최근 4차 산업혁명시대를 맞이하여, 시대에 적합한 인재를 양성하기 위한 교육의 역할이 강조되고 있다. 4차 산업혁명의 도서관은 기술혁신의 도서관 적용을 고민하고 기술 인간 도서관이 결합하고 대응해야 할 방안이 필요하며 그 고민의 출발은 교육에서부터 시작될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명의 관점에서 사서교육의 방향성을 제시하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위하여 4차 산업혁명의 본질, 도서관의 변화, 4차 산업혁명의 교육적 함의, 사서교육의 문제를 고찰하였다. 연구의 결과로 사서교사 교육의 방향성을 사서의 인재상, 교육내용, 교육방법의 관점에서 제시하였다.

Since the announcement of President Klaus Schwab's fourth industrial revolution at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland in January 2016, the fourth industrial revolution has emerged as a hot topic in our society. The United States, Japan, China, and Germany, which are major advanced nations, are preparing and implementing a strategy and system for responding to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, focusing on information and communication technology (ICT) and manufacturing convergence in response to the fourth industrial revolution era. Korea is announcing the expansion of financial support for R & D investment budget and related industries for major technology related to revolution. In this paper, we analyze the defense R & D project procedure of the Defense Improvement Project, which is responsible for the development of the defense weapon system, and present the development direction of the defense weapon system in accordance with the 4th world industrial revolution trend.

Entering the fourth industrial revolution era, health technology is rapidly developing and the people's needs for medical services are gradually increasing. Establishing a life cycle management of health technology has emerged as a new policy agenda to cope with these changes. However, the management of health technology have been conducted without continuity and with several problems pointed out. Therefore, we suggest the reform agendas by stages to establish system for a life cycle management of health technology in the fourth industrial revolution era as follows. In the stage of development, it is important not only to provide research funding, but also consulting by professional about whole cycle of health technologies. In the phase of market entry, there are needs for enhance the system that would expand the early adoption for innovative technology and increase its effectiveness. After the spread of health technology to clinical settings, a reassessment and post management system should be established that have an institutional framework with strong price adjustment and exit mechanism. Furthermore, we hope that discussions will be brisk in macro perspective on the balancing of development in healthcare industry, health of people and national health insurance finance.

One of the current focal points in the defense sector is how to strategically leverage the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in military operations. The Fourth Industrial Revolution denotes a transformational shift in the environment where automation and connectivity are maximized, primarily driven by advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence. Coined by Klaus Schwab at the 2015 Davos Forum, this term signifies a profound change in human activities, akin to how a single machine replaced hundreds of laborers in the past. The military application of Fourth Industrial Revolution technologies is increasingly researched and anticipated to be actively implemented. Combat, as a subset of warfare, entails military actions between units conducting war. Typically performed by units to achieve one or more objectives, the concept of combat involves the fundamental ideas guiding the conduct of military operations against adversaries, both presently and in the future. Hence, it is imperative for our military to develop future combat concepts by harnessing the key technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

본 논문의 목적은 4차 산업혁명의 환경변화를 중소기업 관점에 맞추어 고찰함으로써 4차 산업혁명과 중소기업의 관련성 및 중소기업 지원정책의 성격과 방향에 대해 살펴보는 데 있다. 4차 산업혁명으로 초래될 수 있는 미래의 유망분야는 세계경제포럼 조사, 제조업 혁신, 신성장동력 등으로부터 도출될 수 있고 GE의 대응사례가 참고가 될 수 있다. 4차 산업혁명과 중소기업 지원과의 관련성이 중요할 뿐 아니라 유망분야 가운데 중소기업에 대한 적합성 여부가 검토되어야 한다. 유망성과 적합성의 기준에 따라 미래 신규사업을 발굴함에 있어서 제품과 서비스, 세부와 파생의 분야가 모두 대상이 될 수 있을 것이다. 중소기업의 4차 산업혁명 대응을 위해서는 중소기업 자체의 역량강화와 함께 정부 차원의 적극적인 지원정책이 모색되어야 한다.

