  • 공정 및 공사비는 건설사업관리에 있어서 가장 중요한 정보들로써, 건설사업관리는 이들 정보를 얼마나 효율적으로 관리하는지에 달려 있다. 국내에서는 아직 체계적인 공정관리가 정착되지 못하였으며, 공사비와의 연계관리 또한 정보의 연계성 부족과 많은 노력의 필요로 인하여 실용성이 부족한 형편이다. 본 연구에서는 공정, 공사비 정보의 연계관리를 위하여, 도로공사를 대상으로 사업초기단계부터 공통작업분류체계를 기준으로 디지털수량산출정보(QDB)를 작성하는 방안과 이를 기반으로 하는 디지털 수량산출정보시스템(QDBS)을 제안하고자 한다.

마이크로 관류수차의 최적형상 및 성능향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Optimal Configuration and Performance Improvement of a Micro Cross-Flow Hydraulic Turbine)

  • Recently, micro hydropower attracts attention because of its clean. renewable and abundant energy resources to develop. However, suitable turbine type is not normalized yet in the range of micro hydropower and it is necessary to study for the effective turbine type. Moreover, relatively high manufacturing cost by the complex structure of the turbine is the highest barrier for developing the micro hydropower turbine. Therefore a cross-flow turbine is proposed for micro-hydropower in this study because of its simple structure and high possibility of applying to low head. The purpose of this study Is to further optimize the turbine structure and improve the performance. A guide vane is removed and the runner chamber is made compact using a new air supply method. The results show that the efficiency of the turbine is improved in a wide operating range and the size of the turbine is remarkably reduced.

노즐형상변화에 따른 횡류수차의 압력과 속도 분포 (Pressure and Velocity Distributions of Cross-flow Hydroturbine by Nozzle Shape)

  • Recently, small hydropower attracts attention because of its clean, renewable and abundant energy resources to develop. However, suitable turbine type is not determined yet in the range of small hydropower and it is necessary to study for the effective turbine type. Moreover, relatively high manufacturing cost by the complex structure of the turbine is the highest barrier for developing the small hydropower turbine. Therefore, a cross-flow turbine is adopted because of its simple structure and high possibility of applying to small hydropower. The purpose of this study is to examine the optimum configuration of nozzle shape to further optimize the cross-flow hydraulic turbine structure and to improve the performance. The results show that pressure on the runner blade in Stage 1 and velocity at nozzle outlet have close relation to the turbine performance.

  • The laminating technique for developing flexible liquid crystal display was demonstrated by using a thin UV curable polymer film and a plastic substrate with patterned polymer wall structure. We adopted the rigid wall structure to provide a solid mechanical support for the stable molecular alignment of liquid crystals (LCs) in the device. The cover film was prepared to have an ability of aligning LC molecules by patterning a micro-groove structure using the soft-lithographic process. These two substrates can be assembled tightly by the laminating and one-step UV irradiation process because of the adhesive nature of the used UV curable polymers. Proposed method can be used to fabricate the flexible LC display with simplicity and also be applicable for a cost-effective roll-to-roll process.

범용 부품을 이용한 M-PHY AFE Block 개발 (Development of The M-PHY AFE Block Using Universal Components)

  • For the development of UFS device test system, M-PHY specifications should be matched with MIPI-standard which is analog signal protocol. In this paper, the implementation methodology and hardware structure for the M-PHY AFE (Analog Front End) Block was suggested that it can be implemented using universal components without ASIC process. The testing procedure has a jitter problem so to solve the problems we using ASIC process, normally but the ASIC process needs a lot of developing cost making the UFS device test system. In is paper, the suggestion was verified by the output signal which was compared to the MIPI-standard on the Prototype-board using universal components. The board was reduced the jitter on the condition of HS-TX and 5.824 Gbps Mode in SerDes (Serialize-deserializer). Finally, the suggestion and developed AFE block have a useful better than ASIC process on developing costs of the industrial UFS device test system.

  • In terms of that modem equipment become expensive, sophisticated and huge, the cost of developing the equipment is much considered in ILS. Therefore, the model of the level of repair analysis about equipment which have the multi-echelon and multi-indenture are purposed to derive optimal repair policy which mostly satisfy the availability by using the Mixed Integer Programming within the minimum cost.

  • A deterministic capacity expansion planning model for a two-capacity type facility is analyzed to determine the sizes to be expanded in each period so as to supply the known demands for two distinct capacity type(product) on time and to minimize the total cost incurred over a finite planning horizon of T periods. The model assumes that capacity unit of the facility simultaneously serves a prespecified number of demand units of each capacity type, that capacity type 1 can be used to supply demands for capacity type 2, but that capacity type 2 can't be used to supply demands for capacity type 1. Capacity expansion and excess capacity holding cost functions considered are nondecreasing and concave. The structure of an optimal solution is characterized and then used in developing an efficient dynamic programming algorithm that finds optimal capacity planning policy.

  • This paper describes the design and construction of a micro robotic system addressing such important aspects as versatility and low cost for rapid development and test of new control algorithm. The design and structure of micro robots are presented in detail. The supervision oriented concept is designed for controlling a group of micro robots. In this concept, the vision system recognizes the environment and the host computer decides the micro robot action based on the information from the vision system. In addition, the micro robots can be implemented cheaply and small in size because the structure of supervision oriented system is simplest. The experimental results and the performance of the proposed micro robotic system are discussed.

  • The Korean Tilting Train eXpress (TTX) with service speed of 180km/h have been developing using hybrid design concept combined with a sandwich composite structure for the carbody and stainless steel structure for the underframe to match the challenging demands with respect to cost efficient lightweight design for railway carriage structures. The sandwich composite structure was used to minimize the weight of the carbody, while the metal underframe was used to modify the design easily and to keep the strength of underframe for the installation of the electrical equipments. The sandwich composite structure was 23 meters long, 3 meters wide and 2.7 meters high, and cured as one body in a large autoclave equipment with the length of 30 meters and the diameter of 5 meters. The joint part between the carbody structure made of sandwich composites and the metal underframe was joined by the proposed design.

  • 본 논문은 ATM망에서의 실시간 서비스 중인 트래픽 추출 시 서비스의 중단, 시간 및 장소 제약 둥의 문제를 해결하기 위한 장치 개발에 대해 연구한 것으로 이 시스템의 특징은 원격으로 제어가 가능하며 서비스 중인 모든 회선에 대해 절단 없이 실시간 트래픽을 추출할 수 있다. 또한, 회선의 상태 감시를 통한 운용의 효율성을 증대할 수 있고, 고가의 측정 장비를 최소화하여 회선 상태 감시 및 유지 보수에 드는 비용의 절감 효과를 창출할 수 있다. 본 논문은 시스템 설계 시 고려된 요구사항, 모듈 구조, 동작 특성 등을 포괄적으로 다루었으며 제어에 필요한 기능 및 명령어들을 포함하고 있다. 이 연구 결과는 KT전화국에 설치하여 동작에 대한 안정성, 신뢰성 등을 시험하였고 그 결과 특별한 문제없이 사용할 수 있음이 검증되었으며 비용 절감 측면의 모듈 구조 개선을 추진하고 있다.
