본 연구는 원자력기술의 혁신특성을 심층조사 함으로써 4세대 원자력에너지기술의 전환 시 발생 가능한 이슈를 이해하고 한국의 정책현황을 분석하여 4세대 원자력에너지기술의 성공적 안착을 위한 시사점을 도출하였다. 이는 현재 세계 5강의 원자력에너지기술 강국인 한국에서 4세대 원자력에너지기술의 도래에도 지속가능한 경쟁력을 유지하기 위한 중요한 정책적인 시사점으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 정성적 문헌연구방법을 통해 원자력기술혁신에 관한 문헌들을 조사한 결과, 4세대 원자력 에너지기술의 전환에 영향을 미치는 요인은 크게 4가지로 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 장기간의 안정적인 자원 할당, 혁신을 위한 이해당사자 간의 지속적인 상호작용, 완전한 시스템을 위한 기술과 노하우의 축적, 적용 및 실증을 위한 정책적인 시장이었다. 이를 한국의 4세대 원자력에너지기술과 연관한 정책을 대상으로 적용하여 사례분석을 한 결과, 현재 4세대 기술이 기술개발의 초기단계에서 실증단계로 넘어가는 시점임을 감안하더라도 연관한 정책은 실증과 운영을 위한 전문인력의 체계적인 양성 방안, 사회적 수용성과 저항에 대한 대응, 실증에 대한 구체적인 계획 수립, 4세대 원자력시스템을 적용하기 위한 정책적인 시장을 제안하는 장기적인 노력, 이해당사자들 간의 구체적이고 지속적인 상호작용을 적극 장려하는 것이 체계적으로 필요함을 제시하였다.

With technology rapidly changing our economic, cultural and social realities, the question of how to educate the generation for the fourth industrial revolution has been a pressing issue. The purpose of this study is to review teachers' perception regarding the educational change in the fourth industrial revolution. For this purpose, we surveyed 420 school teachers and administrators. Most teachers highly understand The Fourth Industrial Revolution and they think AI(Artificial Intelligence) is a core technology. They recognize The Fourth Industrial Revolution is very important and great influence in the education field. For this, they need educational innovation in the education field. Elementary school teacher perceive understanding Elementary school teachers think that understand The Fourth Industrial Revolution and change of curriculum is highly important. And, Secondary school teachers perceive that the change of education system and class is very necessary. Lastly, STEAM education is the most appropriate to prepare for a changing society.

In 2019, 5.6% of the total energy produced worldwide came from wind. Offshore wind generation is still a small portion of the total wind generation, yet its growth is exponential. Higher availability of sites, larger producibility and potentially lower environmental impacts make offshore wind generation attractive. On the other hand, as the water depth increases, fixed foundations are no more viable, and the new frontier is that of floating foundations. This paper brings an overview of why and how offshore wind energy should move deep water; it contains material from the Keynote Lecture given by the first author at the ACEM20/Structures20 Conference, held in Seoul in August 2020. The paper is organized into four sections: the first giving general concepts about wind generation especially offshore, the second and the third considering economic and technical aspects, respectively, of offshore deep-water wind generation, in the fourth, some challenges of floating offshore wind generation are presented and some conclusions are drawn.

COVID-19 감염증의 확산으로 언택트 교육을 위한 차세대학습관리시스템의 필요성이 빠르게 증가하고 있으며, 교육부는 4세대 나이스 구축을 통해 미래 교육을 계획하고 있다. 4세대 나이스 시스템이 잘 활용되었을 경우, 맞춤형 교육 서비스 제공, 교육데이터 이용 활성화 등의 장점이 존재하나, 사용자의 권한이 다양하여 엄격한 권한부여가 힘든 접근제어 환경에서 불법적인 접근 문제를 해결할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 본 논문에서 우리는 차세대학습관리를 위한 블록체인 기반의 접근제어 감사시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템을 통해 민감한 개인정보는 암호화하여 저장하고, 추후 감사자가 감사를 수행할 때 복호화에 필요한 비밀키를 발급함으로써 원활한 감사가 이루어지도록 한다. 또한, 저장된 로그정보의 위·변조 및 삭제 등을 방지하기 위해 로그 정보를 블록체인에 저장하여 안정성을 확보하였다. 이를 위해 계층적 ID 기반 암호와 프라이빗 블록체인을 사용하여 교육부와 같은 상위 기관에서 각 기관의 접근권한을 총괄적으로 관리할 수 있도록 구성한다.

