제품개발 공정신뢰성 확보를 위한 TRIZ 기반 창조적 문제해결 방법 연구 (A Study on the Inventive Problem Solving Method for Reliability Assurance of Product Development Process using the TRIZ)

  • Recently, product-reliability and process-reliability in product development processes has been regarded as an important issue in many manufacturers. TRIZ which is theory for inventive solving is required to obtain reliability of each process. To solve the technological problems, TRIZ provides problems can be occurred in product development processes as a contradiction matrix based on 40 creative invention principles with alternatives for physical and technological contradiction. This paper suggests the method for inventive solving to ensure the reliability assurance of product development processes based on TRIZ.

  • This paper describes the design process of super water-saving toilet bowl system by the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ). The physical contradiction in TRIZ is defined far saving water in toilet bowl system with preventing the bad smell from septic tank. The super water-saving toilet bowl system is obtained by using the separation principle in time far resolving the physical contradiction. The real system is made using CAD tools. The consumption of water in the system implemented, is estimated about 3 ιcomparing with 13 ι of that in conventional toilet bowl system.

  • The Russian theory of inventive problem solving method in Engineering, TRIZ is introduced to the non Engineering field these days. In this paper, the applications of TRIZ to creative knowledge management for knowledge creation are reviewed. This paper shows some examples on the systematic win-win problem solving in business environments using TRIZ methodology and comments the possibility of TRIZ in conceptual creative business innovation in future.

  • This paper describes the development process of mosquito trap with the effect of air cleaning by using the substance-field analysis and evolution pattern of systems in the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ). By the concept of standard solution about introducing S3 substance, modification of S1 (human) and S2 (mosquito) between first substance SI and second substance S2 with harmful effect, we got the concept of the mosquito trap with mosquito attractants instead of mosquito reluctants such as mosquito stick coil and skin medicine w~th bad and toxic smell. The number of mosquitos traped by one trap near cattle shed per one n~ght in summer, was over 10 thousands with some effects of air cleaning.

  • This paper describes the design and fabrication process of super water-saving toilet bowl system by the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ). The physical contradiction in TRIZ is defined to obtain the conceptual design for saving water in toilet bowl system with preventing the bad smell from septic tank. The super water-saving toilet bowl system is obtained by using the separation principle in time for resolving the physical contradiction. The consumption of water in the prototype system fabricated, is estimated about $3{\ell}$ comparing with $13{\ell}$ of that in conventional toilet bowl system. The noise from water in the prototype toilet bowl system is decreased by 1/3 of that in conventional toilet bowl system.

  • TRIZ, the Russian acronym for Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TIPS) is introduced in this paper. The core concepts of TRIZ such as levels of inventions, patterns of technological evolution, technical and physical contradictions are explained. It is also discussed that how TRIZ can be applied to quality function deployment in order to overcome negative correlations(i.e., trade-off relationships) between engineering characteristics. Some case examples are presented for the purpose of explanation.

  • 창의적 문제해결 이론인 트리즈는 기계나 전기, 전자와 같은 전통적인 공학 분야뿐만 아니라 IT 분야에서도 널리 활용되어 좋은 성과를 거두고 있기 때문에, 최근 많은 대학들이 트리즈를 정규 교과목으로 개설하고 있다. 특히 트리즈의 40가지 발명원리는 초보자도 비교적 쉽게 배울 수 있는 창의적 발상 도구이자 매우 강력한 문제해결 도구이지만, 실제 문제 해결에 제대로 활용하는 것은 생각처럼 쉬운 것이 아니다. 발명원리가 창의적 문제해결을 위한 강력한 도구가 되기 위해서는 발명원리에 대한 흥미 유발을 통해서 학습자가 반복해서 활용해 보도록 교육하는 것이 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 일상에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 명함들 속에 숨어있는 다양한 발명원리를 소개하고, 발명원리를 활용한 명함 제작을 통해서 발명원리에 대한 흥미를 유발하도록 교육하는 방법에 대해 제안하였다.

  • This study is analyse method for Industrial disester prevention of E-9 foreign workers. To do this, We adapted tp TRIZ 's creative problem solving theory and AHP, QFD. TRIZ is determined some parameters for problem solving and selected the inventive principles for each parameters. So, We made new parameters and inventive principles under theory of the TRIZ process for reduced to the foreign worker's disaster rate. After, The derived parameters and the inventive principles are used to evaluate the importance of factors through the AHP, and determine the weight of the relation through QFD expansion. Finally. this paper applies statistical data according to the determined model process, analyzes the result and proposes improvement method for the prevention of disaster of foreign workers.

  • This paper introduces TRIZ. TRIZ is the theory of inventive problem solving which haws started by G.Altschuler since 1946, Russia. TRIZ is applicable for not only mechanical engineering, but also science, economic and pedagogy fields. Characteristics of some kind of softwares for TRIZ method are briefly reviewed Especially Catia with IMC TechOptimizer is studied in detail and it is expected to be applicable well for the Ocean Engineering fields, if applicably applied for IM-Principles, IM-Predictions and IM-Effects, even though it will need much efforts and time to study. As an application example of TRIZ, Self-expandable anchor which is pending for patent is presented briefly.
