theory that explains the lives of schizophrenic patients. Method: A grounded theory method(Strauss & Corbin, 1998) guided the data collection and analysis. Thirteen patients who were diagnosed with schizophrenia in regional communities participated. Result: The experiences of chronic schizophrenic patients are defined as "escaping from a fallen mine" comparing their suffering to that of entrapped miners trying to free themselves from a collapsed mine tunnel with much difficulty and without hope. In observing participant's time lines of having lived with chronic schizophrenia, it advances with 'surrender', 'collapse', 'reaching out', 'rising', 'preparing to spring up', and 'starting anew'. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the experience of a chronic schizophrenic patient is like that of a miner caught under a fallen mine channel, who, without external help cannot escape the depths 'Of the mine, but at the same time must have conviction and hope of rescue and avert fear to cooperate with outside help. The result indicates that family members, doctors and nurses as well as an institute's persistent and active support is most critical for the patient's adjustment to social life.

Currently, digital evidence takes judicial discretion in adopting it, which does not clarify the criteria for adoption, and it can shorten the analysis time of digital evidence with distributed processing techniques. However, due to the development of cryptographic techniques, there is a problem in that it is not suitable for the 48 hour limit of the warrant request. In this paper, we analyze the precedents for admissibility of evidence and the probative power in the civil/criminal proceedings, and discuss the need for objective and detailed adoption criteria to replace judicial discretion. In addition, we'd like to propose a preliminary application form for analysis of digital evidence as a problem for limit time for warrant claims from the perspective of forensics and a solution to the problem.

This writing, focused on by Tarkovsky and by Song, Il-gon, examines moments of sage which is what Eliade described as 'hierophanic time'. These productions, which can be seen as movies that seek after the truth, show important paradoxical ideas and expressions in those moments. This is because symbolic messages from unrealistic and out of ordinary images are specifically shown. If they had to be compared, through the film by Tarkovsky, the technical civilization of contemporary society in an apocalyptic view is criticized and saved, or the prophetic will to not give up the desire for salvation is shown. In the process, the short shots which forces to show hierophanic time not only diversely visualized the author's ideological self-consciousness towards the conversion of the new world, but it also fulfills the metahistorical meanings mentioned by Eliade. However, in the film by Song, Il-gon, the realistic personal sufferings of three women is specifically shown first in extreme. They overcome their unsolvable problems through mysterious rituals and belief in miracles. In the scenes that include hierophanic time, there are many cases that cover Christian faith and the meaning of salvation. In other words, we can say that hierophanic time in , are related to conviction which led to moments of miracles in order to overcome reality. Therefore, even though there is a difference in the way authors use hierophanic time, the scenes that show it in the two movies display individuality of mythical imaginations disclosed by Eliade. This is because the general hope for reproduction, or meaningful symbols related to the ideal conversion of affairs are revealed.

The aim of this study is to examine the primary causes of security guard's stress by conducting a survey of 50 guards engaging in security companies in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The following results are attained by an inductive content analysis of conviction interview data through in-depth interview of qualitative study method. 1. Factors of stress related to personal problems. The stress by personal problems is resulted from two factors. One is the physical strength inferiority, which leads to negative thoughts, dismay, mental conflict and tension. The other is complex about not-specializing security, which causes discord with his/her supervisor or co-workers and a feeling of uneasiness. 2. Factors of stress related to human relationship. The stress due to human relations is constantly resulted from discord with his/her supervisor and inclined to be accumulated. The mental conflict is elated in feeling that the manager's instructions are not right. So this factor makes them want change of occupation. Also working conditions are different from those of their friends, which causes them not to spend a lot of time with their friends. 3. Factors of stress related to domestic life It appears that most security guards are under stress due to their spouses' discontent with a small number of wages. Also it is reported that male guards are under stress in case of unhappy conjugal relations. And security guard's life is restricted much more than that of workers in a general occupation because of standing ready for mobilization and 24-hour service. So some of male guards experienced an early symptoms of a morbid suspicion about their wife's chastity and are suffering from insomnia as an occupational disease.

The speed at which products are developed and released to market is tightly linked to profitability and market share. Hence, many companies are still in a desperate need of real Rapid Tooling (RT) technologies which can really help to expedite their prototype tooling and pre -production tooling for injection molding. Many other companies that have been very skeptical of RT technologies developed so far are working on Hybrid Tooling (HT) that can really meet the market standards. With the conviction that HT can be a reliable alternative for current RT technologies, this paper describes the experimentation how HT process has been being successfully established and effectively applied with typical case studies. Through the experimentation, Ceramic-filled SLA tooling was found to be aptly suited for the low grade mold, and Metal SLS tooling was found to be aptly suited for the medium volume mold both in terms of the lead time, dimensional accuracy, and tooling cost.

