중소 ICT 기업 학습조직 참여자의 셀프리더십이 학습지향성과 LMX를 통하여 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Small ICT Businesses' Learning Organization Participants' Self-Leadership on Their Job Satisfaction, Through Learning Orientation and Leader-Member Exchange)

  • Global conglomerates in the late 2010s are seeking changes from the existing method of financial growth into that of sustainable growth, as they are facing the age of 4th industrial revolution. In preparation for this change of the times and to stay competitive, small businesses are required to produce creative knowledge, and systematically share and store it by means of implementing voluntary and specific changes in their convictions and actions. This study aims to empirically examine how the ICT small businesses' organizational learning participants' self-leadership affect their job satisfaction through organization orientation and Leader-Member Exchange(LMX). The research sample consists of the first to third-year employees that have previously participated in the small businesses' organizational learning support project, and of learning leaders, group leaders, and group members from companies that have previously concluded the project. The results are as follows: First, the self-leadership at the ICT small businesses' organizational learning project has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. The same positive results are shown in learning orientation and LMX. Second, the learning orientation has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, the LMX has been shown to have a positive effect on job satisfaction.

플립드러닝(Flipped Learning) 학습법이 치위생 실습수업 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Flipped Learning(FL) Methods of Dental Hygiene Practice Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of flipped-learning method on dental hygiene practice satisfaction. Methods: The study was a patient-group crossover design involving 53 third-year students at D's Department of Dental Hygiene. The study tools used self-questionnair and the analysis program used SPSS Ver 25.0. Results: Class satisfaction increased to 3.85 in the first semester and 4.23 in the second semester (p <0.05). Satisfaction with the flip learning method was 4.26, and most answered yes. In addition, it showed a positive effect on class satisfaction (p <0.01). As a result, it can be seen that the flip-learning learning method has a positive effect on the learners' learning motivation, academic achievement, and class satisfaction. Conclusions: it is considered that the flip learning method for hands-on classes should be expanded for the purpose of fostering job competency and high quality clinical practice experts.

온라인 멘토링이 자기주도학습 능력, 정서적 안정감, 학습효과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Online Mentoring on the Self-directed Learning Skills, Emotional Stability and Learning Effect)

  • 한국교육방송공사에서 초·중학생을 대상으로 학습 멘토링의 교육적 효과를 확인하기 위해, 학습 멘토링의 교육적 효과성 검사에 모두 참여한 425명의 학생을 대상으로 자기주도적 학습능력, 정서적 안정감, 학습효과를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 멘토링 서비스 기간, 방법, 횟수에 따른 교육적 효과는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았고, 멘토링 시간에 따른 자기주도학습 능력에 통계적으로 유의미하게 차이가 있었다. 멘토에 대한 인식이 교육적 효과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 멘토에 대해 긍정적일수록 그리고 멘토 역할을 긍정적으로 생각할수록 자기주도학습 능력과 정서적 안정감이 높게 나타났다. 학습효과에 대해서는, 멘토링 만족도가 국어, 영어, 수학학습 효과에 모두 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있었고. 멘토 역할은 국어와 수학에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 온라인 학습시 소외계층 학생들의 학습 격차를 줄이기 위한 더욱 효과적인 방법을 구안하고, EBS 학습 멘토링 사업을 지속적으로 추진할 수 있도록 해야할 것이다.

HMD기반 몰입형 VR 학습에서 방해요인, 프레즌스, 몰입, 학습효과 사이의 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relationship of Distraction Factors, Presence, Flow, and Learning Effects in HMD-based Immersed VR Learning)

  • Virtual reality (VR) technologies, which have been improved of late, offer experiences closer to reality than before. While VR technologies are expected to be an effective medium if used in learning content that cannot be offered in real life, distraction factors in VR technologies may prevent the users' presence and flow, making these technologies ineffective. Therefore, this study, through experiment and observation, analyzed the effect of distraction factors on the user's experience perception and learning effect when using HMD-based immersive VR. Experimental results revealed that the distraction factors were shown to have a negative, albeit not generally significant (except for tactile interactivity), effect on vividness, tactile interactivity, locomotive interactivity, presence, and flow. Ultimately, they were shown to have a negative effect on learning.

Learning Orientation Factors Affecting Company Innovation and Innovation Capability: Textile versus Non-textile Manufacturers

  • The effect of learning orientation on company innovation and innovation capability are explored based on survey data collected from 154 small and medium-sized manufacturing firms. The theoretical links between learning orientation and company innovation as well as innovation capability are investigated in four research models that compare textile and non-textile manufacturing firms. Learning orientation has a significant effect on company innovation and innovation capability in the model test. However, some of the three segmented factors (commitment to learning, shared vision, and open-mindedness) of learning orientation had no significant effect on company innovation and innovation capability. Company innovation and innovation capability of textile manufacturing firms are predicted by the commitment to learning and shared vision, whereas those of non-textile firms were determined by shared vision and open-mindedness. Differences show that firms may need to put weight on some distinctive aspects of learning orientation according to the business categories in order to enhance company innovation.

