중국 자동차 산업의 기술혁신, 성장전략 및 산업정책의 시사점 (Implication from Technology Innovation, Growth Strategy and Industrial Policy of Chinese Automobile Industry)

  • Since 2009, China has become biggest automobile supplier and consumer all over the world. Chinese government and automobile firms have been executed strategic and aggressive industry policy and business strategy for nurturing automobile industry as a core manufacturing industry. However, can we assure that all of these policy and strategy have positive effect on Chinese automobile industry? For fulfilling this gab, our research examined the government policy and firm's strategy in different development stage of Chinese automobile industry. According to research result, at initial stage(1983-1996), Chinese automobile industry has grown by technological learning and reverse engineering from Soviet Union, Japan and Germany. In rapid growing stage(1996-2009), Chinese automobile firms have succeed to develop and produce own brand product with 100% own technology. And this kind of quantum jump in technology development was conducted by joint venture policy and M&A strategy. However, at the fourth stage(2010-), Chinese government and firms have over invested and focused on Electric Vehicle manufacturing without developing core technology or SW. Overall, the old-fashioned policy and strategy module in manufacturing industry of China could have negative effect on its industry development.

4차 산업혁명시대에 운동재활분야의 융·복합적 활성화 방안 (A Convergent and Combined Activation Plan for Exercise Rehabilitation in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명에 따른 뉴노멀 시대에 스포츠산업 현장의 융·복합 분석, 운동재활분야에서의 융·복합적 분석을 통해 미래 활성화 방안을 종합적으로 모색하데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 수행하기 위하여 문헌연구방법을 진행하였으며, 이를 위한 주요 연구 내용으로는 4차 산업혁명에 따른 뉴노멀시대에 스포츠산업 환경을 분석하고 스포츠산업의 융·복합 분석, 그리고 운동재활분야의 융·복합적활성화 방안을 종합적으로 다음과 같이 제시하였다. 첫째, 스포츠산업 차원에서 운동재활분야의 융·복합적 육성 전략을 수립한다. 이는 보건 및 체육부문 등 정부부처간의 협업을 통해 운동재활-ICT 융·복합 모델뿐만 아니라 운동재활-관광-ICT 융·복합 모델 개발과 적극적인 재정 지원을 의미한다. 둘째, 융·복합적인 사고방식으로의 전환과 함께 이를 위한 운동재활분야의 교육경쟁력을 확대, 강화한다. 운동재활 및 관련 전공자 개인의 ICT 역량 강화를 위한 교육·훈련 체계 정비 그리고 융·복합 창업교육 등이 필요함을 의미한다. 셋째, 운동재활 및 관련 분야에 실용적이고 산업 현장 중심의 융·복합 기술 적용을 통한 다양한 연구개발이 요구된다. 이를 통해 뉴노멀시대에 따른 위기 극복과 함께 운동재활 융복·합 기술 창업에 대한 지원도 함께 이루어져야 할 것이다. 넷째, 운동재활 및 관련 상업 집적이 가능한 중장기적 클러스터를 구성한다. 이는 운동재활분야의 산업 거점 및 단지 조성을 의미하며, 산·학·관 협동의 R&D 중심의 클러스터 조성, 지역 인프라와의 시너지 효과의 극대화, 자생적 수익 발생 구조 현실화의 기능을 수행해야 할 것이다.

  • 4차 산업혁명은 제조업을 시작으로 전 산업의 환경을 빠르게 변화시키고 있으며, 4차 산업혁명에 포함된 신기술이 이러한 변화를 주도하고 있다. 국내 중소기업은 4차 산업혁명에 따른 변화가 필요하며, 특히 스마트 공장의 도입이 필요한 시기이다. 본 연구는 스마트 공장 도입에 대해 중소기업의 현황을 SWOT 분석을 통해 성공적인 도입을 위한 전략을 제언하였다. 강점 활용 전략으로 첫째 우수한 경쟁력을 통한 활성화, 둘째 우수한 기술력과 정보화를 이용, 셋째 세계적인 네트워크 기반의 환경을 활용을 제언하였으며, 약점 보완 전략으로는 첫째 정보보안에 대한 인식 제고, 둘째 기술 표준화 수립을 위한 평가 체계 확립, 셋째 전문 인력 확보를 위한 인력 양성 추진으로 제언하였다. 본 연구의 시사점은 중소기업에 효과적인 전략과 4차 산업 혁명에 따른 다양한 외부의 전략을 이해하고 대비할 수 있도록 스마트 공장의 필요성에 대한 제언을 하였다.

머신러닝 기법을 이용한 총생산시간 예측 연구 (A Study on Total Production Time Prediction Using Machine Learning Techniques)

  • The entire industry is increasing the use of big data analysis using artificial intelligence technology due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The value of big data is increasing, and the same is true of the production technology. However, small and medium -sized manufacturers with small size are difficult to use for work due to lack of data management ability, and it is difficult to enter smart factories. Therefore, to help small and medium -sized manufacturing companies use big data, we will predict the gross production time through machine learning. In previous studies, machine learning was conducted as a time and quantity factor for production, and the excellence of the ExtraTree Algorithm was confirmed by predicting gross product time. In this study, the worker's proficiency factors were added to the time and quantity factors necessary for production, and the prediction rate of LightGBM Algorithm knowing was the highest. The results of the study will help to enhance the company's competitiveness and enhance the competitiveness of the company by identifying the possibility of data utilization of the MES system and supporting systematic production schedule management.

