간호생산성에 관한 연구: 관련변수의 검증을 중심으로 (A Study of variables Related to Nursing Productivity)

  • The objective of the study is to explore the relationships between the variables of nursing productivity on the framework of system del in the tertiary university based care hospital in Korea. Productivity is basically defined as the relation-ship between inputs and outputs. Under the proposition that the nursing unit is a system that produces nursing care output using personal and material resources through the nursing intervention and nursing care management. And this major conception of nursing productivity system comproises input, process and output and feed-back. These categorized variables are essential parts to produce desirable and meaningful out-put. While nursing personnel from head nurse to staff nurses cooperate with each other, the head nurse directs her subordinates to achieve the goal of nursing care unit. In this procedure, the head nurse uses the leadership of authority and benevolence. Meantime nursing productivity will be greatly influenced by environment and surrounding organizational structures, and by also the operational objectives, the policy and standards of procedures. For the study of nursing productivity one sample hospital with 15 general nursing care units was selected. Research data were collected for 3 weeks from May 31 to June 20 in 1993. Input variables were measured in terms of both the served and the server. And patient classification scores were measured drily by degree of nursing care needs that indicated patent case-mix. And also nurses' educational period for profession and clinical experience and the score of nurses' personality were measured as producer input variables by the questionnaires. The process varialbes act necessarily on leading input resources and result in desirable nursing outputs. Thus the head nurse's leadership perceived by her followers is defined as process variable. The output variables were defined as length of stay, average nursing care hours per patient a day the score of quality of nursing care, the score of patient satisfaction, the score of nurse's job satis-faction. The nursing unit was the basis of analysis, and various statistical analyses were used : Reliability analysis(Cronbach's alpha) for 5 measurement tools and Pearson-correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and canonical correlation analysis for the test of the relationship among the variables. The results were as follows : 1. Significant positive relationship between the score of patient classification and length of stay was found(r=.6095, p.008). 2. Regression coefficient between the score of patient classification and length of stay was significant (β=.6245, p=.0128), and variance explained was 39%. 3. Significant positive relationship between nurses’ educational period and length of stay was found(r=-.4546, p=.044). 5. Regression coefficient between nurses' educational period and the score of quality of nursing care was significant (β=.5600, p=.029), and variance explained was 31.4%. 6. Significant positive relationship between the score of head nurse's leadership of authoritic characteristics and the length of stay was found (r=.5869, p=.011). 7. Significant negative relationship between the score of head nurse's leadership of benevolent characteristics and average nursing care hours was found(r=-.4578, p=.043). 8. Regression coefficient between the score of head nurse's leadership of benevolent characteristics and average nursing care hours was significant(β=-.6912, p=.0043), variance explained was 47.8%. 9. Significant positive relationship between the score of the head nurse's leadership of benevolent characteristics and the score of nurses' job satis-faction was found(r=.4499, p=050). 10. A significant canonical correlation was found between the group of the independent variables consisted of the score of the nurses' personality, the score of the head nurse's leadership of authoritic characteristics and the group of the dependent variables consisted of the length of stay, average nursing care hours(Rc²=.4771, p=.041). Through these results, the assumed relationships between input variables, process variable, output variables were partly supported. In addition it is also considered necessary that-further study on the relationships between nurses' personality and nurses' educational period, between nurses' clinical experience including skill level and output variables in many research samples should be made.

임상실습교육의 교수효율성과 임상실습만족도에 관한 상관성 연구 (대구지역을 중심으로) (A study on correlation of teaching efficiency and satisfaction of clinical training in Daegu)

