The purpose of this paper is to propose an approach to design a robust servo controller based on the Mixed H$_2$/H$\sub$$\infty$/ theory. In order to do this, we first modify the generalized plant for the usual H$\sub$$\infty$/ servo problem to a structure of the Mixed H$_2$/H$\sub$$\infty$/ minimization problem by virtue of the internal model principle. By doing this, we can divide specifications adopted for robust servo system design into H$_2$and H$\sub$$\infty$/ performance criteria, respectively. Then, the mixed H$_2$/H$\sub$$\infty$/ problem is solved in order to find the best solution, by which we can minimize H$_2$-norm of the transfer function under the condition of H$\sub$$\infty$/-norm value, through Linear Matrix Equality (LMI).

신호처리와 analysis를 위한 여러 기초적인 기술이 소개되었다. 이들은 먼저 불확정성순리의 개입에 의하여 특히 교환불가능한 operator 들이 작용한 결과의 등호는 tolerance가 있을 수 있음과 random process 처리방법과 manmum entropy estimate적인 ,사고방식을 통하여 재래식 확정론적 사고방식으로부터의 이탈을 길잡았다. 마지막으로 검출, 추정 및 함수추정의 여러 기법과 covariance functron의 posltive semi-definite-ness 그리고 Karhunen-Loeve 전개, 한 화상의 SVD 등이 설명됐다.

본 논문은 돌봄민주주의 관점에서 중앙정부의 보육정책을 규범적 접근으로 분석했다. 저출산 고령화로 인한 돌봄공백이 신사회 위험으로 등장하면서 경제성장 중심에서 돌봄가치 중심으로의 패러다임 전환이 필요하다는 사회적 인식이 이루어졌다. 하지만 돌봄윤리가 개별 정책에 어떤 방식으로 반영되어야 하는가에 대한 구체적인 정책연구는 많이 이루어지지 못해왔다. 이에돌봄민주주의 관점의 '자유', '평등', '정의' 가치를 적용해서 보육정책을 분석하고 새로운 정책지향을 제시하고자 했다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, 자유 관점에서, 현재 보육정책은 자유선택의 제약으로 인해 공공성과 사회연대성이 담보되지 못하고 있다. 둘째, 평등관점에서 성별및 소득불평등으로 인한 계층화는 인종과 세대의 축이 더해지면서 더욱 복잡하고 다층적인 불평등을 초래했으며, 사적 돌봄의 악순환이 나타나고 있다. 셋째, 정의관점에서 과거로부터 축적되어 온 부정의는 조정을 통해 교정되지 못하면서 구조적 불평등이 오히려 심화되는 것으로 나타난다.

본 연구의 목적은 대순사상에 입각한 여성성(女性性)과 외부담론인 페미니즘(Feminism) 이론을 통해 여성과 여성성에 대한 개념 및 그 역할의 의미와 가치를 재조명해보고자 하는 데 있다. 특히 남녀평등 이념을 실현하는 과정에서 대순사상의 여성해원(女性解冤)과 관련하여 여성으로서의 공덕(功德)과 이를 위한 실천적 부분에 대해 집중적으로 살핌으로써 여성해원의 적극적이고 바람직한 역할을 도출하고자 한다. 그럼으로써 상극(相克)의 세계를 상생(相生)의 세계로, 억음존양(抑陰尊陽)의 상황이 낳은 갈등을 정음정양(正陰正陽)할 수 있는 길을 모색하고자 한다. 1세대 페미니즘은 평등 지향 논리로 요약될 수 있다. 이를 대순사상과 관련시켜 볼 때, 남녀를 떠나서 완전한 인간완성을 이루고자 한다면 여성의 입장에서 보았을 때 대순사상에서 제시하는 가장 이상적인 여성상은 여성도통군자(女性道通君子)일 것이다. 후천에서는 남성과 여성의 구별이 없이 노력한 만큼의 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 도의 이치에 대한 깨달음, 즉 음양의 이치를 깨달은 상태에서는 남성과 여성의 구별이 무의미하며 남녀 모두 '도통군자(道通君子)'에 다름 아닌 것이다. 따라서 페미니즘 1세대의 평등이념과 여성해원 사상은 그 개념 구사의 유사성에도 불구하고 평등의 이념이 도달하고자 하는 차원이 명백히 구별되는 논의라고 할 것이다. 2세대 페미니즘의 대표적 논증은 '배려'라는 여성적 특질의 강조이다. 대순사상에서 이와 관련되는 개념은 자모지정(慈母之情)이다. 그런데 자모지정은 비단 여성만이 가지는 덕도 아니고 어머니인 사람만이 가지는 덕이 아니라 '음덕(陰德)'이라고 하는 '음(陰)'의 가치이다. 자모지정은 자신을 적극적으로 내세우는 것이 아니라 낮추고 타인의 뜻을 이루도록 돕는 실천 영역을 지칭하며, 음(陰)이라는 원리의 환유적 차원인 '여성성'과 닿아있는 가치이다. 이를 사회적으로 확산시키는 과정 중에 하나로써 중요한 것이 포덕이라고 할 수 있으며, 이러한 포덕을 통해 화(和)를 이끌어내면 '정음정양'이라는 도가 실현된 평(平)의 상태에 도달할 수 있는 것이다. 그리고 이 평의 차원은 정음정양이 실현된 우주적 과정이기 때문에 단순히 사회에서의 평등 구현이라는 페미니즘, 혹은 다수의 이데올로기들의 세간적 차원의 목표와 명백한 차이를 가지고 있다. 상극의 시대인 선천에서 상생의 시대인 후천으로 나아감에 있어서 '평(平)'의 원리와 '화(和)'의 원리를 부단히 실천해가야 한다는 논리를 제시한다고도 볼 수 있는 대순사상의 관점에서 그 출발점에 있는 '화(和)'와 '포덕(布德)'의 관계성과 그 가치에 대한 강조가 중요하다고 할 때 대순사상의 실현은 '자모지정'이라는 여성적 가치의 활성화에 그 출발점이 있다고 밝힐 수 있다.