제 4차 산업혁명의 도래로 인한 신기술의 도입과 클라우드 업무환경으로의 변화 등의 기록관리 외부환경의 변화로 인해 기록의 생산 및 관리 환경의 변화가 예상되나 현재의 법제와 시스템 등이 이러한 외부 환경 변화에 유연하게 대응하기에는 부족한 상황이다. 기록관리 프로세스, 시스템, 인프라 영역의 제문제가 서로 얽혀있어 부분적인 개편으로는 외부환경 변화에 대응하기 어렵다. 이에 전면적인 재설계가 필요하며 이러한 전면적 개편을 '차세대 전자기록관리'로 명명하고 차세대 전자기록관리 체계 구축을 위해 전자기록관리 프로세스를 재설계할 때 고려해야 하는 주요한 이슈들과 개선방법에 대해 연구하였다.

This study is to explore the relationship between the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the environment using the big data methodology. We scrutinize the trend of the Fourth Industrial revolution, in association with the environment, and provide implications for a more desirable future environmental policy. The results show that the Industrial Revolution has been generally perceived as negative to environment before the 2010s, while it has been widely regarded as positive after the period. It is highly expected that the Fourth Industrial Revolution will be capable of functioning as a new alternative to enhance the quality of the biophysical and social environment. This study justifies that the new wave of technological development may serve as a cure for the enhancement of the environmental quality. The positive linkage between the new technological development and the environment from this study clearly indicates that the environmental industry and environmental technologies will be key economic factors in the next-generation society. They should be of critical importance in shaping our cities into clearer and greener spaces, and people will continuously depend on the development of new environmental technologies in order to correct environmental damages.

본 연구는 2019년 올해로 3.1 운동이 발발한지 백주년을 맞이하면서 3.1 운동이 한국역사에 미쳤던 의의와 영향들을 살펴보고 제4차 산업혁명시대의 교회가 감당해야 할 역할이 무엇인지를 조명했다. 또한 이러한 3.1 운동이 현대 사회에 주는 의미를 다음과 같이 확인했다. 첫째, 교회는 사회에 대한 분명한 책임의식이 필요하다. 둘째, 현존하는 미래인 다음 세대에 대한 관심이 필요하다. 셋째, 그들을 위한 실제적 교육이 필요하다. 넷째, 이상만큼 중요한 것은 그 속에 들어있는 가치이다. 이러한 사실들을 중심으로 제4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하는 현대의 교회 역할은 어떠해야 하겠는지를 제안하였다. 첫째, 교회는 소속감을 강조하는 선교적 접근을 시도해야 한다. 둘째, Z세대로 불리는 다음 세대를 향한 교육이 무엇보다 중요하다. 셋째, 새로운 시대의 교회는 시민사회운동의 주역이 되어야 한다. 넷째, 교회의 온전한 교회됨의 구현을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 그래서 제4차 산업혁명 시대의 교회는 일상의 삶에서 하나님의 나라를 드러내는 보다 더 선교적인 공동체이어야 한다.

세계 각국은 서비스 경제화를 위한 각종 육성 정책을 마련하고 있다. 최근 4차 산업혁명이 가속화되면서 서비스산업의 역할에 관심이 높아지고 있다. 한국의 서비스산업은 고용, 부가가치, 생산성 측면에서 OECD 국가 중 하위권에 속하며 새로운 발전 전략을 모색할 시점이다. 우리 정부는 고용과 경제 활력을 도모하기 위하여 서비스 경제 발전 전략을 수립하고 있다. 하지만 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 서비스산업은 제조업과 융합되어 발전되어야 한다는 점에서 그 중요성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰을 통하여 중앙정부, 지방정부, 그리고 세계 각국이 추진하고 있는 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 주요 서비스산업 정책을 고찰한다. 그리고 4차 산업혁명에 대비한 7대 서비스산업 및 핵심 기술을 빅데이터 분석하고 그 관심도를 도출한다.

The purpose of this study was to explane the Net generation's characters appearing in the apparel brand naming for them. For this study, first I was trying to explane the New generation characters, second 45 apparel brands were selected by market research and questionaire survey was conducted on 53 the Net generation collage women of age 20 thru 21. Third, the apparel brands were classified into four types according to the characters reflecting in the apparel brand naming : First, the apparel brand type using the figures such as STORM=292513, 1492Miles. Second, the apparel brand type that two or more words are abbreviated into one word. Third, the apparel brand type containing more than one meaning in a brand naming or spelling the words as it pronunciate. Fourth, the apparel brand type using of slang. In conclusion, These types of the apparel brands were related to characters of the New generation, i.e., they who have grown in the advance of digital civilization are skilled in the communication through computer, internet and mobile phone, so that they are familiar with the figures, combined words, or abbreviated words etc. Also, they have individual, sensitivity character and seek after individuality, current fashion. They have also a tendency to accept various the sense of value, while they have a refusing tendency a custom or convention which the older generation has conformited.
