농촌지역 학교시설의 재구성에 대한 사례 연구 -의성군을 중심으로- (A Case Study on the Reorganization of School Facilities in the Rural Area -Focused on Uiseong-gun-)

  • This study is to clarify the actual conditions of school facilities in the rural area. The purpose of this paper is to present the direction for reorganization of school facilities. Surbey area was Uiseong, Gyeongbuk, the number of students decreased rapidly. And elementary, middle and high school facilities were surveyed. The results are as the follows; 1)After consider living zone, commuting distance, opinions of residents, it is advisable that the small size school(the number of students under 60) will be combined stronghold school. 2)Reorganization of school facilities should be considered that the characteristics of living zone, exchanging educational program between elementary and middle schools and an integrated use of the facility.

한·일 초등학교의 공간구성 실태 비교 (A Comparative Study on Space Organization of Elementary School in Korea and Japan)

  • This study aims on finding a direction of desirable space organization of future elementary school in Korea by analyzing current status of space organization of elementary school in Japan. In this study comparison and analysis of curriculum of Korea and Japan, facility standards on national level and standards of national subsidy, current status of number of schools and students, transition of changes in facility area of elementary school for last 10 years are included. In Korea and Japan each 7 elementary schools which were constructed after 2007 and are good in space organization and school planning are selected. The comparison and analysis of satisfaction level on physical educational conditions and facilities such as current status of space organization and how to use them are conducted in this study. The contents of analyzing space organization are 'entry and placement, outdoor space', 'space program' and 'phase structure and organization of unit space'.

  • 본 연구는 지진발생에 따른 국내 외 피해 및 학교시설의 피해사례를 분석하였다. 또한 많은 시간을 학교에서 생활하고 있는 고등학생을 대상으로 지진방재 의식조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 학생들이 지진에 대한 위험성은 알고 있으나, 대피방법 및 대피요령에 대한 세부적인 사항의 정보는 미숙하였다. 이러한 의식조사결과를 바탕으로 향후 교육시설의 지진방재대책을 마련하기위한 기초자료를 제시하였다.

  • The Council of Educational Facility Planners, International: CEFPI included about 20 countries (now another members are continuously registering) have some decision making of the master plan for the educational facilities and buildings in constructing/consulting for the world education. Through the research & development of the educational facility & building designing by the Council members who are the professional, of the nursery to higher education. At the same time they will have some master plan for the connected school & university facility's & building's designing/constructing system, having for the White-, blue-, steel-, and idea color job's educational facilities. The Council will be Given a desirable 72nd Birthday 1995 with the 21st Century's Educational Facility Master plan.

네트워크분석법(ANP)을 이용한 어린이보호구역 평가항목 개발 (A Development of Criteria for Evaluating School Zone by Utilizing Analytic Network Process)

  • 어린이보호구역 우선순위 선정을 종합적이고 합리적으로 도출하기 위하여 선행연구 고찰 및 전문가 설문, 네트워크분석법(ANP)을 통해 새로운 평가지표를 선정하였다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 다양한 측면(이용자측면 시설측면 운영 및 관리측면 교육 및 제도관련 측면)에 대한 지표를 포함하여 종합적인 평가요소를 도출하였으며, 복잡하고 종합적인 의사결정과정을 반영하기 위해 네트워크분석법(ANP)을 적용하였다. ANP 분석결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 제1수준의 가중치 분석결과 시설측면 이용자측면이 전체 가중치의 약 65%를 차지함으로써 어린이보호구역의 주체인 이용자와 어린이들을 보호하거나 방해할 수 있는 시설측면에 대한 부분이 가장 높은 우선순위를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 제2수준의 가중치 분석결과, 제1수준과 유사한 형태의 측정지표들의 중요도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 시설관리 통학로 주변 환경 안전시설 감속시설이 약 72%를 차지하는 것으로 나타나 통학로 주변의 어린이를 보호할 수 있는 안전 및 감속시설과 함께 통학로주변의 광고물 정비와 같은 주변 환경을 정비하거나 개선해 주는 것이 가장 높은 우선순위인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 분석 제시된 종합적인 평가지표들을 적절히 활용한다면, 향후 어린이보호구역 지정시 다양한 계층 및 요인을 반영하여 보다 합리적인 어린이보호구역 지정이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

대학시설관리를 위한 평가분류체계 및 평가항목 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Assessment Category and Items for University Facility Management)