  • Collecting materials for study on teaching efficiency and satisfaction of clinical training, it changes. Dental technology's educational procedure to many ways of a prospect. In a circumstance that needed higher level of education, this study is aimed on realizing an importance of clinical training through the various materials that previously carried out and offering basic knowledge to take better clinical training for the students. Study results below 1. This Investigation conducted on 123 of sophomores(70.3%) and 52 of juniors(29.7%) who have been taken clinical training, and men's proportion(51.45%)is a bit higher than girls(48.6%). The 64% of respondents taken largest proportion were 20 to 24 years old. As 67.9% of respondents attended daytime school and 30.3% of them attended nighttime one, their school time shows a little difference. In a question about relation ship, one answered "Harmonious" took largest proportion by 72.6% during training, and about the degree of satisfaction of campus life who answered "normal" were the most with 59.4%. 2. About the reason choosing dental technology as a major, 41.1% taken the most answered "due to the specialized job", "Getting job easily" was second with 26.9%, and third was "recommended from around" with 18.3%. 50.3% of the respondents answered "normal" about the Satisfaction of their major, student marked in grade "B" most with 51.4% 3. In a investigation result about clinical training statues and preference, most(72.6%) choose place less than 10 for clinical training, and 60.6% of them resided own home. About their commuting time from home to training place, 44% was under 30min, 40% took time 30-60min. It shows students prefer shotter distance in terms of choosing training place. 4. Each part manager took large proportion as a clinical trainer with 33.7%, Training curriculum reform and developing method were most answer as a improvement measure after completing training with 30%. 5. The average of total score about clinical training was 3.15 of 5. In the detailed question, 'satisfaction of clinical training' got 3.38 as a highest score, the lowest score was 2.86 that is about satisfaction of clinical training period. The average score about efficiency of study was 2.86 and in detailed question, 'a Role model' got 3.26 as a highest score and participation of student got 3.05 as a lowest score. 6. The result of T-test to see the difference of the satisfaction according to the general character and clinic training condition between teaching efficiency is that the degree of satisfaction of clinical training showed statistical significance only in the degree of satisfaction of campus life(p<0.05), and teaching efficiency has a statistical significance with their age, grade, and satisfaction of campus life (p<0.05). 7. The relation between of teaching efficiency of clinical training and satisfaction of clinical training of dental technologic student has a statistical meaning in significance leveler 0.01. Now, therefore we suggest following based on these result. 1. To elevate satisfaction of clinical training, it agentry needs development of consistent clinical training curriculum. 2. To grasp the satisfaction and requirement, in needs to measure anxiousness and satisfactory degree after completing training 3. To train efficiently and evaluate efficiency over the teaching activities, it needs to develop measuring tools for teaching efficiency in terms of teacher's important rules in a clinical training. 4. Strengthen the relations with the study developing and managing curriculum gathering theoretical knowledge and practice. And make an effort to apply to their students. 5. Let the trainee take a class setting a belief, sense of value, function and obtain behavior by making the students comfort over clinical training as increasing teaching efficiency.

고등어의 가공 및 저장중의 히스타민 생성에 미치는 첨가물의 영향(1) 식염, 산미료 및 감미료의 영향 (Effect of Food Additives on the Histamine Formation during Processing and Storage of Mackerel (1) Effect of Salt, Acidulants ana Sweetenings)

