융·복합 시대의 리더 감독 유형이 창의성과 직무몰입에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the influence of Leader Supervisory Style to Creativity and Job Involvement in the age of Convergence)

  • 본 연구는 융 복합 시대의 리더 감독 유형이 조직구성원의 창의성과 직무몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 밝히고자 하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한, 이들 변수간의 관계에서 리더-구성원 교환 관계가 어떠한 조절역할을 하는가를 동시에 밝히고자 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해, 리더 감독 유형의 주요 요인들을 선행연구를 통해서 도출하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 리더 감독 유형의 지원적 리더와, 통제적 리더는 조직구성원의 창의성에 각각 다른 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직 구성원의 직무 몰입에도 같은 결과로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더-구성원 교환관계의 조절효과는 리더 감독 유형의 두가지 모두 창의성과의 관계를 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 리더 감독 유형의 통제적 리더와 직무몰입의 관계에서 리더-구성원 교환관계가 조절효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 이론적 실무적으로 기여하는 바가 클 것으로 사료된다.

게임을 활용한 공감훈련이 초등학생의 친사회적 행동 증진에 미치는 영향 (The effect of empathy training game on the children's prosocial behavior)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of game-centered empathy training on the prosocial behaviors of elementary schoolers in a bid to suggest how their prosocial behaviors could be boosted. The research questions were posed as below: 1. Does game-based empathy training improve the overall empathy of school children? 2. Does game-based empathy training have a better effect on the cognitive empathy of school children or their emotional empathy? 3. Does game-based empathy training enhance the prosocial behaviors of school children? The subjects in this study were 62 children in their fourth year of D elementary school in Eumseong-gun, north Chungcheong province. They were divided into an experimental group and a control group, and a survey was conducted before and after the experimental group under-went empathy training for about six weeks. The instrument used in this study was David(1980)'s Interpersonal Reactivity Index adopted by Park Sung-hee(1996) to suit school children. Another instrument was Park Sung-hee (1997)'s inventory to assess the prosocial behaviors of children. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 for Windows program, and reliability analysis and t-test were employed. The findings of the study were as follows: First, as for the effects of the game-based empathy training on the overall empathy of the elementary school youngsters that included both emotional and cognitive empathy, both groups got lower scores in posttest than in pretest. The experiment produced unexpected results, as the experimental group got significantly lower scores. This fact indicated that the game-based empathy training was ineffective. Second, the game-centered empathy training didn't exercise any influences on their cognitive and emotional empathy. The experiment had a reverse impact on the cognitive and emotional empathy of the experimental group, which implied that the training served as a factor to deteriorate the two types of empathy, and the hypothesis posed in this study was rejected. Therefore, which type of empathy could make a better progress by being exposed to the training couldn't definitely be determined. Third, the game-based empathy training didn't serve to Improve the prosocial behaviors of the elementary schoolers. There was no change in the experimental group, and this fact signified that there's something wrong with the attempt to develop school children's empathy to step up their prosocial behaviors. Based on the above-mentioned findings, the following conclusion was reached: First, the game-centered empathy training had no effects on boosting the overall empathy of the school children. Second, the game-centered empathy training couldn't be said to be effective in improving either cognitive empathy or emotional one. From a viewpoint of relativity, that could be said to affect emotional empathy more than cognitive one. Third, the game-based empathy training wasn't effective in improving prosocial behaviors. Rather, that resulted in interrupting the promotion of prosocial behaviors.

