  • 일반 고객이 대기업 혹은 중소기업, 증권, 금융, 은행권 등의 서비스를 제공받기 위해서는 보편적으로 인터넷, SMS(Short Message Service), ATM(Automated Teller Machine), DM(Direct Mail), 텔레포니 서비스 등을 사용한다. 특히, 화재 보험사 및 증권, 금융, 은행권의 경우는 QoS(Quality of Service) 보장을 통한 실시간성 제약 조건을 만족해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 고객의 최초 접점으로 이용될 수 있는 CRM(Customer Relationship Management) 환경 하에서 다중 채널 서비스를 위한 결함허용 IVR(Interactive Voice Response)을 설계 구현하였다. 제안한 모델은 대 고객 응대 CRM 모델로 효율적으로 이용될 것으로 사료된다.

  • The automated teller machine (ATM) is developed as a system to provide customers with an easy deposit and withdrawal of their money without time restriction and be served for 24 hours. Today, ATM is come up to the level of an unmanned branch. The automatic financing system is developed as an essential one for dealing with the rationalization of management and the globalization of financing in order to improve the efficiency of financial management work and increase the customer service quality. With reducing the operational cost of financial organizations through the efficient maintenance operation of ATM and increasing the service quality through the maximization of its processing efficiency, this study is to draw the scheme to ensure the competitiveness among the finance companies. The importance of ATM is highly recognized as the utilization of ATM is increased and the processing function is extended, but ATM is quite vulnerable to the malfunction occurred during the nighttime after banking hours. The ATM maintenance is done through consignment to the specialized maintenance company. The efficient operation of ATM maintenance work is important to the satisfaction of customer using ATM in the nighttime.

Preparation of novolac-type phenol-based activated carbon with a hierarchical pore structure and its electric double-layer capacitor performance

  • A hierarchical pore structured novolac-type phenol based-activated carbon with micropores and mesopores was fabricated. Physical activation using a sacrificial silicon dioxide ($SiO_2$) template and chemical activation using potassium hydroxide (KOH) were employed to prepare these materials. The morphology of the well-developed pore structure was characterized using field-emission scanning electron microscopy. The novolac-type phenol-based activated carbon retained hierarchical pores (micropores and mesopores); it exhibited high Brunauer-Emmett-Teller specific surface areas and hierarchical pore size distributions. The hierarchical pore novolac-type phenol-based activated carbon was used as an electrode in electric double-layer capacitors, and the specific capacitance and the retained capacitance ratio were measured. The specific capacitances and the retained capacitance ratio were enhanced, depending on the $SiO_2$ concentration in the material. This result is attributed to the hierarchical pore structure of the novolac-type phenol-based activated carbon.

열처리 다공성탄소를 통한 크롬(Cr+6)흡착 (Adsorption of Chromium by Heat-treated Microporous Carbon)

  • 흡착제로 널리 쓰이는 다공성탄소의 흡착성능을 증가시키는 연구를 수행하였다. 열처리에 의하여 다공성탄소의 흡착성능을 증가시킨 후, 유해중금속의 일종인 $Cr^{+6}$의 선택적 흡착을 시행하였다. 다공성탄소의 적정 열처리 온도는 $340{\sim}350^{\circ}C$가 가장 적절하였으며, 이때의 평균 비표면적은 Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET) 방법에 의해 $1380m^2/g$로 측정되었다. 열처리 과정에서 전체중량의 약 10%의 감소가 있었으나, 비표면적의 증가로 고품질의 흡착제가 되었다. 또한 열처리된 다공성탄소에 의하여 액상에서의 $Cr^{+6}$의 제거가 성공적으로 수행되었다.

  • In this paper, we have researched semiconductor optical filters to solve the problem of the high failure rate that are recognize bad of financial account, jam of financial account and the ATM service interruption due to failure of accurate location information among the operation of the ATM (automatic teller machine) systems. A semiconductor optical filters that have high resolution and less diffuse, high transmittance are able to detect the information of financial account surface accurately. Therefore, it is a stable filter that is able to minimize the incidence of disability. In this paper, we drew the determinants by element for implement an excellent semiconductor optical filters. Based on this, we had to be able to implement the semiconductor optical filter that is able to be mounted on the actual ATM system through future studies.

