ESR 자동분석기를 이용한 내부정도관리방법 (The Internal Quality Control for TEST 1, the Automatic Analyzer of Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate)

  • Recently automatic equipment has been well popularized for the erythrocyte sedimentation rate, a widely used test, but no standard quality control has been established yet. Thus, we are going to report a case that established and applied a quality control method using the TEST 1 automatic analyzer. For internal quality control, we adopted the repeatability test through comparison with daily mean check, with a manual method using patients' specimens and with the results of a test on the previous day. In order to set the tolerance standard for each quality control method, we compared the results of 50 specimens that showed a wide range of ESR results and examined correlation and differences according to result. After setting the tolerance standard, we applied the standard at tertiary university hospitals for 120 days and investigated positive rates and re-examination rates. If the tolerance standard was exceeded, the cause was also identified. We selected a specimen of below 25 mm/hr (T1), one between 26-50 mm/hr (T2) and one of over 51 mm/hr (T3) at random. The correlation between the manual method and the automatic method was quite high (r=0.98), and it is found appropriate to set based on differences in result values below 25 mm/hr, the upper limit of the reference value, and based on differences in the percentage of result values above 25 mm/hr. Accordingly, we set the criteria for rejection above 10 mm/hr and above 20%. When the criteria were applied in the laboratory, 1.7% of specimens in the range of T1, 8.3% of those in the range of T2 and 7.5% of those in the range of T3 were rejected. Because all the rejected ones fell within the tolerance limit in re-examination calibration verification was not carried out. With the wide popularization of erythrocyte sedimentation rate analyzers that can carry out a lot of tests quickly using automatic methods, it is necessary to improve the reliability of test results by establishing internal quality control policies. We expect that an agreed standard quality control method may be established based on the method proposed in this study.

  • 일반적으로 이미지 센서 및 모듈의 영상 취득 특성 테스트는 테스트할 이미지 센서 및 모듈의 특성, 해당 센서 및 모듈이 장착될 기기의 사용 목적, 테스트 장비의 기능 등에 따라 세부적인 내용은 많이 다르지만, 산업체에서 자주 사용되어 사실상 표준으로 굳어진 몇몇 테스트는 불량을 판별하기 위한 기준치 등 몇몇 파라미터만 다르게 하여 대부분의 이미지 센서 및 모듈에 적용된다. 본 논문에서는 이들 중에서 대표적인 11개 테스트를 자세히 설명하고, 이를 단일 프레임워크 내에서 간단하고 명확한 형태로 표기하여 테스트 프로그램을 작성할 때의 오류와 노력을 크게 줄이도록 한다.

Design and Performance Analysis of Emulator for Standard Conformance Test of Active RFID

  • An active radio frequency identification (RFID) system has the advantages of a long identification distance and a good identification rate, overcoming passive RFID drawbacks. Therefore, interest in the development of active RFID systems has been gradually increasing in areas of harbor logistics and national defense. However, some identification failures between active RFID systems developed under the same standards have been reported, presumably due to a lack of development of accurate evaluation methods and test equipment. We present a realization of the hardware and software of an emulator to evaluate the standard conformance of an active RFID system in a fully anechoic chamber. The performance levels of the designed emulator are analyzed using Matlab/Simulink simulations, and the applicability of the emulator is verified by evaluating the standard conformance of a real active RFID tag. Finally, we propose a new evaluation method by incorporating a self-running test mode environment into the RFID tags to reduce testing time and increase testing accuracy. The application of the suggested method to actual tags improves measurement uncertainty by 0.56 dB over that obtained using existing methods.

새롭게 개발된 휴대용 미끄럼 저항 측정기의 성능검증 (The Validation of Newly Developed Portable Slipmeter)

  • The purpose of this study were to develop and validate a prototype slipmeter used on-site floor. The developed slipmeter was dreg sled type. It measured static coefficient of friction(SCOF). The developed slipmeter was evaluated with ASTM 2508-11 which use four different standard surfaces(polished granite, glazed porcelain, vinyl composite tile, and ceramic tile). The SCOF was then measured with developed slipmeter under the three different contaminants and seven different floors. The test results of slipmeter were also compared with those of BOT-3000, floor surface roughness, and human perception. The test results revealed that developed slipmeter successfully ranked all four standard surfaces and differentiated among standard surfaces with varying degrees of slipperiness. The developed slipmeter couldn't properly measure slipperiness under the two kind of floors(polished tile, ground steel plate) and one kind of contaminant(glycerol). The test results of developed slipmeter had stronger correlation with those of BOT-3000 and floor roughness under the water and detergent solution than under the glycerol. The test results of developed slipmeter also showed stronger correlation with those of BOT-3000 and surface roughness than those of human perception. The newly developed slipmeter had been found to give consistent results under the test conditions except for two kind of floors(polished tile, ground steel plate) and one kind of contaminant(glycerol).

