  • The main factors to bring out the power failure are trouble and operation power failure, the operation power failure of these includes about 85%. So, it is required that the without interruption of service method reduce the operation power failure. If we develop the without interruption of service method, the operation power failure will reduce greatly. It is necessary to develop the without interruption of service method which it solve various trobles (dissatisfacting solution of customer, sales revenue augmentation, and the reduction of the power failure negotiation work). The results of study are drawing up of the specification for temporary transmission methods, it of the working methods for them, and the scrutiny of the technology contents for them.

트렌치 굴착에 있어서 경량 흙막이 구조체의 안정성 해석 (Stability Analysis of the Light Weight Earth-Retaining Structure in the Trench Excavation)

  • In trench excavation, essential factor of earth-retaining temporary work structure should be easy taking to pieces and movement, and dead weight must be less. This paper studies about the light weight material and application as earth-retaining structure to prevent the slope failure of sand soil ground caused by the variation of groundwater level in trench excavation. That is, light weight earth-retaining structural is proposed and a simulation with FEM on application of proposed structural in sandy soil is presented. The results are summarized as follows; (1) The study proposed FRP H-shaped pannel for the light weight member, and also presented estimation method about stability. (2) Mechanical property (bending moment, shear force, axial force, displacement) were changed according to groundwater level, but these values had been within enough safety rate and allowable stress. Therefore, proposed light weight pannel with FRP is available for bracing structure in trench excavation.

Sulfide-rich mine tailings usage for short-term support purposes: An experimental study on paste backfill barricades

  • Barricade failures generally occur at the early times of paste backfill when it is fresh in the stopes. The backfill strength increases and need for barricading pressure decreases as a result of the hydration reactions. In this study, paste backfill barricades of Cayeli copper mine were investigated to design cemented mineral processing plant tailings as barricade body concrete. Paste backfill in sub-level caving stopes of the mine needs to be barricaded for only four or five days. Therefore, short term strength and workability tests were applied on several cemented tailings material designs. Barricade failure mechanisms, important points of barricade designing and details of the new concrete material are explained in this work. According to the results obtained with this experimental study, the tailings were assessed to be used in concrete applied as temporary supports such as cemented paste backfill barricades.

  • It is generally considered that only questionnares, collected at the time when each course close, have been evaluated & represented for all of the subjects. But all the result of each course can be actually evaluated using only the data taken from how to apply for at the construction site or at the factory, directly, for the period of at least one year, not just short months. This study is to evaluate and quantify the result and analyses using the data from questionnare concerning the level practically applied to each process at construction site. 1st for three(3) months, 2nd for six(6) months, 3rd for nine(9) months, finally 4th for twelve (12) months, one year These questionnares have been distributed for same people four(4) times to find out what to, how to be applied with each subject.

An On Demand Routing Algorithm for Mobile Wireless Networks

  • An and hoc network is a collection of wireless mobile nodes forming a temporary network without the centralized administration. Due to the limited transmission range of wireless work interface, multiple networks "hops" maybe needed for one node to exchange data with adjacent node. In recent years, a variety of new routing protocol about ad hoc network was developed. This paper presents a new routing protocol based on the Dynamic Source Routing which is not suitable for the high mobility ad hoc network. The Enhanced DR adapts quickly to routing changes when node movement is frequent. When a trunk route is broken, this protocol will utilize the alternative route saved in the route to discovery quickly the new route. It improves the performance of the existing DSR algorithm, so that the negative impacts from weakness of DSR are reduced.

  • A yard in a container terminal is a temporary storage space before containers are loaded onto the target vessel or delivered to consignees. For improving the utilization of the space in the yard and the efficiency of loading and discharging operations, it is important that operation plans must be carefully constructed in advance. A heuristic method is suggested to solve operation space planning problems considering workloads on handling equipment as well as space availabilities. The operation plans in this paper includes quay crane (QC) schedules and space plans for multiple vessels considering the workload in the container yard of container terminals. This paper evaluates the effectiveness of a space planning method and the performance of a new QC scheduling method using a simulation model.

