The fourth industrial revolution can be called the hyper-connected-based intelligent revolution triggered by advanced information technology and intelligent technology, and the basis for implementing these technologies is 'data'. This study proposes a way to strategically use data in order to lead this intelligent revolution in the defense area. First of all, implications through analysis of domestic and international trends and prior research and current status of defense data management were analyzed, and four directions for development were presented. If the government composes conditions for building, releasing, sharing, distribution, and convergence of defense data considering the environment of national defense in the future, it is expected that it will serve as a foundation and a shortcut to be a digitalized strong military through smart defense innovation in the era of the fourth industrial revolution.

As the era of $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution has arrived, education systems are changing in order to prepare for the changes on technological environment. Recently in the education field, flipped learning, which focus on learner-centered with an active communication is suggested, rather than the existing teaching method, which had the characteristic of simply delivering a knowledge. In this research, case study of analyzing a learning effect done by applying a flipped learning on the study of Industrial Security which has the characteristics of timeliness and can accordingly reflect the characteristics of $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution. In detail, the concept of the study of Industrial Security and flipped learning was arranged, analyzed a current state of education on the study of Industrial Security and exemplary of flipped learning applied class and designed the methodology of flipped learning of this research. Nextly, designed flipped learning method was applied in the actual class of the study of Industrial Security. Lastly, survey and interview was conducted targeting a learner and deducted an implications. The results of survey showed that class participation has increased through active interactions between learners, and flexible learning environments was created which is appropriate for the characteristics of industrial security, which is in need of timeliness response against to diverse security threats of $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution, and regarded a flipped learning to be appropriate for the study of Industrial security.

Both within the country and internationally, discussions about core technologies that will be prominent in future society have been initiated, and software education for the rapidly changing industrial framework has been essential and implemented in earnest. Also, there is an increasing interest in interactive technology and software education where people and people, people and computers, and computers and objects communicate with each other in today's day-to-day life, connected through the digital world. Therefore, it is necessary to investigate the user's field of interest and the best technical education method for teaching how to operate the production tool for implementing the interactive technology. In this study, we utilize the Processing program which is widely used as interactive technology software training and creativity tool to improve the understanding of the interactive technology related to the 4th industrial revolution. This study aims to determine and propose the best method of using a Processing library that can be applied to each major field.

This study measures the internal and external competitiveness of 35 OECD countries in the insurance industry. We analyze whether variables related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution affect international competitiveness by applying a nonlinear autoregressive distributed lag model. As a result, the competitiveness of life insurance foreign companies in internal is showing positive responses in high income inequality countries. In addition, insurance companies in countries with low income inequality have shown high performance in external. The non-life insurance industry is less sensitive to shocks than life insurance. This is because non-life insurance is a more dangerous industry than life insurance and there are many restrictions on policies and regulations. The reason is that non-life insurance is a more dangerous industry than life insurance and there are many restrictions on policies and regulations.

Investigation for industrial revolution has been recognized as an important issue of historical science, since industrial revolution itself was a historical moment in modern economic society and in the forming of modern capitalistic culture. If clothing culture had been developed in close relation to social culture. industrial revolution which gave a base for modern capitalistic culture, would be a birth of modern clothing as well as a moment for modernization of western clothing. As it takes for granted that industrial revolution, historical phenomenon is a developmental base of modern clothing culture. This study tried to enlighten the origin of modern clothing culture phenomenon with investigation of industrial revolution as a historical moment in modern clothing culture through documental study. Historian's point of view and method of studying are important when we investigate the clothing phenomenon. Although culture phenomenon of industrial revolution has been evaluated usually through socialogical aspect, studying for clothing culture phenomenon must be carried out on aethetical as well as well as sociological aspect, on account of dualism of clothing, as it is social and artistic nature. In 19th century, there were technical improvement, changing patterns of production, changing social relation and beginning of mass culture. At the same time clothing culture phenomenon was changed in relation to modern capitalistic society. The findings of the study could be summarized as follows. 1. Technical improvement in textile industry and fitting process brought about mechanization of clothing industry. 2. Appearance of popular clothing culture made it easy to spread to various classes of society. 3. Development of transportation system and communication channel made it internationalization of western clothing. 4. Recognition of importance in functional style of clothing. 5. The pursuit of modern aesthetics made rapid changing mode of clothing. Above distinctive features of modern clothing culture were derived from by-product of machinary culture, mass culture, internationalism, rapidly changing mode of various culture during industrial revolution. Industrial revolution was a change of the material world as well as in industry owing to machine advent, then the culture part that displayed directly these changes was the plastic arts of living that mould the material. The problem of clothing construction caused by industrial revolution was solved by pursuing the functional aesthetics. Clothing phenomenon as a process of value transfer participates mass culture in closs relation to general change of various culture caused by industrial revolution. Therefore western clothing gained the qualities of modern culture, condensed as function, and popularity in the process of modernization.

