현장시험과 수치해석을 통한 암염층(Sabkha)에 보강된 스톤컬럼의 침하거동에 관한 연구 (Study on settlement characteristics of stone column reinforced in Sabkha through in-site loading test and numerical analysis)

  • In this study, a composite behavior of stone columns reinforced in soft ground, Sabkha, have been evaluated by a series of field measurements and numerical analysis. Field loading tests were performed to verify the effect of the composite ground reinforced by stone columns in Kayan, Saudi. The settlement measured in the field test was compared with the settlement calculated by the Priebe method and the numerical analysis using ABAQUS. It is found that the settlement estimated using the Priebe method significantly overestimated the settlement measured in the field test. In addition, it is confirmed that consideration of confinement effect exerted by surrounding stone columns in a numerical simulation is indispensable to estimate the settlement of composite ground.

  • The major objective of this study is to investigate the fatigue behavior evaluation of immovability crossing for railway turnout by the field test. In railway engineering, an appliance is necessary to allow a vehicle to move from one track to another. This appliance came to be known technically as turnout. So, turnout is required very complex railway technologies such as rolling stock, track. Due to the plan under the application of high speed train, turnout are needed more stable for fatigue behaviors. It analyzed the mechanical behaviors of turnout crossing with propose its advanced technical type on the field test and fatigue evaluation for the dynamic fatigue characteristics. As a result, the advanced type crossing are obviously effective for the fatigue damage ratio and dynamic response which is non-modified type. The analytical and experimental study are carried out to investigate the passing path of contact surface and fatigue damage trend decrease dynamic stresses and deflections on advanced crossing type. And the advanced type reduce dynamic fatigue damage ratio and increase fatigue life(about each 38%)more than non-modified type. From the field test results of the servicing turnout crossing, it is evaluated that the modification of contact angle, weight, material and sectional properties is very effective for ensure against fatigue risks.

유도대전소자모델(FCDM)을 이용한 ESD에 의한 반도체소자의 손상 메커니즘 해석 (An Analysis of Damage Mechanism of Semiconductor Devices by ESD Using Field-induced Charged Device Model)

  • In order to analyze the mechanism of semiconductor device damages by ESD, this paper adopts a new charged-device model(CDM), field-induced charged nudel(FCDM), simulator that is suitable for rapid routine testing of semiconductor devices and provides a fast and inexpensive test that faithfully represents ESD hazards in plants. The high voltage applied to the device under test is raised by the fie]d of non-contacting electrodes in the FCDM simulator. which avoids premature device stressing and permits a faster test cycle. Discharge current md time are measured and calculated The FCDM simulator places the device at a huh voltage without transferring charge to it, by using a non-contacting electrode. The only charge transfer in the FCMD simulator happens during the discharge. This paper examine the field charging mechanism, measure device thresholds, and analyze failure modes. The FCDM simulator provides a Int and inexpensive test that faithfully represents factory ESD hazards. The damaged devices obtained in the simulator are analyzed and evaluated by SEM Also the results in this paper can be used for to prevent semiconductor devices from ESD hazards.

  • This paper, as the second part of the paper, dealt with the field test and test results to validate PSS(Power System Stabilizer) parameters which are previously tuned in Part 1 paper. In Part 1 of the paper, the selection of parameters such as lead-lag time constants for phase compensation and system gain was optimized by using linear & eigenvalue analyses and they were verified through the time-domain transient stability analysis. In part 2, the performance of PSS was finally verified by the generator's on-line field test. Through the comparisons of simulation results and measured data before and after tuning of the PSS, the models of generator and its controllers including AVR, Governor and PSS used in the simulation are verified and confirmed.

  • Superconducting multi-spoke cavities are outstanding alternative choice for acceleration of heavy ions in medium velocity regimes. Based on the scheme of China ADS, several researches on the superconducting double-spoke cavities were done and two prototype cavities have been developed. In this paper, the RF design, the mechanical design and fabrication considerations of the bare cavity will be described in detail. After Buffered Chemical Polishing and High Pressure Rinsing, one of the prototype cavities was installed into the Vertical Test Stand for high gradient RF testing at 4.2 K. The measurement results of the quality factor as a function of the accelerating field and the maximum surface field will be presented. An accelerating gradient of more than 15 MV/m is achieved during the test, with maximum surface electric field of 58 MV/m, and maximum surface magnetic field of 117 mT.

