서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 혁신 특성과 시사점 (Characteristics and Implications of 4th Industrial Revolution Technology Innovation in the Service Industry)

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 서비스 산업에서 4차 산업혁명 기술의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 개발 및 활용 현황을 파악하고 이에 기반하여 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 혁신 특성과 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 혁신 특성을 파악하기 위해 통계청의 기업활동조사 데이터를 기반으로 조사·분석을 수행하였다. 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술에 대해 기업 비율, 기술 개발 및 활용 비중, 개발·활용 기술, 기술 활용 분야, 기술 개발 방법측면에서 분석하였다. 또한 서비스 산업 4차 산업혁명 기술 변화 추이도 분석하였다. 서비스 산업의 분석결과를 바탕으로 타 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 활용 및 개발 현황과 비교·분석하였다. 특히 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 혁신 유형을 4차 산업혁명 기업 비율과 4차 산업혁명 기업 비율의 증가율 관점에서 4가지 유형으로 구분하고 서비스 산업별 유형을 도출하였다. 연구 및 분석결과를 바탕으로 서비스 산업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 혁신 특성과 시사점을 9가지 관점에서 제시하였다. 연구결과 서비스 산업 기업이 타 산업 기업보다 더 적극적으로 4차 산업 혁명 관련 기술을 개발하거나 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났고 그 격차는 더욱 확대되고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 세부 서비스 산업별로는 정보통신업, 금융 및 보험업, 교육 서비스업의 4차 산업혁명 기술 개발 또는 활용 비율이 상대적으로 높았고, 4차 산업혁명 기업 비중이 가장 많이 증가한 서비스 산업은 부동산업, 교육 서비스업, 보건업 및 사회복지 서비스업으로 조사되었다. 특히, 클라우드, 빅데이터, 인공지능이 핵심 3대 4차 산업혁명 기술로 분석되었다. 서비스 산업은 4차 산업혁명 기업 비율과 증가율 측면에서 4개의 유형으로 구분할 수 있으며 유형별 차별적인 혁신 특성을 반영한 서비스 산업 혁신 방안이 필요하다.

4차 산업혁명과 4세대 상하수도 (4th Industry Revolution and 4G Water)

  • The $4^{th}$ Industry Revolution was advocated by Klaud Schwab who is founder of World Economic Forum at the Davos Forum in 2016, and there are big differences on ICT based $4^{th}$ Industry revolution in the aspects of speed, scope and impact compared with the 3rd Industry revolution. Creating new industries and values through technology such as internet of things, cloud, big data, and artificial intelligence are included in the meaning of The $4^{th}$ industry revolution. In this article, the direction of change to water technology in response to the $4^{th}$ Industry revolution is surveyed. 4G Water Infra should minimize environmental impact under the consideration of sustainable development and advanced technologies. To solve the existing water infra problems, it is common and fundamental that the intake water from nature can be regarded as borrowed from nature and it should be returned to natural state with improved water quality. Government, academic organizations and industries should prepare and collaborate together in order to help our country with outstanding capabilities in infrastructure construction and ICT to lead the 4G water technology development.

  • 최근 4차 산업혁명의 시대를 맞아 지역경제의 새로운 성장 동력이 될 것이라고 기대되는 4차 산업에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 관심을 바탕으로 다양한 정책들이 수립되고 있으나 실제 지역경제에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 4차 산업의 집적수준의 변화가 지역경제 성장에 미치는 영향을 전국의 시군구를 대상으로 공간통계모형을 사용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 4차 산업의 집적이 지역경제의 생산성 측면에는 긍정적인 영향을 주지만 지역의 소득에 대해서는 영향을 준다는 근거를 발견하기 어려웠다. 따라서 4차 산업의 집적이 지역경제에 미치는 영향은 제한적인 것으로 확인되었다. 또한, 4차 산업 유형별로 집적이 지역경제에 미치는 영향이 상이하였으며, 지역경제 영향을 주는 4차 산업혁명 관련 산업은 제조업과 금융 및 보험업의 집적으로 나타났다.

The Structural Relationship of Sustainable Organizational Commitment of Beauty Industry Employees in the 4th Industrial Revolution Era

  • Purpose: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution are influencing various factors by the emergence of new jobs and the change in perception of job stability due to globalization of information technology and industry This study attempted to present implications by verifying the structural relationship of beauty workers' sustainable organizational commitment and the method necessary for conflict management in the industrial field due to the recent changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Research design, data and methodology: This study sampled 604 beauty industry employees Frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, factor analysis, and path analysis were performed using SPSS WIN23.0. Results: It was found that the change in the employment environment caused by the 4th industrial revolution had a significant negative (-) effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of beauty industry workers. Conclusion: This study is that changes in the employment environment negatively affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment of beauty workers. We hope to contribute to the development and growth of the beauty industry by providing basic data for the beauty tech service industry in the 4th industrial era.