초등학교 고학년 학생 부모의 과잉간섭이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향: 학습무동기의 매개효과 (The Effect of an Elementary School Senior Parental Excessive Interference on Internet Addiction: Mediating Effect of Learning Amotivation)

  • 본 연구는 초등학교 고학년 학생 부모의 과잉간섭이 인터넷 중독에 미치는 영향에 있어서 학습무동기의 매개효과를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 초등학생 5, 6학년 329명을 대상으로 과잉간섭, 학습무동기, 인터넷 중독에 대한 자료를 수집하여 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 과잉간섭, 학습무동기, 인터넷 중독 간에는 유의한 정적상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 과잉간섭은 인터넷 중독에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 과잉 간섭은 학습무동기에 유의한 영향을 주었으며, 이러한 영향을 받은 학습무동기는 인터넷 중독에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 이를 통해 학습무동기가 과잉간섭이 인터넷 중독에 영향을 미치는 것에 있어서 간접 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 초등학생의 인터넷 중독 예방에 대한 교육적 시사점과 후속 연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

자유글쓰기(Free Writing)를 활용한 이공계 글쓰기 수업의 효과 (Effect of Free Writing on Engineering and Science Writing)

  • This study examined the effects of free writing in writing class targeted for engineering students on their writing skills. To assess the effects, we have asked 100 engineering students from writing class to write free writing, classifying them as the test group(N=50) and the control group(N=50). We have also compared their learning effect, their writing ability, and learning satisfaction via pre and post intervention surveys. The results showed higher change in learning effect, interest in writing, learning attitude, writing ability, learning satisfaction in the test group compared to the control group. This positive change proves that free writing is a significant teaching method in writing class for engineering and science students.

Transformational Leadership and Financial Performance: The Mediating Roles of Learning Orientation and Firm Innovativeness

  • This study attempts to examine the relationships between transformational leadership, learning orientation, firm innovativeness, and financial performance. Specifically, the moderating effect of learning orientation and firm innovativeness. The data collected from 606 SMEs in Thailand were evaluated using the structural equation modeling, typifying that quantitative research. The results revealed that transformational leadership had a positive effect on learning orientation. Similarly, transformational leadership had a positive effect on firm innovativeness. Further, the study found that transformational leadership had a positive indirect effect on financial performance through the mediation of learning orientation. The results of the study found that transformational leadership had a positive indirect effect on financial performance through the mediation of firm innovativeness. Transformational leadership and learning orientation to improve innovation within the organization, including organizations and leaders among themselves. Especially, innovative firms inculcate ideals of promise to learning, open-mindedness, and shared vision. Furthermore, practitioners can use the findings of this study when they perform their role of leaders to challenge creativity and innovation among followers. Finally, those developments would influence a procedure of evidence procurement, evidence distribution and shared explanation that escalations equally individual and administrative effectiveness owing to its influence going on products.

일상적 창의성과 문제해결능력의 관계에서 공학계열 대학생의 팀워크역량과 자기주도학습력의 이중매개효과 분석 (Analysis of Dual Mediation Effect of Teamwork Competence and Self-Directed Learning Ability between Daily Creativity and Problem Solving Ability of Engineering Students)

  • In this paper, the effect of daily creativity of engineering students on problem-solving ability is addressed through the dual mediating effect of teamwork competency and self-directed learning ability. To this end, a regression-based statistical mediation analysis has been performed on the dual mediation model in which daily creativity and problem solving ability were treated as independent and dependent variables respectively, and teamwork competence and self-directed learning ability were included as mediation variables. The analysis result confirmed that the daily creativity has direct effect on the problem-solving ability, as well as indirect effects through teamwork competence and self-directed learning ability. In particular, the serial mediating effect of teamwork competency and self-directed learning ability was also confirmed to be statistically significant in the relationship between daily creativity and problem-solving ability. This verifies that problem-solving ability can be improved not only directly by improving daily creativity but also indirectly by improving teamwork competence and self-directed learning ability. In addition, teamwork competency showed greater indirect effect on problem-solving ability than self-directed learning ability, so increasing teamwork competency has a more significant effect on improving problem-solving ability than increasing self-directed learning ability. Therefore, in order to develop better problem-solving ability, it is necessary to identify and improve the learners' teamwork competency first and to strive to create an environment where learners can solve problems based on mutual trust with their teammates.

대학생의 이러닝 학습효과 영향요인에 대한 구조방정식 모형 연구 (A Study on the Structural Equation Modeling for the effect of e-Learning)

  • 본 연구는 대학에서 이러닝을 활용 수업의 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하고 요인들 간의 인과관계를 파악하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2013년 2학기를 기준으로 이러닝 기반의 수업인 사이버 강의에 참여한 학생들 2,091명 중 유효했던 1,732명을 연구 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법은 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형 분석을 활용하였다. 확인적 요인분석을 통해 이러닝 학습효과, 컨텐츠만족요인, 시스템기능요인, 운영지원요인의 네 개의 잠재변인을 도출할 수 있었다. 이들 잠재변인들 간의 구조방정식 모델 분석을 통한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 이러닝 학습효과와 관련된 주요 요인으로 컨텐츠 요인, 기능요인, 운영지원 요인으로 구분할 수 있었다. 둘째, 이러닝 학습효과에는 운영지원, 컨텐츠 요인이 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 기능요인은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 컨텐츠 요인에는 기능 및 운영요인이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 기능요인 및 운영지원요인은 컨텐츠 요인을 매개로하여 이러닝 학습효과에 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
