The mechanization of production facilities being made rapid progress, and its function being diversified and complicated for industrialized period, the relation between machine and Its operator brings about many problems which are concerned with accident. In these circumstance, the purpose of industrial safety can not be properly achieved as considered by only one side of machine or man. Therefore, it is necessary to study how to cope with the safety of man-machine system. It has to be considered in the above mentioned contents that safety management can not be attained through only technique of numerical control. The cause of accident being studied scientifically, the service of safety problems has to be systematized and operated in rational safety organization. The purpose of this thesis is to consider preventing and decreasing industrial accident from production system field by means of the improvement of worker's own safety consciousness and introducing the function of safety management to the duties of labour union.

A railroad has a benefit of the mass transportation of a passenger and cargo, but just a time of accident could cause a huge loss of a human life and property. Especially, a typhoon and a localized torrential downpour usually happened in summer season have caused average 38.29 times of the missing roadbed which support the railroad in recent 7 years. If a train would pass on this railroad which the roadbed was missed, there could be a huge accident and many people will die. But, the security issue is not satisfied because the method of sensing the missing roadbed is depending solely on the naked eye inspection by a person in charge. So, in this study, I would like to suggest the missing roadbed real-time sensing and train operation system to reduce the possibility of the railroad accident by controlling the operation of train when the missing roadbed condition would be sensed in the real-time system.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to propose that domestic rail must the work to be done in the RCM system and railway operators are to present a direction to establish the efficient and systematic system based on this. Methods : In recent years, domestic railway accidents has decreased year rapidly every year. In particular, suicidal ideation was greater than 50% of the accidents is showing a larger decrease in the influence of the screen-door construction. However, the train delay has been maintained without major changes since 2010. The most important cause of the delay operation is a vehicle breakdown. This fact demonstrates that effective maintenance of the most important activities in the railway accident prevention activities. So we have to build a RCM system in which the characteristics of the domestic railway accident. Conclusion : We proposed what is necessary functionality and the function requires a railway operators in RCM railway systeml.

There is a possibility of saying that the accident of urban transit vehice or deficit operation is caused by the m.aintenance. urban transit vehice where the efficiency is good though does the time passes and it becomes old anger and does not display that efficiency not only the cause of formation accident does becomes. A clinical study was carried out 1 case of ischemic cerebrovascular accident which occurred at puerperium in a 27 year-old woman followed by vaginal delivery The results were as follows: 1. In the clinical view, it was thought that the cause of this case is intracranial venous thrombus, because the symptom-headache, foaming at the mouse, acromyotonia, hemiparesis- occurred in the postpartum and functional outcome is good. 2. In this case, the patient's functional system of spleen-stomach is usually weak, and due to delivery the functional system of spleen-stomach is more insufficient. so it can not control damp-phlegm(濕痰). In addition, vital energy of liver stagnate.

The production of electricity from wind energy is noticed as economic power generation system in the natural resource. Lately, since lots of wind turbine have installed globally, the accidents have increased gradually. In this paper, we classified domestic information for 10 years, information of new energy and industrial technology development organization(NEDO) for 4years and caithness windfarms information forum(CWIF) for 15 years according to part and cause of wind turbine accident. We found that the main causes of accidents are storm, lightening and carelessness. The results of classifying and analyzing the informations, should be used to take measures on the accident prevention of wind turbine.

An accident related with elevators can cause death or serious injury of operators or passengers. This kind of a fatal accident is due to a failure of elevator. The reduction of failures of elevators is important to reduce the occurrence of elevator accident. Thus, this paper presents the results of analysis for the failure of elevators using the failure data of elevator. The results of analysis can be used to make a maintenance process of elevators.

Many traditional architectures of Korea were lost due to fire accident caused by various reasons. It has been reported that faulty electric facility is the major cause of fire. Protecting and preserving the traditional architectures under current management system and electric facility regulation are difficult. Therefore establishing early stage fire extinguishment process and management system is urgent as well as eliminating the cause of fire.

The delivery truck is traveled around the delivery area for a long time. Truck drivers cause traffic accidents because of long hours of driving, fatigue, and speeding, etc. In this study, we will test the factors for preventing accidents of drivers. We would like to find factors that affect accidents and improve that can prevent accidents. As in the results of the study, accidents occur when traffic increases and profits increase among driver age, career, and profit factors. In addition, if the volume of traffic increases during the season, the number of accidents increases further. Therefore, in order to prevent truck accidents, a stable cargo quantity must be allocated to truck and cargo must be delivered.

The production activity by human is accompanied by various accidents which resulted in human and property loss. If information on these industrial accidents could be collected and analyzed for the purpose of preventing industrial accidents, we would be able to get rid of industrial accidents. The accidents which involved absence from work at least 4 days in small manufacturing factories were considered in this study. 84 accidents which occurred in 1995 were investigated. These accidents were analyzed in terms of employment sector, work period, cause of accident and form of accident. The accidents of small manufacturing factories are numerous and are often serious and worthy of greater attention than they have received. Successful strategies for accident prevention depend on effective analysis.
