온라인 시험 및 평가 시스템 설계 방안 (A Design Scheme of Online Test and Evaluation System)

  • This paper describes a design scheme of a system that tests or polls from the students at online class. By online test, the teacher can test the pre-knowledge level of the students and know how much students understand the lecture of the class. As the number of test increases, the burden of the preparation of setting question, evaluation of the test, and management of the test results is increased. In this environments, an online test management system make it easy to test and evaluate, and thus it would be a good tool for maintaining and managing the total procedure of the test or poll of the students. For evaluating the design of the system, we made a test system prototype and performed evaluations of the online test system. The online test and evaluation system provides a good tool for testing and evaluation of student's knowledge at the class with easy and fast way.

  • This article is focusing on the improvement of weapon system test & evaluation, aimed at the weapon system in the research development stage. This article suggests improvement directions in three aspects(organization and system, skilled manpower and technology, test facilities of weapon system test & evaluation) as follows. 1) Weapon system test & evaluation organization and system a. Establishment of comprehensive test & evaluation system b. Making regulation for comprehensive test infrastructure management. c. Standardization of test & evaluation process, which can be used in special subject to army, navy and air force. 2) Skilled manpower and technology of weapon system test & evaluation a. Training & education, management of test & evaluation experts. b. Establishment of skill management system of test & evaluation. 3) Test facilities of weapon system test & evaluation a. Establishment of comprehensive improvement direction of test & evaluation installation and equipment. b. Consideration of counter measures to prevent overlapping investment, and to use the test & evaluation resources efficiently. c. Establishment of organic network for the effective use of test & evaluation installation and equipment. d. Establishment of detailed cooperation plan for the commonage of test & evaluation facility and equipment.

  • LBS는 이동 중인 사용자의 위치정보를 이용하여 사용자에게 필요로 하는 부가 서비스를 제공하는 서비스 기법이다. 본 논문에서는 무선 모바일 네트워크상에서 모바일 클라이언트의 이동성 성능 테스트를 위한 Auto_Test 시스템을 제안한다. 현재 이동성 관리 기법의 중요성에도 불구하고 LBS이동성 관리에 대한 연구는 시작 단계에 있으며 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 LBS 상에서의 서비스 이동성을 Auto-Test하기 위한 모듈형 관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 제안된 개발모듈은 거리 기반 모니터링, 위치 기반 모니터링, 시나리오관리, 이동성관리, 그리고 통계관리 모듈로 구성되며, 각 모듈을 통해서 이동성이 제어되도록 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안된 시스템이 기존 시스템들에 비해서 성능이 보다 더 효율적임을 알 수 있었다.

활동기준원가시스템을 이용한 임상병리과 검사 서비스 원가 분석 (The Study on the Cost Analysis Based on ABC System in Clinical Laboratory)

  • The main purpose of this study is to compare the traditional cost system and ABC(Activity Based Cost) system of clinical laboratory department in a hospital. The study subject was 296 services in clinical laboratory from March, 1997 to August, 1997. In a new costing system, cost for a lab test consist of direct cost element, activity based cost element, and allocated common cost element. In a traditional cost system, cost elements included direct cost element and indirect cost allocated based on test volumes The major findings of this research were as follows. 1. In the application of ABC system, total cost was analyzed as follows. Direct cost was 39.3% of total cost. Activity cost and allocation were 20.9% and 39.8%, respectively. The results of analysis to use traditional cost system were as follows. Direct cost was 39.3% and it was as same as the result of direct cost of ABC system. Indirect cost was 60.7%. 2. Activities of clinical laboratory of subject hospital were registration, pre-test operation, test, test result handling, delivery, culture, post-test operation, technical support, management support, and educational support. 3. The differences of the case of higher number of test case being carried out, the cost of ABC system was lower than the cost of traditional cost system. Otherwise in the case of lower number of test case being carried out, the rests have not been appropriately evaluated, and effective management were needed in clinical laboratory.