  • 우리나라의 기업들은 급속한 기술 발전에 따라 단순히 제품을 많이 생산하는 것이 아니라 고객의 만족도를 충족시키기 위해서 제품의 품질을 높이는 쪽으로 목표가 변화하고 있다. 하지만, 이러한 변화를 충족시키기 위한 품질보증에 관한 국제표준을 준수하거나 인증을 받으려고 하는 기업은 늘어나고 있으나, 단순 외부 검증 및 위탁을 통한 작업만 일시적으로 수행되는 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해서 품질관련 국제표준 ISO9000과 조직에 관한 연구를 수행하여 기업의 품질을 보증하기 위한 조직의 구성과 역할 등에 대한 내용을 제시하였다.

디클로로메탄 사용 세척공정의 국소배기장치 설치 후 노출농도 변화 (Change in Exposure Concentration in the Cleaning Process after Installing a Local Exhaust System)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the change in exposure concentration in the cleaning process after installing a local exhaust system. Methods: Dichloromethane measurement was conducted according to the KOSHA Guide (A-19-2019). Results: After the local exhaust device was installed, a total of three measurements were conducted, including temporary work environment measurements, and all of the measurements did not exceed the DCM exposure standard, but were more than 50% of the DCM Time Weighted Average((8-TWA) Conclusions: It is thought that the local ventilation system of a small business needs not only support for the initial installation cost, but also educational support for maintaining the performance of the local ventilation system and support for consumables (adsorbents, filters, etc.) that incur periodic costs.

육아휴직 후 퇴사한 여성의 퇴사과정과 유형에 관한 탐색적 연구 : 여성의 일-가정 양립을 방해하는 배경을 중심으로 (Study on the resignation backgrounds of female workers leaving work after parental leave)

  • 본 연구는 육아휴직을 사용했음에도 퇴사를 하게 된 여성들의 퇴사과정을 살펴봄으로써, 퇴사여성들의 일터와 가정의 어떤 배경들이 육아휴직제도의 정책시나리오를 거슬러 이들의 일-가정 양립을 방해하는 힘으로 작용했는지를 짚어보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 육아휴직제도는 여성이 출산 육아로 노동시장을 떠나게 되는 현상을 막기 위한 대표적인 일-가정 양립 정책이다. 그러나 육아휴직을 이용한 후에도 일과 가정을 병행하지 못하고 결국 퇴사하게 되는 사례들이 꾸준히 증가하고 있다. 육아휴직제도의 본질적 목표가 여성노동자의 노동시장 복귀이니만큼, 정책목표를 온전히 달성하기 위해서는 육아휴직 사용 이후에 퇴사에 이르게 된 경위에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구는 육아휴직 사용 이전부터 퇴사를 계획했던 여성 4명(A집단)과 육아휴직 사용 이전에는 일-가정 양립을 위해 직장복귀를 원했지만 결국 퇴사를 하게 된 여성 4명(B집단)의 사례를 중심으로 이들의 퇴사과정을 분석했다. 나아가 이들의 퇴사원인이 일과 가정 중 주로 어디에서 기인하고 있는지를 중심으로 A집단을 직장회피형과 가정순응형, B집단을 직장희생형과 가정선택형으로 세분화해보았다. 이를 통해 여성에게 비친화적인 노동시장의 근무여건과 고착화된 성별분업이 여성노동자들이 육아휴직 전부터 퇴사를 결심하게 되는 주요배경이 되고 있으며, 육아휴직 사용자에 대한 직장의 부당처우와 육아휴직 중 재발견하게 된 모성애가 육아휴직 이후에 여성노동자들이 퇴사를 선택하게 되는 힘으로 작용하고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 결론에서는 여성 노동자들을 직장에서 밀어내고 가정으로 끌어당기는 위와 같은 힘들을 완화시키고 일-가정 균형을 이루기 위해서는 어떤 대책들이 보완되어야 하는지에 대해 논의해보았다.