This explorative study examines the difference in firm performance according to the adoption of the core technology of the Fourth industrial revolution, including artificial intelligence(AI), internet of things (IoT), cloud computing, and big data technology. Additionally, we investigate the importance of internal organizational structure exclusively responsible for information security. We analyze unique microdata offered by the Korea Information Society Development Institute to examine the impact of the adoption of the new technologies and the existence of organizational structure for information protection on firm performance, i.e., firm sales. By considering the core information technology as powerful knowledge assets, we argue that the adoption of such technology leads firms to have comparative advantage comparing to the competitors. Also, we emphasize the need to consider the organizational structure suitable for information security, which can become a structural asset of a firm.

Purpose: This study aimed to examine the development and improvement direction of university education according to job type and investigate the types of knowledge required for employment after graduation for departments of emergency medical technology in preparation for the era of the fourth industrial revolution in a converged society. Methods: From June 3 to June 10, 2019, data were collected through structured questionnaires from 90 paramedics working in firefighting, hospitals, different industries, and emergency patient transportation. Data were analyzed using the software SPSS version 18.0. Results: For employment after graduation in departments of emergency medical technology, character and sincerity education should be strengthened. To prepare for the fourth industrial revolution, educational innovations such as improving the field practice system and devising a convergence curriculum are needed. Preparation for the fourth industrial revolution should be accomplished through the development of convergence subjects such as forensic science, information and communications technology, and safety engineering. Ninety percent of the study respondents indicated their need for convergence subjects. Conclusion: The demands of future society should be responded to flexibly by holding and conducting convergence subjects. Furthermore, preparations should be made in anticipation of a shortage of 120,000 college freshmen for the 2024-2025 school year by increasing the competitiveness of departments of emergency medical technology.

4차 산업혁명이 시대적 이슈로 떠오르며, 우리나라가 기술 후발주자의 위치에서 4차 산업혁명을 선도하는 '퍼스트무버'가 되기 위해, 빅데이터, 인공지능, 로봇, 사물인터넷, 3D 프린팅 등의 ICT 기술을 향후 어떻게 발전시켜 나아갈지 연구개발전략 수립의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 4차 산업혁명이 우리사회에 미칠 파급효과와 현 국방기술기획체계의 현황을 분석하고, 국방의 R&D 관점에서 4차 산업혁명 기술의 국방 분야 활용을 위한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 현 국방 R&D 전략은 군에서 요구하는 무기체계의 연구개발을 통한 적시 전력화를 위해 각 무기체계의 핵심기술들을 사전에 확보하는 방향으로 초점을 맞추고 있다. 현 제도 하에선 4차 산업혁명 기술의 역할이 군에서 요구하는 무기체계의 일부 기능 구현으로 국한되게 된다. 이와 같은 제약의 개선방안으로써 소요무기체계가 결정되지 않았지만, 미래 전장을 선도하게 될 것으로 예상되는 기술 개발을 가능하게 하는 선도형 핵심기술 사업의 활성화와 4차 산업혁명 기술의 국방 R&D 체계 내의 역할 확대를 위해 무기체계 선도형 핵심기술 로드맵의 수립을 제안하였다.

Purpose - In this study, the current author explores how Human Resource Management (HRM) is changing in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR). Understanding the distinctive features of HRM in this day is crucial, given how rapidly industries are changing due to technology. Research design, data, and methodology - This study adopts a thorough literature review methodology to pinpoint and clarify these distinctive characteristics, advancing our understanding of the role of HRM in the modern world. Regarding methodology, this study uses the PRISMA approach to systematically gather pertinent publications from various sources that have undergone peer review. Result - By carefully choosing and examining these studies, the present author was able to identify four crucial HRM traits that are representative of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The findings emphasizes how common flexible work schedules are. Using data analytics to influence HRM decisions is increasingly important for maximizing hiring, reviewing performance, and fostering organizational growth. Conclusion - By recalibrating their HRM practices in the 4IR, businesses may encourage flexibility, innovation, and employee well-being. This work makes a substantial contribution to both HRM theory and practice and our comprehension of the transformative effects of the 4IR by filling a gap in the existing literature.
