한·중 해양신뢰구축 및 위기관리방안 : 역내 표준사례인가? (Maritime Confidence-Building Measures and Crisis Management Systems Between Korea and China: Is it the Best Practice for Region?)

  • Leaving the legacies of the Cold War and other difficulties behind them, South Korea and China are building up their successful strategic cooperative partnership, moving forward toward through the development of new economic exchanges and diplomatic cooperation between the two countries, and this process is expected to gain momentum during 2015. 2015 is the third year since President Park of South Korea and President Xi of China came into office, and also the first year they have begun to implement the many declarations and promises which they have made within the context of the strategic cooperative partnership. The two nations share a common cultural heritage, and their governments should take this opportunity to leverage their partnership to enhance their economies and to improve their people's quality of life, especially for the younger generation. At a summit held in July 2014, the two leaders agreed to launch a working-level group on maritime boundary delimitation. The first meeting took place on January 29, 2015, and addressed issues of Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZs) and continental shelves in the Yellow Sea, which has an area of about 380,000 ㎢. It is greatly to be hoped that the 2015 maritime boundary delimitation meeting between South Korea and China will not impair the future of bilateral relations, but rather will improve their prospects. South Korea and China must take the opportunity to secure a definitive delimitation of their maritime boundary; their strategic cooperative partnership is in good order and China is currently taking a somewhat more flexible stance on the ECS and the SCS, so an agreement on boundaries will serve as a useful model for regional maritime cooperation.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 재발달 경계층에서의 난류에서지 및 난류전단응력에 대한 전달방정식들의 각 항의 측정자료들을 보다 정확히 제시하고 항들간의 균형을 비교 평가함으로써 비평형 유동으로부터 평형유동으로 회복되는 과정을 검토하고, 둘째, 대표적인 난류 모델들로써 표존 k-.epsilon.모델 및 레이놀즈 응력 모델을 사용한 수치계산을 수행함으로써 이와같은 모델들이 비평형 유동을 서술함에 있어 발생될 수 있는 문제점들을 고찰하는데 있다.

적응적 형상학 Meyer 웨이브렛-CNN을 이용한 영상 에지 검출 연구 (A study on image edge detection using adaptive morphology Meyer wavelet-CNN)

  • 디지털 영상은 전송 중에 잡음과 시스템의 다른 요소에 의해 입력 요소가 왜곡된다. 이는 영상객체의 분할시 경계면의 모호함이 발생시키고, 특히 입력 영상 경계 부분은 패턴인식의 분할 및 검출 요소를 결정하기 때문에 매우 중요하다. 따라서 그 경계 부분을 정확하게 분할ㆍ검출하는 최적의 에지 검출 방법을 제안하였다. 본 논문에서는 입력 영상의 임계값에 따른 적응적 형상학을 이용하여 영상의 경계면을 부각시킨 후, 이 영상을 Meyer 웨이브렛-CNN 알고리즘에 적용한 후 최적의 에지를 검출하였다. 제안된 알고리즘이 기존의 영상 에지 검출 알고리즘인 Sobel 에지 검출과 기존의 다른 에지 검출보다 우수함을 확인하였다. 특히 에지와 에지의 부분이 가까운 곳과 완만한 곡선을 가지고 있는 부분에서 더 우수한 결과 에지를 얻을 수 있음을 시뮬레이션에 의해 확인하였다.

MODIS LAI 데이터를 이용한 툰드라-타이가 경계의 식생 공간분포분석 (Vegetation Spatial Distribution Analysis of Tundra-Taiga Boundary Using MODIS LAI Data)

  • 본 연구에서는 툰드라-타이가 경계영역의 변화를 확인하기 위해 식생의 분포 변화를 관측하였다. 툰드라-타이가 경계영역은 인간 활동 혹은 기후 변화에 따른 신호로 나타나는 식생패턴의 이동을 관측하기 위해 사용된다. 극지의 툰드라-타이가 경계영역은 조금의 변화에 대해서도 두드러진 반응을 관찰 할 수 있으므로 다른 곳에 비해 기후변화에 대한 반응과 확인이 명확하다. 연구 자료로서 2000년에서 2009년까지 총 10년간 매년 8월을 Terra위성 MODIS(MODerate resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer) 센서로부터 취득한 LAI(Leaf Area Index) 8-Day 자료를 사용하였고, 보조 자료로서 기후지도와 GLC 2000(Global Land Cover 2000)토지피복 지도를 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 엽면적 지수의 10년치 장기간 자료를 이용하여 시 공간 분석과 식생의 밀도가 저조한 지역을 중심으로 위도대 별, 토지피복 별분석을 시행하였다. 연구대상 지역에 대하여 엽면적 지수의 기준값을 바탕으로 한 분석에서 2000년에서 2009년까지 LAI의 변화를 확인하였다. 툰드라 기후에서 식생의 감소가 일어난 면적($22,372km^2$) 보다 식생의 성장을 보인 면적은 $730,325km^2$ 로서 식생의 발달을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 위도대 별 면적 분석을 통해 위도 $62^{\circ}$ N의 주위와 위도 $64^{\circ}$ N~$66^{\circ}$ N을 중심으로 면적 증가가 나타났으며, 툰드라-타이가 경계영역의 식생은 2000년부터 2009년까지 전반적인 증가 추세가 나타났다. 전체적으로 식생 감소가 일어나는 면적 변화는 다소 적은 것에 비해 식생의 성장과 발달이 일어나는 곳의 면적은 크게 증가하는 것을 확인하였다.

