  • According to DEKRA (a Germany Certification and Inspection Agency)'s accident rate analysis by vehicle defect factor, as a result of analysis of the causes of accidents by flaws, it was found that braking devices accounted for 41%. Defects in the braking system are closely related to the accident, so it is very important to find faulty brking systems to ensure safety. The EU and USA uses ISO brake tester and the Korea is brake teater is first introduse in Japan for vehicle inspection and maintanance. KOTSA introduce the ISO brake tester in order to promote the advanced standardization of the inspection equipment and inspection tecnology, and examined the detection characteristics and applied it to the improvement direction of the brake tester to secure the driving safety.

  • A precision wear tester is developed to measure the wear rate of a high friction and high pressurized cylinder. The tester consists of indentor system and optical measuring system. The indentor system has two diamond indentors so that they make indents on the inside of the cylinder by using compressed air system. The X-Y-$\theta$ stage of the measuring system can trace the positions of the indents and can measure the diameters of them. The variation of the diameter of each indent after test is converted into the wear rate.

  • A fretting wear tester is developed for experimental study on the fuel fretting problem of light water reactor. The feature of the developed tester is it can simulate the existence of gap between spring and fuel rod as well as different contacting force including the just-contact condition (0 N on the contact). Used are a servo-motor, an eccentric cylinder and lever mechanism for driving system. A spacer grid cell is constituted with four strap segments (each segment has a spring). This fretting wear tester can also be used as a fatigue tester of a spacer grid spring with the frequency of more than 10 Hz. It is required to simulate the frequency of the vibrating fuel rod due to flow-induced vibration in a reactor. In fretting wear test, up to two span-length of a fuel cladding tube can be accommodated. A specimen of cladding tube of one span-length is specially designed, which can be extended for two-span test. For .fatigue test, a device for clamping the spring fixture is installed additionally, Presently, the tester is designed for the condition of air environment and room temperature. The variation of the reciprocal distance is measured to check the stability of input force, which will be exerted to the cladding (for fretting wear. test) and the spring (for fatigue test) specimen.

  • In this paper, we proposed mobile LCD module test device on embedded based, when operating the existing LCD, divide flicker clearly in full frame, and configuration so as to support between other CPU interface, MDDI, SPI, 24Bit RGB interface, etc. that is based on a high-speed CPU. In addition, when demand to test about each pixel of LCD, it is possible to change IP design of H/W, FPGA, but proposed system is application possible without other design changing. Proposed system is made smaller and equipped with battery, so secure with mobility for effective test the LCD/OLED module and it is able to test the pattern by the client program, for example exiting picture, mpeg, simple pattern test and test per pixel, scale, rotation, Odd/Even pixel per video, etc. From now on, if integrating with independent test system and it is configured that is able to mutual communication and test, it is expected to reduce consumption of human resources and improve productivity for LCD module test.

  • A numerical analysis has been performed in this study to predict thermal behaviors of combined weapon systems in a large environmental tester. Also, temperature distributions of the materials of the system have been measured for the experimental conditions. The calculated thermal flow characteristics and the measured temperature distributions of the materials for the weapon systems have been analyzed to prepare for field tests in the environmental tester. The boundary conditions of the analysis are composed of inlet and outlet conditions of the environmental tester with various pressures and the limit of low temperature of -25$^{\circ}$C. The soaking time of the system in the environmental tester has been obtained by developed programs in this study to carry out the experiment in the predicted conditions.

  • The most of military systems that developed today are composed with many sub-systems for mission execution. The test of military systems for delivery test of mass product such that part test, PCB test, component test, integration test. Improving productivity is minimize testing item by man and minimize kind of tester, so that decrease product cost by production time for test. PCB tester be developed many kind of test method that systems were developed by many different engineers. This article studies testing check point for testing that how to minimize of kind of tester, how to automatic test for all of function that have inputs and outputs. Development of tester for improving productivity requires classify functional allocation of main system and sub system, sub system require PCB for functional allocation start on preliminary design period for reducing testing item and testing fixture.

  • The development of LD(Laser Diode) tester and its control system based on the graphical programming language(LabVIEW) is addressed. The ill tester is used to check the optic power and the optic spectrum of the LD Chip. The emitter size of LD chip and the diameter of the Detector(optic fiber and photo diode) are very small, therefore the test device needs high accuracy. But each motion part of the test device could not accomplish high accuracy due to the limit of the mechanical performance. So, an image processing with machine vision is proposed to compensate for the error. By adopting our method we can reduce the error of position within $\pm$5$\mu\textrm{m}$.

  • In this paper we studied English listening and speaking test part of foreign language using web and VoiceXML-based education testing system, which is irrespective of time and space. The testing system interface based on VoiceXML consists of user registration module, testing module, and testing result module. User registration module registers user's name and ID, password in user database, and when a tester calls for testing, the User listens to the telephone sound supported by vxml scenario. After that, if a tester logs in, the tester is verified, In the VoiceXML-based education testing system, the manager can reduce time and effort for gaining testing result. The tester listens to the voice by scenario supported by VoiceXML markup language using wire/wireless telephone at any time or anywhere and can improve the effect of foreign language studying by valuating in voice directly. verified.   • An experimental research was conducted in order to study the treatment of waste reuse system using the membrane. Cell tester which supplied by Amicon was used to compare the fluxes of various membranes. Specially investigated items in the experiment were carried out by using 5 species of microfiltration membranes as to various MLSS concentrations. From the results, it is recognized from the cell test that 0.2 $\mu $m pore-sized membrane have the most effective performance at 2000mg/L of MLSS, and physical properties of membranes such as strength, deflection, elongation, structure of pore are more important than chemical properties in microfiltration membrane.