  • For university facility and space management to be public, and to increase the administrational efficiency, this research suggests an efficient as well as an objective evaluation system/index to allow national and university finances to contribute towards higher education. According to the result of this study, evaluation system for university facility can be widely divided into two categories; quality and space management. First, quality management is subdivided into three groups in order for quantitative management, school site and building area, secured building, and financial affairs and expense management. In order for an effective and appropriate space management, the second category of space management proposes seven subdivisions. Based on these subdivisions, quality management on university facility contains 10 evaluation items with marking system which allows perfect score of 50 points. The space management category contains 19 evaluation items and the marking system allows perfect score of 100 points. Therefore, this study developed total of 29 evaluation items for university facility management with marking system that allows perfect score of 150 points. The suggested evaluation system and items will be used as a valuable foundation for efficient and objective university facility management.

  • This study purpose is the consideration of the processing evolution historic of the Educational Facilities 20s century at the grand view in the region Ile-de-France. Specially, by thepart of Educational Politic, Urban Geographic and the Urban Planning. This study purpose is to take a data base and study direction on 'A study of the role educational facility in the urban development'. So I was arrived these conclusions, First, the educational politic of the france was aimed for the democratization of the education and the popularization. After execution of the decentralization in the 1986, high school facilities was more popularized. Second, in the view point of the urban geographic, before 1975 years, high school facilities in the region ile-de-france was unbalanced in the situation regional and in the division social on the urban space. But after law of the Decentralization(1986) in the France, by effort of the regional conseil has take the regional balance. Third, high school facility has a potential force as a center of the development of the city. Forth, the facility has a possibility potential for a working of the important role in the urbanization. specially, the movement of population, the augment prix of the terrain, appartement and the division social in the urban space. as element that important relation with a development of the city.

폐교활용 교육시설의 현황분석 및 기본계획에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Analysis of Current Situation of the Closed School Application Educational Facilities and General Plan)

  • The educational facilities is the facility wining the specific gravity which is the most abundant by 269s (25.5%) among the godfather lease application facilities (1056)s of the abolition of school. In case of reusing the closing down a school as the educational facilities there is no legal matter which is under the separate punishment in comparison with the other facility according to the materials of the Ministry of Environment in 2013, and I am analyze that minimum cost is spent on a remodeling and it is most much used. The pattern study thinks about a purpose with the master plan through the plan characteristic derivation according to the analysis of current situation of the domestic closing down a school application educational facilities in which the related study is nonexistent and type in the educational facilities plan of the closing down a school still afterward in being utilized for reference data and guide book.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the state-of-the-art solar energy system design cases among LEED(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified school projects and to explore the feasibilities for their applications in domestic school design. Investigating the sold wattages in some kinds of buildings, the wattages per an educational facility is the second-largest after that per an industrial facility. That shows that our attention should be actively directed to the utilization of New and Renewable Energy in school facilities. Therefore photovoltaics systems, lighting systems and solarthermal facilities of solar energy systems were analyzed in the LEED cases. Findings demonstrate that applications of solar energy systems in K-12 educational facilities have been executed more than those in higher educational facilities. However, K-12 educational facilities and higher educational facilities by private funds are not categorized as Green Buildings by Support for Making Green Buildings Act. That fact is needed to be amended. Besides that, design developments are needed for building integrated photovoltaics systems and solarthermal facilities in domestic educational facilities.

포스트 코로나 시대의 교육시설환경 의제 탐색 연구 (A Study on the Exploring Education Facility Environment Agenda in the Post COVID-19 Era)

  • 본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대에 한국판 뉴딜 정책을 보다 발전시키고, 더 나아가 정책을 성공적으로 실현하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는 바람직한 미래 교육시설환경 관련 핵심 영역과 영역별 의제를 발굴, 제시함으로써 관련 정책 수립 시 실질적으로 참고할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내, 외 관련 정책, 보고서, 자료집 등을 통해 포스트 코로나 시대의 교육 뉴딜 및 미래 교육시설환경에 대한 새로운 패러다임의 변화를 탐색하고, 미래 교육시설환경 분야의 핵심 영역을 탐색하였으며, 일선 교육 현장과 학계 및 산업계 전문가 패널을 대상으로 한 델파이조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과 포스트 코로나 시대의 교육시설환경의 핵심 영역으로 5개 영역을 도출하였으며, 총 33개의 의제(그린 영역 8개, 스마트 영역 9개, 공간혁신 영역 9개, 학교시설 복합화 4개, 기타(안전) 영역 3개)를 도출하였다.