  • This paper provides a case study of development testing and evaluation of design goal of Interferometric SAS (Synthetic Aperture Sonar) system that is developing supported by Civil-Military Technology Cooperation Center in offshore fields. For Deep water operating capabilities evaluation, We have surveyed candidate field, bathymetric mapping and target identification over 200 m depth, East Sea. In testing phase, We have provided environmental information of testing field include water column, seabed and weather condition in real time. And to compare excellency of developing InSAS, we have gather commercial imaging sonar system data with same target. This case study will support the Test Readiness Review of future underwater surveillance system developing via investigate marine testing field environment, testing facilities and planning.

다철근 네일의 현장인발시험 및 수치해석 (Field Pull-out Test and Numerical Analysis for Multi-rebar Nail)

  • 본 연구에서는 단철근 네일과 다철근 네일의 인장강도를 조사하기 위해 단철근과 다철근 네일의 극한인발시험과 크리프시험을 수행하였다. 철근과 시멘트 그라우트의 부착력과 인장하중에 의해 유발된 마찰력, 하중전이 특성을 조사하였다. 단철근과 다철근 네일의 현장인발시험과 유한차분해석 프로그램의 하나인 $FLAC^{2D}$를 이용하여 얻은 결과를 분석하고 비교하였다. 다철근 네일의 현장인발시험결과 단철근 네일에 비해 인발파괴하중이 크고 하중전이가 큼을 알 수 있다.

사면파괴 하부 점토지반 비배수강도의 평가 (Estimation of Undrained Shear Strength of Clay under Failed Slope)

  • 사면파괴가 발생한 사면의 하부 연약지반에 대한 현장원치시험결과와 실내시험결과 그리고 강도 추정식에 의한 결과를 상호 비교분석해 보았다. 사면 하부연약지반에 대한 콘관입시험결과와 현장베인시험결과의 비교를 통해 결정된 연약지반의 콘계수값은 12였다. 콘관입시험자료로부터 콘계수 추정식을 적용하여 구한 연약지반의 비배수강도는 현장베인시험에 의한 그것보다 보수적인 값을 주었다. 압밀시험결과를 이용한 추정식을 통해 연약지반의 비배수강도를 추정하고 현장베인시험에 의한 비배수강도와 비교해 보았다. 세 가지 방법을 통한 추정결과에 따르면 Jamiolkowsky 방법에 의한 결과가 시험을 통해 구한 결과에 가장 근접하였으며 현장베인시험에 의한 비배수강도에 비해 0.88~1.23 범위의 값을 보였다.

변형률속도-의존 구성모델의 현장 시험 적용 (Application of Field test to the Rate-dependent relation in Constitutive model)

  • 본 연구에서는 실제 현장에서 수행한 피에조콘관입 및 소산시험결과와 변형률 속도를 고려한 구성모델의 이론적 해석을 비교하였다. 이를 위하여 변형률 속도 의존적 구성모델의 수학적 유도과정을 전개하였다. 해석 결과 변형률속도를 무시한 구성모델보다 변형률속도-의존 구성모델을 활용한 지반의 거동 해석이 비의존적 구성모델인 경우의 해석 보다 현장의 시험결과와 잘 일치하므로 변형률속도-의존 구성모델의 적용이 바람직하다.

  • Fire prevention strategies should be aimed at the prevention of structured fire since average annual rates of structured fire have been increased due to economic growth resulted in increasing high rise buildings and multipurpose occupancies over the past ten years. Hence, this study mainly focused on the improve method and problems in the field test of fire detector in compliances with experimental consideration. And it leads us to the flowing conclusions : Firstly, it is necessary to formulate a safety standards on field test. Nowadays, the test enforced in many ways without formulated standard. Therefore it is necessary to be complete the arrangements standardized and how to do the test with formulated safety standards. Second, it is necessary to establish the regal guidance with regard to inspection equipment, ie density, component and temperature of test equipment should be considered. Also the equipment is need to be standardized and improved. Third, fire inspector's competency in their practice should be enhanced. The problems arising from the lack of knowledge and competence regarding inspection could be settled by providing professional education to ensure proficiency in their practice. Specialized training, as has been noted, should be offered in accordance with occupancy type, scale and fire protection system in the fire facilities.