This paper aims to identify differences between the perception of the fourth industrial revolution of the disabled who use the IL center or the disabled in the community and its workers. It surveyed 178 disabled users and 173 workers at eight centers of the handicapped in Busan and South Gyeongsang-do and conducted an analysis on their interests in the fourth industry, awareness of the latest technology, and prediction of changes in the disabled welfare center. Although worker's interest in the fourth industry was higher than their users, their perception of the degree of preparation by the disabled welfare centers indicated that the worker's level of future institutional readiness was lower than that of the users. The results will be used to help set directions for future guidelines and plans for the welfare of the disabled.

This article aims at the study on Improvement of legal System which is related to automated vehicles in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Legal aspects of driving automation have two view points. One is to permit a automated vehicle, the other is to regulate the behavior of driver on the road. Signifying elements of the 4th industrial revolution are IoT, AI, big data, cloud computing etc. Automated vehicles are the imbodiment of those new ICT technologies. The vehicle management act(VMA) rules about vehicle registration and approval of vehicle types. VMA defines a automated vehicle as a vehicle which can be self driven without handling of driver or passenger. Vehicle makers can take temporary driving permission for testing and research the driving automation. Current definition of automated vehicle of VMA is not enough for including all levels of SAE driving automation. In the VMA must be made also a new vehicle safty standard for automated vehicle. In the national assembly is curruntly pending three draft bills about legislation of artificial intelligence. Driving automation and AI technologies must be parallel developed. It is highly expected that more proceeding research of driving automation can be realized as soon as possible.

In commemoration of the centennial anniversary of the March 1 movement in 2019, the research looked at the significance and influence of the March 1 movement on Korean history and highlighted what the church of the 4th Industrial Revolution era should play. The meaning of the March 1 movements to modern society has been identified as follows. First, the Church needs a clear sense of responsibility for society. Second, there is a need for attention to the next generation, the existing future. Third, practical education is needed for young people. Fourth, what is as important as a dreams is the value in it. Focusing on these facts, the study suggested what modern church roles should be like in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. First, the church should attempt a missional approach that emphasizes the sense of belonging. Second, education for the next generation, called the Z generation, is paramount. Third, the church of the new era should be the leader of the civil society movement. Fourth, efforts are needed to realize the identity of the church. So the Church of the Fourth Industrial Revolution era should be a more missional community that reveals the kingdom of God in everyday life.

According to the report, the World Economic Forum predicted that by 2020, more than 5.3 million jobs will be lost. Among them are accountants and tax accountants as well. Accountancy is a professional practice, accounting for management consulting, accounting audit, and management consultancy, and tax accountant duties are a professional profession that carries out duties such as tax returns and tax laws. Therefore, this study proposes a method to build transparent and safe tax and accounting information by increasing the efficiency of tax and accounting work by building a block chaining accounting and tax information suitable for the fourth industrial revolution era.

This study explored the organization of high school Home Economics (HE) selective curriculum for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We critically review the change process of HE curriculum as well as problems based on the understanding of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The results were as follows. First, regarding the characteristic consistently shown in the revision process of high school curriculum, the huge increase of the number of subject organized resulted from the intensification of the selective-centered curriculum strengthening the choice for school and students. However, HE was reduced to some 'Technology-Home Economics' subject and a single subject 'HE Science' as a selective subject was subsequently combined with Technology after the $7^{th}$ curriculum period. Consequently, HE hard to organize the career-focused curriculum, emphasized by the revised 2015 curriculum due to the insufficient number of subjects. Second, the choice of HE in high school curriculum should be expanded as measures to organize the HE curriculum of high school to cope with changes that result from the Fourth Industrial Revolution. For the operation of the career-focused curriculum, career selective subjects and specialized subjects should be more diversely established. In accordance with changes in a future society that results from the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the HE education community should be prepared in advance to be organized as a selective subject when revising a subsequent curriculum, by newly establishing subjects necessary to students through collective intelligence and deliberation with pedagogists and scholars for subject content as well as by producing/getting approval from government-recognized textbooks.
