This study analyzed President Park's speeches and the government's industry policy in the field of information security using cognitive map. The relationship analysis between policy tool variables and policy goal variables was employed to derive revitalization strategy of information security. This paper found that entrepreneurship revitalization has very strong causality with expansion of domestic market and global market. But, on the other hand, HR development has very weak causality with job creation and future growth driver because the labor market in the information security industry is poor and its transfer rate to other industry is very high. This study showed that this cognitive map could be characterized by a scarcity of feedback loops and a strong emphasis on the positive loops in the structure of virtuous circle. In this paper, we also constructed a comprehensive cognitive map on the policy vision of information security, showing that there are a risk of cyber threat, an opportunity of new fusion security market, information security reinforcing circle, global economic circle, and domestic market circle.

본 연구는 재난환경 변화에 대응한 인적재난 R&D 중장기 로드맵 수립 기획에 관한 것으로서, 인적재난 안전기술 분야의 기술개발 투자 확대 방안 및 관련분야 선진국 대비 기술수준 격차해소를 위한 전략 제시, 인적재난안전기술개발 사업의 차세대대응기술 예측을 통한 사업 고도화, 중장기 로드맵 및 중점추진전략 도출, 중점 추진전략에 따른 주요 추진사업 및 세부추진과제 RFP 도출 등의 방안을 제시하였다. 주요 성과로서, 인적재난안전기술개발 중장기 투자 확대, 미래 인적재난 발생 가능성 예측을 통한 향후 재난대응 환경 변화와 안전관리 정책관련 패러다임 예측 및 효율적 대응, 인적재난안전기술 개발 중장기 로드맵을 통해 인적재난기술의 가치향상과 미래도약 기반강화 등이 기대된다.

4차 산업혁명으로 대변되는 기술과 산업의 패러다임 변화에 따라 기업의 R&D가 미래 성장 동력원의 핵심 역량으로 진화하고 있다. 이에, 기술전략수립 체계의 효과적 운영을 위한 기술경영에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 관련분야를 중심으로 유기적 관계 형성의 중요성 또한 증가하고 있다. 이러한 유기적 관계형성을 통한 기업과 대학간 상생을 위하여 대학에서는 가족회사제도를 운영하고 있으며, 이를 통해 기업과 대학간 인적 물적 자원을 체계적으로 공유하는 맞춤형 산 학협력체제를 구축하고 있다. 특히, 기술경영분야는 기업의 가치지향적 기술전략 수립을 위해 가족회사제도의 효과적이고 효율적인 운영이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 부경대학교 기술경영전문대학원에서 운영중인 가족회사제도의 운영현황을 분석한다. 그리고, 동남권 기업들의 기술경영 혁신 역량 확보를 위한 가족회사제도 활성화 방안을 제시한다.

본 연구는 특허 선행기술 조사분석 및 서비스 전략에 대한 것으로, 주로 무선 충전기술 분야의 동향과 선행 특허를 조사하고 해당 기술을 스마트폰 및 비스마트폰, 기술 및 디자인 및 UX/UI, 각 무선 충전기술 등과 연계하여 사용하기 적합한 서비스 및 전략을 제시하는 것이다. 무선충전시장의 시장 전망은 꾸준히 상승하고 있으며, 최근의 경우 2010년 1억 2,390만 달러 수준에서 2011년 8억 8,580만 달러로 약 6배정도 성장하였으며, 2014년에는 180억 달러 규모에 이를 것으로 예상되고 있다. 이 기술분야에 대한 관심은 꾸준히 증가하고 있는 추세이며 관련 상품도 지속적으로 등장하고 있다. 따라서 전 세계적으로 무선 충전 기술을 활용할 수 있는 기틀이 마련되고 있으며, 이 기술을 응용한 서비스나 제품에 대한 개발 및 연구가 후속되려면 다양한 관심과 노력이 수반되어야 한다. 본 연구의 결과로는 무선 충전 기술관련 특허전략 및 특정 제품관련 특허 무효화 전략이나 라이센싱 혹은 권리화 전략이 가능하고, 또한 새로운 디자인 및 배터리 공유와 내구성 강화 등을 가능케 하는 신규 특허전략이 도출되었다.

The hub-and-spoke strategy is widely used in the field of transportation. At the field of rail transportation, however, it is difficult that we find an application case of this strategy because of modal characteristics. According to the fast growth of containerization and the development of transshipment technology, presently, the hub-and-spoke strategy is introduced by operators on actual European rail freight transportation. However, it is hardly to find empirical studies evaluating the applicability of transportation strategy. In this context, this study analyzed the applicabilities of hub-and-spoke strategy in the actual network of European rail freight. For the application and evaluation of the characteristics of hub-and-spoke strategy, it utilized a service network design model for rail freight. Utilizing this model, it analyzed the efficiency of furnished rail freight services, the potential locations of hubs, the characteristics of O-D flows by the types of trains and service links, and the types of paths of O-D flows. Finally, it proposed some implications and the further study topics.

Large-scale construction projects require various license and technologies for the manufacturing and handling processes. Also, the whole life cycle business process management determines the success of the project. Then, the efficiency of the business conducted by stakeholders and their possessed technology should be enhanced in order to strengthen their competitive power. For this reason, many experts pointed out to focus on the improvement of the life cycle process and efficient management. Since it is very important to keep up-to-date data and utilize it for work during the long-term project to reflect changes in the large-scale project, the most important part of the project management in project is information change management. Therefore, the objective of this study is applying configuration management(CM) technique in order to managing change data generated for planning in early phase. The result of this research will certainly assist the large-scale project managers in the development of information change management system.