4차 산업혁명에 대한 소비자의 지식수준과 불안수준에 따른 패션산업의 미래이미지 (Future Image of Fashion Industry According to Level of Consumer Knowledge and Anxiety Level of the 4th Industrial Revolution)

  • This study aims to examine the future image of the fashion industry according to the level of consumer knowledge and anxiety about the 4th industrial revolution. An online survey was carried out from March 13 to 23, 2018. A total of 698 consumers participated in the survey. The results of the study are as follows. The consumer knowledge level about the 4th industrial revolution was 10.2% for the first recognition, 48.3% for the term recognition, and 41.5% for the content understanding. The level of consumer anxiety about the 4th industrial revolution was 36.5% lower than average and 63.5% higher than the average. An ANOVA was conducted to confirm the anxiety according to the knowledge level of the 4th industrial revolution. The results revealed that consumers with higher knowledge level felt more anxiety than consumers with a lower level of knowledge. Consumer's knowledge level about the 4th industrial revolution did not affect the future image of fashion industry and individual phases of the fashion industry. Consumer's anxiety level about the 4th industrial revolution had a partial influence on the future image of the fashion industry and on each phase of the fashion industry. In the midstream and downstream areas of the fashion industry, significant differences were observed in the future image according to the level of anxiety.

Changes in the Employment Environment of the Beauty Industry in Republic of Korea: A Critical Review

  • Purpose: Convergence and social ripple effects caused by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which encompasses new technologies in various fields, will have a great impact on the beauty industry structure and market economy. This review reviewed the literature on the changes in the employment environment of the Korean beauty industry due to the 4th industrial revolution and the countermeasures of the beauty industry accordingly. Research design, data and methodology: Using the October 2022 PRISMA flowchart, it is a review of changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry, the need for human resource management of beauty workers, and the employment environment to be applied to the beauty industry in the future. Results: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the current state of the beauty industry, and reviews on beauty industry workers were collected, and a direction for training beauty industry workers was presented. Conclusions: This study presented the direction of the beauty industry in preparation for changes in the employment environment of the 4th industrial revolution and suggested that research is needed to actively establish human resource management (HRM) to overcome the problem of fostering talent in the beauty industry.

Proposal for the Development of the Livestock 6th Industrial Producers Improvement Index Based on the Kano Model

  • Purpose - The main purpose of this study is to contribute to the elevation of producers' production at various levels by proposing the creation of producer improvement indexes that can be used for the successful 6th industrialization of Korean agribusiness based on the Kano model and has synergistic effects on the development of the 6th industry through scientific researches. Research design, data, methodology - To this end, this study derived better and worse index from the same estimation of Timko's customer satisfaction index as in the evaluation charts used in previous researches and theoretical studies on the Kano model. Results - In this paper, we suggested that the formula for producing PSCI Index be applied to yield the producer improvement index in the 6th industry, in order to draw SIPPI. Conclusions - If this suggestion is realized, then a lot of researchers will be supported to more systematically study producers, and it is expected to contribute to the development of the 1th industry, a basis for the successful 6th industry. Moreover, the central government and municipalities are expected to provide a variety of clues for applying various policies for successful agribusiness.

  • Busan is Korea's No. 1 trading port, and the logistics industry plays an important role in the regional industry as a whole. In Busan, various efforts are being made to revitalize the port logistics industry, but it is necessary to develop various policies and related technologies linked with the 4th industry. In this study, we propose a smart refrigeration logistics center, which is required for the activation of Busan New Port and the new port of Pusan New Port, which is connected with the 4th industry. I would like to present the operation direction of the center.

The analysis of consumers' satisfaction about the 6th industry antenna shops

  • The 6th industrialization, which is the policy strategy to combine the 1st, 2nd, 3rd agro-food industries in order to create synergy effects, is one of the most important policy strategies for the Korean government. Local governments as well as the central government, especially the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, have introduced various specific programs for the 6th industrialization. Among them, the 6th industry antenna shops located in Cheonan and Daejeon which were introduced by the Chungcheongnam-do Provincial Government to offer a better market place for 6th industry producers. However, few studies have been conducted to evaluate the performance of 6th industry antenna shops. The purpose of this paper is to analyze consumers' satisfaction of 6th industry antenna shops through survey and econometric modeling and to present some implications of the better operation of the 6th industry antenna shops. The results of the studies in this paper present some of the following findings: first, the overall level of satisfaction towards 6th industry antenna shops is high but consumers still claim some problems. Second, products which are sold at 6th industry antenna shops have important problems, including high prices and deficient product variety. Third, if these problems were fixed, the operation of 6th industry antenna shops would be successful and contribute to the development of 6th industrialization in Korea.