사회적 책임활동이 브랜드자산과 소비자태도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility Activities on Brand Equity and Consumer Attitude)

  • Purpose - The use of corporate social activities to implement the concept of corporate social responsibility enhances brand equity and attitude, and strengthens economic competitiveness. In areas such as mobile communications, companies take the responsibility of protecting customers and enhance the quality of the mobile communication service, helping to make an effort to obey the regulations of the public trade order and fair trade agreement, enabling a healthy society through communication with elderly living alone or youths without parents, and enhancing marketing strategies. Research design, data, and methodology - To test the hypothesis, a survey was conducted. The surveyed population includes people who use the big three mobile communication services. The survey was conducted from October 4th to October 14th, 2013. A total of 500 survey questionnaires were circulated and 483 were collected; out of these, 32 were excluded due to missing or incomprehensible information. The data was analyzed with SPSS 18.0 via frequency analysis, trust analysis, search factor analysis, relationship analysis, confirmation factor analysis using AMOS 18.0, and structural equation model analysis. Results - Research on corporate social responsibility has been frequently conducted recently. Companies are perceived as social constituents satisfying the social desires of people in addition to customer needs. Further, companies are returning profits to society to satisfy community needs, because there is greater emphasis on the social responsibilities of companies. Companies' social responsibilities should include marketing strategies and the identification of customer needs. This study shows that social service activities influence brand value, which influences customer attitudes; therefore, social service activities indirectly influence customer attitudes. In order to increase customers' purchasing intention, it is essential to improve brand image via social services and provide a distinctive quality of service. Conclusions - This research has used the purposive selection method in the empirical analysis to identify the effect of social services on brand value and customer attitude. Therefore, this study revealed that businesses, whose ultimate objective is to improve customers' purchasing intention, should promote their brand equity through corporate social responsibility activities and offer a distinct service quality. Limitations in the progress of research were found and future indications to overcome these limitations are suggested as follows. First, survey responders had a limited understanding of social responsibilities; therefore, this concept needs to be explained to people first. Second, the research was done on people who live in Daejeon; thus, it is not representative of the entire country. The research has to be repeated with people in other cities. Third, there is a limitation in the study because the purposive selection method was used on Daejeon customers. In the future, a more precise selection of the population is needed. Fourth, Daejeon has unique geographical and size characteristics. Thus, customers in Seoul and other areas may display different characteristics and research on them may reveal different findings. Therefore, again, this study has to be repeated in other areas.

농촌지역 치매노인의 삶의 질 구조모형 - PRECEDE 모형 기반 (Structural Equation Modeling Based on PRECEDE Model for the Quality of Life in the Elderly with Dementia in Rural Area)

  • 본 연구는 농촌지역 치매노인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 PRECEDE 모형을 적용하여 관련요인들 간의 관계를 분석하여 모형을 구축하고, 모형의 적합도를 검증하고자 하였다. PRECEDE 모형의 단계에 따른 사정요인을 문헌을 참고하여 선정하고, 치매 선별검사를 통하여 치매 진단받은 대상자들을 일대일 면접조사하였다. 연구 결과 치매노인 삶의 질은 건강변인인 우울과 주관적 기억 감퇴 및 의존성에 의해 가장 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 건강변인에 직접 영향을 미치는 요인은 강화요인인 사회적 지지와 행동요인인 치매예방행위와 건강실천행동으로 파악되었다. 이는 강화요인과 행동요인은 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않았지만, 건강에 직접적 영향을 미쳐서 결과적으로 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 간접 영향변수로 확인되었다. 그리고 소인요인인 치매지식, 치매태도, 자기효능감은 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 파악되었다. 즉 PRECEDE 모형의 단계별 요인 중 소인요인, 강화요인, 행동, 건강요인이 연결망을 이루어 삶의 질에 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 가능요인은 환경요인에 영향을 미쳤지만 삶의 질에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이는 대상자들의 사회적 물리적 환경이 농촌이라는 지역적 소외, 낮은 교육수준과 고령이라는 한계를 반영한 결과라고 생각한다. 그러므로 농촌지역 치매노인의 삶의 질을 향상시키기 위한 간호프로그램 계획 시 PRECEDE 모형을 적용한 다면적인 사정 요인들을 대상자의 특성를 반영하여 포괄적으로 구성할 필요가 있다고 생각한다.

