The government has implemented housing welfare policy to ease low-income households' housing-cost burden and improve their quality of life. However, public housing residents and housing choice voucher recipients still show a high level of housing-cost burden. In this regard, this study aims to provide policy implications for current housing welfare policy by analyzing and comparing the factors that determine both subsidized and unsubsidized households' housing-cost burden. For the empirical analysis, this study uses "2017 Korea Housing Survey" and divides groups into public housing residents, housing choice voucher recipients, and unsubsidized low-income renters. We compared the level of housing-cost burden by employing t-test and chi-squared analyses and the factors affecting the housing-cost burden by employing logistic regression analyses between the three groups. According to the empirical analysis, the housing cost is the most burdensome for the housing choice voucher recipients group, followed by the unsubsidized low-income renters and public housing residents. In addition, the factors affecting housing-cost burden are different between the three groups. In case of public housing residents, housing characteristics usually affect the housing-cost burden. For housing choice voucher recipients and unsubsidized low-income renters, both housing and household characteristics influence the housing-cost burden. Looking at the detailed factors, except for the housing tenure and regional average rents that are common factors for all groups, the amount of deposit is an important factor for public housing residents, and household employment status is an important factor for both housing choice voucher recipients and unsubsidized low-income renters. The policy implications of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary to review the blind spot of the current housing welfare policy. Second, a comprehensive review of the housing choice voucher program is required. Third, it is necessary to make policy efforts to ease the level of housing-cost burden for renters. Fourth, a program is needed for those public housing residents who need a deposit support. Fifth, there should be further assistance with public housing for the poorest people.

We introduction some properties for fuzzy power function of performance of a test. First we define fuzzy type I error and type II error for the probability of the two types of error. And we show that an fuzzy error probability of one kind can only be reduced at cost of increasing the other fuzzy error probability.

In these days, customers require high-quality, high-performance, high-ride comfort for Automobile and then the automotive manufacturers concentrated on study of electrical, high-performance, low-cost of parts and sub-parts. In this paper, for ride comfort estimation PSD(Power Spectral Density) of acceleration at eight test point are measured, and then are calculated with new index of ride comfort. The new index of ride comfort developed for optimal design, real test, applied the actual. It can apply for various fields.

The back beam for a automotive bumper was roll formed to improve performance, reduce weight and save cost. For the back beams produced by conventional stamping and roll forming, the crashworthiness analyses were carried out by numerical simulation and real impact test. The characteristic properties and applicability of the roll formed back beam are discussed from the results of the analyses.

The evaluation test for the operation of rotary type surface mounters which consist of the reel axis, the index table and the X-Y table, has been performed by comparing the new method with the old one in only fields. Because the problem seeking for the optimal operation of rotary type surface mounters, is NP complete, it is almost impossible to get the optimal solutions of large problems. This paper deals with a dynamic network modeling, which can reduce the effort, the cost, and the time used for the performance test of rotary type surface mounters.

Since 1990´s, there has been many researches for the development of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). Especially, for the development of digital electronics, the technologies of UAV toward to the miniaturization low-cost, and high reliability. Therefore, recent trends for the development of UAV are focused on the development modern Flight Control System (FCS). In this paper, focusing on the FCS, the development process for Sejong Unmanned Research Vehicle -1 (SURV-1) from design to flight test is presented.

In Our Country, the fire safety design is done by the standard furnace fire test. This is haphazard procedure, as the standard furnace fire endurance of structural elements has little relation to the structural element endurance in an actual Compartment fire. The standard furnace fire test results, though obtained at great cost, do not contribute to the understanding of the behavior of structural elements in an elevated temperature environment and can not be applied rationally in fire safety design. The response of a steel and reinforced concrete structure in fire is a very complex problem. Therefore, in this paper is explained about tendency of study for fire safety design in advanced nations.

A great number of companies are currently examining the opportunities made available through the internet. This research aims to identify the factors that influence the adoption of the internet market. The innovation-IT-diffusion theory provide the theoretical foundation for this study. Seven factors were found to influence the adoption level of the internet market. They are top management support, cost efficiency, inclination toward new technology, absorptive capacity, institutional support, competitors move and customer pressure. Nonparametric test was used to test hypotheses. The results shows that top management support is the most important factor, and institutional support is not related to the adoption of the internet market.

To predict combustion instability in actual full-scale combustion chamber of rocket engines, air-injection test is proposed with scaling techniques. From the data, damping factors have been obtained as a function of hydraulic parameter and the data give us instability map. Two instability regions are presented and it is found that they coincide reasonably with them from hot-fire test with full-scale flow rates. Accordingly, the proposed approach can be applied cost-effectively to stability rating of jet injectors when mixing of fuel and oxidizer jets is the dominant process in instability triggering.

This paper presents field test results of the GPS precise positioning using carrier phase observable. The Least-squares AMBiguity Decorrelation Adjustment(LAMBDA) method is implemented to resolve integer ambiguity problem for two epoch Ll carrier phase measurement data. Field test results show that the GPS precise positioning of cm-level accuracy is obtainable with conventional low cost, single frequency C/A code GPS receivers.