  • People live in an environment which affects the human b by way of ‘Affordance’ .. And the interaction between h human and the surrounding environment arises ‘the sense of place' through adoptation. Considering the human emo¬t tional and psychological needs, besides the functionalones, for the design of environment gives ‘the place’ the h humanized atmosphere. Then the viewing-window, re¬f fleeting the dweller’s sensibility and aesthetic aspect, be¬c comes an important design element for the human interi¬o or atmosphere. G Generally, the view has the character of the Panorama a and sometimes of the Picture. And the viewing - window t transfigures the visual effects by ways of ‘Framing’, at t taching the ’Screen’ and ‘Successive development' of the views through openings on the wall. Hence this study w was developed from the aesthethic view-points of archi t tecture, cinema, picture and photography etc., and the c conclusions are as follows. T The ‘Frame’ limits the boundary of the view into a p particular area, while the ‘Screen’ changes the clear view t to an obscure one. And the wall-openings located with i intervals show the fragments of the outer view in a suc¬c cessive way. And these techniques applied to the viewing window make the viewer have the associated meanings d derived from the ‘Guided Projection'. So, the associative p psychology of the viewer complements the partiality, ob¬s scurity and brokenness of the view into a complete one, a and finally the view comes to be an aesthetic one to the v vIewer.

The dramatic element of production technique was introduced to the fashion show to shorten gap with ordinary life and transfer a theme by facial expressions, gesture and pose. etc of a model In addition. its performance element combines other genre freely to be one time and viewers' participating type technique. At the minimalism element, clothing functions moderately as main factor of the fashion show: Technical elements are added to emphasize future Images. At sound tracks and sound effects, the show's overall atmosphere has been revived to remake various genre of music and improve images. At the fashion model, objective appearance boundary is collapsed to expand model concept and make tools of their own. The fashion show has external values of active movement of associated industry as well as economic boost enough to produce jobs, and internal values to provide aesthetic rest and satisfactions to let the ones. who are isolated from recreation values and the society, establish friendly relations with the society

Finite element vibration analysis of nanoshell based on new cylindrical shell element

  • In this paper, using modified couple stress theory in place of classical continuum theory, and using shell model in place of beam model, vibrational behavior of nanotubes is investigated via the finite element method. Accordingly classical continuum theory is unable to correctly compute stiffness and account for size effects in micro/nanostructures, higher order continuum theories such as modified couple stress theory have taken on great appeal. In the present work the mass-stiffness matrix for cylindrical shell element is developed, and by means of size-dependent finite element formulation is extended to more precisely account for nanotube vibration. In addition to modified couple stress cylindrical shell element, the classical cylindrical shell element can also be defined by setting length scale parameter to zero in the equations. The boundary condition were assumed simply supported at both ends and it is shown that the natural frequency of nano-scale shell using the modified coupled stress theory is larger than that using the classical shell theory and the results of Ansys. The results have indicated using the modified couple stress cylindrical shell element, the rigidity of the nano-shell is greater than that in the classical continuum theory, which results in increase in natural frequencies. Besides, in addition to reducing the number of elements required, the use of this type of element also increases convergence speed and accuracy.

트러스를 기반으로 형성된 H-벌집형 샌드위치 심재 모델의 해석적 연구 (Analytical Study of H-Honeycomb Sandwich Core Structure Model based on Truss)

  • This paper is a study of the central structural unit model of the sandwich core structure. The applied model is based on the honeycomb structure formed by the truss, the H-shaped honeycomb structure formed by adding the truss of H shape to the space of the center portion, and the honeycomb structure formed by the plate. Applied material property is AISI 304 stainless steel, which has cost effectiveness and easy to get near place. The truss diameter of the model is three different type: 1mm, 2mm and 3mm. ABAQUS software is obtained to do the analysis and applied test is quasi-static loading. Boundary conditions for the analysis are that vertical direction loading at top place without any rotation and bottom surface is fixed. The test results show that the H-truss model has the highest stiffness and yield strength. Therefore, it is hoped that more and more researching for the development of a unit model in sandwich core structure has been investigating and that the developed sandwich core model can be applied into various industrial fields such as mechanical or aerospace industries.

Mechanism of Surface Corrosion in the Continuous Casting Guide Rolls

  • Due to the importance of the surface on the final slab quality, it is essential to maintain a smooth segment roll surface that is in touch with the thin solid shell during solidification. In this paper, the surface of the used continuous casting guide roll was analyzed to realize the mechanism of its surface deterioration. Surface analysis has revealed severe corrosion at two distinct areas leading to deep roughness occurring on the guide roll. Firstly, the severe corrosion follows prior austenite grain boundary due to exposure with acidic environment. Also, in heat affected zone (HAZ) where two cladding beads overlap, more severe corrosion takes place. The overheat input results in local ferritization without full melting which increases retained δ-ferrite content almost 10 times higher than surrounding area. Corrosion was observed to happen at the δ-γ interface where Cr depletion takes place.

도파관 이론을 이용한 고체소음 전달해석 (Attenuation of Structureborne Noise Using Wave Guide Theory)

  • 본 연구에서는 도파관 이론을 이용하여 선체구조를 대상으로 고체 소음의 전달 손실 문제를 다루었다. 선체를 음향 도파관 계로 모형화 할 때, 단면 모드는 해당계의 경계조건 즉 늑골에서의 구속조건에 의해 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 구속조건을 완화시켜 단면 모드를 조절할 경우, 도파관 이론이 저주파수 영역에 대하여도 계측치와 비교적 일치하는 결과를 주고 있음을 확인하였으며, 동시에 국부 요소의 질량과 감쇠의 변화가 고체소음의 전달손실에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다.