Study on Capstone Design Program in Fashion Major

  • In today's world, the design industry is becoming more complex, with the development of networks such as the internet and revolutionary changes in information and telecommunications. As the demand for designers to cope with various situations occurring in these industrial sites or solve problems in practice promptly is required, a capstone design program was developed in collaboration with the industry. Capstone design classes have positive effects on creative problem solving ability, academic achievement and learning satisfaction by allowing students to think and experience the practical problems of the industrial field. It is also effective in improving communication, creative thinking and critical thinking. The purpose of this study is to search for talent training methods needed in the fashion industry and to develop effective programs through capstone design class studies conducted in the fourth grade of fashion design majors from 2017 to 2019 (6 semesters). Through these studies, the aim is to search for talent training methods needed in the fashion industry and to develop effective programs. If the capstone design learning method is used as a method of solving problems through close communication between the company and the educational field as an industry-academia cooperation system, it is expected to be positioned as a field-type human resource education method that is required in the industrial field.

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업기술의 혁신적인 기술인 디지털 기술을 기반으로 생성되는 예술 콘텐츠인 AI 회화와 NFT 미술의 융복합 사례를 분석하고 그 특성에 대해 탐구하였다. 21세기 삶의 패러다임을 혁신하는 디지털 기술은 창의적인 예술에서 활용되고 있고, 이를 표현 도구로 활용하는 AI 회화와 NFT 미술은 예술에 대한 인식과 수용 방식을 변화시키고 있다. 빅 데이터와 인공지능 기술을 활용하는 AI 회화는 대화형 일상 예술로 진화하고 있으며, 블록체인과 NFT 기술을 이용하는 NFT 미술은 경제적 가치와 문화적 가치를 지닌 메타버스의 예술이 되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 이러한 디지털 융합 예술의 다양한 양상과 가치를 탐구하고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 AI 회화와 NFT 미술의 대표적 사례를 인지 창의적 AI 회화와 언어 생성적 AI, 예술 경제적 NFT와 예술 문화적 NFT로 분류하여 각각의 특성과 내용, 의미 등을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 디지털 융합 예술인 AI 회화와 NFT 미술 발전에 기여할 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • The Fourth Industrial Revolution is currently leading humanity into a super-connected, super-intelligent, and super-converged society through key technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data. Blockchain technology has the potential to lead social innovation that will improve the mutual harmony and understanding of the complex structures of human society as well as various phenomena (e.g., antagonism, confrontation, and ideological conflict). With such progress in social innovation, blockchain technology will result in a fairer and more transparent human society. In addition, blockchain technology is emerging as a core infrastructure technology, and its growth and expansion are expected to bring about revolutionary improvements to nearly all fields of development and research. In this paper, we briefly outline the main features of blockchain technology. Through a further analysis of its ecosystem, we intend to offer suggestions for a more robust and efficient development of blockchain-related industries.

  • One of the core pillars of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the innovation of the manufacturing industry. From the beginning, the 4th Industrial Revolution appeared in Germany under the concept of 'Industrial 4.0', which means a radical change in the manufacturing industry that can provide super intelligent product production and services based on artificial intelligence and big data. Since manufacturing innovation is a change in the industrial character of the entire nation, the initial role of government is important. Korea also has various policies related to the 4th Industrial Revolution, but there are still various problems to be solved. Therefore, this paper monitors and analyzes the public R&D projects of the advanced countries on manufacturing innovations in the background mentioned above, and through this, the policy implications are drawn.

  • A metamaterial is a material engineered to have a property that does not exist in nature. A designable material property can be achieved by tailoring its structure, and thus a metamaterial is a novel ICT material and component technology that can break through the limitations of conventional technologies. Among the metamaterials available, a perfect metamaterial absorber is a technology that can nearly absorb light, sound waves, thermal waves, and electromagnetic waves with a simple structure, and has been of significant interest in energy, display, sensor, stealth, and military applications, with wavelengths from visible light to microwaves. In this article, we introduce a brief description of metamaterial absorber technology, the critical issues for its application, as well as ETRI's developed metamaterial absorber technology and its prospects for future use.

  • Mankind has been attempting to live a happy and safe family life in a residential space. Due to the advent of the mobile phone in the 1990s and the smart phone in the 2000s, when the information and communication age came, human life has been innovatively changed. The revolution of human civilization led to the Neolithic Revolution and the Iron Age, followed by a smart phone revolutionizing human life, and the revolution faces with the era of info-communication, smart phones became a daily life and the fourth industrial revolution. The fourth industrial revolution is an era of info-communication technology (ICT), creating a new paradigm across human life through technological developments such as artificial intelligence (AI), IoT, big data, mobile, and cloud. The smart home is actively researched in a direction to support the overall human life as a representative future residential culture paradigm. However, the study considering the needs according to the lifestyle, functional characteristics of each living space and human lifestyle of the Phono Sapiens era where smart phones live like daily life was relatively insufficient. In addition, research on smart home service design should be considered from the apartment residential space planning stage. Therefore, this study has significance in suggesting the direction of research on human-centered smart home service design considering the characteristics of each living space and resident's life-style in the smart phone era.