개인주의-집합주의 성향과 성과급 형태가 임금만족에 미치는 효과 (Effects of the types of incentive system and individualism-collectivism on pay satisfaction)

  • 국내 많은 기업들의 성과급 제도 도입 비율이 증가하였다. 성과급 제도의 효율적인 적용을 위하여, 본 연구는 조직 구성원의 개인주의-집합주의 성향과, 성과급 형태가 임금만족에 미치는 효과에 대해 검증하였다. 국내의 다양한 직종에 종사하는 243명의 직원들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 회귀분석 결과, 성과급 형태(개인 vs. 집단 성과급)와 집합주의 성향의 상호작용이 임금만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 추가적으로 성과급 형태와 개인의 문화 성향이 임금만족에 미치는 효과에 대한 다변량 분석 결과 두 변인의 상호작용 역시 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 특히 집단 성과급에서는 개인 문화 성향에 따라 점수 차이가 크지 않았지만, 개인성과급에서는 집합주의 성향자 보다 개인주의 성향자의 임금만족 수준이 더 높았다. 이러한 결과는 한국사회가 일반적으로 집합주의적 경향의 문화인 것을 고려했을 때, 개인 성과급 제도의 사용과 그 효과성을 고려하는 데 있어서 신중한 판단이 요구된다는 것을 시사해주고 있다.

모바일 인터넷 특성이 플로우 경험에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on the Flow Experience Affected by Characteristics of Mobile Internet)

  • 본 연구는 Csikszentmihalyi(1977)에 의해서 소개되고 Hoffman과 Novak(1996)에 의해서 확장된 플로우 개념을 수용하여 모바일 인터넷 서비스의 사용에 있어 Novak, Hoffman과 Yung(1997)이 이론화한 플로우(flow)개념을 도입하여 모바일 인터넷 환경요인들이 플로우 및 플로우 선행요인에 영향을 미치는지를 확인해 보고 기존 인터넷 환경에서와 같이 모바일 인터넷 환경에서도 플로우 이론이 성립되는가를 구조 방정식분석을 통해 검정해 보았다. 본 연구는 서비스 수용모델과 플로우 개념에 관한 문헌연구, 설문조사, 모바일 인터넷 플로우 모델의 제시, 그리고 가설검정으로 구성되며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 플로우 선행요인인 도전감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 인터넷 환경요인 중 매체 특성, 컨텐츠 특성, 모바일 인터넷 매체의 사용 편의와 정보전송 품질, 컨텐츠의 유일성, 적시성, 간결성으로 나타났다. 둘째, 플로우 선행요인인 숙련도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 컨텐츠특성, 요금특성, 사용특성이며 컨텐츠의 유일성, 적시성, 간결성, 그리고 요금청구의 명확성, 요금제선택의 다양성, 즉시 연결성이 숙련도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 플로우 선행변인인 도전감은 플로우에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 소비자들의 모바일 인터넷 사용에 있어 도전적 태도가 플로우 경험에 영향을 미치며 도전감을 증가 시키는 모바일 인터넷 특성을 통해 통찰력 있는 시각을 제시해준다.

중국에서의 소셜 커머스 특성과 소비자 특성이 재구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Repurchase Intention by Social Commerce Traits and Consumer's Traits in China)