국가공무원법이 일반대학원 진학 공무원들과 법학전문대학원 진학 공무원들을 차별하는 것은 합리적 근거에 의한 차별이라 보여지지 않고, 관련 법령 및 규칙은 헌법 제11조의 평등원칙에 위배되는 것으로 생각한다. 국가공무원법 제71조 제2항 제3호 및 제72조 제6호와 공무원임용규칙 제90조는 '중앙인사관장기관의 장이 지정하는 연구기관이나 교육기관'에 진학하려는 공무원에게는 연수휴직제도를 이용할 수 있도록 규정하고 있으나, 법학전문대학원에 진학하고자 하는 공무원들에게는 이를 허용하지 않음으로 인하여 차별 취급하고 있는 것을 개선해야 한다. 따라서 야간 로스쿨 또는 생업에 종사하다가 입학할 수 있는 특별전형 제도를 활용하는 것이 바람직하다고 생각한다.

여성의 인권과 권리가 상승된 현대사회는 남녀평등이라는 원칙 아래 사회의 모든 분야에서 여성과 남성을 차별하지 않고 동등하게 대우할 것을 요구하고 있다. 현대사회에서 남녀평등을 말하기까지에는 그 이면에 페미니즘이 있다. 페미니즘은 여성과 남성의 권리와 기회를 평등하게 만들기 위해서 진행되었으나 역사적으로 사회활동과 정치참여를 남성이 주도 해왔기 때문에 여성권리의 주장과 실현을 목표로 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 페미니즘을 영상미디어 콘텐츠인 애니메이션을 통해 연구해보고자 한다. 주지하다시피 미디어는 각 시대의 이데올로기가 반영됨으로써 그 시대를 비추는 거울과도 같다. 그런 의미에서 영상 미디어의 대표적인 장르인 애니메이션에서 나타나는 페미니즘의 경향을 연구하는 것은 시대의 경향을 이해하는 과정에 있어 매우 유의미하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 페미니즘적 경향이 확연히 드러나는 두 편의 애니메이션 "소녀혁명 우테나"와 "겨울왕국"을 분석하였다. 두 애니메이션에는 마녀로써 객체화 된 여성이 주체적인 여성을 만나 자기주도적인 선택과 행동을 하는 캐릭터의 변화를 담고 있다. 이를 통해 현대사회에서 보여지는 포스트페미니즘의 주체적이며 자아 성취적인 경향을 확인할 수 있었고, 이를 기반으로 앞으로 나타날 페미니즘의 변화상 역시 예측 가능하였다. 본 논문의 한계로는 페미니즘에 관련된 애니메이션의 자료를 찾기 쉽지 않았다. 한국에서도 이와 관련된 학술대회가 개최되었고 인터넷 상에서 많은 해석이 있었지만 본 연구에 부합되는 자료가 적어 아쉬움이 남았다. 이는 다음번 연구를 통해 더 심화시키고자 한다.

The purpose of the study is to find how the family moral principles are placed in the Buddhist Sutra how they come up to the surface through certain course. We set up the following five kinds of question for aim of this study First in which form are the family moral principles placed in the Buddhist Sutra ? That is are they shown devided into two between the fundamental though of Buddhism and the concrete description? Second how are the family moral principles melted into the fundamental though of Bud-dhism ? Buddhism takes a cognitive method of pursuiting one from divesification,. If that is so the family moral principles will establish the fundamental thought of Buddhism melted along with other phenomena. When the fundamental thought of Buddhism is restored to the family moral principles which image are they presented with us? Third if the family moral princprinciples melted into the fundamental thought of Buddhism in itself came up to the surface ? Buddhism has a and is mixed together. The family moral principles of Buddhism are named from the fundamental thoughts to the family moral principles and do not come up to the surface but are melted into the important concepts of Buddism that is charity kama nirvara emptiness the principle of middle way. The aspects of the family moral principles which are melted into theses thoughts: 1) The concept of loving-kindness including equality non-self practice is shown in the family moral principles. 2) The thought of karma includes the moral principles for interdependence between the building up of home and family members. 3) Home should be a place of self-realization from the suffering realization This kind of home salvation should be set up by family members themselves and the consciousness of the master that such salvation is neither to be made by others not to be given by god is presented one should be the master of one's life 4) The thought of emptiness includes the social extension of home and those of the moral principles of collective body of family. 5) The Buddnist family is morality is based on the principle of the middle way shich means neither too extrim nor lacking.

