비대칭압연에 의한 알루미늄합금판의 전단집합조직 형성 및 결정립 미세화 (The Shear Texture Development and The Grain Refinement in Aluminum Alloy Sheets by Asymmetric Rolling)

  • Asymmetric rolling of AA1050 Al alloy sheets was performed to obtain the shear textures for improving the deep drawability and the grain refinement. The effect of roll velocity ratio on the texture and the grain refinement of 50% asymmetrically rolled sheets was studied. The textures of the asymmetrically rolled sheets after annealing at 400$^{\circ}C$ for 1 h was also investigated.

  • The texture of electrodeposits is related to microstructure surface morphology and mechanical properties. When the electrodeposits annealed the recrystallization texture many be different from the original deposition texture. the <100> and <110> textures of nickel electrodeposits changed to the <100> and <{{{{ SQRT {310 } }}}}> textures when recrystallized The <100> and <{{{{ SQRT {310 } }}}}> mixed texture is changed to the <100> texture. The <002> texture of Zn electrodeposits didn't changed even after recrystallization.

  • Multi-phase extraction of LNAPLs not only floating on groundwater but also captured in soil pores was studied in a simulated soil system. The extraction rate of LNAPL under the MPE conditions was much higher than the rate under usual hydraulic gradient conditions. The WE might be especially useful for recovery of oils in fine-textured soils such as clay-dominant soils. The vacuum-enhanced transport of LNAPL in soils also depended on the properties of LNAPL such as viscosity and density as well as soil textures.

투사정보를 이용한 구조적 텍스처의 분석 및 합성 (Analysis and Synthesis of Structural Textures Using Projection Information)

  • In this paper we propose a new algorithm which extracts spatial arrangement information of texture elements in structural textures. In the proposed algorithm, by the use of projection information in several directions obtained from the texture image we can get two directions which determine the texture structure and the parallelogram grid which isolates texture elements. The isolated texture elements are analyzed and used to synthesize texture images. Computer simulation shows that the proposed method can extract proper spatial structure of the texture element even when the texture image is highly corrupted by additive noise.

  • Ferritic STS 439 Steel sheet were deformed by hot rolling with and without lubricant. The effect of friction between roll and specimen on inhomogeneous texture was studied by means of EBSD, XRD texture analysis. The textures were compared with those of obtained by Taylor FEM simulation. High friction between roll and sheet gave rise to the formation of the inhomogeneous shear texture through thickness.

  • In this paper, a simplified visualization method is proposed for an urban space in consideration of weather and sun moving. In the proposed method, buildings and roads with shadows are visualized by the ray tracing algorithm. Also sky, snow, and rain are visualized by textures. Some textures such as snow and rain are generated in advance by the ray casting algorithm. Then we can obtain images with weather condition and shadows of sunlight by buildings along the road in relatively low computational cost

구리 도금층의 기계적 성질에 미치는 집합조직의 융합연구 (Convergent Study of Texture on the Mechanical Properties of Electrodeposits)

  • 전기 도금한 도금 층의 집합조직은 전해조건에 의해 변화하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 도금층의 집합조직은 도금층의 미세조직과 표면 형상과 관계가 있으며 도금층의 기계적인 성질에 영향을 미친다. 그러므로 도금층의 집합조직의 변화양상의 이해는 매우 중요하다. 또한 전기도금 층은 열처리 됐을 때 재결정이 일어난다. 그 재결정 집합조직은 도금 층의 초기 성장 집합조직과 다르게 된다. 전기 도금한 도금 층의 그 미세조직, 표면 형상, 집합조직과 기계적인 성질은 용액조성, 과전압, pH, 전류밀도와 용액온도 등의 전해조건에 의해 변화한다. (111)과 (110)집합조직을 갖는 구리도금 층을 융합연구를 통해 황산 욕으로부터 얻을 수 있었다. 이 연구에서는 (110) 또는 (111)집합조직을 갖는 구리도금 층을 황산 욕에서 얻고, 그 (110) 또는 (111)집합조직으로의 변화와 기계적 성질을 설명할 수 있는 모델을 제시하였다.

탄탈륨 집합조직 발달에 대한 교차압연의 영향 (Effect of Cross Rolling on the Development of Textures in Tantalum)

  • Two different modes of rolling were applied to control the texture development in tantalum sheet. In the conventional uni-directional rolling, the typical rolling textures of a body-centered cubic metal which was primarily composed of <110>//(rolling direction) was developed. In a cross rolling where the specimen was rotated by $90^{\circ}$ between each pass, the rotated cube components, i.e. {100}<011> were greatly reinforced. The prediction of lattice rotation by the full-constraint Taylor model showed that the high stability and the symmetry of the rotated cube components caused their strengthening in cross-rolling. The two specimens were heated to $1,100^{\circ}C$ at $9^{\circ}C/min$and held for 1 hour for annealing, then cooled to room temperature in atmosphere. In spite of the significant difference in the deformation textures, the annealing textures were very similar. They developed strong <111>//(plane normal) components with negligible intensity at the rotated cube components, which was attributed to the negligible capability of the latter components to provide effective recrystallized grains.

  • 1. 미개척상태인 간석지를 패류양식장으로 개척하기 위하여 4종의 패류 고밀도 양식지에 있어서 저질의 토성, 보수능, 수소이온농도, 치환성 칼슘, 그리고 유기물 함양에 관한 기초조사를 실시하였다. 2. 비쭉이, 동죽, 가무락, 그리고 바지락의 각 고밀도 서식지간에서는 토성에 차이가 있었다. 3. 보수능, 수소이온농도, 치환성 칼슘의 함양은 4종 패류의 각 고밀도 서식지간에 유의차가 없었다. 4. 유기물의 함량은 비쭉이와 가무락 서식지간을 제외한 다른 모든 서식지간에서 매우 유의한 차를 볼 수 있었다. 5. 본 조사 결과로서는 아직 판단키 어려우나 패류양식장의 적지선택에 간석지 토양의 토성과 유기물의 함량이 중요한 요인으로 생각된다.

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate and compare the dimensional changes of relined dentures with a light-curing resin, a heat-curing resin, and a direct, hard reline resin. And also to measure the transverse strength, impact strength, surface hardness of the three resins used in relining. The surface textures of three resins also of evaluated by using scanning electron microscope. Through analyses on the data from this study, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. Impact strength of heat-curing resin was highest, and direct, hard reline resin higher, light-curing resin lowest. 2. Transverse strength of heat-curing resin was highest, and direct, hard reline resin and light-curing resin was lower and not signiicantly different. 3. Surface hardness of light-curing resin was lighest, heat-curing resin higher, and direct, hard reline resin was lowest. 4. After storage of the relined dentures for 1 day and 1 week in water at room temperature, linear shrinkage of distance between the reference points in the maxillary base relined with direct, hard reline resin was lowest, and those relined with light-curing resin and heat-curing resin were lower and were not significantly different. 5. After storage for 4 weeks in orator at room tempeature, linear shrinkage of distance between ridge crests of dentures relined with heat-curing resin was highest and that of distance between denture borders was not significantly different. 6. The dimensional changes of relined dentures during storage in water was not significant except those of distance between denture borders relined with light-curing resin at 1 day and 1 week storage in water. 7. At low magnification (x40) of SEM examination, the surface textures of three resins were similar except light-curing resin which had some defects. At high magnification (x200), the surface textures of hard, direct reline resin were smooth with little defects, but those of heat-curing resin and light-curing resin w ere irregular.
