In Jøsang's subjective logic, the fusion operator is not able to fuse three or more opinions at a time and it cannot consider the effect of time factors on fusion. Also, the base rate (a) and non-informative prior weight (C) could not change dynamically. In this paper, we propose an Improved Subjective Logic Model with Evidence Driven (ISLM-ED) that expands and enriches the subjective logic theory. It includes the multi-agent unified fusion operator and the dynamic function for the base rate (a) and the non-informative prior weight (C) through the changes in evidence. The multi-agent unified fusion operator not only meets the commutative and associative law but is also consistent with the researchers's cognitive rules. A strict mathematical proof was given by this paper. Finally, through the simulation experiments, the results show that the ISLM-ED is more reasonable and effective and that it can be better adapted to the changing environment.

The efficiency of port operations is an important indicator of port development. Moreover, there is excess handling capacity in Chinese ports, which results in a slower speed of development. Under the detrimental environment of the international shipping market, it is necessary to improve the operation efficiency of ports for long-term development. This paper provides an assessment of the competitiveness of Chinese seaport companies using the Boston Consulting Group's matrix, and efficiency measurements using a data envelopment analysis and the Malmquist method. This analysis showed that highly efficient companies reformed their development strategies, which should be a solution considered by less efficient companies, such as Shenzhen Yan Tian Port Holdings Co., Ltd.. Although, having high throughput should be reformed in the investment structure. This research will assist port companies in gaining effective operating experience, and governments in establishing strategic planning to enhance the efficiency of port development.

This paper proposed a real-time, low-cost, fast transistor open-circuit fault diagnosis method for voltage-source inverter fed induction motors. A transistor open-circuit changes the symmetry of the inverter topology, leading to different similarities among three phase load currents. In this paper, dynamic time warping is proposed to describe the similarities among load currents. The proposed diagnosis is independent of the system model and needs no extra sensors or electrical circuits. Both simulation and experimental results show the high efficiency of the proposed fault diagnosis method.

The effects of JPEG2000 compression on automated DSM extraction by using the area-based matching are evaluated in this paper. The influences on DSM heights obtained via PCI Geomatics OrthoEngine module are investigated using a single stereo model of 1:5,000 scale aerial photography at image resolution of 20 ${\mu}$m. The experiment design of elevation errors are computed for a range of compression rates from 2:1 to about 100:1, and the DSM which generated from uncompressed image is used as ‘ground truth’ data for comparison. The experimental results show that the standard deviation ranged from 0.9m to 2.5m with the compression ratio from 2 to 100. It is also observed that there is no significant degradation on DSM accuracy up to the compression ratio of 33.

Conventional methods investigating soil Hg contamination are time-consuming and expensive. A quicker method is developed to predict soil Hg content with convolved HyMap, ASTER, and TM spectra. The prediction accuracy for each sensor is satisfactory and similar. It suggests that low spectral resolution is not a limitation for predicting soil Hg content. Correlation analysis reveals that Hg -sorption by iron oxides is the mechanism by which to predict spectrally featureless Hg with reflectance spectra. Future study with field measurements and remote sensing data is recommended.

Objectives : This research had been designed to survey Li Chan 's viewpoint of physiological characteristics of tripple energizers and discover his own medical distinction in them. Methods : First, look up contents related with it's physiological characteristics in his book, Introduction to Medicine. Second, investigate which books they had derived from. Third, decide whether the contents were originative or not. Results & Conclusions : Even though his viewpoint of it's characteristics mostly followed Neijing (內經) and Nanjing (難經), he partially changed and added some theories in his book. For example, he regarded that tripple energizers played a role in not only 6 vowels but also 5 viscera, developed man's essence-spirit and made his joints strong. These came from Wang Haogu (王好古)'s CiShiNanJi (此事難知), Suwen (素問) ShengQiTongTianLun (生氣通天論) and so on.

In China, environmental noise policies are composed of correlated laws adopted by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and promulgated by the President of the country, regulations promulgated by the State Council and/or local government, standards issued by the Standardization Administration Committee (SAC) under the State Council. The laws mainly include the 'Environmental Protection Law' and the 'Law on Prevention and Control of Pollution From Environmental Noise' Regulations are often applied to a special noise pollution phenomenon of wide influence. They are generally only effective in a given area and/or a specific period. Tens of correlated standards specify the noise level limits of different functional zones of land use and of different equipment, machines, devices, appliances etc., and the measurement methods. In this presentation, a brief introduction to these policies and their operations is given and discussed. The conclusion is that the policies supply an effective legislative basis for environmental noise prevention and control in China, but still a lot of work should be conducted and completed to strive for a quiet society.

Privacy is one of the most important and difficult research issues in ubiquitous computing. It is qualitative rather than quantitative. Privacy preserving mainly relies on policy based rules of the system, and users cannot adjust their privacy disclosure rules dynamically based on their wishes. To make users understand and control their privacy measurement, we present a scheme to quantize the personal privacy. We aim to configure the person's privacy based on the numerical privacy level which can be dynamically adjusted. Instead of using the traditional simple rule engine, we implement this scheme in a complex way. In addition, we design the scenario to explain the implementation of our scheme. To the best of our knowledge, we are the first to assess personal privacy numerically to achieve precision privacy computing. The privacy measurement and disclosure model will be refined in the future work.

지금까지 한국근대음악에 대한 담론은 꾸준히 진행되어 왔으나 음악원전을 공유할 수 있는 시스템이 아직 구축되지 않은 상태이며, 특히 한국의 근대음악문화를 형성하는 데 중요한 역할을 담당했던 음악교육자료는 쉽게 찾아보기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 동아시아의 음악교육자료를 바탕으로 음악원전을 공유할 수 있는 데이터베이스를 구축함으로써, 한국 근대음악문화를 보다 거시적인 안목에서 연구할 수 있는 선도역할을 하고자 한다.