  • 적색육어류의 가공 및 저장중의 히스타민생성을 억제하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 고등어를 시료로 하여 식염, citric acid, malic acid, succinic acid 및 D-sorbitol을 첨가하여 저장하였을 때, 이들 첨가물의 농도별, 저장온도별로 저장기간에 따른 히스타민함량과 히스티딘 탈탄산효소활성의 변화를 조사 검토하였다. 1. 염장처리에 의하여 전반적으로 히스타민생성은 억제되었는데, $5^{\circ}C$ 저장의 경우는 염장농도에 관계없이 큰 변화가 없었고 히스티딘탈탄산효소의 활성은 저장 $2{\sim}3$일 만에 최고치를 나타내었는데 비하여 $25^{\circ}C$ 저장의 경우는 염장농도에 따라 히스타민생성 억제효과에 많은 차이가 있었으며, 염장농도가 높을수록 히스타민함량 및 히스티딘탈탄산효소활성은 낮았다. 2. citric acid, malic acid 및 succinic acid를 첨가하였을 경우 히스타민생성 및 히스터딘탈탄산효소활성을 억제하는 효과를 나타내었는데, 특히 citric acid 및 malic acid를 $10\%$ 첨가한 것은 $25^{\circ}C$에서 10일간 저장하여도 히스타민중독한계농도인 100 mg/100g에 달하지 않았다. 3. D-sorbitol을 첨가한 것은 히스타민함량 및 히스티딘탈탄산효소의 활성이 $10\%$ 첨가한 것에서는 다소 억제적인 효과를 나타내었으나, $5\%$ 첨가한 것에서는 큰 영향을 볼 수가 없었다. 4. 전반적으로 보아 히스타민함량은 히스터딘탈탄산효소의 활성이 커지는데 따라 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으나, 양자는 반드시 정비례적인 상관관계를 나타내지는 않았다.%$ 첨가한 제품이 지방의 산패억제효과가 가장 좋았다. 그리고 저장중 제품의 경도는 약간 증가하나 탄성, 응집력은 거의 변화가 없었다. 생균수는 저장 100일동안 모두 음성이었으며, 관능검사 결과 시판튀김어묵과 비교하였을때 맛도 양호하고 100일동안 품질이 안정하게 유지됨을 알 수 있었다., folding test AA였다. (5) 연제품의 일반성분 조성은 수분 $40.1\%$, 단백질 $20.8\%$, 지방 $17.4\%$, 탄수화물 $16.2\%$ 및 회분$5.5\%$였다.또 외해쪽에서는 전혀 나타나지 않고, 남쪽보다는 북쪽에서 출현이 우세했던 점을 볼 때 주산란시기는 $5{\sim}6$월이고 주 산란장은 수온 약 $15^{\circ}C$, 염분도 약 $32\%0$의 정점 4부근으로 사료된다. 6. 이외에도 2월에는 줄공치, 농어, 장갱이, 쥐노래미, 꼼치류, 볼낙류, 3월에는 넙치, 4월에는 둑중개류, 각시가자미류, 은어, 뱀장어, 5월에는 실고기 6월에는 전어, 붕장어, 쏨뱅이, 개볼낙, 볼낙양태, $7{\sim}8$월에는 준치 꼬치고기, 동갈돔류, 보리멸류, 고등어, 쉬쉬망둑, 눈볼대, 미역치류, 참서대류의 치어들이 최초로 출현했다.EX>$2{\sim}3$배 증가되고 있어 이차적인 환역오염이 우려 된다. 7. 대장균군 최확수의 분포범위는 $7.3{\sim}460,000/100ml$였으며, 금곡에서 을숙도 구간인 중부수역에서의 기하평균치는 $3,476{\sim}34,700/100ml$으로 극심한 오염도를 나타내었다. 이 수질의 여파와

국내 서해안 파랑 관측자료를 이용한 대표주기 산정 및 최적 확률밀도함수 추정 (Estimation of Representative Wave Period and Optimal Probability Density Function Using Wave Observed Data around Korean Western Coast)

  • 본 연구에서는 서해안 해상기상타워 2기에서 관측된 수면변동자료를 이용하여 해양특성을 구분하는 주요 인자인 첨두주기 Tp와 평균주기 T02와 Tm-1, 0를 산정하고 이상자료의 비율, 상관관계 분석 및 최적 확률밀도함수를 추정하였다. 산정된 대표주기 중 첨두주기의 경우, 이상 자료의 비율은 각각의 지점에서 5.73 %, 0.67 %로 나타났으며, T02는 4.35%, 0.01%, Tm-1, 0는 2.82%, 0.03%로 나타났다. 한편, T02와 Tp 사이의 관계를 분석한 결과 각 지점별로 0.53, 0.63의 관계로 산정됐으며, Tm-1, 0와 Tp의 관계는 각각 1.15, 1.32로 나타났다. T02와 Tm-1, 0는 서로 1.18, 1.22의 관계를 보이고 있었다. 산정된 대표주기의 최적 확률밀도함수를 추정한 결과, Tp는 각각의 지점에서 'Lognormal', 'Normal' 분포를 따르고 있었으며, T02는 'Gamma', 'Normal' 분포, Tm-1, 0는 각각 'Log-normal', 'Normal' 분포가 우세한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 서해안을 대상으로 수행되는 파랑 분석에 기초자료로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
