This paper presents a substation expansion planning method with quantitative analysis using ANP. To calculate the reliability factor and economy factor of the system, reliability indices and total construction cost is used. With these factors, new ANP model which select the best plan either economy or reliability among various alternatives is developed. This model can assist the decision making for the system planner. The usefulness of the method is verified by applying it to the large-scaled distribution system.

Korea is showing its appearance as a leading country in the hydrogen economy by establishing policies for revitalizing the hydrogen economy and enacting the 「Hydrogen Economy Promotion and Hydrogen Safety Management Act」 for the first time in the world. In addition, domestic hydrogen facilities are using hydrogen energy safely through world-class safety management compared to overseas advanced countries. However, in order to enhance the safety of the rapidly diversifying hydrogen industry and rapid technology development, such as the introduction of liquefied hydrogen, some institutional improvements are needed. In this regard, this paper intends to analyze the results of safety inspections on 13 representative facilities and prepare safety improvement plans to establish preemptive safety measures.

항만과 항만관련 산업은 지역경제에 직접, 간접으로 영향을 미친다. 부산의 경우 지역 투입산출표(I-O)를 이용하여 추계하면 항만과 항만관련산업은 지역생산과 부가가치의 최소 1/5이상, 지역고용의 1/7이상의 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타난다. 항만과 항만관련산업은 부산경제에서 가장 중요한 부문이며 세계의 다른 주요항만인 로테르담이나 싱가포르도 마찬가지이다. 항만이 지역경제에 미치는 영향은 과거 조사에는 실제 조사방법을 사용하였다. 지역투입산출표가 지역경제변수에 대한 보다 다양한 분석을 가능하게 하며 이 논문에서의 몇 개의 응용예가 보고되고 있다.

The catenary line and feeder line installed on same electrical pole in opened place of AC electrical railroad. The Electrical pole has receive a different weight from the catenary line and feeder line. So we have designed the Feeder supporting metal with new shape and material based on this fact. And then we have examined the stability of Feeder supporting metal designed a steel pipe by FEM program. New steel pipe compared with existing steel pipe on a economy respect. That result give proof the stability and economy as feeder supporting steel. Therefore this device have a basic of Value Engineering, so we have the need of reflection to design as a device of new electrical pole.

An analysis of Airbnb and Kozaza will show how valuable and rare resource can have an impact on company performances. Airbnb applied the sharing economy platform, and this business model had disrupted the hospitality industry. Thus, this paper will investigate a Korean company called Kozaza which had benchmarked Airbnb. Furthermore, it will apply the theory of VRIO framework, which consists of how valuable, rare, costly to imitate (imitability), and organization (exploited by the organization) to find competitiveness of Kozaza in the hospitality industry. Thus, it will attempt to show that Kozaza's business model of utilizing the unused resource of Hanok (traditional Korean house) and partnerships with Hanokstay, Seoul Metropolitan Government and Soul Tourism Organization and others have enhanced their resource and capability to strengthen their business model. Furthermore, this research will explore how Kozaza can competitively be successful in the future.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of sterilization in Vietnam. We estimate a simultaneous equation by using Two-Stage least squares (2SLS) regression analysis. The time-series data was collected for the first quarter of 2004 to the fourth quarter of 2018. In particular, the effectiveness of sterilization is considered in terms of dollarized economy, since making the transition from a centrally planned to a market economy system, the Vietnamese economy has remained in a state of dollarization. In addition, we also assess whether the global financial crisis had an impact on the sterilization effectiveness of the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV). On the basis of the estimated sterilization and offset coefficients, our results suggest that the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has not been able to fully neutralize the impact on the domestic money supply when intervening in the foreign exchange market, and the capital inflows respond strongly to changes in domestic monetary conditions. The results also show that the global financial crisis has changed the effectiveness of these sterilization policies. An analysis of this study's empirical findings provides the opportunity to derive some recommendations that may assist in increasing the effectiveness of the State Bank of Vietnam's sterilization policies in the process of accumulating international reserves.

This article is devoted to the study of digital finance development in the global economy. The study aims to show the digital finance development level in different states and its impact on their economic development. In the course of the study, three hypotheses are put forward: 1) increased spending on innovation contributes to the competitiveness of financial services; 2) digital technology makes the financial systems of states more developed; 3) the development of digital finance contributes to the competitiveness at the level of states. Correlation and regression analysis are applied for building the empirical study. The results of the study helped to understand the digital finance concept. It also shows the main stages of digital finance development, the digitalization rank of the countries, the impact of digitalization on the financial and economic sphere. According to the results of empirical analysis, it is confirmed that the countries that invest more in innovative technologies are more developed. Therefore, digitalization has a significant value for the financial system and has a synergistic effect on all areas of the economy.

The purpose of present study is to analysis the Characteristics of fuel economy and Green house gases due to the driving mode conditions of The hybrid electric vehicle(HEV). HEVs are divided into mild and power types according to the their functions. mild type HEVs are inexpensive because they do not need to implement a pure electric mode. Power type HEVs are more expensive but has also better fuel efficiency. In the present paper, the test results for the gasoline vehicle using FTP-75 mode and HWFET are present.

As a result of this study, the income generation effect of local universities on the local economy through the Daranee (1976) model was found to be 110.9 billion won (direct and indirect income 78 billion won, induced income 32.9 billion won). In the case of Korea, it has been verified through a number of previous studies that local universities play a role in preventing the outflow of local talent to the metropolitan area. Considering this, it seems that the government should make bold investments to foster local universities in terms of balanced national development. This is because the movement of local talents to the metropolitan area not only undermines the growth potential of the provinces and undermines the basis for regional existence, but also creates a vicious cycle that hinders balanced national development. To break this vicious cycle, the development of local universities is very important. It is judged that the horizon of balanced national development will be opened when local universities revitalize the local economy through the government's bold investment in local universities and are reborn as entities that provide various services based on the facilities and equipment of local universities.

The main purpose of the article is to study the features of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of government regulation of banking acitivity. The digital economy sets the vector along which socio-economic systems of micro-, meso-, macro-levels will develop in the long term, which necessitates research and a comprehensive analysis of digital transformation processes. Once a priority for individual innovative companies, today digital transformation has become a mass phenomenon, and the corresponding projects are vital for the success of not only individual companies, but also regions and countries. At the same time, this transformation itself is closely connected with the trend of servicing socio-economic systems and is largely implemented on its basis. Moreover, this relationship and the mechanism for its implementation remain insufficiently studied, which necessitates the development of tools for its identification, assessment and management. As a result of the analysis, the key aspects of the impact of social and digital changes on the system of state regulation of banking activities were identified.
