전화통신 서비스품질정보시스템 설계에 관한 연구 (The Design of Service Quality Information Systems for Telephone Communication)

  • The information system for measuring and analyzing service quality of telephone network is designed on the service quality scheme recommended by ITU(International Telecommunication Union) in this study. The information system is composed of the equipments which measure service quality and the systems which analyze the measured data. The schedule algorithm for effectively operating measurement equipments which are located over public switched telephone network is proposed. The functions of the Information system are Introduced. The information system improves the service quality effectively.

  • 인터넷 전화의 사용이 증가하고 있고 최근에는 스마트폰이 보급됨에 따라서 스마트폰을 통한 인터넷 전화 서비스 이용이 급격하게 증가할 것으로 예상되고 있다. 특히 국내의 경우 이미 전국 상당 지역에 설치된 와이브로를 통한 인터넷 전화 서비스의 제공은 와이브로의 활성화로 이어질 수 있는 좋은 기회라 할 수 있다. 그런데 기존의 전화망이나 이동전화망을 통한 전화 서비스와는 달리 인터넷 전화는 서비스 품질이 보장될 수 없다는 문제점이 있고 특히 무선 환경을 통한 모바일 인터넷 전화 서비스의 경우 이 문제점은 더 심각해 질 수 있다. 따라서 보다 더 엄격하고 체계화된 모바일 인터넷 전화 서비스 품질 관리 방안이 마련될 필요성이 있다. 이를 향한 첫 단계로서 본 논문은 와이브로를 통한 모바일 인터넷 전화 서비스의 품질을 관리하기 위한 방안을 제안하고 이를 구현하기 위하여 개발된 소프트웨어의 개발 과정을 설명한다. 개발된 소프트웨어는 사용자 단말에 장착되어 전체적인 모바일 인터넷 전화 서비스의 품질을 VoIP 품질지표, 네트워크 품질지표, 무선 품질지표로 분류하여 측정함으로써 보다 효율적인 품질 관리가 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

  • This paper studios billing mechanisms of value-added telephone services In Korea and major foreign countries. The billing methods of toll-free phone service, voice Information service, one number service, personal number service and calling card service ate compared with each other. The results show that several differences are identified among service providers due to the difference of the regulation, numbering mechanism and underlying networks employed. This paper also provides implications and suggestions to incumbent Korean value-added service providers and regulators

치과 내원환자들의 스켈링과 정기검진 및 전화서비스와의 관련성 (Relationship between scaling, regular check-up and dental telephone services in dental clinic patients)

  • Objectives : The purpose of the study is to investigate satisfaction, awareness and utilization of dental telephone services in dental clinic patients. Methods : A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 220 dental clinic patients in G metropolitan city from March 11 to September 27, 2013. The data were analyzed by a descriptive analyses, ${\chi}^2$-test and relevant factors were determined using logistic regression analysis by SPSS 12.0. Results : The experience rate of scaling was 68.0% and the average number was $1.04{\pm}1.13$. The experience rate of regular check-up was 41.0% and the average number was $1.01{\pm}1.29$. Satisfaction and utilization rate of scaling and regular checkup was higher than that in those who did not receive the services. The major variables influencing the experience of scaling were woman, utilization of dental telephone service and regular check-up were awareness, utilization of dental telephone service and reason of utilization of dental telephone service(preventive). Conclusions : The dental telephone service in dental patients improved oral health. Accordingly, it is necessary to develop the professional dental hygiene program for oral health in dental patients.

조건부가치 추정법(CVM)을 이용한 국내 이동통신서비스에 대한 소비자 WTP 추정에 관한 연구 (A Study on WTP of Mobile Telephone Service Using the Contingent Valuation Method in Korea)

  • Contingent valuation method(hereafter CVM) is generally believed to be one of the most popular methods used for quantifying the value of non-market goods or services particularly by asking respondents of willingness to pay. This study deals with how to use CVM in calculating the value of mobile telephone service by suggesting methodology of estimation and eliminating biases. This study represents an attempt to estimate the WTP(Willingness To Pay) of the mobile telephone service using the face-to-face interview which is the qualitative technique is used. In this study, by using the single bound dichotomous choice model(SBDC) in order to analyze the valuation of mobile telephone service, WTP was estimated. Also we analyze the factors to pay for mobile service in which it becomes the important factor of demanding services. We used logit model. In order to provide robust estimates of WTP, we have used the Method of Montecarlo Simulation. Consequently, consumers showed that WTP about the mobile communications service is generally high. And it could know that the WTP will fell down as the specialized knowledge about the mobile communications frequency was high. It will be able to become the important part to not only the business carrier but also the policy maker to estimate the economic value of mobile telephone service.