  • Purpose - Social commerce is a certain way of how people buy some products together with others through the internet sites with mutual interactions among customers with the benefits of SNS when buying some products. At present, China market has some problems due to its rapid growing. However, empirical research or academic approach to social commerce has not been made enough. So, it is important for Chinese social market to develop and enlarge the customers with stability under the reliability and satisfaction. Also it is important for them to have repurchase intention. Nowadays, it is necessary to find the factors on customer satisfaction and trust, whereas consumers' dissatisfaction and unreliability are increasing on social commerce recently. In addition, researches on social commerce have been actively pursued by a variety of domestic and foreign scholars. However, researches on social commerce and Chinese market are short of, and they have some limitations because of the rapid growth of the market even though it is the early stage. The current situation requires researches on consumers' repurchase intention for continuing growth in the future according to the growth of Chinese social commerce. Research design, data, and methodology - The literature and the empirical studies are combined in order to achieve the purpose of the study. Deriving social commerce features and consumer properties as factors affecting the repurchase intention through the literature, and these factors have modeled a series of assumptions about the impact on satisfaction and trust, and have established hypotheses to verify them. The survey which is conducted to test the hypothesis and questionnaires are derived based on the variables discussed in the previous study. Appropriate measures were developed and tested on 227 respondents in China with a cross-sectional questionnaire survey. The path relationships of the research model were analyzed by SPSS 23.0 and Amos 23.0. Results - Research results about social commerce characteristics and factors affecting the repurchase intention are presented to Chinese market companies that adopt business models and consumer characteristics. In addition, this study focuses on the characteristics of social commerce, from two-dimensional characteristics of the consumer satisfaction, trust and the impact on the repurchase. Therefore, social commerce features and consumer properties based on the results of this study may lead the strategic implications that may increase the repurchase intention. Conclusions - The classification reviewing the previous findings related to social commerce and social commerce features affects social commerce repurchase (price discount, interactivity) and consumer characteristics (impulsivity, innovation, collectivism). It affects repurchase on factors and analyzes empirically. The empirical results identify major characteristics (social commerce characteristics, attributes) that affect the repurchase intention, and give the practical implications as well as the business strategies that are able to enhance social commerce repurchase consumers. G4C 스마트 앱 서비스 특성이 사용의도에 미치는 영향: 한·중 비교 분석을 중심으로 (The Influence of Using Intention by G4C Smart Application Service Characteristics: Comparing Korea and China)

  • Purpose - Recently, the prevalence of high-speed mobile communication technology (4G) and mobile devices (smart phones, tablet PC, etc.) is leading innovative changes across all fields in society as well as business environments. Furthermore, a diversified mobile application service has spread rapidly through mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. Accordingly, the traditional E-government services paradigm has rapidly changed into mobile intelligence. To identify the influencing factors on the using intention of G4C smart app services, based on previous studies, the variables that influence using G4C smart app services are defined; these are user cognitive factors (perceived usefulness, perceived easiness), user characteristics factors (user innovativeness, self-efficiency, social influence), service quality factors (convenience, interactivity, accessibility), and system quality factors (instant connectivity, safety). Research design, data, and methodology - This is designed not only to collect data with a questionnaire survey (9/22/13~10/23/13) but also to test hypotheses with SEM by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 in both Korea and China. All items are used with Likert 5 scales. A total of 643 questionnaires (Korea 318, China 325) are used. Results - The perceived usefulness and perceived easiness in user cognitive factors have positive influence on using intention. The user innovativeness, self-efficiency, and social factors in user characteristics factors have positive influences on using intention. The convenience, interactivity, and accessibility in service quality factors have positive influences on both reliability and using intention. Safety in system quality has positive influence on both reliability and using intention. Reliability has positive influence on using intention. The control variables (Korea and China) affect its control hypothesis. Strategies and implications are suggested to assist the public using the intention of smartphone's e-government services based on the results of the empirical analysis. The mobile application service can be considered a new emergence of the paradigm just like the government's on-line portal websites appeared in the past. Under this prevailing situation of mobile smart devices, to promote the success of e-government mobile APP services, accurate analysis and understanding of users should precede anything, to provide services to grasp and satisfy users' desire properly. Conclusions - This study proposes implications to help E-governmental officers and companies make strategies. First, this is expected to give some information on the understanding and knowledge regarding the process of G4C smart APP service based on the empirical study. Second, this helps to make future policies and ways about E-government G4C smart APP service. Third, it is proved that super speed mobile communication technology and devices including phones will be crucial to change the structure of E-government services in 2-3 years. Fourth, it is necessary to increase the trust and using intention of users. Fifth, considering what type of environment users are placed in, to present proper public information matching their inclination, is important. Finally, various ways of experiencing service to explore potential users and ceaseless public relations are required.