Ever since its introduction in the 1927 ICC Arbitration Rules, scrutiny of awards by the ICC Court has been a cornerstone feature of ICC arbitration. Most players involved in the arbitral process are likely to concede that a certain level of review of arbitral awards is both desirable and beneficial. Indeed, proponents among the users are frequently influenced in their choice of the ICC as the administering arbitral institution, based on their strong conviction that time and money invested in the resolution of a dispute is ultimately only well spent if awards are voluntarily complied with or at least less susceptible to be set aside. By providing a look behind the scenes of the scrutiny process, the article does away with tales of excessive intervention on behalf of the arbitral institution when reviewing and approving awards and demystifies the role played by the ICC Court throughout its close interaction with arbitral tribunals operating under the ICC Rules. The article further argues that the scrutiny process can be a highly efficient tool that helps to increase the quality and enforceability of awards rendered under the aegis of the ICC.

The number of sexual violence assault cases has been increasing in various types. Because of a second conviction and high probability of committing crime after sexual violence shows seriousness of the crime. Even though sexual violence crimes are related to various and complicated crime occurred place or time, If we build an ontology for this, we could help to consider effective plan for sexual violence crime. For this, the prevention of sexual violence crime approach and support system are required. In this paper, we study the survey of sexual violence crime. Also we define the classes and attribution to design the ontology for sexual violence crime.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe pregnant women's lived experiences of hospitalization due to preterm labor in Korea. Methods: This qualitative study adopted a phenomenological approach. Individual in-depth interviews were conducted with nine participants, over the age of 20 years, who had been hospitalized for more than 1 week after being diagnosed with preterm labor. All interviews were audio-taped and verbatim transcripts were made for analysis. The data were analyzed following Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Results: The participants' ages ranged from 26 to 36 years, and all were married women. They were hospitalized for 13.1 days on average. Five thematic clusters emerged from the analysis. 'Withstanding hospitalization for the fetus's well-being' describes women's feelings during preterm labor and their endurance during their prolonged hospitalization, rooted in their conviction that the fetus comes first. 'Endless frustration in the hospital' encompasses women's emotions while lying in bed and quietly thinking to themselves. 'Unmet physiological needs' describes participants' awareness of their inability to independently handle human physiological needs given the need for careful and limited movement. 'Gratitude for the support around oneself' reflects the support from family and medical staff. 'Shifting perceptions and accepting one's circumstances' describes accepting hospitalization and making efforts to spend their remaining time in the hospital in a meaningful way. Conclusion: The findings in this study provide a deeper understanding and insights into the experiences of Korean women with preterm labor during hospitalization, underscoring the need to develop interventions for these patients.

The purpose of this study was to illuminate eroticism represented din modern fashion. Art based on sex is very important like all of the other cultural values. But we feel that erotic art, neglected, suppressed , and persecuted for centuries, has an important contribution to make to the understanding of art, the social history of mankind, and human happiness and progress. It is our deep personal conviction that erotic art serves important social and therapeutic functions. Erotic art expresses the demand for sexual freedom-a freedom vital to individual happiness and mental well-being, And sexual freedom, in turn, cannot exist without a high degree of political and economic freedom as well. In that sense , erotic art came a truly revolutionaly message ; it demands no less than extension of freedom , not only in the sexual are, but in every sphere of social life. What is eroticism \ulcorner Eroticism must be distinguished from a mere animal reproduction . Eroticism is deeply rooted in the cultural tradition of myth, religion , customes and art. It also has a close relationship with psychological activities of our life. Eroticism is a kind of psychological revolution in the development of human civilization. Eroticism is related to different kinds of art, which express internal spirit of human especially Surrealism. Surrealism is above all a movement of the conquest and deepening of the unconscious. The exploitation of Freud's discoveries opended a new, practically unlimited path for artistic studies to Surrealism . Especially all theory of mental psychoanalysis a affected artists greatly in western art, Freud was appraised highly on his achievements by art critics in art history on his achievements by art critics in art history. As far as erotic subject matter was concerned, Surrealism provided a means of presentig it. Pop Art is not actually a movement , born at a specific time and place, nor is it an easy concept to define. The term first appeared in Great Britain during the fifties, when it referred, particularly in the decorative arts, to an inclination to go back and imitate the stereotyped images of the mass media : film, advertising , cartoons, and other popular consumer products. The eroticism expressed in Pop Art calls the modern's attentions to their devastated minds, taking advantage of the commercialized sex. Fashion has developed constantly reflecting the spiritual aspiration and social and cultural phenomona of man , and artistic steam. Eroticism in fashion is the style which expresses the internal meanings of sexuality through the texture, color, pattern , silhouette etc.