연속형 시스템의 신뢰성 성장 관리 시험 설계 방안 (A Method of Reliability Growth Management Test Design for Continuous System)

  • In this paper we proposed the test design method of reliability growth management. First, we presented the process for establishing the reliability growth management test design considering the number of failures and the termination test time. Reliability growth analysis of continuous system was performed in accordance with the test design process presented. In case the reliability test result is not met with the reliability target value after more than three failures occurred, the required test times were analyzed that 1,725 hrs for one corrective action, 1,950 hrs for two corrective actions. If the number of failures is less than three, design a reliability demonstration test according to confidence level 80% and 90% was performed using RGA 11 Software. As a result, it is possible to establish the reliability growth management test design with sufficient use of available resources. The results of this study can be used when establishing a test design for assessment of reliability growth management of all continuous systems.

Development of an automated system for water-hydraulic and leakage test of pressure vessels

  • This study developed a fully automated test system for pressure vessels, containing such as oxygen, nitrogen, which is widely used in many industries. The pressure vessel test has three major parts including weight measurement test, water-hydraulic test and leakage test followed by cleaning and drying. The control system for these tests consists of three parts: a PLC, a monitoring system and a database management system. The PLC oversees overall control of test machines, while the monitoring system measures and displays weight, pressure, flow etc. for every situations, and the database management system stores test data. These three modules are designed to communicate with one another at 1 Hz frequency alerting problematic situations to the operator. The system has gone through actual field tests for verification of performances.

  • Autonomous Station Control System is automatic route control system of large-scale station. The system has flexibility of system step-by-step construction and expandability. A method of step-by-step construction for Autonomous Station Control System has system expansion and subsystem software expansion. The system has autonomous controllability and autonomous coordinability for system step by step construction. With property for a basis, each of subsystem communicates data field. Also, Each subsystem has its own management system, Autonomous Data Manager to manage itself and coordinate with the others. This paper make clear test method for Autonomous Station Control System expansion and software expansion. The first test method of system increasing construction is single station construction test. The second of method is connecting test the neighbor's Autonomous Station Control System. The third of method is connecting test the Autonomous Line Management System. Also, the test method of software expansion take the case of route control subsystem.

  • Today, risks created by uncertainty must be managed for successful project execution. From this perspective, applying a risk management process is very important for successful defense systems test works. This paper describes 'the implentation of risk management process for test work' carried out by DTERI's process improvement activities. In this study, the concept of risk management process, and details of the risk management process are examined through PMBOK and ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288, CMMI. After that, we defined 'Standard Process for Risk Management' of defence systems test works. And, we describe 'Risk Management Function' of DTERI's Project Management System(PMS) and the risk management process of DTERI. Finally, the effectiveness of the risk management standard process is verified through quantitative analysis.

  • Purpose: In this study, the reliability growth management procedures for armed vehicle is suggested and an illustrative case study of launcher system is given. Methods: Crow-AMSAA model is adopted to manage reliability growth of armed vehicle using failure data acquired from development test phase to field operation phase. Between the development test phase and the production phase, the suggested reliability growth procedures for armed vehicle entails accelerated life test of the selected module whose design is changed to improve its reliability for assuring the target system reliability. And it can be verified through estimating the system reliability based on the failure data of field operation phase. Results: It is shown that the proposed reliability growth management procedures are effective for armed vehicle based on the case study of launcher system. After estimating the reliability of launcher system at every development test, some items are selected to change their designs for improving reliability. Accelerated life test is performed to prove the reliability improvement and finally it is verified through the field operation. Conclusion: The reliability growth management procedures for armed vehicle is suggested and the case study of launcher system shows it can be effective for managing the reliability growth of the armed vehicle.

  • Korea Railroad Research Institute(KRRI) has developed the rubber-tired AGT system from 1999 to 2004. The rubber-tired AGT vehicle is now on test for its performance and function in the Gyeong-San test line. In this paper, we provide the reliability management plan to assure required the RAMS(reliability, availability, maintainability 8t safety) of the AGT vehicle system.
