The communication transmission engineering plays the most important role in electrical communications engineering. Recently, it has been making remarkable progress as an infrastructure supporting informationaged society. Specially, the start of television conference and service of high speed digital transmission can be said it is announcing a raising curtain of high speed broad band age. Together with high speed broad band service needs a capacity as much as several or several hundred times of telephone with one circuit, various kinds of service forms are anticipated to emerge, it is anticipated to give a big impact to the way of future communications newtork. At present, telecommunication network is transforming telephone voice information by analog technology into a flexible higher system disposable of a variety of information such as pictures or data other than telephone by the introduction of digital technology. Consequently, the development of hereafter for the following respective technologies is desired.

Purpose - This study explores the relationships between e-Marketing and perceived service quality with brand trust and loyalty towards the brand of mobile telephone operators in Kosovo. Research design, data, and methodology - The conceptual model of four constructs was developed, while each construct consisted of the set of variables measured by using five-point Likert scale. The primary data was collected via an online survey through SurveyMonkey, distributed via Facebook and email. The collected data were cleaned, validated and tested for its consistency through Cronbach's Alpha; ensured that five assumptions of multiple linear regression are met. To assess the relationships between outcome variable and dependent variables of the model, performed the bivariate correlation, simple, multiple linear and hierarchical regression. Results - Perceived service quality has a positive significant effect on brand trust and loyalty. e-Marketing presents moderating direct effect on brand loyalty, and slightly higher effect through brand trust of the mobile telephone operators in Kosovo. Conclusions - The perceived service quality and brand trust are key determinants in achieving brand loyalty in telecommunication industry, followed by e-Marketing as means to creating expectations, delivering on promise to meet customers' perceptions for service quality with a purpose of building trust, that leads to loyalty towards the brands of mobile operators in Kosovo.

젊은 세대의 음성 통화 회피 성향은 메시징을 사용하는 모바일 O2O 서비스의 성장을 촉진한다. 이 연구는 전화불안감을 O2O에 적용하기 위해 전화 불안에 대한 원래의 개념을 채택하고 정교화했다. 서비스 품질의 편재성 및 커뮤니케이션 능력과 불안감에 관련한 선행연구를 검토하였고, 모바일 O2O 서비스 이용자들의 의식을 파악하고자 설문조사를 실시하였다. 결과는 메시지 친밀도가 높은 사용자와 조리성이 부족하다고 느끼는 사용자는 음성 통화를 두려워하는 것으로 나타났다. 불안한 특정 상황을 대체할 수 있는 수단으로 모바일 O2O 서비스를 유용하다고 여기는 것이다. 본 연구는 O2O 모바일 서비스 기술 수용 요인에 있어서 개인의 특성을 고려하였고, 현 시대 상황을 반영한 전화 불안감 특성을 확장한 새로운 시도였다고 할 수 있다. 또한 불안감과 유용성이나 지속이용의도의 선행연구 관계와 다른 결과를 도출한 점에서 의의가 있다.

It is the aim of the placement studies of telephone exchanges to provide facility plans which give the most economic investiment time and size to satisfy the future telephone demand of the area. Main subjects of the stuies are usually the optimal number, locations, service areas, final capacity of the telephone exchanges. This paper explains about the basic methodologies and algorithms expressed in PLAX, a software developed by KETRI to tackle the placement problem in urban areas.

전화번호이동성이란 전화서비스 가입자가 전화망 사업자, 지역, 서비스의 종류를 변경하여도 종전에 사용하던 전화번호를 변경하지 않고 그대로 사용할 수 있는 것을 뜻한다. 사업자를 변경해도 전화번호가 바뀌지 않는 것을 사업자 이동성, 지역을 바꾸어도 전화번호가 바뀌지 않는 것을 지역 이동성, 서비스의 종류를 변경하여도 번호가 바뀌지 않는 것을 서비스 이동성 이라고 한다. 이와 같은 이동성을 지능망을 통하여 제공하기 위해서는 INAP(Intelligent Network Application Part)의 보완이 필수적인데, 본 논문에서는 국내에서 번호이동성을 제공하기 위하여 필요한 INAP의 변경사항에 대하여 논한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of self-care program using Short message service (SMS), e-mail, or telephone call on self-care compliance and nutritional status in maintenance of hemodialysis patient. Methods: Nonequivalent pretest-posttest control experimental design was used. Ninety-six patients were allocated to control (n=24), SMS (n=24), e-mail (n=24), or telephone (n=24) group from four hospitals. Experimental groups received self-care program about hemodialysis diet, drug administration, exercise, and fistula care by SMS, e-mail, or telephone call respectively at 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Results: Subjective self-care compliance, and objective self-care compliance including interdialytic weight of SMS and telephone groups were significantly increased than those of control groups. However, nutritional status of SMS and e-mail groups were significantly improved than those of control groups in albumin and protein level. Conclusion: Self-care program using SMS and telephone call were effective on promoting self-care compliance, while SMS and e-mail were effective on improving nutritional status. The pop-up remaining effect and easy accessible effect of SMS message in busy daily life was considered as an alarm to control fluid and diet.

The objective of this study is to estimate the price elasticity of demand for telephone use in Korea. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the existing empirical study and establishes the econometric demand estimation model applicable to Korean telephone service. By this model, the price elasticities of demand in local and toll uses are estimated and their implications are discussed.

번호 이동성은 사용자가 전화 번호의 변경 없이 통신 사업자, 지역, 서비스 종류를 바꿀 수 있는 능력을 제공하는 지능망 서비스이다. 번호 이동성은 통신 시장의 경쟁을 활성화 시키기 위해 반드시 필요한 서비스로, 최근 많은 나라에서 통신 사업자간에 규율을 정하고 번호 이동성 서비스를 도입하기 위한 작업을 추진 중에 있다. 번호 이동성 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 통신 사업자들이 모든 고객의 정보를 각각 관리해야 하므로, 공통된 고객 정보를 관리하기 위한 단일화된 방법이 필요하다. 이러한 기능을 담당하는 것이 NPAC이다. 한편, 최근 CORBA는 분산 시스템 관리를 위한 주요 기술로 대두되고 있으며, CORBA를 지능망에 적용하기 위해 지능망, TMN, CORBA의 통합에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이러한 연구의 일환으로, 본 논문에서는 번호 이동성 서비스 관리에 TMN과 CORBA를 적용하기 위한 연구를 소개한다. 우선 CORBA 기반의 번호 이동성 서비스 관리 구조를 기술하고, CORBA를 이용하여 NPAC을 구현하는 방안에 대해 설명한다.

현재 육상과 해상간의 통신은 Inmarsat 단말기를 이용하여 전화, 텔렉스, 팩스, 전자메일(E-mail) 및 데이터 통신을 한다. 기존 전자메일 프로그램은 비싼 통신요금과 저속의 위성통신 환경에서 최대한 통신비용을 줄이기 위한 목적으로 개발되었다. 그리고 팩스를 이용하는 경우는, 관련문서를 출력 후 송신하기 때문에 출력시간과 비용 면에서 단점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 육상과 해상간의 전자메일 시스템과 팩스 기능을 통합한 육상과 해상을 모두 지원하는 인터넷 기반의 팩스 서비스 시스템에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위하여 기존 전자메일 시스템과 공중전화망(PSTN : Public Switched Telephone Network)을 연결하는 하드웨어적인 모듈을 설계하였다.