구조보강용 FRP 함침·접착수지의 역학적 특성 분석을 위한 시험방법 비교 연구 (Comparative Study on Test Methods for Mechanical Properties of Structural Adhesives Used in FRP Strengthening)

  • FRP와 콘크리트의 접착강도를 평가하기 위해 현장에서 일반적으로 사용되는 Pull-off 실험방법은 FRP 복합체의 손상을 초래하며 더욱이 FRP의 최대 pull-off 강도가 콘크리트의 인장강도에 의해 제한되는 단점을 지니고 있다. 이에 따라 구조보강용 접착제의 역학적 특성을 1차적으로 평가할 수 있는 간접적인 실험방법의 개발이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 여러나라에서 각기 제안되고 있는 실험규격에 대한 비교실험을 통하여 구조보강용 접착제의 역학적 특성을 개략적으로 예측할 수 있는 표준화된 실험방법 및 평가기준을 제안하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 인장전단접착강도 시험의 접착제 두께, 압축/휨강도 시험체의 제원 등이 통일되어 표준시험체 제원을 도출할 수 있었다.

FMEA를 활용한 재제조 파워스티어링 오일펌프 시험법에 대한 최적화 연구 (The Optimization Study on the Test Method of Remanufactured Power Steering Oil Pump by Using FMEA)

  • Currently government certified test method for an automobile remanufactured products is insufficient. Thus many automotive parts in the remanufacturing market are lacking proper evaluation criteria and production of defective products are causing customer dissatisfaction. In this paper a power steering oil pump, which requires stringent manufacturing standards, is studied by the failure mode and effect analysis approach. The research suggested that the test criteria such as discharge flow characteristic test, tightness test, pulley run-out test, pressure switch operation test, low temperature test and rotation pressure durability test should be performed to evaluate the reliability of remanufactured power steering oil pumps. As a result of tests, the performance of remanufactured power steering oil pump satisfied the evaluation criteria of pressure switch operation test and low temperature test. However, the remanufactured power steering oil pump failed to satisfy the evaluation criteria on discharge performance test, tightness test and pulley run-out test. These performance evaluation tests proved the necessity of standard process for the remanufactured power steering oil pump.

  • An elementary particle of bottom ash is similar to fine sand. So which expected from replace expensive sand. Therefore, this study conducts cyclic triaxial test and a resonant test using relative density, which is obtained from a relative density test of bottom ash and standard sand. Also, it compares antiseismic characteristics of bottom ash and standard sand in order to analyze the possibility of commercial use as a construction material.

  • In this paper, we introduce the status of certificate test on crystalline silicon photovoltaic module in Korea. Up to 3. 2009, about 149 models have passed certificate test under KS C IEC61215 standard. Most products are from Korea, Japan, China. And some are from USA, German and Taiwan. A few environmental test items' results and standard test methods will be discussed. The detail discussion will be shown in the following paper.

항공기 전장품의 환경시험순서에 관한 연구 (A Study on an Environmental Test Sequence for Electrical Units on Aircraft)

  • An environmental test has been performed in order to improve the lifetime and reliability of the electrical units on aircraft. However, faults occurring in the field of aircraft have been difficult to predict and prevent, and new concepts for reliability testing are desired. Therefore, a composite reliability test sequence was proposed in the conventional studies. This study introduces test sequence guidelines based on relevant principles and considerations for electronic testing according to International Standard IEC-60068-1 and the United States Military Standard MIL-STD-810G. In addition, we analyze possible causes of failure using two-step QFD based on aircraft operation scenarios. Finally, the proposed test sequence can reproduce various and realistic failure modes for electrical units on aircraft.

실험적 뇌허혈로 인한 편마비 흰쥐에서 운동 적응 훈련이 기능 회복에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Exercise Adaptive Training on Motor Function after Experimental brain ischemia in Rats)

  • The purpose of this study was to test that the exercise adaptive training enhance behavioral outcome significantly after focal brain ischemia in rats. After occlusion of middle cerebral artery in rats, they were housed in individual standard cages fur 24 hours. The control group was sacrificed 24 hours after ischemic event. The experimental group I was housed in standard cages for 7days. The experimental group ll was housed in enriched environment and had got exercise adaptive training fur 7days. The rats were examined five motor behavioral tests. In motor behavioral tests :postural reflex test, limb placement test, beam-walking test, rotarod test, horizontal wire test. The outcomes of control group and group I were significantly lower than the group II. The conclusion was that exercise adaptive training induced functional repair.