생물학 가설의 생성에서 나타난 과학적 감성의 생성 과정 (The Generating Processes of Scientific Emotion in the Generation of Biological Hypotheses)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 생물학 가설 생성 중에 나타나는 과학적 감성 생성 과정을 밝히는 것이다. 먼저 예비연구를 통해 잠정적 모형을 구성하고, 사고 발성법 훈련 계획을 확정하고, 표준화된 면접지 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 8명의 대학생을 대상으로 사고 발성법과 회상적 면접법, 심층 면접을 이용한 삼각측정법으로 언어적 프로토콜과 행동 프로토콜을 수집하였다. 잠정적 모형을 근거를 선언적 지식과 절차적 지식의 분석틀을 개발하였고, 이 분석틀을 이용하여 부호화 프로토콜을 개발하였다. 부호화 프로토콜을 분석한 결과 과학적 감성 생성의 4가지 유형을 개발하였다. 첫 번째 생성 유형은 기본 과정으로서 인식하기 전에 먼저 느끼는 과정을 설명한다. 두 번째 생성 유형은 회상적 과정으로서 과거의 감성기억이 되살아나는 과정을 설명한다. 세 번째 생성 유형은 인지적 과정으로서 인지적 목표를 달성하기 위해 일어나는 일련의 사고 과정에서 생성되는 감성을 설명한다. 네 번째 생성 유형은 귀인 과정으로서 인지적 목표의 달성 여부에 대한 귀인평가 과정에서 생성되는 감성을 설명한다. 기본 과정에서 생성한 감성은 기본 감성이라 하고, 회상 과정에서 생성한 감성은 회상 감성이라 하고, 인지적 과정에서 생성한 감성은 인지적 감성이라 하고, 귀인 과정에서 생성한 감성은 귀인감성이라 한다. 개발된 과학적 감성 생성 과정 유형은 감성 생성 과정 모형 개발과 감성적 두뇌 기반 학습 전략 수립의 기초가 될 것으로 기대한다.

Energy and Nutrient Digestibility in Four Sources of Distillers Dried Grains with Solubles Produced from Corn Grown within a Narrow Geographical Area and Fed to Growing Pigs

  • Two experiments were conducted to determine energy and nutrient digestibility in four sources of distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS) produced from corn and fed to growing pigs. The objective was to test the hypothesis that energy and nutrient digestibility in DDGS does not vary if samples are procured from ethanol plants that use similar production technologies and use corn that is grown within a narrow geographical area. The four sources of DDGS that were used were procured from ethanol plants that were less than 10 yr old and located within 250 km of each other. In Exp. 1, five growing barrows (initial BW = 71.4 kg) that were fitted with a T-canula in the distal ileum were allotted to a 5${\times}$5 Latin square design and used to measure apparent (AID) and standardized (SID) ileal digestibility of AA in the four sources of DDGS. Results of this experiment showed that the SID of CP and all AA except Cys and Pro were greater (p<0.05) in two of the DDGS sources than in the other two sources. Exp. 2 was conducted to measure the concentration of DE and ME and the apparent total tract digestibility (ATTD) of energy, N, P, ether extract, NDF, and ADF in corn and in the same four sources of DDGS as used in Exp. 1. Five pigs (initial BW = 29.7 kg) that were placed in metabolism cages and allotted to a 5${\times}$5 Latin square design were used. Results of Exp. 2 showed that the average DE and ME in DDGS were 4,072 and 3,750 kcal/kg DM, respectively, which was less (p<0.01) than the DE and ME in corn (4,181 and 4,103 kcal/kg DM, respectively). The average ATTD for P in DDGS was 56.1%, which was greater (p<0.01) than the ATTD for P in corn (31.9%). The ATTD for ADF in DDGS was also greater (p<0.05) than in corn, but the ATTD for ether extract and NDF were greater (p<0.05) in corn than in DDGS. It is concluded that energy and nutrient digestibility vary among sources of DDGS even when the DDGS is procured from ethanol plants that use corn grown within a narrow geographical region. Thus, factors other than corn growing region are responsible for the variability of energy and nutrient digestibility in DDGS.