Study on effect of chemical impregnation on the surface and porous characteristics of activated carbon fabric prepared from viscose rayon

  • In this study, synthetic viscose rayon fabric has been used for preparing activated carbon fabric (ACF), impregnated with different concentrations of $H_3PO_4$. The effect of $H_3PO_4$ impregnation on the weight yield, surface area, pore volume, chemical composition and morphology of ACF were studied. Experimental results revealed that both Brunauer-Emmett-Teller surface area and micropore volume increased with increasing $H_3PO_4$ concentration; however, the weight yield and microporosity (%) decreased. It was observed that samples impregnated at $70^{\circ}C$ (AC-70) give higher yield and higher microporosity as compared to $30^{\circ}C$ (AC-30). The average pore size of the ACF also gradually increases from 18.2 to 19 and 16.7 to $20.4{\AA}$ for $30^{\circ}C$ and $70^{\circ}C$, respectively. The pore size distribution of ACF was also studied. It is also concluded that the final ACF strength is dependent on the concentration of impregnant.

  • Morse potential을 변형한 2체항(2-body tem)과 Axilrod-Teller potential을 변형한 3체항(3-body tem)으로 구성된 포텐셜에너지 함수를 사용하여 $C_2-C_6$ cluster 동소체들의 에너지들의 에너지를 3체항 세기인자(3-body intensity factor)의 함수로 나타냄으로써 3체 인력의 기여도의 증가함에 따라 carbon cluster들의 구조는 open structure로부터 closed structure로, 또한 복잡한 구조로부터 단순한 구조, 즉 3차원적인 형태로부터 2차원 및 1차원적인 형태로 변해감을 알 수 있었다.

층상 구조를 가진 망간산화물의 전자구조 계산 (The Electronic Structure Calculation of Layered Mangan Oxides)

  • 층상 페로브스카이트형 구조를 가진 망간 산화물의 전자구조를 이해하기 위하여 단일 층상을 가진 LaSrMnO4의 전자구조를 제1원리의 국소 밀도 범함수 이론을 근거로 사용하는 Full Potential Linearized Augmented Plane Wave(FLAPW)방법으로 구하였다. 또한 홀 농도 변환에 따른 자기구조의 변화의 이해를 위해 Mn4+의 Sr2MnO4의 전자구조 계산을 행하여 전자구조를 비교하였다. 총에너지 계산 결과, LaSrMnO4는 면내의 반강자성 구조가 강자성 구조보다 더 낮은 에너지를 가지고 있었다. 또한, Mn-O 팔면체의 c축으로의 야안-텔러 왜곡(Jahn-Teller distortion)에 의해 에너지 갭이 나타나며, 이에 따른 3z2-r2 궤도 정렬에 의해 2차원 면내의 반강자성 상태가 안정됨을 볼 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문은 ATM(Automated Teller Machine)에서 사용자의 얼굴을 검출하여 ATM의 사용 허가 여부를 판별하는 방법을 제안한다. 입력 영상에서 피부색 영역을 추출하여 얼굴 후보 영상을 만들고 AdaBoost(Adaptive Boosting) 알고리즘을 이용하여 얼굴을 검출한다. 검출된 얼굴에서 선글라스, 마스크 등의 액세서리 착용여부를 판단하기 위하여 template matching을 수행하며 그 결과를 이용하여 ATM의 사용 허가를 판별한다. 제안된 방법을 이용하여 실내 ATM 환경에서 액세서리 착용여부를 검출했을 때 만족할 만한 성능을 나타내는 것을 실험을 통하여 확인하였다.

Biometric verified authentication of Automatic Teller Machine (ATM)

  • Biometric authentication has become an essential part of modern-day security systems, especially in financial institutions like banks. A face recognition-based ATM is a biometric authentication system, that uses facial recognition technology to verify the identity of bank account holders during ATM transactions. This technology offers a secure and convenient alternative to traditional ATM transactions that rely on PIN numbers for verification. The proposed system captures users' pictures and compares it with the stored image in the bank's database to authenticate the transaction. The technology also offers additional benefits such as reducing the risk of fraud and theft, as well as speeding up the transaction process. However, privacy and data security concerns remain, and it is important for the banking sector to instrument solid security actions to protect customers' personal information. The proposed system consists of two stages: the first stage captures the user's facial image using a camera and performs pre-processing, including face detection and alignment. In the second stage, machine learning algorithms compare the pre-processed image with the stored image in the database. The results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of using face recognition for ATM authentication, which can enhance the security of ATMs and reduce the risk of fraud.