A nonlinear static procedure considering work-energy principle and global failure mechanism to estimate base shears of reinforced concrete (RC) frame-type structures is presented. The relative energy equation comprising of elastic vibrational energy, plastic strain energy and seismic input energy is obtained. The input energy is modified with a factor depending on damping ratio and ductility, and the energy that contributes to damage is obtained. The plastic energy is decreased with a factor to consider the reduced hysteretic behavior of RC members. Given the pre-selected failure mechanism, the modified energy balance equality is written using various approximations for modification factors of input energy and plastic energy in scientific literature. External work done by the design lateral forces distributed to story levels in accordance with Turkish Seismic Design Code is calculated considering the target plastic drift. Equating the plastic energy obtained from energy balance to external work done by the equivalent inertia forces considering, a total of 16 energy-based base shears for each frame are derived considering different combinations of modification factors. Ductility related parameters of modification factors are determined from pushover analysis. Relative input energy of multi degree of freedom (MDOF) system is approximated by using the modal-energy-decomposition approach. Energy-based design base shears are compared with those obtained from nonlinear time history (NLTH) analysis using recorded accelerograms. It is found that some of the energy-based base shears are in reasonable agreement with the mean base shear obtained from NLTH analysis.

Today FTA extends over the world and Korea as a main member of international trade is no exception. In the past Korea, as the developing countries, has made endlessly effort to induce foreign investment from foreign enterprise and/or government to be a truly OECD countries today and made it. Korea's trade economy was reached 1 trillion dollars in 2012. Now we have to find a new way to produce, process, procure goods from foreign investment and also need to protect our profit and/or rights within foreign judicial territory. There are two method to protect foreign enterprise or government. First they rely on general principles in WTO or Bilateral Investment Treaty that the principle of equality, national treatment, and most-favored-nation treatment, you can create a predictable environment to protect foreign enterprise and/or government. Second they need to incorporate contractual clauses in their agreement such as stabilization clause, force majeure, arbitration, governing law or sovereign immunity. Of course there are many things left behind to consider I hope it will be helpful to those who prepare foreign investment contract.

In the situation of rapid industrialization based on the lopsided development of economy since 1960, Korean rural society has faced a crisis of disruption. As a result, the civilian government has tried a few actions to change the circumstance. However, it is said that the coral polices were not satisfactory. Those who were concerned with the rural problems of these days argue that it is necessary to adopt new policies and further to change the policymakers` philosophies concerning the matter. The arguments are certainly based on the beliefs that the sound policies come from the sound philosophies. This study aims to analyze the existing rural polices and their policymakers` philosophies and to design of a new paradigm. For the purpose, this study was set there specific objectives: First, to overview the moor points of Quantitative Utilitarianism of Jeremy Bentham and the Social Justice Theory of John Rawls, the contrasting frameworks of the moral philosophies; Second, to trace the major or trade of the rural policies since 1960s in Korea; Third, to analyze the policymakers` philosophies reflected on the rural policies; Fourth, to design a new paradigm of the rural policies. This study mainly adopted descriptive method based on the various source of government and non-government statistics, white papers and other researches. The major findings of this study may be summarized as follows: 1. The historical epochs of the rural policies in Korea was divided into the periods: (1) An organizational and institutional establishment for self-reliance of main crops and the New Village Movement $(1969{\sim}70)$; (2) An initiation of `open-door` policies to the foreign farm products $(1970{\sim}80)$; (3) Completion of the UR meetings and the recommendations of the Rural and Fishery Development Commission (1980-present). 2. It was found that the philosophical foundations of coral policies were directly reflected from the utilitarianism of the national development. Under the philosophy it was the modem sector of economy that was to spearhead the national development, and the rural sector was situated to the peripheral position and hardly in the spot-light. Therefore, it may be said that the present situation of the rural society was largely rooted in the model of economic development. 3. As a new direction of the coral policies, many studies were focussing on the NTC (non-trade concerns) functions of agriculture for the present and future society. The researchers argue that the cost of protecting and supporting agriculture and rural society may be higher than that of the burden which the nation should be bear in the case of failure of agriculture. Although it tray be true, however, it should be noted that the argument is another type of utilitarianism which prevailed in the past. As a philosophy of rural policies, utilitarianism is straight forward and persuasive, however, it has also limitations in terms of relativism in broad sense or social justice in specific manna. 4. This study suggests to set the philosophical foundations of rural policies on the basis of Rawl`s Theory of Justice mentioned earlier. It emphasizes the inviolability of social justice which was neglected for the national benefits timing the period of development dictatorship in 1960s and 1970s. The principles of social justice for coral people were identified as twofold; (1) The principle of the t equal liberty; (2) (a) Difference principle, (b) The principle of fair equality of opportunity.