우리나라 지역별 전화서비스 수요의 추정 - 주택용 전화서비스 수요를 중심으로 - (An Estimation on Demand of Telephone Service in Major Cities of Korea)

  • This study is estimates telephone service demand based on empirical studies of telecommunication service demand model. First, the telephone charge(call price index) by each location and subscription fee bring about a negative effect to telephone distribution rate: while the other explanatory variables bring about a positive effect. Second, the flexibility of telephone charge in A location(relevant location) and the flexibility between the distance of A location and B location are negative values, while the flexibility of other explanatory variables is represented in a positive value. This means that the long distance call numbers from A location to B location are in inverse proportion against the phone charge(call price index) of A location and against the distance between A location and the distance of other locations except A location, while they are in direct proportion with an average call number per minute from A location to other locations except A location, and also with subscription numbers of A location, other subscribers in locations other than A location, and the total expenditures of A location.

  • 현재 시외전화시장은 이동전화의 보편화와 인터넷 이용자의 증가에 따라 매출액이 매년 감소하고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문은 국내 시외전화시장의 동향과 전망을 살펴보고 문제점을 분석하였으며, 중계망 사업의 시장활성화 전략 및 제도 개선방안을 제시하였다. 또한 IP 시대를 맞아 인터넷 전화가 시외전화 시장에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 대처방안을 살펴보았다. 본 논문의 결과는 시외전화 시장 활성화를 위한 전략 및 If 시대에 적합한 서비스의 개발에 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

외래 및 퇴원환아 부모의 전화상담과 간호중재의 내용분석 (Content Analysis of the Nursing Interventions and Telephone Calls to the Pediatric Nursing Unit)

  • A descriptive study was conducted to describe the content of nursing interventions and incoming telephone calls from the parents whose child was discharged to home or who has planned immunization during the period from March 15, 1995 to November 30, 1995. Detailed notes on 145 telephone calls and 243 nursing interventions were recorded by head nurses on pediatiric nursing units were entered to data collection and content analysis. The results of the study are as follows : 1. Six analysis categories for the records on incoming telephone calls were identified judgement-dependence, dependent -coping, self-initiated coping, support, adjustment and intermediation need. 2. Five analytic categories for the records on telephone interventions were identified : guidance, mediation, facilitating self -care abilities, support, instrumental use. 3. Problems related to physical signs and symptoms, medication, immunization, and vital signs were most often cited as concerns by parents and caregivers. 4. Instruction, suggestion, provision knowledge and information, reassurance related to physical problems, medication, immunization and clinic visits were most often used as an nursing interventions by head nurses on pediatric nursing units. In spite of the fact that the telephone calls were initiated by the parents, dependency of parents during the telephone calls was remarkable. The dependency of parents on judgement and decision making of the pediatric nurses should be understood in terms of the psychosocial content as well as cultural characteristics. Therefore, it is suppested that telephone interventions focus on facilitating the self-care ability of the parents whose children have chronic conditions. The results of this study will be useful as an essential reference in providing effective for children and their families after discharged from the hospital. The results can also be used as reliable data for extended pediatric nursing service in the health care delivery system as well as for the development of telephone intervention service program in responding to the current health care environment.

  • 전화번호이동성이란 전화서비스 가입자가 전화망 사업자, 지역, 서비스의 종류를 변경하여도 종전에 사용하던 전화번호를 변경하지 않고 그대로 사용할 수 있는 것을 뜻한다. 새로운 통신사업자가 계속 등장함에 따라 국가적으로 이들의 공정한 경쟁을 유도하는 정책이 필요하게 되었으며 전화번호 이동성의 제공은 후발 통신사업자가 선발 통신사업자와 공정한 경쟁을 할 수 있는 토대를 만드는 것으로 인식되면서 국내에서도 전화번호이동성을 제공하기 위한 법률이 만들어지고 전 사업자가 동의할 수 있는 전화번호이동성을 제공하기 위한 표준이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위하여 번호이동성 구현을 위한 규격을 개발하였으며, 번호이동성 구현을 위한 규격에는 호처리구조, 망구조 요구사항 등이 있으며 본 논문에서는 상기와 같은 규격에 관하여 다룬다.

우리나라 전화서비스 시장의 경쟁확립을 위한 요금정책 연구 (A Study on Pricing Policy for Consolidata Competition on the Telephone Service Market in Korea)

  • 본 논문에서는 현재 우리나라의 상황에서 경쟁체제에 적합한 효과적인 전화요금정책을 외국의 사례로부터 도출해 보았다. 특히 비대칭 요금규제 정책의 목표가 신구 사업자의 시장점유율에 있다고 보았을 때, 주어진 목표의 달성을 위해 지배적 사업자와 신규 사업자간의 요금격차가 어느 수준이어야 하는가를 경험적 분석을 통해 알아보았다. 시뮬레이션 결과는 우리나라의 통신산업 구조하에서 빠른 시일 내에 지배적 사업자가 존재하지 않는 시장구조가 되기 위해서는 급속한 전화서비스 수요의 증가가 이루어져야 함을 보였다. 또한 경쟁확립을 위해서는 지배적 사업자인 한국통신을 시급히 민영화하여야 하고 이와 더불어 시내전화 사업과 시외전화 사업을 회계분리 하여야 한다.
